如图2至图4所示,其中,背板20的背离后壳10的侧面为内侧面,紧固件30可以为安装柱,安装柱的侧面上开设有凹槽31;当后壳10位于锁紧位置时,凹槽31分别与背板20的内侧面、通孔21的侧壁卡合。在优选的实施例中,如图2所示,背板20朝向后壳10内侧的一面为背板20的表面,背板20背离后壳10的侧面为背板20的内侧面;如图3所示,紧固件30为设置于后壳10内侧上的安装柱,安装柱包括平行于后壳10的端面以及连接端面与后壳10的侧面,在安装柱的侧面上开设有开口向上的凹槽31。当后壳10沿背板20的表面向上移动到达紧固件30与通孔21相对的锁紧位置时,安装柱的凹槽31的底面与通孔21的侧壁卡合,凹槽31的侧面与背板20的内侧面卡合,进而使后壳10卡紧在背板20的表面上,通过安装柱的凹槽31分别和通孔21、背板20卡合,可使安装柱在通孔21上卡紧的更牢固,以防在后壳10移动过程中安装柱从通孔21中脱落。
在其他的实施例中,紧固件30还可以为其他形式,例如,紧固件30包括限位块以及连接限位块与后壳10内侧的连接柱。当后壳10沿背板20的表面向上移动到锁紧位置时,连接柱与通孔21的侧壁卡合,限位块靠近后壳10内侧的一面与背板20的内侧面卡合。此外,如图3所示,背板20上设置有多个安装凸台22,安装凸台22包括相对于背板20间隔设置的安装面板221以及连接面板与后壳10的连接板222,安装面板221上开设有与紧固件30适配的通孔21,安装凸台22给紧固件30的上下移动提供了空间。
如图1所示,紧固件30间隔设置在后壳10内侧上,紧固件30能够一一对应地嵌入并卡在通孔21内。在优选的实施例中,在后壳10内侧的上部和左右两侧分别均匀间隔设置有多个紧固件30,每个紧固件30对应嵌入并卡在一个通孔21内。当后壳10沿背板20表面移动到锁紧位置时,每个紧固件30的位置与每个通孔21一一对应,多个紧固件30同时嵌入对应的通孔21内使的后壳10卡紧在背板20上;当后壳10沿背板20表面移动到释放位置时,通孔21内的紧固件30同时从通孔21内移出即完成后壳10的拆卸。在其他实施例中,背板20上通孔21的内径可以开设的足够大,使多个紧固件30能够同时嵌入到大通孔21中并卡在通孔21内。
如图1所示,后壳安装机构还包括设置于后壳10的底部上的多个锁紧件40,当后壳10移动到锁紧位置时,多个锁紧件40能够将后壳10的底部固定在背板20上,进而使后壳10与背板20的安装更加牢固。由于锁紧件40是设置在后壳10的底部,因此从显示屏的背面看是看不到锁紧件40的,可保证使显示屏的外观更加美观。其中,锁紧件40可以为螺钉、铆钉或者卡扣等。当锁紧件40为螺钉时,背板20上设置有与螺钉适配的螺纹孔,螺钉能够自后壳10拧紧于螺纹孔内。或者,在其他的实施方式,还可以根据后壳10的移动方向确定是否设置锁紧件40,例如,当后壳10向下移动到达锁紧位置而向上移动到达释放位置时,则可以通过后壳10自身的重力实现对后壳10的稳定安装。
实施例2
参考实施例1中的图2,实施例2中的一种后壳安装机构,其用于将显示屏的后壳10安装在背板20上,与实施例1相比,在实施例2中将紧固件与安装凸台、通孔的位置进行了交换。具体地,该后壳安装机构包括设置于背板20上的多个紧固件;后壳10的内侧上设置有多个安装凸台,安装凸台包括相对于后壳10间隔设置的安装面板以及连接安装面板与后壳10的连接板,安装面板上开设有通孔;紧固件能够插入通孔内,后壳10能够沿背板20的表面在锁紧位置与释放位置之间移动,当后壳10位于锁紧位置时,紧固件与安装凸台卡合,当后壳10位于释放位置时,紧固件能够从通孔内移出。
在该实施例中,当后壳10沿背板20的表面移动到紧固件与通孔对应的锁紧位置时,紧固件能够与安装凸台卡合;当后壳10需要从背板20上拆卸时,使后壳10沿背板20的表面移动到释放位置,紧固件能够从通孔中移出,进而达到后壳10从背板20上拆掉的目的。这种技术方案拆装简便,且从显示屏的背面看后壳10是无螺钉的,使显示屏的外壳外观更加简洁美观。
