Abstract
L'invention concerne une peinture conductrice, qui est préparée à partir des matières premières suivantes, en parts massiques : de 20 à 40 parts de poudre de nickel d'argent, de 2 à 5 parts de trioxyde d'antimoine, de 15 à 30 parts de résine acrylique, de 10 à 20 parts de résine alkyde, de 1 à 3 parts de chitosane, de 0,5 à 2 parts d'un adjuvant de formation de film, de 2 à 4 parts d'alcool polyvinylique, de 40 à 50 parts d'un hydrocarbure aromatique, de 20 à 40 parts de styrène, de 20 à 40 parts d'acétaldéhyde, de 5 à 10 parts de poudre de cire de polyéthylène, de 2 à 3 parts d'un agent nivelant, de 1 à 4 parts d'isooctanoate de cobalt, et de 5 à 8 parts de dispersant BYK-101. La peinture conductrice utilise de la poudre de nickel d'argent en tant que milieu conducteur, incorpore du trioxyde d'antimoine ayant des propriétés de conduction et de dispersion, et utilise de la résine acrylique et de la résine alkyde en tant que matières principales, ce qui permet d'obtenir un produit peu coûteux et présentant de bonnes performances conductrices. La peinture conductrice donne un revêtement clair et frais, qui présente une finition, un pouvoir couvrant, une résistance à l'abrasion et une résistance à la corrosion de bon niveau.
