如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
具体实施方式
本发明的目的是提供一种组装较为简单、运输较为方便且成本较低的灯具。请参阅图1及图2,图1是本发明第一实施方式的灯具100的立体示意图, 图2是图1所示灯具100的反向示意图。该灯具100包括一光源模组110、一壳体模组130及一电源模组150。该光源模组110与该电源模组150均固定于该壳体模组130上,该电源模组150还电连接该光源模组110用于给该光源模组110供电。
具体地,请参阅图3及图4,图3是图1所示灯具100立体分解示意图,图4是图3所示灯具100的反向示意图。本实施方式中,该光源模组110包括一设置有多个发光元件115的电路板111、一固定环112、一胶圈113及一透镜114。该固定环112、该胶圈113、该透镜114及该电路板111依次层叠设置。该多个发光元件115可以为发光二极管,如白光发光二极管。该多个发光元件115可以呈放射状设置于该电路板111上。该电路板111呈圆形,可以理解,该电路板111内部具有将该多个发光元件115电连接的导电线路。该电路板111还包括形成于该电路板111上的电源端子116及贯穿该电路板111的通孔119。优选地,该电源端子116为一电连接器,其通过导线117电连接该电路板111且包括端口118,该端口118可收容外部导线(如该电源模组150的导线152)的电连接器从而与外部电路(如该电源模组150)电连接。该电路板111上的通孔119用于供外部导线(如导线152)穿过,避免导线裸露在外造成灯具100外观不美观的问题。
该固定环112包括一环形基板1121、一与该环形基板1121外侧边缘连接的侧壁1122及二设置于该侧壁1122外侧的凸缘1123。该固定环112的材料优选为金属,如不锈钢。可以理解,本实施方式中,该固定环112包括该二凸缘1123,每一凸缘1123的长度大概为该固定环112周长的四分之一。但在变更实施方式中,该固定环112也可以设置三个凸缘、四个凸缘或更多凸缘,优选地,相邻两个凸缘之间的距离均相等。该胶圈113包括弹性材料,如橡胶,且该胶圈113的尺寸与该环形基板1121尺寸基本相同。该透镜114为透明材料,如塑料,其包括环形边缘部1141及位于该环形边缘部1141中间且连接该环形边缘部1141的透镜部1142。该环形边缘部1141的尺寸与该环形基板1121的尺寸大致相同。该透镜部1142为朝向该胶圈113及该固定环112一侧凸出的弧形结构。该胶圈113、该透镜114及该电路板111依序收容于该环形基板1121及该侧壁1122围成的收容空间中,且该透镜部1142通过该胶圈113的开口及该固定环112的开口暴露于灯具100外部。本实施方式中,该胶圈113夹于该环形基板1121与该透镜114之间,用于防止外部水汽进入。可以理解,在变更实施方式中,该胶圈也可以设置于该透镜114与该电路板111之间,同样也可以达到一定的防水效果。
该壳体模组130包括一基体131、及一连接该基体131的固定板132。该基体131与该固定板132可以为材料相同的一体结构,其材料可以为金属,如不锈钢材料。该基体131包括一第一表面133、一位于该第一表面133相反一侧的第二表面134、一自该第一表面133朝该第二表面134凹陷形成的收容腔135、及二定义于该收容腔135内侧壁且相对设置的滑槽136。该固定环112的二凸缘1123可旋转卡入该二滑槽136中从而将该电路板111、该透镜114及该胶圈113固定于该收容腔135中。具体地,该收容腔135包括一底面1351、一与该底面1351连接的内侧壁1352、二相对设置且自内侧壁1352上端朝向该收容腔135中央延伸出的延伸壁1353,该二延伸壁1353与该内侧壁1352及该底面1351共同界定该二滑槽136。组装时,收容有该胶圈113、该透镜114及该电路板111的该固定环112的二凸缘1123分别对应于该二滑槽136之间的位置收容于该收容腔135中,再向下施加压力并旋转该固定环112,使得该二凸缘1123分别滑入该二滑槽136中,从而该光源模组110固定于该壳体模组130的基体131上。
该基体131还包括形成于该收容腔135底面1351且贯穿该基体131的出线孔137、位于该第二表面134且对应该出线孔137设置的防水扣140,该防水扣140包括一形成于该基体131上的座体141、一防水圈142及一卡扣143。该出线孔137用于供穿过该电路板111上的通孔119的外部导线(如导线152)穿过,以连接该电源模组150。该防水扣140也用于供该外部导线穿过且对该出线孔137进行防水处理,以避免外部水汽通过该出线孔进入该收容腔135而损坏该电路板111。该基体131还包括多个形成于该第二表面134上的散热片1341,用于灯具散热。该多个散热片1341可以相互间隔设置,便于热量排出。
