リバーシブルアパレル製品およびボタン付き副基材
　本発明は、リバーシブルアパレル製品およびボタン付き副基材に関する。
　上記技術分野において、特許文献１の段落００４０には、リバーシブル布製品の接合方法に関する技術が開示されている。

　しかしながら、上記文献に記載の技術では、ボタン穴を通して外側にボタンを見せる使い方をするためには、被服の両方の面のそれぞれにボタンを取り付ける必要があり、被服全体として厚みが生じてしまい、ボタンが止めにくいという課題が生じていた。
　本発明の目的は、上述の課題を解決する技術を提供することにある。
　上記目的を達成するため、本発明に係るリバーシブルアパレル製品は、
　重ねることのできる第１接合部および第２接合部を有し、前記第１接合部の端部および前記第２接合部の端部のそれぞれの、重なりあう位置に第１、第２ボタン穴群を有する皮革製、布製、不織布製、ビニール製又はニット製のリバーシブル構造で生成された基材と、
　前記第１、第２接合部に対応する面積を有する副基材に対し、前記第１、第２ボタン穴群に対応する位置に複数のボタンが取り付けられたボタン付き副基材と、
　を備えたリバーシブルアパレル製品であって、
　前記ボタン付き副基材は、前記第１、第２ボタン穴群の穴幅よりも広い幅を有し、
　前記第１接合部の端部に設けられた前記複数のボタン穴に前記ボタン付き副基材の前記複数のボタンを通した状態で、前記第１、第２接合部の間からユーザが身に纏い、前記複数のボタンを、さらに、前記第２接合部の端部に設けられた複数のボタン穴に通すことにより、前記ユーザの身体に装着されるとともに、

　以下に、図面を参照して、本発明の実施の形態について例示的に詳しく説明する。ただし、以下の実施の形態に記載されている構成要素はあくまで例示であり、本発明の技術範囲をそれらのみに限定する趣旨のものではない。
　［第１実施形態］
　本発明の第１実施形態としてのリバーシブルアパレル製品１００について、図１を用いて説明する。図１Ａに示すように、リバーシブルアパレル製品１００は、基材１０１とボタン付き副基材１０２とを含む。
　基材１０１は、皮革製、布製、不織布製、ビニール製又はニット製のリバーシブル構造で生成されており、重ねることのできる接合部１１１および接合部１１２を有する。接合部１１１の端部および接合部１１２の端部のそれぞれの、重なりあう位置には、ボタン穴群１１３とボタン穴群１１４とを有する。
　ボタン付き副基材１０２は、接合部１１１、１１２に対応する面積を有する副基材（例えば長尺の帯状生地、ベルト状材料）１２１と、帯状生地１２１の、ボタン穴群１１３、１１４に対応する位置に取り付けられた複数のボタン１２２とを含む。ボタン付き副基材１０２は、ボタン穴群１１３、１１４の穴幅よりも広い幅を有することが好ましい。ボタン穴からの副基材１０２の逸脱の可能性を下げることができるからである。しかし、副基材１０２は、釦穴から逸脱せず、釦の取り付けに支障をきたさない程度のコシとハリを有している場合、釦穴の幅と同じ幅でも良い。例えば、釦φ15mm、穴幅18mmのとき、副基材巾は18mmまたは20mm。釦φ20mm、穴幅23mmのとき、副基材巾23mm、25mmまたは30mmであればよい。このようにすることで、釦ホール端から本体端の幅（打ち合い巾）を細くすることができ、本体のデザインバリエーションが広がるという効果がある。
　図１Ｂに示すように接合部１１１の端部に設けられた複数のボタン穴１１３に、ボタン付き副基材１０２が有している複数のボタン１２２を通す。そして、複数のボタン穴１１３に通された複数のボタン１２２を、さらに、接合部１１２の端部に設けられた複数のボタン穴１１４に通すことにより、接合部１１１、１１２の接合が完了する。
　一方、基材１０１を裏返した場合には、先に、接合部１１２の端部に設けられた複数のボタン穴１１４にボタン付き副基材１０２の複数のボタン１２２を通す。そして、複数のボタン１２２を、さらに、接合部１１１の端部に設けられた複数のボタン穴１１３に通すことにより、接合部１１１、１１２の接合が完了する。
　以上の構成により、厚みが小さく非常にボタンが止めやすいリバーシブルアパレル製品を提供できる。なお、ここで、副基材に取り付けられたボタン列及びボタン穴列は、それぞれ２列以上であってもよい。
　なお、本発明には、同様のボタン穴と釦付き副基材を有するリバーシブル構造ではない製品も含まれる。単体のボタン付き副基材も本発明に含まれる。ボタンやベルト部分に電子機器機能を加えた、ウェアラブルデバイスとしての釦付き副基材も本発明に含まれる。さらに、釦やベルト部分に磁気を加えた、健康グッズとしての釦付き副基材も本発明に含まれる。

