本发明目的的实现、功能特点及优点将结合实施例,参照附图做进一步说明。
具体实施方式
下面结合附图及具体实施例就本发明的技术方案做进一步的说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明提出一种过滤网导向机构10,该过滤网导向机10构属于立式空调器20的一部分,用于给立式空调器20的过滤网22的安装起导向作用。
参照图1、图2和图3,在本发明实施例中,该过滤网导向机构10包括固定板11和导向板12,所述固定板11用于与所述立式空调器20的背部固定连接,所述导向板12连接所述固定板11,所述导向板12具有一导向面120,所述导向面120用于将所过滤网22导入过滤网安装槽24。
参照图4、图5、图6、图7a、图7b和图8,所述过滤网支架23设置于所述立式空调器20的背面,所述进风格栅21安装于过滤网支架23的背部,过滤网支架23与进风格栅21合围成所述过滤网安装槽24,所述过滤网安装槽24的一侧具有一过滤网安装口241,过滤网22通过该过滤网安装口241插入所述过滤网安装槽24。
所述固定板11与所述进风格栅21的背离所述过滤网支架23的一面固定连接(如螺接、焊接或卡接)。当向所述过滤网安装口241插入所述过滤网22时,所述导向板12抵接所述过滤网22,所述过滤网22被逐渐导入所述过滤网安装口241,最终被导入所述过滤网安装槽24。
用户在插入所述过滤网22时,不用寻找所述过滤网安装口241,只需将所述过滤网22朝向所述导向板12的导向面120插设,在导向面120的导向作用下,所述过滤网22从所述过滤网安装口241导入所述过滤网安装槽24。
本发明的过滤网导向机构10安装于立式空调器20的进风格栅21的背部,用于对过滤网22的安装导向,使过滤网22的安装极为方便、快捷。
进一步地,所述固定板11包括相对设置的第一侧边和第二侧边,以及第一板面111,所述导向板12的一端与所述第一侧边连接,所述导向板12朝向远离所述第二侧边的方向延伸,并且,所述导向板12位于所述第一板面111所在的平面的一侧。
具体地,所述过滤网导向机构10安装于所述过滤网安装口241的一侧,所述固定板11通过所述第二板面112与所述进风格栅21贴合而固定,所述过滤网22能够沿所述导向面120同过滤网安装口241形成的导向路径滑入所述顾虑网安装槽24。
进一步地,所述导向面120为朝向背离所述第一板面111所在平面的方向外凸的弧面。
由于该导向板12的导向面120为弧面,在该弧面的抵持作用下,所述过滤网22弯折(过滤网22能够发生弹性形变),以使所述过滤网22的自由端插入所述过滤网安装口241,最终使所述过滤网22整体进入所述过滤网安装槽24,完成过滤网22的安装。
进一步地,参照图3,所述导向面120与所述第二板面112之间的夹角大于等于135°且小于等于150°
由于所述立式空调器20一般置放于墙角或靠近墙壁(如图5和图6),所以在插设所述过滤网22时,过滤网22一般是从墙壁与所立式空调器的侧壁之间插入的,墙壁与该侧壁之间的夹角在45°与90°之间。而所述导向板12的内弧面是要将所述过滤网22的自由端导入所述过滤网安装口241的,因此,如果所述导向面120与所述第二面板112之间的夹角太小,在所述导向面120的抵持作用下,所述过滤网22的前端可能会朝向背离所述过滤网安装口241的方向弯曲,而不能将所述过滤网22的前端导入所述过滤网安装槽241。因此,为了使所述过滤网22更容易被导入所述过滤网安装口241,所述导向面120与所述第二面板112之间的夹角大于135°,如135°、140°或150°。
另外,如果所述导向面120与第二面板112之间的夹角过大,那么所述导向面120的曲率可能较小,导向面120的曲率较小可能会降低所述导向板12的导向作用。因此,所述导向面120与所述第二板面112之间的夹角大于等于135°且小于等于150°。
进一步地,参照图1和图2,所述导向板12包括位于所述固定板11一端的第一导向板121和位于固定板另一端的第二导向板122,所述第一导向板121和第二导向板122由一开口13间隔。
具体地,所述过滤网22具有一把手221,以便所述过滤网22从所述过滤网安装槽24拔出和插入。上述实施例中,当将所述过滤网22的大部分插入所述过滤网安装槽24时,用户的手可能会受到所述导向板12的阻碍,因此,上述实施例的导向板12的导向效果一般。本实施例中,当用户插入或拔出所述过滤网12时,为了便于用户的操作,本实施例中,通过在所述导向板12上开设一开口13,给用户的手让位,避免了导向板12对用户的手产生阻碍。
进一步地,参照图1、图2和图7,所述过滤网导向机构10还包括一U型加强件14,所述U型加强件14包括底板140,以及设置于底板140两端的第一加强板141和第二加强板142,所述U型加强件14设置于所述开口13位置,且所述固定板11连接所述第一侧边,所述第一加强板141连接第一导向板121的朝向所述第二导向板122的一端,所述第二加强板142连接所述第二导向板122的朝向所述第一导向板121的一端。