该固定板132上形成有两个开口138、及多个连接于该开口138边缘的固定件139。该多个固定件139包括二第一固定件139a及四第二固定件139b,该二第一固定件139a沿第一方向X排列且相对设置,该四第二固定件139b两两相对设置,且相对设置的两个第二固定件139b沿垂直于该第一方向X的第二方向Y排列。该第一固定件139a包括一连接于该开口边缘的固持板1391及连接该固持板1391边缘的卡勾结构1392。该卡勾结构1392外形呈棱柱状,如三棱柱状,其可以为该固持板1391一端连续弯折形成的,且截面可以为三角环形。该固持板1391连接该开口138边缘的一端截面呈向该开口138侧突出的弧形,且该固持板1391板体可以相对于固定板132的板面稍微倾斜设置。该第二固定件139b呈矩形板状,且与该固定板132垂直连接。该多个固定件139及开口可以自该固定板132上冲压形成,从而该多个固定件139与该固定板132为一体结构,不仅制作简单还能保证较好的连接强度。可以理解,本实施方式中,该固定板132自该基体131的一侧延伸出来,在变更实施方式中,该固定板132也可以与该基体131垂直连接并延伸出来。优选地,该固定板132与该散热片1341均位于该基体131的同一侧,可使该灯具100外形较为美观。
该电源模组150包括一电源本体151、连接该电源本体151的第一导线152及第二导线153。该电源本体151大致呈长方体,可以理解,其包括金属外壳(如铝合金外壳)及设置于该金属外壳内的电路结构。该第一导线152用于电连接该电源本体151与该光源模组110的电路板111,其一端连接于该电源本体151上,另一端设置有电连接器154。该第一导线152可以穿过该防水扣140、该基体131上的出线孔137、该电路板111上的通孔119电连接该电路板111的电源端子116。具体地,该第一导线的电连接器154可以插入并固定于该电源端子116的端口118中,从而实现该光源模组110与该电源模组150的之间的电连接。该第二导线153用于连接将电源模组电连接外部电源,如通过插头、插座等电连接元件电连接外部市交流电。
该电源本体151设置于该固定板132上,优选地,该电源本体151与该散热片1341位于该基体131及该固定板132的同一侧。具体地,该电源本体151的收容于该多个固定件139围成的空间中,其底面设置于该固定板132上,该第一固定件139a的固持板1391夹持该电源本体151的两相对侧面,该卡勾结构1392卡扣于该电源本体151远离该固定板132一端的顶面,该卡勾结构1392的棱柱的一侧面抵压固定该电源本体151的顶面,该相对设置的第二固定件139b固持该电源本体151的另外两相对侧面,使得该电源本体151在该第一方向X与该第二方向Y上均被该第一固定件139a及该第二固定件139b紧密固定。
请参阅图5及图6,图5是图2所示灯具100的部分反向示意图,图6是图5所示灯具100的立体分解示意图,该图5及图6主要用于展示该防水扣140的具体结构与组成。该防水扣140的座体141包括具有与该出线孔137贯通的通孔1411、形成于该座体141邻近该防水圈142一侧的收容空间1412及自该座体141两侧分别延伸出的弹性卡扣件144。该座体141可以直接形成于该基体131上,其材料可以为金属。该弹性卡扣件144包括自该座体141侧面延伸出的弹性板1441、及位于该弹性板1441邻近该防水圈一侧的弧形卡件1442,该弹性卡扣件144优选为一钢片弹簧。该二弹性卡扣件144的二弧形卡件1442均向内侧弯曲,且相对设置。该防水圈142大致呈漏斗状且具有通孔1421,其材料可以为橡胶。该卡扣143具有一收容空间1431、一通孔1432、及两个用于与该弹性卡扣件144配合的卡槽1433。该电源模组150的第一导线152一端电连接该电路板111并依次穿过该基体131的出线孔137、该座体141的通孔1411、该防水圈142的通孔1421、及该卡扣143的通孔1432电连接该电源本体151。该防水圈142尺寸较大的一端收容于该座体141的收容空间1412中,尺寸较小的另一端收容于该卡扣143的收容空间1431中,该弹性卡扣件144与该卡扣143的卡槽1433配合将该防水圈142及卡扣固定于该座体141上。
