Abstract

La présente invention concerne une peinture à conductivité efficace préparée à partir des matières premières suivantes en parties en poids : 20 à 40 parties de poudre d'argent-nickel, 2 à 5 parties de trioxyde d'antimoine, 15 à 30 parties de résine acrylique, 10 à 20 parties de résine alkyde, 1 à 3 parties de tétrafluoroborate de tétraéthylammonium, 0,5 à 2 parties d'adjuvant filmogène, 2 à 4 parties d'alcool polyvinylique, 40 à 50 parties d'hydrocarbures aromatiques; 20 à 40 parties de styrène, 20 à 40 parties d'acétaldéhyde, 5 à 10 parties de poudre de cire de polyéthylène, 2 à 3 parties d'agent d'écoulement, 1 à 4 parties de tétrahydrofurane; et 5 à 8 parties de dispersant de BYK-101. Selon la peinture conductrice, de la poudre de nickel d'argent est utilisée en tant que milieu conducteur, du trioxyde d'antimoine ayant une propriété de dispersion conductrice est ajouté, et une résine acrylique et une résine alkyde sont adoptées en tant que matériaux principaux; le produit obtenu présente un faible prix et de bonnes performances conductrices; les films de revêtement de la peinture conductrice sèchent rapidement, sont lisses, et ont un bon effet de recouvrement ainsi qu'une bonne résistance à l'usure et une bonne résistance à la corrosion.
