Abstract
一种利用丙烯酸制备导电防腐涂料,涉及化工材料加工技术领域,有以下重量份的原料加工制成:丙烯酸树脂20-30份、石墨粉8-10份、银粉6-8份、镍粉4-6份、云母粉30-40份、溶剂5-15份、滑石粉30-40份、邻苯二甲酸二甲酯10-20份、去离子水50-60份。本发明的有益效果是:本发明的原料配方新颖、生产工艺简单,制备的防腐涂料不仅具有应有的防腐作用,同时具备导电的性能,适用于任何导电体使用,且能与涂抹面柔软地结合,使用寿命长。

技术领域:
本发明涉及化工材料生产技术领域,具体涉及一种利用丙烯酸制备导电防腐涂料的方法。
背景技术:
防腐涂料,一般分为常规防腐涂料和重防腐涂料,是油漆涂料中必不可少的一种涂料。常规防腐涂料是在一般条件下,对金属等起到防腐蚀的作用,保护有色金属使用的寿命;重防腐涂料是指相对常规防腐涂料而言,能在相对苛刻腐蚀环境里应用,并具有能达到比常规防腐涂料更长保护期的一类防腐涂料,防腐涂料一般都是胶体状的,多数是不导电物质,然而当此类防腐涂料应用于需要需传输电能的导电体上时,多数会造成绝缘,影响了导电体的性能,无法使用。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种生产工艺简单、导电性能强、经久耐用的利用丙烯酸制备导电防腐涂料的方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种利用丙烯酸制备导电防腐涂料,其特征在于:由如下重量份的原料制成:
丙烯酸树脂20-30份、石墨粉8-10份、银粉6-8份、镍粉4-6份、云母粉30-40份、溶剂5-15份、滑石粉30-40份、邻苯二甲酸二甲酯10-20份、去离子水50-60份。
各原料的优选分量为:丙烯酸树脂25份、石墨粉9份、银粉7份、镍粉5份、云母粉35份、溶剂10份、滑石粉35份、邻苯二甲酸二甲酯15份、去离子水55份。
所述的溶剂为工业级乙酸乙酯溶液。
一种利用丙烯酸制备导电防腐涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)将原料中的石墨粉、银粉和镍粉按照配方量称取后混合均匀,然后研磨为颗粒细度为20-30um,得到导电金属粉备用;
(2)将原料中的云母粉和滑石粉混合后过300目筛,得到混合填料备用;
(3)选用一反应釜将原料中的去离子水加入其中,然后不断搅拌,加入原料中的溶剂,迅速升温至50-60℃,然后将丙烯酸树脂和邻苯二甲酸二甲酯全部倒入其中,搅拌至粘稠的液体后,静置50-60min;
(4)待上述步骤(3)反应结束后,将步骤(1)制备的导电金属粉和步骤(2)制备的混合填料全部加入步骤(3)中的反应釜中,充分搅拌均匀后,冷却至常温,放出料液,然后进行过滤,包装即可。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的原料配方新颖、生产工艺简单,制备的防腐涂料不仅具有应有的防腐作用,同时具备导电的性能,适用于任何导电体使用,且能与涂抹面柔软地结合,使用寿命长。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
一种利用丙烯酸制备导电防腐涂料,由如下重量份的原料制成:
丙烯酸树脂20kg、石墨粉8kg、银粉6kg、镍粉4kg、云母粉30kg、乙酸乙酯溶液5kg、滑石粉30kg、邻苯二甲酸二甲酯10kg、去离子水50kg。
一种利用丙烯酸制备导电防腐涂料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将原料中的石墨粉、银粉和镍粉按照配方量称取后混合均匀,然后研磨为颗粒细度为20-30um,得到导电金属粉备用;
(2)将原料中的云母粉和滑石粉混合后过300目筛,得到混合填料备用;
(3)选用一反应釜将原料中的去离子水加入其中,然后不断搅拌,加入原料中的乙酸乙酯溶液,迅速升温至50-60℃,然后将丙烯酸树脂和邻苯二甲酸二甲酯全部倒入其中,搅拌至粘稠的液体后,静置50-60min;

一种利用丙烯酸制备导电防腐涂料,由如下重量份的原料制成:
丙烯酸树脂25kg、石墨粉9kg、银粉7kg、镍粉5kg、云母粉35kg、乙酸乙酯溶液10kg、滑石粉35kg、邻苯二甲酸二甲酯15kg、去离子水55kg。

丙烯酸树脂20-30份、石墨粉8-10份、银粉6-8份、镍粉4-6份、云母粉30-40份、溶剂5-15份、滑石粉30-40份、邻苯二甲酸二甲酯10-20份、去离子水50-60份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种利用丙烯酸制备导电防腐涂料,其特征在于:各原料的优选分量为:丙烯酸树脂25份、石墨粉9份、银粉7份、镍粉5份、云母粉35份、溶剂10份、滑石粉35份、邻苯二甲酸二甲酯15份、去离子水55份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种利用丙烯酸制备导电防腐涂料,其特征在于:所述的溶剂为工业级乙酸乙酯溶液。
4.一种利用丙烯酸制备导电防腐涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将原料中的石墨粉、银粉和镍粉按照配方量称取后混合均匀,然后研磨为颗粒细度为20-30um,得到导电金属粉备用;
(2)将原料中的云母粉和滑石粉混合后过300目筛,得到混合填料备用;