当对该弹性板1441施加外力使得该弧形卡件1442朝远离该卡扣143的方向运动时,该弧形卡件1442张开,此时将该防水圈142的一端放入座体141中,并将该卡扣143放在该防水圈142上使其收容空间1431收容该防水圈142的另一端,然后向该弹性板1441施加外力使得该弧形卡件1442朝邻近该卡扣143的方向运动时,从而该弧形卡件1442的一端与该卡扣143的卡槽1433卡固。拆卸该防水扣时,可以进一步施加外力使得该弧形卡件1442朝远离该卡扣143的方向运动时,该弧形卡件1442张开且脱离该卡槽1433以释放该卡扣143。
与现有技术相比较,本发明提供的灯具100,其光源电路板111可以通过该固定环112旋转卡扣于该壳体模组130上,使得光源模组110与壳体模组130之间无需螺丝组装,从而该灯具100组装较为简单且可降低组装人力成本。另外,旋转卡扣可避免普通直接卡扣的难于拆卸或易损坏卡扣结构的问题,固定可靠性较高。
进一步地,本案的电源模组150与该壳体模组130之间通过多个形成于该固定板132上的固定件139卡固,从而该电源模组150与该壳体模组130之间也无需螺丝组装,从而该灯具1000组装较为简单且可降低组装人力成本。此外,由于本案灯具100的组装较为简单,从而该灯具100的光源模组110、壳体模组130及电源模组150可在运输过程中暂不组装,待需使用时再组装,更有利于降低运输及组装成本。另外,该本案灯具100因无螺丝组装,其拆卸也较为简单,便于更换光源模组110、壳体模组130及电源模组150中的各个元件。更进一步地,通过本案胶圈113、该防水扣140等结构设置,可以有效防止水汽进入该光源模组110,使得该灯具100用于室外时有效防止雨水引起的电路不良等问题,可靠度较高。
请参阅图7,图8及图9,图7是本发明第二实施方式的灯具200的立体示意图,图8是图7所示灯具200的反向示意图,图9是图8所示灯具200的部分立体分解示意图。该第二实施方式的灯具200与该第一实施方式的灯具100的结构相似,二者的区别主要在于:固定板232的结构及电源模组250的结构及固定方式有所不同。具体地,该固定板232形成有多对通孔2321、及多个铆钉孔2322。该电源模组250包括电源本体251、二固定扎带254及四铆钉255。该电源本体251设置于该固定板232上,其包括外壳2511、多个形成于该外壳2511顶面与侧面交接处及底面与侧面交接处的凹陷部2512、及二自该外壳2511底面延伸出且相对设置的固定片256,该固定片256上设置有开孔257。该外壳2511及该固定片256的材料可以为金属,如铝合金。
请参阅图10,图10是图9的部分放大示意图。该固定扎带254包括固定带2541及连接于该固定带2541一端的锁扣2542。该固定带2541上设置有多个凸条2543,相邻凸条2543之间定义有限位槽2544。该锁扣2542包括通孔2545及位于该通孔2545之中的限位件2546。该固定带2541远离该锁扣2542的另一端依次穿过该固定板232上的一对通孔2321并环绕该电源本体251上,该锁扣2542将该固定带2541的另一端锁扣固定使得该电源本体251固定于该固定板232上。具体地,该固定带2541的另一端穿过该锁扣2542的通孔2545,且该限位件2546卡固于该凸条2543之间的一限位槽2544,使得该锁扣2542将该固定带2541的另一端锁固,从而将该电源本体251紧固于该固定板232上。同时,该固定带2541的部分收容卡固于该外壳2511的凹陷部2512中,可以放置该电源本体251移位。其中该锁扣2542的材料优选为金属,该固定带2541的材料也可以为金属。
更进一步地,每个铆钉255包括一帽部2551及一连接该帽部2551的钉部2552,该钉部2552包括二朝向外侧的勾部2553,该二勾部2553之间具有间隙2554,使得该钉部2552可发生弹性形变穿过该开孔257及该铆钉孔2322并锁固于该固定板232上,从而进一步加强该电源本体251的固定强度。其中该铆钉255的材料可以为塑料,从而拆卸该电源本体251时可以直接将该钉部2552用剪刀剪断即可完成铆钉255的拆卸。进一步地,该固定板232上形成有多对空置(即未被使用)的通孔2321,该多对通孔2321位置及之间的距离可以不同,其用于固定不同尺寸的电源本体251。该固定板232的形成有多个位置不同且空置(即未被使用)的铆钉孔2332,也用于固定不同尺寸的电源本体251。该电源本体251通过该固定扎带254及该固定板232上通孔2322固定,不仅固定及组装方式简单,而且成本较低。另外,该电源本体251上凹陷部2512的设置以及该铆钉255的固定方式均加强了该电源本体251的固定强度,增加固持可靠性。