  1. 一种混凝土联锁块生产用高频振动台,包括振动台主体(2)、振动电机(9)和液压缸(12),其特征在于:所述振动台主体(2)的底部安装有安装框架(3),所述安装框架(3)的内部安装有振动电机(9),所述振动电机(9)外侧的安装框架(3)内侧插接有限位板(10),所述振动台主体(2)内侧的中心处安装有推板(8),所述推板(8)下方的振动台主体(2)底部焊接有U型架(11),所述U型架(11)的内侧安装有液压缸(12),所述U型架(11)的一侧安装有控制器(4);所述振动电机(9)安装于位于振动台主体(2)底部四角的安装框架(3)中,所述液压缸(12)的输出端与推板(8)固定连接;所述振动台主体(2)的上、下端卡接有C型架(13),所述C型架(13)上端的内侧转动安装有螺纹杆(15),所述螺纹杆(15)的上端焊接有手柄(16),所述螺纹杆(15)的下端焊接有压板(14)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种混凝土联锁块生产用高频振动台,其特征在于:所述振动台主体(2)底部的边缘处共焊接有八组安装框架(3),所述安装框架(3)的两侧面设置有限位槽(17),所述限位槽(17)的内部插接限位板(10)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种混凝土联锁块生产用高频振动台,其特征在于:所述振动台主体(2)上端的两侧安装有第一挡板(1),所述第一挡板(1)内侧的振动台主体(2)上方安装有第二挡板(7)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种混凝土联锁块生产用高频振动台,其特征在于:所述控制器(4)的输出端与振动电机(9)和液压缸(12)连接,所述振动台主体(2)的底部安装有支柱(5),所述支柱(5)的底部安装有防滑垫脚(6)。
