Abstract
一种六边形灯具单元及由其构成的灯具。六边形灯具单元(F),包括灯座本体;灯座本体包括正六边形的板状本体(10)、位于板状本体后侧的围板(20)和位于围板中间的若干个散热片(30);围板的外侧设有六个与板状本体的边缘处相邻的联接槽(200);板状本体的前侧设有发光元件。利用正六边形的特点可以在六个方向实现模组之间的相互连接,从而实现不同数量单元的组合,达到灯具的多种形式的组合,以此实现灯具的多样化。灯具单元采用了连接器,可以利用连接导体实现二个灯具单元之间的快速连接。并且利用带有空槽的连接件(90),既可以容置连接导体,又可以与灯具单元的联接边相吻合,从而实现二个单元之间的无缝对接,并且占用空间少,外形简洁明了。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种灯具结构,尤其涉及一种六边形灯具单元及由其构成的灯具。
背景技术
目前的灯具结构,通常是固定的,其外形缺少可以变化的组合方式。虽有一些专利文献公开了一些灯具的组合变化之形式,但未对灯具组合的实现提出可行的具体方案。
因此,为了实现灯具的组合变化,有必要对灯具结构进行单元化设计,以满足灯具产品形式多变的需求,又可以实现批量化生产,以降低生产成本。
实用新型内容
为了弥补上述现有技术的缺陷,本实用新型的目的是提供一种六边形灯具单元及由其构成的灯具。
本实用新型的技术方案是:
六边形灯具单元,包括灯座本体;所述灯座本体包括正六边形的板状本体、位于板状本体后侧的围板和位于围板中间的若干个散热片;所述围板的外侧设有六个与板状本体的边缘处相邻的联接槽;所述板状本体的前侧设有发光元件。
其进一步技术方案为:所述的散热片中间设有用于容置电源模块的六边形空槽,还包括位于六边形空槽后侧且与散热片固定的六边形后盖。
其进一步技术方案为:所述的围板还包括位于板状本体后侧中心的六边形围板,所述的六边形围板中间设有电源模块,及与电源模块电连接的连接器,六边形围板与联接槽之间至少设有一个用于嵌入连接器的连接器槽。
其进一步技术方案为:连接器槽设有三个,其中有二个连接器槽位于六边形围板相对称的二个边上,还包括位于连接器槽内侧的连接器压板。
其进一步技术方案为:所述围板包括六个对称于板状本体的棱角的外围板;所述的联接槽为等腰梯形。
其进一步技术方案为:所述的板状本体包括位于前侧的发光本体和位于后侧的散热本体,所述的发光本体与散热本体通过螺钉连接。
一种灯具,其特征在于至少包括二个前述的六边形灯具单元,六边形灯具单元的相邻处设有连接件和与连接器连接的连接导体;所述的连接件设有用于容置连接导体的空槽;所述的连接件与六边形灯具单元的联接槽固定联接。
其进一步技术方案为:所述六边形灯具单元的围板包括六个对称于板状本体的棱角的外围板;所述的联接槽为等腰梯形;所述连接件的两端也为与联接槽的等腰梯形相对应的等腰凸起状。
其进一步技术方案为:所述的连接件设有用于与六边形灯具单元固定联接的螺钉孔。
其进一步技术方案为:所述的连接件设有位于空槽另一侧面的凸起条部。
本实用新型与现有技术相比的有益效果是:本实用新型灯具单元的外形采用了正六边形,利用正六边形的特点可以在六个方向实现模组之间的相互连接,从而实现不同数量单元的组合,达到灯具的多种形式的组合,以此实现灯具的多样化。灯具单元采用了连接器,可以利用连接导体实现二个灯具单元之间的快速连接。并且利用带有空槽的连接件,既可以容置连接导体,又可以与灯具单元的联接边相吻合,从而实现二个单元之间的无缝对接,并且占用空间少,外形简洁明了的特点。

具体实施方式
为了更充分理解本实用新型的技术内容,下面结合具体实施例对本实用新型的技术方案进一步介绍和说明,但不局限于此。
如图1所示,本实用新型六边形灯具单元F,包括灯座本体;灯座本体包括正六边形的板状本体10、位于板状本体10后侧的围板20和位于围板中间的若干个散热片30;围板20的外侧设有六个与板状本体10的边缘处相邻的联接槽200;板状本体10的前侧设有发光元件(图中未示出,优选LED灯珠)。
围板20还包括位于板状本体10后侧中心的六边形围板201,六边形围板201中间设有电源模块(图中未示出),及与电源模块电连接的连接器(图中未示出,横穿过于散热片),六边形围板201与联接槽200之间至少设有一个用于嵌入连接器的连接器槽(图中未示出)。
围板20还包括六个对称于板状本体10的棱角的外围板202;联接槽200为等腰梯形。