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种灯具,其包括一光源模组及一壳体模组,该光源模组包括一设置有多个发光元件的电路板及一固定环,该固定环包括一环形基板、一与该环形基板外侧边缘连接的侧壁及至少二设置于该侧壁外侧的凸缘,该电路板收容于该环形基板及该侧壁围成的收容空间中,该壳体模组包括一基体,该基体包括一第一表面、一位于该第一表面相反一侧的第二表面、一自该第一表面朝该第二表面凹陷形成的收容腔、及至少二定义于该收容腔内侧壁的滑槽,该固定环的至少二凸缘可旋转卡入该至少二滑槽中从而将该电路板固定于该收容腔中。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的灯具,其特征在于:该灯具还包括一电源模组,该电源模组包括一电源本体,用于电连接该光源模组并给该光源模组供电,该壳体模组还包括连接该基体的一固定板,该固定板上形成有至少一开口、及连接于该至少一开口边缘的固定件,该多个固定件包括二相对设置的第一固定件,该第一固定件包括一连接于该至少一开口边缘的固持板及连接该固持板边缘的卡勾结构,该电源设置于该固定板上且收容于该多个固定件围成的空间中,该第一固定件的卡勾结构卡扣于该电源本体远离该固定板一端使得该电源本体被固定。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的灯具,其特征在于:该卡勾结构外形呈棱柱状,该棱柱的一侧面抵压固定该电源本体,该固持板连接该至少一开口边缘的一端截面呈向该至少一开口侧突起的弧形。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的灯具,其特征在于:该灯具还包括一电源模组,该电源模组包括一电源本体,用于电连接该光源模组并给该光源模组供电,该壳体模组还包括连接该基体的一固定板,该固定板上形成有至少一对通孔,该电源本体设置于该固定板上,该电源模组还包括固定扎带,该固定扎带包括固定带及连接于该固定带一端的锁扣,该固定带的另一端依次穿过该固定板上的一对通孔并环绕该电源本体上,该锁扣将该固定带的另一端锁扣固定使得该电源本体固定于该固定板上。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的灯具,其特征在于:该电源本体包括外壳及至少一形成于该外壳两个侧面交接处的凹陷部,该固定带的部分收容于该凹陷部中。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的灯具,其特征在于:该固定板上还形成有至少一铆钉孔,该电源本体还包括至少一自该外壳的与该固定板的接触的表面延伸出的固定片,该固定片上具有至少一开孔,该电源模组还包括至少一铆钉,该至少一铆钉依次穿过该至少一开孔、该至少一铆钉孔固定于该固定板上。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的灯具,其特征在于:该至少一铆钉孔包括一帽部及一连接该帽部的钉部,该钉部包括二朝向外侧的勾部,该二勾部之间具有间隙,使得该钉部可发生弹性形变穿过该开孔及该铆钉孔并锁固于该固定板上。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的灯具,其特征在于:该光源模组还包括一胶圈及一透镜,该胶圈、该透镜及该电路板均收容于该环形基板及该侧壁围成的收容空间中,且该胶圈夹于该环形基板与该电路板之间;该基体包括形成于该第二表面上的散热片,用于灯具散热。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的灯具,其特征在于:该基体还包括一形成于该收容腔底部且贯穿该基体的出线孔、一位于该基体的第二表面且对应该出线孔设置的防水扣,该防水扣包括一形成于该基体上的座体、一防水圈及一卡扣,该座体包括具有一与该出线孔贯通的通孔及定义于邻近该防水圈一侧的一收容空间、及自该座体两侧分别延伸出的弹性卡扣件,该防水圈具有通孔,该卡扣具有收容空间、与收容空间贯通的通孔、及两个用于与该弹性卡扣件配合的卡槽,该电源模组还包括导线,该导线的一端电连接该电路板并依次穿过该出线孔、该座体的通孔、该防水圈的通孔、及该卡扣的通孔电连接该电源本体,该防水圈一端收容于该座体的收容空间中,另一端收容于该卡扣的收容空间中,该弹性卡扣件与该卡扣的卡槽配合将该胶圈及卡扣固定于该座体上。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的灯具,其特征在于:该弹性卡扣件包括自该座体侧面延伸出的弹性板、及位于该弹性板邻近该胶圈一侧的弧形卡件,当对该弹性板施加外力使得该弧形卡件朝远离该卡扣的方向运动时,该弧形卡件张开以释放该卡扣;当对该弹性板施加外力使得该弧形卡件朝邻近该卡扣的方向运动时,该弧形卡件与该卡扣卡固。