其中,紧固件为安装柱,安装柱的侧面上开设有凹槽;后壳10位于锁紧位置时,凹槽与通孔的侧壁卡合。在优选的实施例中,紧固件为设置于背板20的表面的安装柱,安装柱包括端面以及连接端面和背板20的侧面,在安装柱的侧面上开设凹槽,当后壳10沿背板20表面移动到锁紧位置时,凹槽的底面与通孔的侧壁卡合,凹槽的侧面与安装面板的靠近连接面板的一侧卡合;当后壳10需要从背板20上拆卸下来时,安装柱能从通孔内移出,进而使后壳10与背板20分离。
以下通过对后壳安装机构的工作过程进行具体描述,来对本申请的技术方案进行进一步说明。
当需要将后壳10安装到背板20上时,后壳10沿背板20的表面移动到紧固件30与通孔21的位置一一对应的锁紧位置时,多个紧固件30自后壳10内侧同时插入通孔21内,且紧固件30与通孔21的侧壁和外侧分别卡合,进而使后壳10卡紧在背板20上,然后用锁紧件40将后壳10的底部固定在背板20上以使安装更加牢固;当后壳10需要从显示屏上拆卸时,后壳10沿背板20的表面移动到释放位置时,紧固件30能够同时从通孔21中移出,进而使整个后壳10从背板20上拆卸下来。这种通过后壳10的上下移动即可完成拆装的后壳安装机构,拆装方便节省成本,从显示屏背面看不到螺钉,外观简洁,提高了市场竞争力。
本申请还提供一种显示屏,其包括后壳10、背板20以及如上所述的后壳安装机构,其中,显示屏可以为电视机或者电脑的显示屏。该后壳安装机构的具体结构参照上述实施例,由于显示屏采用了上述实施例的全部技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有有益效果,在此不再一一赘述。这种具有拆装方便的后壳安装机构的显示屏背面简洁美观大方,拆装机方便,进而降低成本,增大竞争优势。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种后壳安装机构,其用于将显示屏的后壳安装在背板上,其中,所述后壳安装机构包括设置于所述后壳的内侧上的多个紧固件,所述背板上开设有多个通孔,所述紧固件能够插入所述通孔内;所述后壳能够沿所述背板的表面在锁紧位置与释放位置之间移动,当所述后壳位于所述锁紧位置时,所述紧固件与所述通孔的侧壁卡合,当所述后壳位于所述释放位置时,所述紧固件能够从所述通孔内移出。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的后壳安装机构,其中,所述背板的背离所述后壳的侧面为内侧面,所述紧固件为安装柱,所述安装柱的侧面上开设有凹槽;当所述后壳位于所述锁紧位置时,所述凹槽分别与所述背板的内侧面、所述通孔的侧壁卡合。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的后壳安装机构,其中,所述背板的背离所述后壳的侧面为内侧面,所述紧固件包括限位块以及连接所述限位块与所述后壳的连接柱;当所述后壳位于所述锁紧位置时,所述连接柱与所述通孔的侧壁卡合,所述限位块与所述背板的内侧面卡合。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的后壳安装机构,其中,所述背板上设置有多个安装凸台,所述安装凸台包括相对于所述背板间隔设置的安装面板以及连接所述面板与所述后壳的连接板,所述安装面板上开设有所述通孔。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的后壳安装机构,其中,所述紧固件间隔设置在所述后壳的内侧上,所述紧固件能够一一对应地卡入所述通孔内。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的后壳安装机构,其中,所述后壳安装机构还包括设置于所述后壳的底部上的多个锁紧件,当所述后壳位于所述锁紧位置时,多个所述锁紧件能够将所述后壳的底部固定在所述背板上。
  7. 如权利要求2所述的后壳安装机构,其中,所述后壳安装机构还包括设置于所述后壳的底部上的多个锁紧件,当所述后壳位于所述锁紧位置时,多个所述锁紧件能够将所述后壳的底部固定在所述背板上。