具体地,本实施例中,所述U型加强件14的设置增强了所述导向板12的抗冲击、耐形变能力,增强了该过滤网导向机构10的使用寿命。
进一步地,参照图1和图6,所述导向板12具有位于该导向板12的导向方向的两侧的上端和下端,所述上端和下端均设置有垂直于所述固定板11的限位板15。
上述实施例中,经过所述导向板12导向后,还需要用户手动调整过滤网22的上下高度,以便过滤网22准确进入所述过滤网安装口241。因此,上述实施例中,所述导向板12的导向效果一般。本实施例中,所述限位板15的设置进一步提高所述导向板12的导向效果。
具体地,增设所述限位板15后,上下设置的两限位板15对所述过滤网22在上下方向的高度进行限位。当用户将所述过滤网22插入两所述限位板15之间,在所述导向板12的导向作用下,进入所述过滤网安装口241。整个过程中,用户不需要调整所述过滤网22的高度。
进一步地,参照图1、图2和图3,所述导向面120上设置有多个导向条16,多个所述导向条16的背离所述导向面120的端面共同形成一供所述过滤网22导向的弧面。
在上述任一实施例的基础上,本实施例中,所述导向条16的设置一方面加强了所述导向板12的强度,增加了该过滤网导向机构10的使用寿命;另一方面,还降低了所述过滤网22在插入所述过滤网安装口241过程中受到的摩擦力,使所述过滤网22的插入难度大大降低。
参照图4、图9、图10和图11本发明还提供一种空调器20,所述空调器20包括用于将所述过滤网22导入所述过滤网安装口241的上述任一项所述的过滤网导向机构10,所述过滤网导向机构10的固定板11与所述进风格栅21背面固定连接。
所述过滤网22为弹性件,所述导向板12用于当该过滤网22的自由端与所述导向面120抵接时,使所述过滤网22的自由端朝向所述过滤网安装口241弯折而滑入所述过滤网安装口241。
正是由于所述过滤网22具有弹性,在安装过滤网22时,过滤网22的自由端与所述导向面120抵接而使该自由端发生弯折,当继续对所述过滤网施加推力时,过滤网22的自由端弯折后朝向所述过滤网安装口241移动,直至该过滤网22完全被推入所述过滤网安装槽24中。
另外,所述过滤网导向机构10安装于所述进风格栅21的左侧,所述空调器的外壳具有一朝左的板面,所述导向板12向左延伸出该板面所在的平面。
具体地,所述导向板12从所述板面所在的平面延伸出来,可以使用户一眼观察到该过滤网导向机构10。由于该过滤网导向机构10一目了然,用户安装过滤网22时,只需要将所述过滤网插入所述过滤网导向机构10,然后向前推动该过滤网22即可,安装过程极为方便。
所述过滤网22包括过滤网本体221及与所述过滤网22的自由端呈相对设置的密封板222,所述密封板222连接所述过滤网本体221,所述密封板222用于当所述过滤网22安装于所述过滤网安装槽24时,将所述过滤网安装口241密封。过滤网22的密封板222将所述过滤网安装口241密封主要是防止空气从过滤网安装口241没经过过滤而直接进入空调器内部。
所述密封板222上设置有弹性卡钩2221,所述过滤网支架上设置有凸起231,所述卡钩2221用于当所述过滤网22插入所述过滤网安装槽24时,与所述凸起231适配卡持,以将所述过滤网22固定于所述过滤网安装槽24。该卡钩2221与凸起231的适配卡持一方面便于所述密封板222将所述过滤网安装口241密封,使所述密封板222不易从所述过滤网安装口241松脱;另一方面,卡钩2221与凸起231的适配卡持可以使所述过滤网22整体在所述过滤网安装槽24中更稳定。
应当说明的是,本发明的各个实施例的技术方案可以相互结合,但是必须是以本领域的技术人员能够实现为基础,当技术方案的结合出现相互矛盾或无法实现时应当认为这种技术方案的结合不存在,也不在本发明要求的保护范围之内。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种过滤网导向机构,安装于立式空调器的背部,用于将过滤网导入过滤网安装槽,其特征在于,所述过滤网导向机构包括固定板和导向板,所述固定板用于与所述立式空调器的背部固定连接,所述导向板连接所述固定板,所述导向板具有一导向面,所述导向面用于将所述过滤网导入所述过滤网安装槽。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的过滤网导向机构,其特征在于,所述固定板包括相对设置的第一侧边和第二侧边,以及第一板面,所述导向板的一端与所述第一侧边连接,所述导向板朝向远离所述第二侧边的方向延伸,并且,所述导向板位于所述第一板面所在的平面的一侧。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的导向机构,其特征在于,所述导向面为朝向背离所述第一板面所在平面的方向外凸的弧面。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的过滤网导向机构,其特征在于,所述固定板还包括与所述第一板面相对设置的第二板面,所述导向面与所述第二板面之间的夹角大于等于135°且小于等于150°。