背景技术
现在,吸尘器已是万千家庭中的常用电器设备。传统的吸尘器产品中过滤系统以尘袋过滤、单锥过滤和龙卷风系统为主,尘袋过滤只能依靠过滤袋进行过滤,当其过滤材质的细孔被微尘,垃圾堵塞后就不能再正常进行吸尘;单锥过滤原理是靠带尘的空气进入尘杯形成旋转的风路,通过圆周运动来甩掉较大垃圾达到气尘分离目的,气尘分离效果普遍不佳;龙卷风系统原理是带尘空气进入数个并联的过滤锥体,并在锥体内部做圆周运动,大多数垃圾灰尘在圆周运动中沿锥体壁从锥体下端出口落入尘杯而除尘后的空气从上端进入电机,但气尘分离效果普遍不佳,只比单锥过滤稍好。这些吸尘器的过滤层数较少,效果不够突出,且都不能分离液体。
现有的一些新型吸尘器能够做到气尘及气液分离,它们具有相应的分离器。所述分离器设置于吸尘器的尘杯内,吸尘器工作时尘杯内的气流夹杂大量颗粒垃圾,很容易打到高速旋转的分离体上。且分离体的外侧一般会套有格栅,旋转时都会产生的头发,棉絮等垃圾缠绕问题,万一发生缠绕不仅会使分离效果下降,且会影响整个系统的使用寿命。还有一种被设计为从尘杯顶部向下突出形状的分离体,其工作时高速旋转也极易和垃圾缠绕从而产生各种问题。因此,有必要对现有的分离器进行改进设计。
实用新型内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供了一种平板状分离器,所述分离器包括圆形基座和多个导风部,
所述导风部凸出或内凹所述基座的表面,且沿着所述基座的周向均匀分布;所述导风部具有贯穿圆形基座的壳型导风通道。
进一步的,所述导风部朝向所述基座边缘的一侧为弧线、直线或折线。
进一步的,所述导风部包括第一轮廓段、第二轮廓段、第三轮廓段和第四轮廓段;
所述第一轮廓段、所述第二轮廓段、所述第三轮廓段和所述第四轮廓段依次连接形成所述导风部投影于所述基座表面的外轮廓。

(3)所述分离器设置于尘杯的顶部,能够避免气尘或气液打到高速旋转的分离器上,大大降低了分离器的破损概率。

进一步的,所述第一轮廓段201为向外凸出的弧形,所述第三轮廓段203为向内凹陷的弧形;所述第二轮廓段202为直线形,所述第四轮廓段204为圆弧形。
进一步的,所述第一轮廓段201还可以为内凹的弧形。
进一步的,所述第一轮廓段201由所述基座1的内侧逐渐向所述基座1的外边缘靠近。
进一步的,相邻两个所述导风部之间,一个导风部的第二轮廓段202与另一个导风部的第四轮廓段204相对。
进一步的,所述基座1包括相对的第一表面101和第二表面102。
进一步的,所述导风部2凸出或内凹所述第一表面101的深度从一端至另一端具有减小趋势。
具体的,如图4所示,由所述第四轮廓段204至所述第一轮廓段201和所述第二轮廓段202连接处,所述导风部2凸出所述第一表面101的深度具有减小的趋势。
优选的,所述导风部2凸出所述第一表面101的深度轮廓205为弧形。
进一步的,所述分离器还包括环形连接板3,所述环形连接板3的一端设置于所述第二表面102的边缘,所述环形连接板3另一端的边缘设有凸缘4。
进一步的,所述分离器还包括轴接部5,所述轴接部5为圆柱体,其设置于所述基座1的中心。
进一步的,所述轴接部5的中心设有固定孔501,如图1所示,所述固定孔501设有锁止块502。所述分离器需要与电机连接且随着电机转动,所述锁止块502能够使所述分离器与连接件连接时,防止其相对转动。
进一步的,所述分离器还包括加强结构,所述加强结构包括加强环6和若干加强筋7;
所述加强环6环绕设置于所述轴接部5的外侧,且与所述第一表面101连接;
若干所述加强筋7均匀设置于所述加强环6和所述轴接部5之间。
优选的,所述导风部2为奇数个。
相应地,如图6所示,本实施例还提供了一种吸尘器,所述吸尘器包括尘杯B和上述的平板状分离器A,所述分离器A设置于所述尘杯B的顶部。
所述吸尘器工作时,所述分离器A在驱动装置的作用下转动,使得尘杯B内的空气转动,从而使吸入的灰尘和/或液体分离出来。
实施例二:
如图5所示,本实施例提供了一种平板状分离器,所述分离器包括圆形基座1和多个导风部2,
所述导风部2凸出所述基座1的表面,且沿着所述基座1的周向均匀分布;所述导风部2具有贯穿圆形基座1的壳型导风通道。
进一步的,所述导风部2朝向所述基座1边缘的一侧为弧线、直线或折线。
具体的,所述导风部2有五个,其均匀环绕于所述圆形基座1的周向边缘。
优选的,所述导风部为翼型,所述导风部包括第五轮廓段206、第六轮廓段207和第七轮廓段208;
所述第五轮廓段206、所述第六轮廓段207、所述第七轮廓段208和所述第四轮廓段204依次连接形成所述导风部投影于所述基座1表面的外轮廓。
进一步的,所述第五轮廓段206朝向所述基座1的边缘,所述第六轮 廓段207朝向所述基座1的中心。
进一步的,所述第五轮廓段206为向外凸出的弧形,所述第六轮廓段207为向内凹陷的弧形;所述第七轮廓段208为半圆形。
进一步的,所述第五轮廓段206还可以为内凹的弧形。
进一步的,所述第五轮廓段206由所述基座1的内侧逐渐向所述基座1的外边缘靠近。
进一步的,相邻两个所述导风部之间,一个导风部的第六轮廓段207与另一个导风部的第七轮廓段208相对。
进一步的,所述基座1包括相对的第一表面101和第二表面102。