　本実施形態の構成により、厚みが小さく非常にボタンが止めやすいリバーシブルベストを提供できる。特に、従来技術と比べ、着用時の体に対するゴロつきや裏側の釦が下に着ている被服に引っかかるという問題を解消できた。また、洗濯時にボタン付き副基材を取り外せるため、洗濯によるボタンの破損を防止することができる。さらに、ボタン付き副基材を取り外してアイロンをかけることにより、非常にアイロン掛けが容易かつ綺麗に仕上がる。
　なお、上記実施形態では、男性向けに、右前に着用する場合について説明したが、本実施形態によれば、左身頃にボタン付き副基材を取り付けて、左前にして女性向けの仕様に変えることも非常に容易である。基材とボタン付き副基材を別のラインで生産することができ、さらに、ボタン付き副基材にボタンを取り付ける際には、ボタンつけ用の機械を利用することもできるため、非常に生産性の高いリバーシブルアパレル製品を提供することが可能となる。本発明に係るリバーシブルアパレル製品は、上記のベストに限定されるものではなく、ベスト、ジャケット、コート、シャツ、ワンピース、オールインワン、カーディガン、スカート又はパンツであってもよい。ボタン部分を取り外すことが容易なので、再生リサイクルや分別廃棄がしやすくエコロジカルである。副基材のスペアを提供する事で、ボタンが破損やハズレたときに、ユーザーがボタン付けに煩わされる事なく、副基材を付け替えるだけで復元可能である。
　［第３実施形態］
　次に本発明の第３実施形態に係る襟付きリバーシブルジャケットについて、図５を用いて説明する。図５は、本実施形態に係るリバーシブルジャケットの構成を説明するための図である。本実施形態に係るリバーシブルジャケットは、上記第２実施形態のベストと比べると、基材５０１が襟と袖を有する点で異なる。その他の構成および動作は、第２実施形態と同様であるため、同じ構成および動作については同じ符号を付してその詳しい説明を省略する。
　［第４実施形態］
　次に本発明の第４実施形態に係る襟なしリバーシブルジャケットについて、図６を用いて説明する。図６は、本実施形態に係るリバーシブルジャケットの構成を説明するための図である。本実施形態に係るリバーシブルジャケットは、上記第２実施形態のベストと比べると、基材６０１が袖を有する点で異なる。その他の構成および動作は、第２実施形態と同様であるため、同じ構成および動作については同じ符号を付してその詳しい説明を省略する。
　［第５実施形態］
　次に本発明の第５実施形態に係る女性向けリバーシブルコートについて、図７を用いて説明する。図７は、本実施形態に係るリバーシブルコートの構成を説明するための図である。本実施形態に係るリバーシブルコートは、上記第２実施形態のベストと比べると、基材７０１が長い丈を有する点で異なる。その他の構成および動作は、第２実施形態と同様であるため、同じ構成および動作については同じ符号を付してその詳しい説明を省略する。
　［第６実施形態］
　次に本発明の第６実施形態に係るリバーシブルクッションカバーについて、図８を用いて説明する。図８は、本実施形態に係るリバーシブルクッションカバーの構成を説明するための図である。本実施形態に係るリバーシブルクッションカバーは、上記第２実施形態のベストと比べると、基材８０１が袋状に構成されている点で異なる。その他の構成および動作は、第２実施形態と同様であるため、同じ構成および動作については同じ符号を付してその詳しい説明を省略する。
　接合部８１１の端部に設けられた複数のボタン穴２１３にボタン付き副基材２０２の複数のボタンを通した状態で、例えば綿などの内容物８０２を挿入する。そして、複数のボタン２２２を、さらに、接合部８１２の端部に設けられた複数のボタン穴２１４に通すことにより、綿などの内容物が外に出ないように収容する。
　基材を裏返した場合には、右側の図のように、接合部８１２の端部に設けられた複数のボタン穴２１４にボタン付き副基材２０２の複数のボタンを通した状態で、内容物８０２を挿入する。そして、複数のボタンを、さらに、接合部８１１の端部に設けられた複数のボタン穴２１３に通すことにより、綿などの内容物が外に出ないように収容する。
　なお、ここでは、クッションカバーを例にして説明したが、バッグ、椅子のカバー、枕カバー、布団カバー、または座布団カバーなどの他の袋物にも本発明は同様に適用できる。

