本发明公开了一种导电漆,本发明导电漆由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:金属粉15份~25份,三氧化二锑2份~5份,丙烯酸树脂15份~30份,醇酸树脂10份~20份,壳聚糖1份~3份,成膜助剂0.5份~2份,聚乙烯醇2份~4份,芳香烃40份~50份。本发明导电漆价格低廉、导电性良好,涂膜干爽,并具有较好的光洁度、遮盖力、耐磨性以及耐腐蚀性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及化工涂料技术领域,尤其是一种导电漆。
背景技术
导电漆就是能用于喷涂的一种油漆干燥形成漆膜后能起到导电的作用,从而屏蔽电磁波干扰的功能。按照所添加的金属粉末的成分,目前广泛使用的导电漆主要有银导电漆、铜导电漆、镍导电漆几种产品,其中,以铜导电漆使用最为广泛,因为相比银导电漆价格便宜很多,相比镍导电导电性能也相对好很多。因此,人们力求一种导电性能好,价格也相对实惠的导电漆。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种导电漆,这种导电漆可以提供一种导电性能良好、价格较低的产品。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
这种导电漆,其特征在于由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:金属粉15份~25份,三氧化二锑2份~5份,丙烯酸树脂15份~30份,醇酸树脂10份~20份,壳聚糖1份~3份,成膜助剂0.5份~2份,聚乙烯醇2份~4份,芳香烃40份~50份。
上述技术方案中,更具体的技术方案还可以是:金属粉为铜粉或者镍粉。
进一步的,金属粉的粒径为50微米~100微米。
进一步的,成膜助剂为苯甲醇或者十二碳醇酯。
进一步的,原料的重量份数为:金属粉15份,三氧化二锑3份,丙烯酸树脂15份,醇酸树脂10份,壳聚糖3份,成膜助剂0.5份,聚乙烯醇2份,芳香烃40份。
进一步的,原料的重量份数为:金属粉20份,三氧化二锑2份,丙烯酸树脂25份,醇酸树脂15份,壳聚糖2份,成膜助剂1份,聚乙烯醇3份,芳香烃45份。
更进一步的,原料的重量份数为:金属粉25份,三氧化二锑5份,丙烯酸树脂30份,醇酸树脂20份,壳聚糖3份,成膜助剂2份,聚乙烯醇4份,芳香烃50份。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
1、本发明以铜粉或者镍粉作为导电介质,添加了具有导电分散性能的三氧化二锑,并以丙烯酸树脂和醇酸树脂作为主材料,所得产品价格低廉,导电性能较好。
2、本发明导电漆涂膜干爽,并具有较好的光洁度和遮盖力,耐磨性以及耐腐蚀性能较好。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述:
实施例1
本实施例导电漆由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:粒径为50微米的铜粉15份,三氧化二锑3份,丙烯酸树脂15份,醇酸树脂10份,壳聚糖3份,苯甲醇0.5份,聚乙烯醇2份,芳香烃40份。
本实施例中的导电漆的制备方法为:按照上述重量份数称取各原料,将芳香烃加入反应釜内,加入丙烯酸树脂和醇酸树脂,以为200转/分钟的搅拌速度搅拌5分钟,然后加入铜粉,搅拌7分钟,再加入壳聚糖、苯甲醇和聚乙烯醇,以为300转/分钟的搅拌速度搅拌5分钟,最后加入三氧化二锑,混合均匀。
实施例2
本实施例导电漆由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:粒径为70微米的铜粉20份,三氧化二锑2份,丙烯酸树脂25份,醇酸树脂15份,壳聚糖2份,十二碳醇酯1份,聚乙烯醇3份,芳香烃45份。
本实施例中的导电漆的制备方法为:按照上述重量份数称取各原料,将芳香烃加入反应釜内,加入丙烯酸树脂和醇酸树脂,以为200转/分钟的搅拌速度搅拌5分钟,然后加入铜粉,搅拌7分钟,再加入壳聚糖、十二碳醇酯和聚乙烯醇,以为350转/分钟的搅拌速度搅拌4分钟,最后加入三氧化二锑,混合均匀。
实施例3
本实施例导电漆由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:粒径为100微米的镍粉25份,三氧化二锑5份,丙烯酸树脂30份,醇酸树脂20份,壳聚糖3份,十二碳醇酯2份,聚乙烯醇4份,芳香烃50份。
本实施例中的导电漆的制备方法为:按照上述重量份数称取各原料,将芳香烃加入反应釜内,加入丙烯酸树脂和醇酸树脂,以为200转/分钟的搅拌速度搅拌5分钟,然后加入镍粉,搅拌7分钟,再加入壳聚糖、十二碳醇酯和聚乙烯醇,以为250转/分钟的搅拌速度搅拌6分钟,最后加入三氧化二锑,混合均匀。

1.一种导电漆,其特征在于由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:金属粉15份~25份,三氧化二锑2份~5份,丙烯酸树脂15份~30份,醇酸树脂10份~20份,壳聚糖1份~3份,成膜助剂0.5份~2份,聚乙烯醇2份~4份,芳香烃40份~50份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的导电漆,其特征在于所述金属粉为铜粉或者镍粉。
3.根据权利要求2所述的导电漆,其特征在于所述金属粉的粒径为50微米~100微米。
4.根据权利要求1或者2或3所述的导电漆,其特征在于所述成膜助剂为苯甲醇或者十二碳醇酯。
5.根据权利要求1所述的导电漆,其特征在于原料的重量份数为:金属粉15份,三氧化二锑3份,丙烯酸树脂15份,醇酸树脂10份,壳聚糖3份,成膜助剂0.5份,聚乙烯醇2份,芳香烃40份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的导电漆,其特征在于原料的重量份数为:金属粉20份,三氧化二锑2份,丙烯酸树脂25份,醇酸树脂15份,壳聚糖2份,成膜助剂1份,聚乙烯醇3份,芳香烃45份。
7.根据权利要求1所述的导电漆,其特征在于原料的重量份数为:金属粉25份,三氧化二锑5份,丙烯酸树脂30份,醇酸树脂20份,壳聚糖3份,成膜助剂2份,聚乙烯醇4份,芳香烃50份。
