目前的电子黑板一体机根据具体的功能需要,可以是具有单独显示区域的黑板,或者与书写黑板结合组成多个区域,目前常用的是分为三个区域,如图1所示,其中的中部的LCD显示屏作为显示主控区域,既可以用手触摸屏幕进行智能化教学操作,也可以用普通粉笔书写;左右两边各是侧边黑板,只是普通的板书功能。而控制显示的核心模块是由主板连接OPS主板再连接电源板固定在电气盒中,再把电气盒安装在黑板的背面框体中,目前大多是放置在侧边黑板背面。
但这样的结构设计有诸多弊端,特别是在后期维修时,需要拆掉黑板侧边,再拆装电气安装盒,需要多人配合,费时费力,导致售后成本大大增加。因此,现在亟需一种能方便维护的新型结构方法来解决以上问题。
通过检索,现有技术中已有相关的便于维护的专利方案公开,如中国专利公开了一种智能纳米黑板(申请号:201720341971.1),包括黑板主体和触控显示屏;触控显示屏设置在黑板主体上,黑板主体上设置有电视主板模块、电脑模块和电源模块;黑板主体上设有多个插拔接口,分别用于插拔连接电视主板模块、电脑模块和电源模块。该专利方案主要是在黑板主体上设置相应的插口,然后把电源模块、主板模块以及OPS模块分别单独与黑板主体上的插口连接,但这种方式把各模块之间的连接线都封装在黑板主体中,而且为了实现直接插接的效果,势必需要增加大量的布线,并不能有效解决维修问题。
又如中国专利公开的一种可便捷维护的智能黑板(申请号:201710347477.0),主要包括一块主板和第一侧板,所述主板上设置有触控显示模组和触摸息屏按钮,所述第一侧板设置在主板的一侧,且第一侧板和主板之间以平面拼接方式连接在一起;所述第一侧板上集成了电源板、OPS主机、视频卡和扩展单元,第一侧板上还活动的安装有一盖板,所述盖板在闭合时,通过开关按钮固定在第一侧板上。该方案把黑板侧板背部设置盖板,不需要拆卸螺钉便可把盖板打开,从而方便维修。该方案只是节省了拆装时间,结构上并没有改变需要对各模块进行拆卸的实质性问题。

(1)本发明的电子黑板,在黑板主体上设置导轨,把主板和OPS整合成一体的主板模块,电源模块和主板模块能够直接插接安装到导轨中,在安装和后期维护过程中,可以在不拆卸盖板的情况下直接插拔取出电源模块和主板模块,更好的可维护性,维护成本低,有助 于黑板使用寿命的提高。
(2)本发明的电子黑板,电源模块和主板模块可以设置在同一电气盒中整体插接,或者是沿两个平行的轨道单独插接,或者是从两个不同方向进行插接,根据不同的黑板结构,能够满足不同的插接需求。
(3)本发明的电子黑板,所设置的转接板集成多种线路,从而可减少黑板中的布线电路,简化了线路结构;电源模块和主板模块通过电路插拔接口直接与转接板相连,需要拆卸时,可直接拔出对应模块而不需要拆装其他元器件,操作方便。
(4)本发明的电子黑板,当导轨的插口朝向触控黑板侧边时,对应的接口不易被触碰到,更加安全;同时把书写黑板相对于触控黑板铰接连接,使用状态下,书写黑板被锁紧机构固定;需要维护时,可打开锁紧机构后转动书写黑板,能够从侧边拔出相应的模块进行维修,结构设计合理,原理简单,便于推广使用。

为进一步了解本发明的内容,结合附图和实施例对本发明作详细描述。
本说明书附图所绘示的结构、比例、大小等,均仅用以配合说明书所揭示的内容,以供熟悉此技术的人士了解与阅读,并非用以限定本发明可实施的限定条件,故不具技术上的实质意义,任何结构的修饰、比例关系的改变或大小的调整,在不影响本发明所能产生的功效及所能达成的目的下,均应仍落在本发明所揭示的技术内容得能涵盖的范围内。同时,本说明书中所引用的如“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“中间”等用语,亦仅为便于叙述的明了,而非用以限定本发明可实施的范围,其相对关系的改变或调整,在无实质变更技术内 容下,当亦视为本发明可实施的范畴。
