본 발명은 신축성 허리벨트가 구비된 의류 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 특히 바지의 허리단 부분에 신축성이 있는 탄성밴드를 구비하되 주름이 없고 외부에 노출되지 않도록 구성된 신축성 허리벨트가 구비된 의류 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로, 식사시 과식을 하게 되면 복부가 팽창하게 되며, 이때에는 복부에 가해지는 압력을 해소하기 위하여 착용중인 바지의 허리 사이즈를 조절해 주어야 한다.

이와 같이, 상기 제1탄성밴드(300)의 상단을 상기 허리단(200)의 상단에 결합하고, 하단을 자유상태로 놓이게 함으로써, 상기 허리단(200)이 상기 제1탄성밴드(300)의 탄성력에 의해 조여저 주름이 형성되는 것을 방지하며, 이로 인해 외관상 일반적인 바지와 같이 상기 허리단(200)이 반듯하게 형성되게 하여 착용이 편리하면서 미관을 향상시키는 효과가 발생 된다.
한편, 경우에 따라 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 허리단(200)의 내부에는 제2탄성밴드(400)가 더 구비될 수도 있다.
상기 제2탄성밴드(400)는 둘레 방향으로 늘어나는 신축성 소재로 이루어진 것으로, 상기 제1탄성밴드(300)와 동일한 상하 폭을 갖는 고무 밴드이다.
이러한 상기 제2탄성밴드(400)는 상기 허리단(200)의 상기 공간부(230)에 삽입 장착되며, 하단이 상기 허리단(200)의 하단 둘레를 따라 결합된다.
즉, 상기 제2탄성밴드(400)의 하단은 상기 제1시접부(211) 및 상기 제2시접부(221)의 상부에 배치된 상태로 상기 허리단(200)의 내측부(210) 및 외측부(220)와 봉재 결합된다.
또한, 상기 제1탄성밴드(300)의 하단은 상기 제2탄성밴드(400)의 하단과 겹치게 배치되고, 상기 제2탄성밴드(400)의 상단은 상기 제1탄성밴드(300)의 상단과 겹치게 배치되되, 상호 봉재 결합되지 않고 분리된 상태로 배치된다.
이와 같이 상기 제1탄성밴드(300)와 겹치게 배치되며 하단이 상기 허리단(200)과 결합되는 상기 제2탄성부재(400)가 구비됨으로써, 상기 허리단(200)에 주름이나 단차가 발생되지 않도록 하면서 상기 허리단(200)의 탄성력을 강화하여 착용감을 더욱 향상시키는 효과가 발생 된다.
위 구성으로 이루어진 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 신축성 허리벨트가 구비된 의류의 제조방법을 설명한다.
구체적으로 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 신축성 허리벨트가 구비된 의류의 제조방법은 제1봉재단계, 시접형성단계 및 제2봉재단계로 이루어진다.
상기 제1봉재단계는 상기 허리단(200)의 내측부(210)와 외측부(220)가 겹치도록 접은 후 그 사이에 상기 제1탄성밴드(300)를 끼워 넣고 상기 제1탄성밴드(300)의 상단 둘레를 따라 박음질을 하여 고정시킨다.
이 후 상기 시접형성단계에서는 상기 내측부(210)의 하단을 접어 제1시접부(211)를 형성하고, 상기 외측부(220)의 하단을 접어 제2시접부(221)를 형성한다.
그리고 상기 제2봉재단계에서 상기 제1시접부(211)와 상기 제2시접부(221) 사이에 상기 허리부(110)의 상단을 삽입하여 겹치게 배치하고, 봉재하여 상호 결합시킨다.
이때 상기 제1탄성밴드(300)가 상기 제1시접부(211) 및 상기 제2시접부(221) 및 상기 허리부(110)의 상단과 겹치지 않게 배치한다.
한편, 상기 허리단(200)의 내부에 상기 제2탄성밴드(400)가 구비될 경우, 시접형성단계를 수행하기 전에 상기 허리단(200)에 내부에 상기 제2탄성밴드(400)를 구비하는 가접단계와 상기 제2탄성밴드(400)의 하단을 상기 허리단(200)과 봉재 결합하는 제3봉재단계를 순차적으로 수행한다.
상기 가접단계에서는 상기 제2탄성밴드(400)의 상단을 상기 제1탄성밴드(300)의 하단에 수용성 본드로 가접한다.
수용성 밴드는 물세탁시 녹아 없어지는 재질이며, 세탁 후 상기 제1탄성밴드(300)와 상기 제2탄성밴드(400)는 다시 분리된다.
