次に、第2の実施形態の自動精算機100において実行するチェックイン受付処理について図12~図15を用いて説明する。図12は、第2の実施形態のチェックイン受付処理のフローチャートの一例を示す図である(その1)。図13は、第2の実施形態のチェックイン受付処理のフローチャートの一例を示す図である(その2)。図14は、第2の実施形態のチェックイン受付処理のフローチャートの一例を示す図である(その3)。図15は、第2の実施形態のチェックイン受付処理のフローチャートの一例を示す図である(その4)。
[ステップS11]制御部110は、初期画面800をディスプレイ120aに表示する。
[ステップS16]制御部110は、タッチパネル120bを介して回答ボタン表示領域812に表示された外国籍である旨のボタンが押下されたか否かを判定する。制御部110は、外国籍である旨のボタンが押下された場合はステップS17にすすみ、外国籍でない旨のボタンが押下された場合はステップS21にすすむ。
[ステップS18]制御部110は、パスポート処理ユニット180aを介してパスポートの画像を取得し、パスポートのOCR部の文字認識を行い、パスポートの読み取りが完了したか否かを判定する。制御部110は、パスポートの読み取りが完了した場合はステップS19にすすみ、そうでない場合はステップS17にもどる。
[ステップS23]制御部110は、タッチパネル120bを介して予約番号の入力の受け付けが完了したか否かを判定する。制御部110は、入力の受け付けが完了した場合はステップS27にすすみ、そうでない場合はステップS24にすすむ。
[ステップS27]制御部110は、予約照合中画面840をディスプレイ120aに表示し、宿泊管理サーバ300に予約照合要求とともに予約番号を送信する。
[ステップS29]制御部110は、予約情報確認画面850をディスプレイ120aに表示する。制御部110は、宿泊管理サーバ300から受信した予約情報を予約情報表示領域852に表示する。
なお、制御部110は、顧客が事前に銀行等から宿泊費等の代金を振り込み済みであり、宿泊等の発生する費用の精算を自動精算機100で行う必要がない場合、ステップS32からステップS41の処理を省略できる。
[ステップS38]制御部110は、釣銭がある場合はステップS39にすすみ、そうでない場合はステップS42にすすむ。
[ステップS40]制御部110は、紙幣処理ユニット160aおよび硬貨処理ユニット170aを介して釣銭を排出する。
[ステップS42]制御部110は、カード/レシート処理ユニット130aを介して入出金金額、予約情報等をレシートに印刷し、カード/レシート部130からレシートを排出し、レシートを発行する。
[ステップS45]制御部110は、選択ボタン表示領域892に表示された観光選択ボタンの押下を検知したか否かを判定する。制御部110は、観光選択ボタンの押下を検知した場合はステップS46にすすみ、そうでない場合はステップS49にすすむ。
[ステップS47]制御部110は、発券ボタン表示領域903に表示された発券ボタンの押下を検知したか否かを判定する。制御部110は、発券ボタンの押下を検知した場合はステップS48にすすみ、そうでない場合はステップS49にすすむ。
次に、第2の実施形態の情報処理システム600において実行する係員通知処理について図16を用いて説明する。図16は、第2の実施形態の係員通知処理のシーケンスの一例を示す図である。
[ステップS52]宿泊管理サーバ300は、受信した音声認識言語および国籍情報と、係員管理情報700に基づき、顧客対応を行う係員を選定する。たとえば、宿泊管理サーバ300は、以下の(条件1)~(条件3)の順に条件に合致する係員を選定する。(条件1)音声認識言語および国籍に基づく言語に対応可能な係員。(条件2)音声認識言語に対応可能な係員。(条件3)国籍に基づく言語に対応可能な係員。宿泊管理サーバ300は、まず(条件1)に合致する係員を選定するが、(条件1)に合致する係員が顧客対応できない場合、(条件2)に合致する係員を選定する。また、宿泊管理サーバ300は、(条件2)に合致する係員が顧客対応できない場合、(条件3)に合致する係員を選定する。
ここで、本ステップの処理について説明する。本ステップの処理は、顧客の使用言語と国籍に基づく言語とが1対1で対応しない場合が存在することを考慮したものである。顧客の使用言語と国籍に基づく言語とが1対1で対応しない場合の一例として、以下の(例1)(例2)の場合がある。(例1)顧客が、英語圏からの帰国者であり、顧客が国籍を有する国の母国語ではなく英語を使用する場合。(例2)顧客が、公用語が複数ある国の国籍を有する場合。
[ステップS56]係員端末210は、宿泊管理サーバ300から受信した情報を顧客対応画面として係員端末210のディスプレイに表示する。
[ステップS57]係員端末210は、係員から顧客対応を開始する旨の入力を受け付け、顧客対応を開始する旨の通知を宿泊管理サーバ300に送信する。係員端末210は、タッチパネル等の入力受付部を備えており、ステップS56で表示した顧客対応画面において入力を受け付けるインタフェースを提示し、係員からの入力を受け付けることが可能であるものとする。
[ステップS58]宿泊管理サーバ300は、顧客対応を開始する旨の通知を係員端末210から受信する。
[ステップS61]宿泊管理サーバ300は、顧客対応が完了した旨の通知を係員端末210から受信する。
なお、上記の処理機能は、コンピュータによって実現することができる。その場合、自動精算機10,100、顧客端末200、係員端末210、宿泊管理サーバ300、フロント端末400、決済サーバ500が有すべき機能の処理内容を記述したプログラムが提供される。そのプログラムをコンピュータで実行することにより、上記処理機能がコンピュータ上で実現される。処理内容を記述したプログラムは、コンピュータで読み取り可能な記録媒体に記録しておくことができる。コンピュータで読み取り可能な記録媒体としては、磁気記憶装置、光ディスク、光磁気記録媒体、半導体メモリ等がある。磁気記憶装置には、ハードディスク装置(HDD)、フレキシブルディスク(FD)、磁気テープ等がある。光ディスクには、DVD、DVD-RAM、CD-ROM(Compact Disc Read Only Memory)/RW(ReWritable)等がある。光磁気記録媒体には、MO等がある。
上記については単に本発明の原理を示すものである。さらに、多数の変形、変更が当業者にとって可能であり、本発明は上記に示し、説明した正確な構成および応用例に限定されるものではなく、対応するすべての変形例および均等物は、添付の請求項およびその均等物による本発明の範囲とみなされる。

