Description

    TECHNICAL FIELD
  • The present invention relates to the technical field of appliances, and in particular to an inverted cone separation device with double dust-collecting cups and cleaner comprising the same.
  • BACKGROUND
  • Cleaners can be divided into vertical, horizontal, and portable types according to their structure. The working principle of the cleaner is to drive the blades by means of a motor to rotate at a high speed, in such a manner that negative air pressure can be generated in the sealed housing, to absorb dust.
  • At present, more and more families choose horizontal cleaners as cleaning tools. Horizontal cleaners are mainly composed of floor brushes, connecting ducts, a dust collector, a case, and a motor assembly. The dust collectors include dust-collecting cups and separators. The motor assembly has a motor air inlet and a motor air outlet. The motor assembly is used to generate a suction force that draws dust on the ground and surrounding air into the dust chamber of the dust collector via the air inlet of the cleaner. The air and dust are separated by the separator, and the dust falls into the dust-collecting cup. The clean air enters the motor air inlet of the motor assembly from the dust chamber through the separator and is discharged from the air outlet of the cleaner through the motor air outlet.
  • The filtering system of cleaners in the prior art includes tornado system, single cone filter, and dust bag filter, and the number of filtering layers is small, so that large-particle garbage and fine dust are always mixed together and cannot be separated. Large-particle garbage is entangled and blocked in the dust-collecting cup, and the separation effect is not outstanding enough.
  • Therefore, there is an urgent need to provide a dust collection device and a cleaner comprising the same to solve the problems in the prior art. A cone separation device is already known e.g. from WO-A-2008145958 .
  • SUMMARY
  • An objective of the present invention is to provide an inverted cone separation device with double dust-collecting cups and cleaner comprising the same, which improves the separation effect of large-particle garbage, effectively prevents large-particle garbage from being entangled and blocked in the dust-collecting cup, and improves cleaning efficiency.
  • In order to achieve the aforementioned objective, the present invention provides an inverted cone separation device with double dust-collecting cups, comprising a separator, a dust-collecting cup connecting member, and dust-collecting cups; wherein the dust-collecting cup connecting member comprises a first cavity, a second cavity, and an air duct connecting the first cavity and the second cavity; the dust-collecting cups comprise a first dust-collecting cup and a second dust-collecting cup, the first dust-collecting cup is connected to the first cavity, and the second dust-collecting cup is connected to the second cavity; the separator comprises a first separator and a second separator, the first separator is arranged in the first cavity, and the second separator is arranged in the second cavity; the first separator comprises an inverted cone filter, the shape of the inverted cone filter is an inverted cone, the surface of the inverted cone filter comprises a filtering surface and a non-filtering surface; and the filtering surface of the inverted cone filter is in communication with the air duct.
  • Further, the inverted cone separation device with double dust-collecting cups may comprise a housing, a partition supporting member, and a separator driving device; wherein the housing, the partition supporting member, and the separator driving device may be sequentially arranged above the dust-collecting cup connecting member; a supporting part may be provided on the outer wall of the partition supporting member, and the supporting part may be located outside the dust-collecting cups; the separator driving device may comprise a motor and a transmission assembly, the motor may be arranged on the supporting part, one end of the transmission assembly may be connected with the output shaft of the motor, the other end of the transmission assembly may be connected with the second separator.
  • Further, the transmission assembly may comprise a driving belt and a rotating shaft, one end of the driving belt is connected with the output shaft of the motor, the other end of the driving belt is connected with the rotating shaft, and the rotating shaft is connected with the second separator.

  • The present invention further provides a cleaner, comprising a host and the inverted cone separation device with double dust-collecting cups mentioned above, the host has a mounting seat, and the inverted cone separation device with double dust-collecting cups is detachably installed on the mounting seat; the host is provided with a motor assembly, the motor assembly comprises a main motor for suction, the motor assembly also comprises a main motor air outlet and a main motor air inlet communicating with the air outlet of the inverted cone separation device with double dust-collecting cups.
  • The present invention has the following beneficial effects:
  • The present invention provides an inverted cone separation device with double dust-collecting cups and cleaner comprising the same. During using, the large-particle garbage can be separated through the inverted cone filter and retained in the first dust-collecting cup, and other garbage enters the second dust-collecting cup through the air duct between the first dust-collecting cup and the second dust-collecting cup. Therefore, the effect of separating large-particle garbage is improved, and the large-particle garbage is effectively prevented from being entangled and blocked in the dust-collecting cup, and the cleaning efficiency is improved.