　以上、実施形態を参照して本願発明を説明したが、本願発明は上記実施形態に限定されるものではない。本願発明の構成や詳細には、本願発明の技術範囲内で当業者が理解し得る様々な変更をすることができる。また、それぞれの実施形態に含まれる別々の特徴を如何様に組み合わせたものも、本発明の範疇に含まれる。

Claims (7)

  1. 　重ねることのできる第１接合部および第２接合部を有し、前記第１接合部の端部および前記第２接合部の端部のそれぞれの、重なりあう位置に第１、第２ボタン穴群を有する皮革製、布製、不織布製、ビニール製又はニット製のリバーシブル構造で生成された基材と、
    　前記第１、第２接合部に対応する面積を有する副基材に対し、前記第１、第２ボタン穴群に対応する位置に複数のボタンが取り付けられたボタン付き副基材と、
    　を備えたリバーシブルアパレル製品であって、
    　前記ボタン付き副基材は、前記第１、第２ボタン穴群の穴幅よりも広い幅を有し、
    　前記第１接合部の端部に設けられた前記複数のボタン穴に前記ボタン付き副基材の前記複数のボタンを通した状態で、前記第１、第２接合部の間からユーザが身に纏い、前記複数のボタンを、さらに、前記第２接合部の端部に設けられた複数のボタン穴に通すことにより、前記ユーザの身体に装着されるとともに、
    　前記基材を裏返した場合には、前記第２接合部の端部に設けられた前記複数のボタン穴に前記ボタン付き副基材の前記複数のボタンを通した状態で、前記第１、第２接合部の間からユーザが身に纏い、前記複数のボタンを、さらに、前記第１接合部の端部に設けられた複数のボタン穴に通すことにより、前記ユーザの身体に装着されるリバーシブルアパレル製品。
  2. 　前記ボタン付き副基材は、内部に芯材を含む請求項１に記載のリバーシブルアパレル製品。
  3. 　ベスト、ジャケット、コート、シャツ、ワンピース、オールインワン、カーディガン、スカート又はパンツである請求項１または２に記載のリバーシブルアパレル製品。
  4. 　重ねることのできる第１接合部および第２接合部を有し、前記第１接合部の端部および前記第２接合部の端部のそれぞれの、重なりあう位置に第１、第２ボタン穴群を有する皮革製、布製、不織布製、ビニール製又はニット製のリバーシブル構造で生成された基材と、
    　前記第１、第２接合部に対応する面積を有する副基材に対し、前記第１、第２ボタン穴群に対応する位置に複数のボタンが取り付けられたボタン付き副基材と、
    　を備えたリバーシブルアパレル製品であって、
    　前記ボタン付き副基材は、前記第１、第２ボタン穴群の穴幅よりも広い幅を有し、
    　前記第１接合部の端部に設けられた前記複数のボタン穴に前記ボタン付き副基材の前記複数のボタンを通した状態で、内容物を挿入し、前記複数のボタンを、さらに、前記第２接合部の端部に設けられた複数のボタン穴に通すことにより、前記内容物を収容するとともに、
    　前記基材を裏返した場合には、前記第２接合部の端部に設けられた前記複数のボタン穴に前記ボタン付き副基材の前記複数のボタンを通した状態で、前記内容物を挿入し、前記複数のボタンを、さらに、前記第１接合部の端部に設けられた複数のボタン穴に通すことにより、前記内容物を収容するリバーシブルアパレル製品。
  5. 　バッグ、椅子のカバー、枕カバー、クッションカバー、布団カバー、または座布団カバーとして使用できる請求項４に記載のリバーシブルアパレル製品。
  6. 　請求項１乃至５のいずれかに記載のリバーシブルアパレル製品の一部としてのボタン付き副基材。
  7. 　請求項６に記載のボタン付き副基材に用いられる、ボタン取り付け前の副基材。
