Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a foldable container, in particular to a thin-plate foldable container with a self-resetting structural hinge. Background technique
  • Collapsible containers especially plastic collapsible containers, are being used more and more in modern warehousing, logistics, packaging, retail display and other industries because of their recyclable, moisture-resistant, and long-life characteristics are gradually being promoted It is a substitute for wooden and paper containers.
  • the foldable feature further reduces the recycling and storage space required when the box is empty, saving a lot of related costs. Therefore, the development, manufacturing, and use of foldable containers can not only save costs for related industries, but are also of great significance to energy conservation and environmental protection.
  • plastic foldable containers as an example. Most of these containers have a bottom and two sets of opposite side panels. An optional side panel also has a small door that can be opened. The lower end of the side panel is rotatably connected with the base using a hinge structure.
  • the first conventional design is that the hinge is a fixed hinge, and the height position of the side panel increases according to the folding sequence, so that the two pairs of side panels can be parallel to each other after folding The superimposed on the base.
  • the disadvantage of this is that the operator needs to fold or open the side panels in strict accordance with the established order, and the shape of each side panel is different, which is inconvenient to use and manufacture.
  • An improved fixed hinge structure is that the hinges of the two opposite side panels are set at the same height, the first side panel is folded at an angle relative to the base, and the second side panel lies on the second side panel when folded. A side panel and parallel to the base surface of the base. The effect of this is that the order of the two side panels is no longer required when folded, but the side panels cannot be parallel to each other after folding.
  • This solution solves the problems of convenience in operation and manufacturing, but the height of the cabinet after folding cannot reach the optimum.
  • the inventor has proposed a novel hinge structure for a foldable container, the patent number is CN201510229497.9.
  • This patent uses a principle similar to a cam mechanism, relying on the matching of the mating surface on the base and the curved contours of the side plate to make the hinge axis of the side plate move up and down vertically during the folding or unfolding rotation process, so that the side plates can mutually move. Fold in parallel on the base.
  • the hinge structure of the above-mentioned collapsible container has certain limitations: Since this structure relies on the matching of the curved profile of the side plate extension with the mating surface on the base groove, this requires the side plate or the base to have a thickness on the hinge structure ( The thickness is not less than 33mm), otherwise the component force generated by the structure will cause the side plate to be easily stuck during the turning operation. With the continuous improvement of modern craft materials, the foldable container is also developing in the direction of lightness and thinness. Therefore, the art needs a hinge suitable for thin-plate foldable containers. Summary of the invention
