根据本发明的其中一个方面,所述第一支撑部包括平行设置的左支撑部和右支撑部,所述第二支撑部在水平面上的投影位于所述左支撑部和右支撑部在水平面上的投影之间;其中,所述左支撑部和右支撑部之间的距离大于所述第二支撑部的最大宽度。
当液晶面板在所述传输设备和第一取物设备之间转移时,所述升降台处于最小高度;当液晶面板在所述传输设备和第二取物设备之间转移时,所述升降台处于最大高度。
当所述升降台处于最小高度时,所述第二支撑部的顶部低于所述壳体的顶部。
当所述升降台处于最小高度时,所述第二支撑部的顶部与所述第一支撑部的底部处于同一水平面上。
所述第二支撑部的左侧与所述左支撑部之间的水平距离小于所述叉形取物件的左侧分叉的宽度,所述第二支撑部的右侧与所述右支撑部之间的水平距离小于所述叉形取物件的右侧分叉的宽度。
当所述升降台处于最大高度时,所述第二支撑部的顶部与所述第一支撑部的顶部之间的距离大于所述爪形取物件的水平部分的厚度。
当所述升降台处于最大高度时,所述第二支撑部的顶部与所述第一支撑部的顶部之间的距离大于所述爪形取物件的水平部分的厚度的两倍。
有益效果
本发明的液晶面板的传输设备具有与底部插取设备相配合的第一支撑部和与顶部抓取设备相配合的第二传输部,能够适用不同类型的液晶面板装载设备,不论是人工引导车还是自动引导车都可以与本发明中的传输设备配合使用。因此,相比于现有技术,本发明增大了液晶面板传输的灵活性,打破了对接类型对装载设备的选择的限制。

本发明的实施方式
以下各实施例的说明是参考附加的图示,用以例示本发明可用以实施的特定实施例。本发明所提到的方向用语,例如[上]、[下]、[前]、[后]、[左]、[右]、[内]、[外]、[侧面]等,仅是参考附加图式的方向。因此,使用的方向用语是用以说明及理解本发明,而非用以限制本发明。在图中,结构相似的单元是用以相同标号表示。
首先对现有技术进行简要说明。
现有的液晶面板装载设备主要包括人工引导车、顶部起重转移设备和自动引导车。
参见图1至图3,图1为人工引导车20的整体结构图,图2为图1中的人工引导车20的传输设备结构示意图,图3为图2的正视图。所述人工引导车20包括叉形取物件210,与所述人工引导车20匹配的第一液晶面板的传输设备30为平行设置的两个条状支撑结构。当液晶面板10在人工引导车和第一液晶面板传输设备30之间转移时,所述支撑架伸入所述两个条状支撑结构之间的空隙220中,之后向上提升,将液晶面板10转移到所述人工引导车20的叉形取物件210上。
可见,与所述人工引导车20匹配的第一液晶面板的传输设备30必须具有两条平行设置的支撑结构,以便于与所述人工引导车20的叉形取物件210相配合。
图4为本发明的一个具体实施例中的顶部起重转移设备的结构示意图,图5为图4的正视图。所述顶部起重转移设备包括爪形取物件310。与所述顶部起重转移设备配合的第二液晶面板的传输设备40为支撑台,所述支撑台在水平面上的投影沿水平方向的最大宽度小于所述液晶面板10在水平面上的投影宽度,以便于所述爪形取物件310搭扣在所述液晶面板10底部,抬起所述液晶面板10。
可见,与所述顶部起重转移设备匹配的第二液晶面板的传输设备40必须具有宽度小于液晶面板的支撑台,以便于与所述顶部起重转移设备的爪形取物件310相配合。
即,现有技术中,与不同的液晶面板传输设备相配合的液晶面板的传输设备也各不相同,如需更换液晶面板装载设备,也需要同时更换对应的传输设备,更换成本高。
因此,本发明提供一种液晶面板的传输设备,能够与各种类型的液晶面板传输设备相配合。具体的,参见图6和图7,图6和图7为本发明中的传输设备的结构示意图。所述传输设备50包括壳体530、位于所述壳体530顶部的第一支撑部510、位于所述壳体530内部的第二支撑部520和支撑所述第二支撑部520的升降台521。
优选的,在本实施例中,所述壳体530底部具有移动滚轮(图中未示出),便于所述传输设备50按照预设的轨迹移动。
所述第一支撑部510用于与第一取物设备相配合;当液晶面板在所述传输设备和第一取物设备之间转移时,所述第一支撑部510的顶部高于所述壳体530的顶部,且所述第一支撑部510的顶部距离所述壳体530的顶部的距离大于或等于所述第一取物设备的取物部件的厚度。
所述第二支撑部520用于与第二取物设备相配合;当液晶面板在所述传输设备和第一取物设备之间转移时,所述第二支撑部520的顶部低于所述液晶面板的底部;当液晶面板在所述传输设备和第二取物设备之间转移时,所述第二支撑部520的顶部高于所述第一支撑部510的顶部。
优选的,在本实施例中,所述第一取物设备为底部插取设备,例如人工引导车。所述人工引导车具有能够从所述液晶面板底部托举所述液晶面板的叉形取物件。所述第二取物设备为顶部抓取设备,例如顶部转移设备,所述顶部转移设备具有能够从所述液晶面板顶部抓举所述液晶面板的爪形取物件。