  8. 如权利要求3所述的后壳安装机构,其中,所述后壳安装机构还包括设置于所述后壳的底部上的多个锁紧件,当所述后壳位于所述锁紧位置时,多个所述锁紧件能够将所述后壳的底部固定在所述背板上。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的后壳安装机构,其中,所述锁紧件为螺钉、铆钉或者卡扣。
  10. 一种后壳安装机构,其用于将显示屏的后壳安装在背板上,其中,所述后壳安装机构包括设置于所述背板上的多个紧固件;所述后壳的内侧上设置有多个安装凸台,所述安装凸台包括相对于所述后壳间隔设置的安装面板以及连接所述面板与所述后壳的连接板,所述安装面板上开设有通孔;所述紧固件能够插入所述通孔内,所述后壳能够沿所述背板的表面在锁紧位置与释放位置之间移动,当所述后壳位于锁紧位置时,所述紧固件与所述通孔卡合,当所述后壳位于所述释放位置时,所述紧固件能够从所述通孔内移出。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的后壳安装机构,其中,所述紧固件为安装柱,所述安装柱的侧面上开设有凹槽;当所述后壳位于所述锁紧位置时,所述凹槽与所述通孔的侧壁卡合。
  12. 一种显示屏,其中,所述显示屏包括后壳、背板以及用于将显示屏的后壳安装在背板上的后壳安装机构,所述后壳安装机构包括设置于所述后壳的内侧上的多个紧固件,所述背板上开设有多个通孔,所述紧固件能够插入所述通孔内;所述后壳能够沿所述背板的表面在锁紧位置与释放位置之间移动,当所述后壳位于所述锁紧位置时,所述紧固件与所述通孔的侧壁卡合,当所述后壳位于所述释放位置时,所述紧固件能够从所述通孔内移出。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的显示屏,其中,所述背板的背离所述后壳的侧面为内侧面,所述紧固件为安装柱,所述安装柱的侧面上开设有凹槽;当所述后壳位于所述锁紧位置时,所述凹槽分别与所述背板的内侧面、所述通孔的侧壁卡合。
  14. 如权利要求12所述的显示屏,其中,所述背板的背离所述后壳的侧面为内侧面,所述紧固件包括限位块以及连接所述限位块与所述后壳的连接柱;当所述后壳位于所述锁紧位置时,所述连接柱与所述通孔的侧壁卡合,所述限位块与所述背板的内侧面卡合。
  15. 如权利要求12所述的显示屏,其中,所述背板上设置有多个安装凸台,所述安装凸台包括相对于所述背板间隔设置的安装面板以及连接所述面板与所述后壳的连接板,所述安装面板上开设有所述通孔。
  16. 如权利要求12所述的显示屏,其中,所述紧固件间隔设置在所述后壳的内侧上,所述紧固件能够一一对应地卡入所述通孔内。
  17. 如权利要求12所述的显示屏,其中,所述后壳安装机构还包括设置于所述后壳的底部上的多个锁紧件,当所述后壳位于所述锁紧位置时,多个所述锁紧件能够将所述后壳的底部固定在所述背板上。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的显示屏,其中,所述锁紧件为螺钉、铆钉或者卡扣。
  19. 一种显示屏,其中,所述显示屏包括后壳、背板以及用于将显示屏的后壳安装在背板上的后壳安装机构,所述后壳安装机构包括设置于所述背板上的多个紧固件;所述后壳的内侧上设置有多个安装凸台,所述安装凸台包括相对于所述后壳间隔设置的安装面板以及连接所述面板与所述后壳的连接板,所述安装面板上开设有通孔;所述紧固件能够插入所述通孔内,所述后壳能够沿所述背板的表面在锁紧位置与释放位置之间移动,当所述后壳位于锁紧位置时,所述紧固件与所述通孔卡合,当所述后壳位于所述释放位置时,所述紧固件能够从所述通孔内移出。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的显示屏,其中,所述紧固件为安装柱,所述安装柱的侧面上开设有凹槽;当所述后壳位于所述锁紧位置时,所述凹槽与所述通孔的侧壁卡合。
