Description

LED植物照明灯具模组 技术领域
本发明涉及植物照明技术领域,特别是涉及一种通用性强、适用范围广的LED植物照明灯具模组。
背景技术
LED灯具因其高光效、冷发光和易控制,在植物工厂化生产中得到越来越多的应用。现有LED植物照明灯具的应用方案都是根据具体应用场合进行整体设计,灯具的尺寸、功率等规格都是固定的,难以适用于不同场合,在实际的现场需求发生变化的情况下难以进行调整,并且往往需要大量的外部接线。
发明内容
鉴于以上所述现有技术的缺点,本发明的目的至少在于提供一种通用性强、适用范围广的LED植物照明灯具模组。
为实现上述目的及其他相关目的,本发明一方面提供一种LED植物照明灯具模组,包括至少两个光源模组和位于所述光源模组两端的两个灯具模组箱;所述光源模组包括灯管和安装在灯管内的电路板,LED灯珠固定在所述电路板上;所述灯具模组箱的一侧排列有多个灯管插槽,所述灯管的两端分别插入所述灯具模组箱上的灯管插槽中;至少一个所述灯具模组箱内安装有LED电源,所述LED电源的输出端与所述灯管内的电路板连接。
在一个实施方式中,所述灯具模组箱的两端设置有相互配合的结构连接件。
在一个实施方式中,所述结构连接件为相互配合的卡扣。
在一个实施方式中,安装有LED电源的所述灯具模组箱的两端分别设置有连接器母头和连接器公头;所述LED电源与连接器母头和/或连接器公头电连接。在一个实施方式中,所述灯具模组箱设置有安装部,所述安装部上开设有安装孔或滑槽。

第一灯具模组箱20可由箱体21和箱盖22组成。在箱体21的一侧,沿箱体21的长度方向排列有若干灯管插槽23,在灯具模组组装时,通过将灯管11的接线端插入灯管插槽23使光源模组20与第一灯具模组箱20机械连接。箱盖22可通过螺钉26与箱体21连接,方便组装与拆卸。第一灯具模组箱20上,本实施例具体是箱盖22一侧,还可设置有安装部28,安装部28上可设置一个或多个方便适应灯具模组在应用场合不同形式的安装的安装孔或滑槽,本实施例中为吊孔29。
为了实现光源模组20与第一灯具模组箱20更稳定的连接,可进一步通过胶粘、卡接或螺纹连接等方式将灯管11固定在第一灯具模组箱20上。图3-5分别示出上述三种固定方式。如图3所示,将灯管11的接线端插入灯管插槽23并以胶粘剂进行固定。如图4所示,灯管插槽23的内壁上设置有卡扣25,相应地,灯管11的管壁上设置有卡槽14,插入灯管插槽23的灯管11通过卡扣25与卡槽14的配合进行固定,在实际应用中,也可将卡扣设置在灯管上,而将卡槽设置在灯管插槽内。如图5所示,灯管11的端部设置有螺纹孔15,在灯管11插入灯管插槽23后,通过螺钉27与螺纹孔15的配合实现灯管11与第一灯具模组箱20的固定。
参见图4和图5,采用卡接和螺纹连接方式的情况下,还可在灯管11与灯管插槽23之间设置防水圈50,而在采用胶粘的情况下,则可由胶粘剂实现防水作用。
参见图2-5,还可在灯管插槽23内设置灯管壁卡槽24,由从灯管插槽23底部向外延伸凸起部与灯管插槽23的内壁共同限定出,该凸起部在灯管插槽23的周向上可以是连续的,也可以是间隔布置的。相应地,灯管11的端部设置有一段超出灯管端盖17的敞开段18。组装时,该敞开段18的管壁卡在灯管壁卡槽24内,以方便灯管11在灯管插槽23内的定位与安装。
如图2所示,第一灯具模组箱20内还安装有LED电源40。LED电源40的输出端设置 有多个接线端子41(与灯管插槽23相对应),用于通过与灯管11的接线端子16电连接。需要说明的是,LED电源由多个电子元器件组成,结构较为复杂,因此为简便起见,图2仅仅示意性地示出的LED电源的一种常见结构形式,即电路板及连接在电路板上的若干电子元器件,本领域技术人员能够明白,相应图示并不代表其实际的结构。同样,本领域技术人员能够明白,图2中接线端子41与16之间的连接关系以导线44示意,但这仅仅是用于表示二者之间存在着电连接关系,不代表其实际必须采用的连接方式,为组装方便,两个端子优选通过插拔式结构连接,例如将LED电源的接线端子设置在灯管插槽内,光源模组的接线端子随灯管插入灯管插槽与LED电源的接线端子实现电连接。此外,所述LED电源可以是一个电源,也可以由多个电源组成,每个电源对应一个或多个接线端子。
如图1和2所示,第一灯具模组箱20的两端,本实施例是在箱体21的两端,分别固定有电路连接器,其中一个为连接器母头42,另一个为连接器公头43。连接器母头42和连接器公头43与LED电源电连接,用于外接电力的输入。
图6和7示出在具体应用时,第一灯具模组箱的供电方式的两种示例。如图6所示,可通过连接器公头43和连接器母头42的插接实现两个第一灯具模组箱之间的供电连接,然后经由电路连接线45与外接电源(未示出)连接,电路连接线45的连接头与连接器母头42或连接器公头43相匹配。如图7所示,在第一灯具模组箱之间距离较远的情况下,各第一灯具模组箱可分别通过电路连接线45与外接电源连接。其中的连接器优选为防水连接器,电路连接线也优选为防水连接线。
