Abstract
La présente invention concerne une peinture conductrice, qui est préparée à partir des matières premières suivantes en parties en poids : 20 à 40 parties de poudre de nickel d'argent, 2 à 5 parties de trioxyde d'antimoine, 15 à 30 parties de résine acrylique, 10 à 20 parties de résine alkyde, 1 à 3 parties de chitosane, 0,5 à 2 parties d'adjuvant filmogène, 2 à 4 parties de silicone modifiée par polyéther, 40 à 50 parties d'hydrocarbure aromatique, 20 à 40 parties d'acétate de butyle, 20 à 40 parties d'acétaldéhyde, 5 à 10 parties de poudre de cire de polyéthylène, 2 à 3 parties d'agent d'écoulement, 1 à 4 parties d'isooctanoate de cobalt, et 5 à 8 parties de dispersant de BYK -101 ; la peinture conductrice décrite utilise de la poudre de nickel d'argent en tant que milieu conducteur, du trioxyde d'antimoine qui a des propriétés de dispersion conductrices est en outre ajouté, et de la résine acrylique et de la résine d'alkyde sont utilisées en tant que matériaux principaux, ainsi le produit obtenu est peu coûteux et présente une bonne conductivité électrique ; un revêtement de la peinture conductrice décrite est sec et transparent, présente une bonne finition et une bonne puissance de dissimulation, ainsi qu'une bonne résistance à l'usure et une bonne résistance à la corrosion.