结合图1,其包括三块黑板区域:中部的LCD显示屏作为显示主控区域,既可以用手触摸屏幕进行智能化教学操作,也可以用普通粉笔书写;左右两边各是侧边黑板,只是普通的板书功能。而控制显示的核心模块是由主板连接OPS主板再连接电源板固定在电气盒中,再把电气盒安装在黑板的背面框体中。这种结构是目前的主流产品结构,由于主板、OPS主板以及电源板均被封装在黑板内,维护时必须要拆卸下侧边黑板,维护工序复杂,成本较高。
图2展示了本发明的一种模块插接式电子黑板,包括黑板主体1,所述黑板主体1背侧设置有导轨2,在导轨2中插接安装电源模块33和主板模块31。
电子黑板是指目前带有触控功能的黑板,其可以是只是触控操作黑板,或者是能够同时进行板书的触控黑板,没有具体限制。
黑板主体1包括有框架、显示单元、触控屏等元部件,具体的结构形式不具体限制。
黑板主体1背侧设置有导轨2,该导轨2是由型材组合形成的,可包含平行设置的两条边框,用于构成滑道,相配合的元件能够沿滑道滑动。
把导轨2设置在黑板主体1背侧,所指背侧是相对于触控操作一侧而言,与其相对的一侧。可以是设置在盖板外侧。
更优的,可以把导轨2设置在显示模组与盖板之间的区域,该区域有外部框架支撑,不会影响整体的结构,而且具有较好的安全性,避免所连接的对应模块裸露在外。
在导轨2中插接安装电源模块33和主板模块31,即电源模块33和主板模块31能够顺着滑道插入导轨中,实现对各模块的安装。更优地,可以设置卡紧机构锁住电源模块33和主板模块31,例如在电源模块33和/或主板模块31上设置圆形凸起,导轨2的框架上设置凹槽,凸起与凹槽实现对各模块的锁紧定位。
或者是在电源模块33和主板模块31外侧设置盖板,当把模块装入导轨中后,盖板与导轨2端部连接,把两个模块封装在导轨中,从而防止其滑落。该盖板可以与导轨的框架型材螺栓连接,或者是卡接等形式连接,没有具体限制。
上述的电源模块33用于把外接电源进行调整后向各元器件供电。
上述主板模块31包含了现有技术中的主板和OPS主板,主板一般是用于显示模块的PCB板,OPS主板是指电脑模块控制板。本发明把主板和OPS主板整合成一体的主板模块,其中一端为外露接口供用户使用:如HDMI(高清多媒体接口)、RJ45(网络数据传输接口)、VGA(视频接口)、USB接口等,另一端与电源及黑板主体中其他线路连接,用来传输LVDS信号和USB信号等。
实施例1
结合图2,本实例提供了电子黑板的一种结构形式,黑板主体1采用触控黑板11,即不附加其他书写黑板。在黑板主体1的下侧靠近边缘部分设置导轨2,电源模块33和主板模块31装成一体结构插入导轨2,此时电源模块33和主板模块31同向插入导轨2。
该实例中导轨2包含两侧平行设置作为滑道的侧边,电源模块33和主板模块31中各板块整体装入到电气盒中,在其内侧设置有用于与黑板主体其他元器件连接的插口,主板模块外侧设置外露接口供用户使用。
进一步地,可以在导轨2内侧设置边框,并与两测的作为滑道的边框相连接构成整体滑轨框架,内侧边框能够起到定位作用,限制模块插入深度。在导轨2外侧(附图2中的下侧)设置钣金件做盖板开口外露所有接口。
导轨2内侧边框可以为直线型结构,也可有一定的弯折,具体可根据电气盒的结构进行具体结构设计。
实施例2
参看图3,本实施例中电子黑板与实施例2中电子黑板整体结构相同,其改进点在于:在电源模块33和主板模块31之间设置了转接板32,三板块位于同一电气盒中,该转接板32通过电路插拔接口分别与电源模块33和主板模块31相连。
转接板32可以把原本布置于黑板主体1中的部分电路进行集成到一体,例如把背光模组、触控单元电路、快拍仪电路、喇叭电路等集成到转接板32上,并预留接口,从而可减少黑板主体中的线路排布,通过插接便可实现对应的电路连接。