在本实施例中,所述第二支撑部520在水平面上的投影与所述第一支撑部510在水平面上的投影不重合。
在本实施例中,所述第一支撑部510包括平行设置的左支撑部和右支撑部,所述第二支撑部520在水平面上的投影位于所述左支撑部和右支撑部在水平面上的投影之间;其中,所述左支撑部和右支撑部之间的距离大于所述第二支撑部520的最大宽度。
下面将结合具体的实施例对本发明中的传输设备的应用场景进行详细说明。参见图8和图9,图8和图9为本发明中的传输设备在实际应用中的结构示意图。
如图8所示,当液晶面板20在所述传输设备50和第一取物设备之间转移时,所述升降台521处于最小高度,即此时所述第二支撑部520的顶部低于所述壳体530的顶部。在其他实施例中,所述升降台521处于最小高度时,所述第二支撑部520的顶部与所述第一支撑部510的底部处于同一水平面上,或者所述第二支撑部520的顶部略低于所述第一支撑部510的底部。这一设置便于所述传输设备50和第一取物设备的叉型取物件110相配合,使叉型取物件110能够无阻碍的置入液晶面板20底部下方。通常,所述叉型取物件110的厚度小于所述第一支撑部510的厚度。
如图9所示,当液晶面板20在所述传输设备和第二取物设备之间转移时,所述升降台521处于最大高度,即所述第二支撑部520的顶部与所述第一支撑部510的顶部之间的距离大于所述爪形取物件的水平部分的厚度。优选的,当所述升降台521处于最大高度时,所述第二支撑部520的顶部与所述第一支撑部510的顶部之间的距离大于所述爪形取物件的水平部分的厚度的两倍。这一设置便于所述传输设备50和第二取物设备的叉爪型取物件210相配合,使爪型取物件210能够准确的搭扣在液晶面板20底部下方。
优选的,所述第二支撑部520的左侧与所述左支撑部之间的水平距离小于所述叉形取物件的左侧分叉的宽度,所述第二支撑部520的右侧与所述右支撑部之间的水平距离小于所述叉形取物件的右侧分叉的宽度。
本发明的液晶面板传输设备具有与底部插取设备相配合的第一支撑部和与顶部抓取设备相配合的第二传输部,能够适用不同类型的液晶面板传输设备,不论是人工引导车还是自动引导车都可以与本发明中的传输设备配合使用。因此,相比于现有技术,本发明增大了液晶面板传输的灵活性,打破了对接类型对装载设备的选择的限制。
综上所述,虽然本发明已以优选实施例揭露如上,但上述优选实施例并非用以限制本发明,本领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,均可作各种更动与润饰,因此本发明的保护范围以权利要求界定的范围为准。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种液晶面板的传输设备,其中,所述传输设备包括壳体、位于所述壳体顶部的第一支撑部、位于所述壳体内部的第二支撑部和支撑所述第二支撑部的升降台;其中,
    所述壳体底部具有移动滚轮;
    所述第一支撑部用于与第一取物设备相配合;当液晶面板在所述传输设备和第一取物设备之间转移时,所述第一支撑部的顶部高于所述壳体的顶部,且所述第一支撑部的顶部距离所述壳体的顶部的距离大于或等于所述第一取物设备的取物部件的厚度;
    所述第二支撑部用于与第二取物设备相配合;当液晶面板在所述传输设备和第一取物设备之间转移时,所述第二支撑部的顶部低于所述液晶面板的底部;当液晶面板在所述传输设备和第二取物设备之间转移时,所述第二支撑部的顶部高于所述第一支撑部的顶部;其中,
    所述第二支撑部在水平面上的投影与所述第一支撑部在水平面上的投影不重合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的液晶面板的传输设备,其中,所述第一取物设备为底部插取设备,所述底部插取设备具有能够从所述液晶面板底部托举所述液晶面板的叉形取物件;所述第二取物设备为顶部抓取设备,所述顶部抓取设备具有能够从所述液晶面板顶部抓举所述液晶面板的爪形取物件。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的液晶面板的传输设备,其中,所述第一支撑部包括平行设置的左支撑部和右支撑部,所述第二支撑部在水平面上的投影位于所述左支撑部和右支撑部在水平面上的投影之间;其中,