于其它实施例中,连接器槽设有三个,其中有二个连接器槽位于六边形围板相对称的二个边上,这样的结构可以通过连接器无限延伸出去,将多个灯具单元联接在一起。为了固定连接器,还可以包括位于连接器槽内侧的连接器压板。
于其它实施例中,为了便于安装和加工,板状本体采用分体式结构,包括位于前侧的发光本体和位于后侧的散热本体,所述的发光本体与散热本体通过螺钉连接。
于其它实施例中,散热片中间设有用于容置电源模块(图中未示出)的六边形空槽,还包括位于六边形空槽后侧且与散热片固定的六边形后盖(图中未示出)。
于其它实施例中,板状本体也可以是一体式结构;也可以不设有后盖;也可以采用其它的发光元件(比如传统的发光灯管)。
如图2至图4所示,分别为由二个、三个、四个的六边形灯具单元F构成的灯具,中间采用了连接件90。至少包括二个前述的六边形灯具单元F,六边形灯具单元的相邻处设有连接件90和与连接器连接的连接导体(图中未示出)。
如图5示出了本实用新型一种灯具的立体分解结构。其中的连接件90设有用于容置连接导体的空槽91;连接件90与六边形灯具单元F的联接槽200固定联接。连接件90设有用于与六边形灯具单元F固定联接的螺钉孔92。连接件90设有位于空槽91另一侧面的凸起条部93。因为六边形灯具单元F的围板包括六个对称于板状本体的棱角的外围板202;联接槽200为等腰梯形;连接件90的两端也为与联接槽的等腰梯形相对应的等腰凸起状94,使得二者安装在一起,十分地紧凑。
当灯具单元较少时,可以将电源模块设在其中的一个单元内,当灯具单元较多时(比如四个以上),可以将电源模块单独设置在单元之外。
于其它实施例中,当灯具单元较多时,可以增设有支架,通过支架来固定灯具单元,这个支架也可以同时用来固定独立设置的电源模块。
于其它实施例中,还可以在联接槽的侧壁上设有插槽部,而在连接件的斜面上设有用于插入插槽部的凸条部,在将连接件的凸条部从水平方向完全插入联接槽的插槽部之后,再通过螺钉固定将连接件与灯具模组固定联接。这个结构可以使得二个灯具单元之间起受力支撑的联接部分不只是螺钉孔的位置,而且还有插槽部与凸条部的联接位置,大大地提高了二个灯具单元之间的联接强度。
综上所述,本实用新型灯具单元的外形采用了正六边形,利用正六边形的特点可以在六个方向实现模组之间的相互连接,从而实现不同数量单元的组合,达到灯具的多种形式的组合,以此实现灯具的多样化。灯具单元采用了连接器,可以利用连接导体实现二个灯具单元之间的快速连接。并且利用带有空槽的连接件,既可以容置连接导体,又可以与灯具单元的联接边相吻合,从而实现二个单元之间的无缝对接,并且占用空间少,外形简洁明了的特点。

- 六边形灯具单元,包括灯座本体;其特征在于所述灯座本体包括正六边形的板状本体、位于板状本体后侧的围板和位于围板中间的若干个散热片;所述围板的外侧设有六个与板状本体的边缘处相邻的联接槽;所述板状本体的前侧设有发光元件。
- 根据权利要求1所述的六边形灯具单元,其特征在于所述的散热片中间设有用于容置电源模块的六边形空槽,还包括位于六边形空槽后侧且与散热片固定的六边形后盖。
- 根据权利要求1所述的六边形灯具单元,其特征在于所述的围板还包括位于板状本体后侧中心的六边形围板,所述的六边形围板中间设有电源模块,及与电源模块电连接的连接器,六边形围板与联接槽之间至少设有一个用于嵌入连接器的连接器槽。
- 根据权利要求3所述的六边形灯具单元,其特征在于连接器槽设有三个,其中有二个连接器槽位于六边形围板相对称的二个边上,还包括位于连接器槽内侧的连接器压板。
- 根据权利要求1所述的六边形灯具单元,其特征在于所述围板包括六个对称于板状本体的棱角的外围板;所述的联接槽为等腰梯形。
- 根据权利要求1所述的六边形灯具单元,其特征在于所述的板状本体包括位于前侧的发光本体和位于后侧的散热本体,所述的发光本体与散热本体通过螺钉连接。
- 一种灯具,其特征在于至少包括二个如权利要求1所述的六边形灯具单元,六边形灯具单元的相邻处设有连接件和与连接器连接的连接导体;所述的连接件设有用于容置连接导体的空槽;所述的连接件与六边形灯具单元的联接槽固定联接。
- 根据权利要求7所述的灯具,其特征在于所述六边形灯具单元的围板包括六个对称于板状本体的棱角的外围板;所述的联接槽为等腰梯形;所述连接件的两端也为与联接槽的等腰梯形相对应的等腰凸起状。
- 根据权利要求7所述的灯具,其特征在于所述的连接件设有用于与六边形灯具单元固定联接的螺钉孔。
- 根据权利要求7所述的灯具,其特征在于所述的连接件设有位于空槽另一侧面的凸起条部。