实施例3
参看图4,本实例中电子黑板的一种结构形式,其改进点在于:在黑板主体1的下侧靠近边缘部分设置导轨2,电源模块33和主板模块31单独同向插入导轨2。
具体地,导轨2包含三条平行设置的边框,形成两个相互平行的插装滑道,其中一滑道用于插装电源模块33,另一滑道用于插装主板模块31。
位于两个滑道之间的导轨边框可以采用具有双面滑道插口的边框,也可以是由两个具有单个滑道插口的边框组合而成,以配合两侧的边框形成插装滑道。进一步地,各模块可以是通过卡紧机构固定,并配合使用盖板进行封装;也可以是单独利用盖板进行固定封装。
优选地,为了方便拆卸,在导轨2内侧设置有转接板32,并把转接板32锁紧固定在导轨2中,转接板32通过电路插拔接口分别与电源模块33和主板模块31相连。
附图中作为展示,把导轨2设置在黑板主体1下侧,使用时,也可把导轨2设置在黑板主体1侧边,设置方式可参照上述结构设计。
实施例4
参看图5,本实例中电子黑板的一种结构形式,其改进点在于:导轨2为L型结构,其两端口分别朝向黑板主体1的两侧边,并靠近黑板主体1的两侧边,电源模块33和主板模块31分别从两端口插入导轨2。
考虑到插装的便利性,并把电源模块33的电源接口与主板模块31的外露接口分开,以提高安全性,可以将电源模块33和主板模块31分离设置,从两个不同方向插装入导轨2。
导轨2的L型结构,使一个滑道端口位于黑板主体侧边,另一个位于底边,可以把电源模块33从侧部插入导轨2的横向滑道,主板模块31从底部插入纵向滑道,则外侧的接口相互分离,提高安全性。
作为优选,也可以把主板模块31与电源模块33进行调换,即主板模块31从侧边插入,电源模块33从底边插入。
进一步地,可在横向滑道和纵向滑道的交叉区域设置转接板32,该转接板32可以是依靠单边滑道插入到导轨中并锁紧,也可直接固定在导轨中。
作为进一步的实施使用说明,结合图6、图7,电源模块33上设置有电源座子,和转接板32一侧设置电源座子插接,为电子黑板供电。
主板模块31内侧设置有JAE连接座,可以与转接板32对应侧的JAE连接座插接,主板模块31上的LVDS、USB、AUDIO等信号即可通过JAE连接座传输到转接板32,转接板32再传输到电子黑板LCD模组上,完成显示输出,而主板模块31的外露接口在黑板主体边缘可直接使用,如HDMI(高清多媒体接口)、RJ45(网络数据传输接口)、VGA(视频接口)、USB接口等。
实施例5
本实施例的一种模块插接式电子黑板,对于导轨2与各模块的插接配合结构,可以在导轨边框插接口设置内凹结构,电源模块33和主板模块31上对应设有突出结构,以实现两者的配合。
例如在导轨边框所选用型材具有矩形内凹结构,或者是弧形内凹结构,则各模块电气盒边缘可设置对应的矩形凸起、弧形凸起与之配合。
还可把内凹结构设置为具有双向限位的槽体结构,如T型槽结构,或燕尾槽结构等,在保证滑动的插装的同时,又能够防止其向两侧晃动。
进一步地,还可以在导轨2上设置凸起结构,把内凹结构设置在个模块上,以实现各模块的滑动插装,具体设置形式没有具体限制。
实施例6
本实施例中黑板主体1包括相拼接的触控黑板11和书写黑板12,导轨2安装在触控黑板11。触控黑板11可以用于多媒体教学演示,而书写黑板12则能够配合板书进行教学讲解。
如果是采用单个书写黑板12与触控黑板11相配合,则可结合以上实施例把导轨2设置在底边,或者是没有书写黑板12的一侧。
如果在触控黑板11两侧均设置有书写黑板12,则可以采用模块同向插入法,把导轨2设置在触控黑板11底边。
实施例7
结合图8,本实施例与实施例6不同的是,采用L型导轨结构,导轨2的插口一侧朝向触控黑板11底边,另一插口朝向触控黑板11侧边。
