本发明公开了一种改性树脂粉末涂料,由以下份数的原料组分组成:100‑120份氯醋树脂、80‑100份聚乙烯、80‑90份丙烯酸树脂、60‑80份萜烯树脂、70‑90份松香树脂、60‑80份石油树脂、60‑70份酚醛树脂、50‑70份醛酮树脂、40‑50份醇酸树脂、50‑80份聚酰胺树脂、60‑80份呋喃树脂、50‑100份乙烯‑醋酸乙烯共聚物、36‑40份三元乙丙橡胶、6‑8份氯化镁、4‑5份碳酸钙、3‑5份氯化钾、4‑6份氢氧化镁、8‑10份微晶石墨烯、6‑8份醋酸乙酯、4‑5份间苯二胺、3‑5份聚乙烯醇。该改性树脂粉末涂料的强大的导电性增强了粉末颗粒的带电性,从而使带电颗粒得到更多更好的吸附,提高了粉末涂料的利用率,减少了粉尘污染,降低了喷涂成本;大大加强粉末涂料的机械性、导电性、导热性、阻燃性,阻燃效果非常明显。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种涂料的技术领域,尤其涉及一种改性树脂粉末涂料。
背景技术
粉末涂料组合物为通常包含固体成膜树脂或不同种类树脂混合物的固体组合物,其通常具有一种或多种颜料和任选的一种或多种性能添加剂如增塑剂、稳定剂、流动助剂和增量剂。
石墨烯作为近年来发现的二维碳素晶体,其强度达 130GPa,成为世界上强度最高的材料,其还具有超大的比表面积、良好的疏水性和优异的耐磨性。此外,石墨烯比目前任何其他材料的导热效果都好,其热导率约为 4000wm/k,是铜的 5 倍,是金刚石的 2 倍。
现有技术中的树脂粉末涂料,由于对机械性、导电性、导热性、阻燃性等具有较高的要求,而现有技术中虽然存在将石墨烯加入复合材料中来增强其性能,但是在树脂粉末涂料领域加入石墨烯,没有任何相关报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服上现有述现有技术的缺点,提供一种改性树脂粉末涂料,该改性树脂粉末涂料的强大的导电性增强了粉末颗粒的带电性,从而使带电颗粒得到更多更好的吸附,提高了粉末涂料的利用率,减少了粉尘污染,降低了喷涂成本;大大加强粉末涂料的机械性、导电性、导热性、阻燃性,阻燃效果非常明显。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种改性树脂粉末涂料,由以下份数的原料组分组成:100-120份氯醋树脂、80-100份聚乙烯、80-90份丙烯酸树脂、60-80份萜烯树脂、70-90份松香树脂、60-80份石油树脂、60-70份酚醛树脂、50-70份醛酮树脂、40-50份醇酸树脂、50-80份聚酰胺树脂、60-80份呋喃树脂、50-100份乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、36-40份三元乙丙橡胶、6-8份氯化镁、4-5份碳酸钙、3-5份氯化钾、4-6份氢氧化镁、8-10份微晶石墨烯、6-8份醋酸乙酯、4-5份间苯二胺、3-5份聚乙烯醇。