    所述左支撑部和右支撑部之间的距离大于所述第二支撑部的最大宽度。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的液晶面板的传输设备,其中,当液晶面板在所述传输设备和第一取物设备之间转移时,所述升降台处于最小高度;当液晶面板在所述传输设备和第二取物设备之间转移时,所述升降台处于最大高度。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的液晶面板的传输设备,其中,当所述升降台处于最小高度时,所述第二支撑部的顶部低于所述壳体的顶部。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的液晶面板的传输设备,其中,当所述升降台处于最小高度时,所述第二支撑部的顶部与所述第一支撑部的底部处于同一水平面上。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的液晶面板的传输设备,其中,所述第二支撑部的左侧与所述左支撑部之间的水平距离小于所述叉形取物件的左侧分叉的宽度,所述第二支撑部的右侧与所述右支撑部之间的水平距离小于所述叉形取物件的右侧分叉的宽度。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的液晶面板的传输设备,其中,当所述升降台处于最大高度时,所述第二支撑部的顶部与所述第一支撑部的顶部之间的距离大于所述爪形取物件的水平部分的厚度。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的液晶面板的传输设备,其中,当所述升降台处于最大高度时,所述第二支撑部的顶部与所述第一支撑部的顶部之间的距离大于所述爪形取物件的水平部分的厚度的两倍。
  10. 一种液晶面板的传输设备,其中,所述传输设备包括壳体、位于所述壳体顶部的第一支撑部、位于所述壳体内部的第二支撑部和支撑所述第二支撑部的升降台;其中,
    所述壳体底部具有移动滚轮;
    所述第一支撑部用于与第一取物设备相配合;当液晶面板在所述传输设备和第一取物设备之间转移时,所述第一支撑部的顶部高于所述壳体的顶部,且所述第一支撑部的顶部距离所述壳体的顶部的距离大于或等于所述第一取物设备的取物部件的厚度;
    所述第二支撑部用于与第二取物设备相配合;当液晶面板在所述传输设备和第一取物设备之间转移时,所述第二支撑部的顶部低于所述液晶面板的底部;当液晶面板在所述传输设备和第二取物设备之间转移时,所述第二支撑部的顶部高于所述第一支撑部的顶部。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的液晶面板的传输设备,其中,所述第二支撑部在水平面上的投影与所述第一支撑部在水平面上的投影不重合。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的液晶面板的传输设备,其中,所述第一取物设备为底部插取设备,所述底部插取设备具有能够从所述液晶面板底部托举所述液晶面板的叉形取物件;所述第二取物设备为顶部抓取设备,所述顶部抓取设备具有能够从所述液晶面板顶部抓举所述液晶面板的爪形取物件。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的液晶面板的传输设备,其中,所述第一支撑部包括平行设置的左支撑部和右支撑部,所述第二支撑部在水平面上的投影位于所述左支撑部和右支撑部在水平面上的投影之间;其中,
    所述左支撑部和右支撑部之间的距离大于所述第二支撑部的最大宽度。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的液晶面板的传输设备,其中,当液晶面板在所述传输设备和第一取物设备之间转移时,所述升降台处于最小高度;当液晶面板在所述传输设备和第二取物设备之间转移时,所述升降台处于最大高度。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的液晶面板的传输设备,其中,当所述升降台处于最小高度时,所述第二支撑部的顶部低于所述壳体的顶部。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的液晶面板的传输设备,其中,当所述升降台处于最小高度时,所述第二支撑部的顶部与所述第一支撑部的底部处于同一水平面上。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的液晶面板的传输设备,其中,所述第二支撑部的左侧与所述左支撑部之间的水平距离小于所述叉形取物件的左侧分叉的宽度,所述第二支撑部的右侧与所述右支撑部之间的水平距离小于所述叉形取物件的右侧分叉的宽度。
  18. 根据权利要求14所述的液晶面板的传输设备,其中,当所述升降台处于最大高度时,所述第二支撑部的顶部与所述第一支撑部的顶部之间的距离大于所述爪形取物件的水平部分的厚度。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的液晶面板的传输设备,其中,当所述升降台处于最大高度时,所述第二支撑部的顶部与所述第一支撑部的顶部之间的距离大于所述爪形取物件的水平部分的厚度的两倍。