进一步的,所述导风部2从所述第二表面102下沉至所述第一表面101,且凸出所述第一表面101。如图所示,所述导风部2为凹槽状结构。
进一步的,所述导风部2凸出或内凹所述第一表面101的深度从一端至另一端具有减小趋势。
进一步的,所述分离器还包括环形连接板3,所述环形连接板3的一端设置于所述第二表面102的边缘,所述环形连接板3另一端的边缘设有凸缘4。
进一步的,所述分离器还包括轴接部5,所述轴接部5为圆柱体,其设置于所述基座1的中心。
进一步的,所述轴接部5的中心设有固定孔501,所述固定孔501设有锁止块502。所述分离器需要与电机连接且随着电机转动,所述锁止块502能够使所述分离器与连接件连接时,防止其相对转动。
进一步的,所述分离器还包括加强结构,所述加强结构包括加强环6和若干加强筋7;
所述加强环6环绕设置于所述轴接部5的外侧,且与所述第一表面101连接;
若干所述加强筋7均匀设置于所述加强环6和所述轴接部5之间。
优选的,所述导风部2为奇数个。
相应地,本实施例还提供了一种吸尘器,所述吸尘器包括尘杯B上述的平板状分离器A,所述分离器A设置于所述尘杯B的顶部。
所述吸尘器工作时,所述分离器A在驱动装置的作用下转动,使得尘杯B内的空气转动,从而使吸入的灰尘和/或液体分离出来。
实施例三:
本实施例提供了一种平板状分离器,所述分离器与上述实施例一和实施例二的区别之处在于,所述导风部2内凹所述基座1的表面。
相应地,本实施例还提供了一种吸尘器,所述吸尘器包括尘杯B上述的平板状分离器A,所述分离器A设置于所述尘杯B的顶部。
以上给出了两种不同的导风部结构形式,应当指出的是,以上所述是本实用新型的优选实施方式,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,得到其他形状的导风部结构,这些改进和润饰也视为本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种平板状分离器,其特征在于,所述分离器(A)包括圆形基座(1)和多个导风部(2),
    所述导风部(2)凸出或内凹所述基座(1)的表面,且沿着所述基座(1)的周向均匀分布;所述导风部(2)具有贯穿圆形基座(1)的壳型导风通道。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的平板状分离器,其特征在于,所述导风部(2)朝向所述基座(1)边缘的一侧为弧线、直线或折线。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的平板状分离器,其特征在于,所述导风部(2)包括第一轮廓段(201)、第二轮廓段(202)、第三轮廓段(203)和第四轮廓段(204);
    所述第一轮廓段(201)、所述第二轮廓段(202)、所述第三轮廓段(203)和所述第四轮廓段(204)依次连接形成所述导风部(2)投影于所述基座(1)表面的外轮廓。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的平板状分离器,其特征在于,所述第一轮廓段(201)和所述第三轮廓段(203)相对设置,所述第一轮廓段(201)朝向所述基座(1)的边缘,所述第三轮廓段(203)朝向所述基座(1)的中心;
    所述第二轮廓段(202)和所述第四轮廓段(204)相对设置,所述第二轮廓段(202)和所述第四轮廓段(204)分别朝向相邻的两个导风部(2)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的平板状分离器,其特征在于,所述基座(1)包括相对的第一表面(101)和第二表面(102),
    所述导风部(2)凸出或内凹所述第一表面(101)的深度从一端至另一端具有减小趋势。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的平板状分离器,其特征在于,所述分离器(A)还包括环形连接板(3),所述环形连接板(3)的一端设置于所述第二表面(102)的边缘,所述环形连接板(3)另一端的边缘设有凸缘(4)。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的平板状分离器,其特征在于,所述分离器(A)还包括轴接部(5),所述轴接部(5)的中心设有固定孔(501),所述固定孔(501)设有锁止块(502)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的平板状分离器,其特征在于,所述分离器(A)还包括加强结构,所述加强结构包括加强环(6)和若干加强筋(7);
    所述加强环(6)环绕设置于所述轴接部(5)的外侧,且与所述第一表面(101)连接;
    若干所述加强筋(7)均匀设置于所述加强环(6)和所述轴接部(5)之间。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的平板状分离器,其特征在于,所述导风部(2)为奇数个。
  10. 一种吸尘器,其特征在于,所述吸尘器包括尘杯(B)和权利要求1-9中任意一项所述的平板状分离器,所述分离器(A)设置于所述尘杯(B)的顶部。