由于侧边的书写黑板12会阻碍对应模块的插拔,会影响后期的拆卸。考虑到该问题,可以把该书写黑板12相对于触控黑板11铰接连接。即该书写黑板12的框架与触控黑板11框架相铰接,或者是与安装墙体相铰接,相对于触控黑板11能够以竖直轴为轴线向外转动。
当书写黑板12向外旋转后,导轨2侧部插口裸露,用于插拔电源模块33和/或主板模块31,以方便该模块的拆卸。当旋转至使用状态位置时,即与触控黑板11相拼接作为一个黑板整体时,该轨道插口被封住。
对应的,可以设置锁紧机构用于固定该书写黑板12,例如用螺钉把该铰接连接的书写黑板12固定在黑板框上;或者是设置卡槽与卡扣配合把该书写黑板12固定;或者是设置锁扣,并在框架上设置钥匙孔,通过钥匙控制锁扣的开合,进而实现对书写黑板12的固定,没有具体限制。
实施例8
结合图9,本实施例与实施例6不同的是,采用L型导轨结构,并把该导轨2安装在书写黑板12下方侧部。导轨2的插口一侧朝向书写黑板12底边,另一插口朝向书写黑板12侧边。具体的安装结构,可以结合上述实施例4进行设置。
以上示意性的对本发明及其实施方式进行了描述,该描述没有限制性,附图中所示的也只是本发明的实施方式之一,实际的结构并不局限于此。所以,如果本领域的普通技术人员受其启示,在不脱离本发明创造宗旨的情况下,不经创造性的设计出与该技术方案相似的结构方式及实施例,均应属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种模块插接式电子黑板,包括黑板主体,其特征在于:所述黑板主体背侧设置有导轨,在导轨中插接安装电源模块和主板模块。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种模块插接式电子黑板,其特征在于:所述电源模块和主板模块同向插入导轨,电源模块和主板模块装成一体结构插入导轨或者是单独插入导轨。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种模块插接式电子黑板,其特征在于:所述导轨为L型结构,其两端口分别朝向黑板主体的两侧边,电源模块和主板模块分别从两端口插入导轨。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的一种模块插接式电子黑板,其特征在于:所述电源模块和主板模块均包含有电气盒,通过电气盒与导轨插接连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种模块插接式电子黑板,其特征在于:所述导轨插接口有内凹或突出的结构,电源模块和主板模块上对应设有突出或内凹结构与导轨相配合。
  6. 根据权利要求2或3所述的一种模块插接式电子黑板,其特征在于:该电子黑板还包括转接板,该转接板通过电路插拔接口分别与电源模块和主板模块相连。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种模块插接式电子黑板,其特征在于:所述转接板相对于导轨固定设置,电源模块和主板模块沿导轨直接与转接板插合。
  8. 根据权利要求2或3所述的一种模块插接式电子黑板,其特征在于:所述黑板主体为触控黑板,导轨安装在触控黑板上。
  9. 根据权利要求2或3所述的一种模块插接式电子黑板,其特征在于:所述黑板主体包括相拼接的触控黑板和书写黑板,导轨安装在触控黑板或书写黑板上。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种模块插接式电子黑板,其特征在于:所述导轨安装在触控黑板上,导轨的插口朝向触控黑板侧边,该侧的书写黑板相对于触控黑板铰接连接,当书写黑板旋转后,导轨插口裸露用于插拔电源模块和/或主板模块;并设置锁紧机构用于固定该书写黑板。