Claims (8)
- 顧客の音声の入力を受け付けて音声データを取得する音声処理部と、
パスポートを読み取り画像データを取得し、前記画像データから文字情報を取得する読取部と、
画面を表示し、入力を受け付ける表示受付部と、
ルームキーを発行するキー発行部と、
前記音声データに基づき前記音声に対応する言語である音声認識言語を特定し、前記文字情報に含まれる国籍に対応する言語である国籍対応言語を特定し、前記音声認識言語および前記国籍対応言語に基づいて前記表示受付部に表示を行う指示を行い、前記文字情報、前記表示受付部または前記読取部で受け付けた入力のいずれかに基づいて前記キー発行部に前記ルームキーを発行する指示を行う制御部とを備える、
自動精算機。 - 前記制御部は、
前記表示受付部で入力として受け付けた予約番号、前記読取部で読み取ったバーコードから読み取った予約番号、前記文字情報に含まれるパスポート番号、国籍、名前、生年月日の少なくともいずれかを含む情報、のいずれかに基づいて前記顧客の予約情報を照合する要求を情報処理装置に送信する、

前記予約情報に基づいて発生する費用の精算処理を行う精算部を備える、

前記音声認識言語、前記国籍対応言語、前記音声認識言語および前記国籍対応言語、前記音声認識言語または前記国籍対応言語、のいずれかで画面を表示する指示を前記表示受付部に行う、

前記表示受付部が前記入力を受け付ける際に所定の時間を経過した場合、前記音声認識言語と前記国籍とに基づいて、前記顧客に対応する係員を選定する、

前記音声認識言語と前記国籍と前記自動精算機の識別情報とを前記係員が用いる端末に送信する、

前記制御部は、前記音声データに基づき前記音声に対応する言語である音声認識言語を特定し、前記文字情報に含まれる国籍に対応する言語である国籍対応言語を特定し、前記音声認識言語および前記国籍対応言語に基づいて前記表示受付部に表示を行う指示を行い、前記文字情報または前記表示受付部または前記読取部で受け付けた入力に基づいて前記キー発行部にルームキーを発行する指示を行う、