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的过滤网导向机构,其特征在于,所述导向板包括位于所述固定板一端的第一导向板和位于固定板另一端的第二导向板,所述第一导向板和第二导向板由一开口间隔。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的过滤网导向机构,其特征在于,所述过滤网导向机构还包括一U型加强件,所述U型加强件包括底板,以及设置于底板两端的第一加强板和第二加强板,所述U型加强件设置于所述开口位置,且所述底板连接所述第一侧边,所述第一加强板连接第一导向板的朝向所述第二导向板的一端,所述第二加强板连接所述第二导向板的朝向所述第一导向板的一端。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的过滤网导向机构,其特征在于,所述导向板具有位于该导向板的导向方向的两侧的上端和下端,所述上端和下端均设置有垂直于所述固定板的限位板。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的过滤网导向机构,其特征在于,所述导向面上设置有多个导向条,多个所述导向条的背离所述导向面的端面共同形成一供所述过滤网导向的弧面。
  9. 一种空调器,包括进风格栅、过滤网支架及过滤网,所述过滤网支架安装于空调器背面,所述进风格栅安装于所述过滤网支架的背部,所述过滤网支架与进风格栅合围成一用于容纳所述过滤网的过滤网安装槽,所述过滤网安装槽具有一供所述过滤网插入的过滤网安装口,其特征在于,所述空调器还包括用于将所述过滤网导入所述过滤网安装口的如权利要求1所述的过滤网导向机构,所述过滤网导向机构的固定板与所述进风格栅背面固定连接。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述固定板包括相对设置的第一侧边和第二侧边,以及第一板面,所述导向板的一端与所述第一侧边连接,所述导向板朝向远离所述第二侧边的方向延伸,并且,所述导向板位于所述第一板面所在的平面的一侧。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的导向机构,其特征在于,所述导向面为朝向背离所述第一板面所在平面的方向外凸的弧面。
  12. 如权利要求10所述的过滤网导向机构,其特征在于,所述固定板还包括与所述第一板面相对设置的第二板面,所述导向面与所述第二板面之间的夹角大于等于135°且小于等于150°。
  13. 如权利要求9所述的过滤网导向机构,其特征在于,所述导向板包括位于所述固定板一端的第一导向板和位于固定板另一端的第二导向板,所述第一导向板和第二导向板由一开口间隔。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的过滤网导向机构,其特征在于,所述过滤网导向机构还包括一U型加强件,所述U型加强件包括底板,以及设置于底板两端的第一加强板和第二加强板,所述U型加强件设置于所述开口位置,且所述底板连接所述第一侧边,所述第一加强板连接第一导向板的朝向所述第二导向板的一端,所述第二加强板连接所述第二导向板的朝向所述第一导向板的一端。
  15. 如如权利要求9所述的过滤网导向机构,其特征在于,所述导向面上设置有多个导向条,多个所述导向条的背离所述导向面的端面共同形成一供所述过滤网导向的弧面。权利要求9所述的过滤网导向机构,其特征在于,所述导向板具有位于该导向板的导向方向的两侧的上端和下端,所述上端和下端均设置有垂直于所述固定板的限位板。
  16. 如权利要求9所述的过滤网导向机构,其特征在于,所述导向面上设置有多个导向条,多个所述导向条的背离所述导向面的端面共同形成一供所述过滤网导向的弧面。
  17. 如权利要求9所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述过滤网为弹性件,所述导向板用于当该过滤网的自由端与所述导向面抵接时,使所述过滤网的自由端朝向所述过滤网安装口弯折而滑入所述过滤网安装口。
  18. 如权利要求9所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述过滤网导向机构安装于所述进风格栅的左侧,所述空调器的外壳具有一朝左的板面,所述导向板向左延伸出该板面所在的平面。
  19. 如权利要求9所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述过滤网包括过滤网本体及与所述过滤网的自由端呈相对设置的密封板,所述密封板连接所述过滤网本体,所述密封板用于当所述过滤网安装于所述过滤网安装槽时,将所述过滤网安装口密封。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述密封板上设置有弹性卡钩,所述过滤网支架上设置有凸起,所述卡钩用于当所述过滤网插入所述过滤网安装槽时,与所述凸起适配卡持,以将所述过滤网固定于所述过滤网安装槽。