第二灯具模组箱30也可由箱体31和箱盖32组成。在箱体31的一侧,沿箱体31的长度方向排列有若干灯管插槽37,在灯具模组组装时,通过将灯管11的另一端(即非接线端)插入灯管插槽37使光源模组20与第二灯具模组箱30机械连接。箱盖32可通过螺钉38与箱体31连接,方便组装与拆卸。第二灯具模组箱30上,本实施例具体是箱盖32一侧,还可设置有安装部35,安装部35上可设置一个或多个方便适应灯具模组在应用场合不同形式的安装的安装孔或滑槽,本实施例中为吊孔36。灯管插槽37与灯管11端部也可如前所述采用例如胶粘、卡接和螺纹连接等方式进一步固定,灯管插槽37内也可设置灯管壁卡槽,相应地,灯管11的上述另一端设置有敞开段。
如图2和图8所示,第二灯具模组箱30上,本实施例是在箱体31两端,设置有实现两个灯具模组之间机械连接的连接件。图8示出连接件的两种示例。一种方式采用卡扣连接,箱体31的一端设置卡扣母端33,另一端设置卡扣公端34。另一种方式,由分别设置在箱体31两端的筋条39替代卡扣,不同灯具模组的箱体31的相邻端通过筋条39连接在一起,例 如通过螺钉进行两个筋条的固定,相应地,筋条上设置螺纹通孔。虽然本实施例中提供了用于光源模组组装的第二灯具模组箱,但在实际上也可将第一灯具模组箱用作第二灯具模组箱,这种情况下,由于光源模组的另一端没有接线端子,因此第一灯具模组箱在此只起到机械连接的作用。
图9和图10、11分别示出灯具模组在应用中的两个安装示例。图9示出一种嵌入安装模式,灯具模组安装在灯架60上,灯架60上开设有适于灯具模组箱上的安装部插入的安装槽61。图10和11示出一种吊装模式,通过穿过灯具模组箱上的吊孔的吊绳70悬吊安装。
本发明提出的灯具模组的设计大大提高了LED植物照明灯具的通用性和适用范围,在实际使用中,可根据客户的需求及不同种类、不同生长阶段植物的差异,进行合适的光源模组及灯具模组组合的选择或调整。为此,光源模组可以是不同规格的,所述规格包括但不限于功率、外形、尺寸、出光角度等。不同灯具模组可选用不同规格的光源模组,同一灯具模组内的光源模组也可以是不同规格的。LED电源也优选是功率可调的,以进一步提高灯具模组适用范围。
由此可见,本发明提供的上述技术方案能够获得显著的有益效果,不仅可根据不同的需要,进行光源模组以及灯具模组的优化组合以及灯具模组间隔的优化排布,并且能够快速进行不同发光角度、不同功率、不同尺寸光源模组和灯具模组的更换,最终得到更好的照射效果,提升植物生长品质,减少资源浪费。此外,将灯具功率分散到多个光源模组中,还可以减少积热,延长灯具使用寿命。
上述实施例仅例示性说明本发明的原理及其功效,而非用于限制本发明。任何熟悉此技术的人士皆可在不违背本发明的精神及范畴下,对上述实施例进行修饰或改变。因此,举凡所属技术领域中具有通常知识者在未脱离本发明所揭示的精神与技术思想下所完成的一切等效修饰或改变,仍应由本发明的权利要求所涵盖。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种LED植物照明灯具模组,其特征在于:
    所述灯具模组包括至少两个光源模组和位于所述光源模组两端的两个灯具模组箱;
    所述光源模组包括灯管和安装在灯管内的电路板,LED灯珠固定在所述电路板上;
    所述灯具模组箱的一侧排列有至少两个灯管插槽,所述灯管的两端分别插入所述灯具模组箱上的灯管插槽中;
    至少一个所述灯具模组箱内安装有LED电源,所述LED电源的输出端与所述灯管内的电路板连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的LED植物照明灯具模组,其特征在于:
    所述灯具模组箱的两端设置有相互配合的结构连接件。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的LED植物照明灯具模组,其特征在于:
    所述结构连接件为相互配合的卡扣。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的灯具模组箱,其特征在于:
    安装有LED电源的所述灯具模组箱的两端分别设置有连接器母头和连接器公头;所述LED电源与连接器母头和/或连接器公头电连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的灯具模组箱,其特征在于所述连接器母头和公头内嵌于模组内。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的灯具模组箱,其特征在于:
    所述灯具模组箱设置有安装部,所述安装部上开设有安装孔或滑槽。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的LED植物照明灯具模组,其特征在于:
    所述至少两个光源模组为同一规格,或者所述光源模组中至少一个与其他光源模组具有不同规格。