상기 제3봉재단계에서는 상기 제2탄성밴드(400)의 하단을 상기 허리단(200)의 내측부(210) 및 외측부(220)와 겹치게 배치하여 봉재 결합한다.
이와 같이 상기 제2탄성밴드(400)의 상단을 상기 제1탄성밴드(300)의 하단과 일치되게 가접함으로써, 상기 제2탄성밴드(400)가 상기 제1탄성밴드(300)와 겹치거나 이격되는 것을 방지할 수 있으며, 봉재 작업을 편리하게 하는 효과가 발생 된다.
본 발명은 이에 한정되지 않으며, 이하의 부속 청구 범위의 사상 및 영역을 이탈하지 않는 범위 내에서 당업자에 의해 여러 형태로 변형 실시될 수 있으며, 따라서 이와 같은 변형은 본 발명의 영역 내에 있는 것으로 해석해야 할 것이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 착용시 허리의 둘레를 감싸는 허리부(110)를 갖는 의류본체(100);
    둘레 방향으로 늘어나는 신축성 소재로 이루어지며, 내측부(210)와 외측부(220)가 포개져 내부에 공간부(230)가 형성된 형태이며, 하단이 상기 허리부(110)의 상단 둘레를 따라 결합되는 허리단(200);
    상기 허리단(200)의 상기 공간부(230)에 삽입 장착되며, 둘레 방향으로 늘어나는 제1탄성밴드(300); 를 포함하되,
    상기 제1탄성밴드(300)는 상단이 상기 허리단(200)의 상단과 둘레를 따라 결합되고, 하단은 상기 허리단(200)의 하단에 자유 상태로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 신축성 허리벨트가 구비된 의류.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 허리단(200)의 내측부(210)에는 하단을 접어 올린 제1시접부(211);
    상기 외측부(220)에는 하단을 접어 올린 제2시접부(221)를 포함하되,
    상기 제1시접부(211)와 제2시접부(221)는 상기 허리부(110)의 상단을 사이에 두고 좌우 대칭되게 배치되어 허리부(110)의 상단과 함께 봉재되어 결합되고,
    상기 제1탄성밴드(300)의 하단은 상기 제1시접부(211)와 상기 제2시접부(221)의 상부에서 봉제되지 않고 자유 상태로 상기 허리부(110)와 상하 대칭되게 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 신축성 허리 벨트를 구비하는 의류.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서,
    상기 허리단(200)의 상기 공간부(230)에 삽입 장착되며, 둘레 방향으로 늘어나는 신축성 소재로 이루어지되 하단이 상기 허리단(200)의 하단과 둘레를 따라 결합되는 제2탄성밴드(400); 를 더 포함하되,
    상기 제2탄성밴드(400)의 하단은 상기 제1시접부(211) 및 상기 제2시접부(221)의 상부에 배치된 상태로 상기 허리단(200)의 내측부(210) 및 외측부(220)와 결합되는 봉재되어 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 신축성 허리 벨트를 구비하는 의류.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서,
    상기 제1탄성밴드(300)와 상기 제2탄성밴드(400)는 상하 폭이 동일하게 형성되며, 상기 제1탄성밴드(300)의 하단은 상기 제2탄성밴드(400)의 하단과 겹치게 배치되고, 상기 제2탄성밴드(400)의 상단은 상기 제1탄성밴드(300)의 상단과 겹치게 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 신축성 허리 벨트를 구비하는 의류.
  5. 착용시 허리의 둘레를 감싸는 허리부(110)를 갖는 의류본체(100); 내측부(210)과 외측부(220)가 포개져 내부에 공간부(230)가 형성된 형태이며 하단이 상기 허리부(110)의 상단 둘레를 따라 결합되는 허리단(200); 및 상기 허리단(200)의 내부에 삽입 장착되며, 둘레 방향으로 늘어나는 신축성 소재로 이루어진 제1탄성밴드(300); 를 포함하는 신축성 허리 벨트를 구비하는 의류의 제조 방법에 있어서,
    상기 허리단(200)의 내측부(210)와 외측부(220)가 겹치도록 접은 후 그 사이에 상기 제1탄성밴드(300)를 끼워 넣고 상기 제1탄성밴드(300)의 상단 둘레를 따라 박음질 하는 제1봉재단계;
    상기 내측부(210)의 하단을 접어 제1시접부(211)를 형성하고, 상기 외측부(220)의 하단을 접어 제2시접부(221)를 형성하는 시접형성단계;
    상기 제1시접부(211)와 상기 제2시접부(221)를 상기 허리부(110)의 상단과 결합시키는 제2봉재단계; 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 신축성 허리 벨트를 구비하는 의류의 제조 방법.