  • The technical solutions according to embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described with reference to accompanying drawings for the embodiments of the present invention. Obviously, the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention. Based on the embodiments of the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by those skilled in the art without any inventive effort shall be considered within the scope of the present invention.
  • In the description of the present invention, it is to be understood that, the orientation or positional relationship indicated by the terms "center", "longitudinal", "lateral", "length", "width", "thickness", "upper", "lower", "front", "rear", "left", "right", "vertical", "horizontal", "top", "bottom", "inner", "outer", "clockwise", "counterclockwise", etc. refer to the orientation or positional relationship shown in the accompanying drawings, and is only for the sake of simplicity and convenience.   • In the present embodiment, an inverted cone separation device with double dust-collecting cups is provided, as shown in FIG. 1. FIG. 1 is a cut-away schematic view of the inverted cone separation device with double dust-collecting cups according to the embodiment of the present invention. The inverted cone separation device with double dust-collecting cups comprises a separator (1), a dust-collecting cup connecting member (2), and dust-collecting cups (3). The dust-collecting cup connecting member (2) comprises a first cavity (21), a second cavity (22), and an air duct (23) connecting the first cavity (21) and the second cavity (22).
  • The dust-collecting cups (3) comprise a first dust-collecting cup (31) and a second dust-collecting cup (32). The first dust-collecting cup (31) is connected to the first cavity (21), and the second dust-collecting cup (32) is connected to the second cavity (22). The separator comprises a first separator (11) and a second separator (12), the first separator (11) is arranged in the first cavity (21), and the second separator (12) is arranged in the second cavity (22). The first separator (11) comprises an inverted cone filter (111), the shape of the inverted cone filter is an inverted cone, and the surface of the inverted cone filter comprises a filtering surface and a non-filtering surface. The filtering surface (1111) of the inverted cone filter (111) is in communication with the air duct (23). Garbage and sewage mixed together may be introduced into the first dust-collecting cup (31) first. Then, the mixed garbage and sewage may be rotated at a high speed in the first dust-collecting cup (31). Due to the friction with the wall of the first dust-collecting cup (31), the energy of large-particle garbage may be reduced, and finally, the large-particle garbage may slide down along the wall of the first dust-collecting cup (31). Other garbage having small energy loss may be filtered via the filtering surface (1111) of the inverted cone filter (111) and may enter the second dust-collecting cup (32) through the air duct (23).
  • FIG. 2 is a cut-away schematic view in another direction of an inverted cone separation device with double dust-collecting cups according to the embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 2, the inverted cone separation device with double dust-collecting cups further comprises a housing (6), a partition supporting member (4), and a separator driving device (5); the housing (6), the partition supporting member (4), and the separator driving device (5) are sequentially arranged above the dust-collecting cup connecting member (2). A supporting part is provided on the outer wall of the partition supporting member (4), and the supporting part is located outside the dust-collecting cups (3). The separator driving device (5) comprises a motor (51) and a transmission assembly, the motor (51) is arranged on the supporting part, one end of the transmission assembly is connected with the output shaft (511) of the motor (51), and the other end of the transmission assembly is connected with the second separator (12). The separator driving device is configured to directly drive the second separator (12) to rotate, thereby effectively improving the effect of dust removal and liquid separation, and preventing the suctioned turbid gas from being discharged from the cleaner and resulting in secondary pollution when the power is turned on. The motor (51) of the separator driving device (5) is arranged outside the dust-collecting cups (3) to prevent the motor from being stained and damaged. The inverted cone separation device with double dust-collecting cups has improved stability and is easy to clean. Further, the overall height of the cleaner is reduced to facilitate the cleaning of the bottom of the furniture.
  • Further, as shown in FIG. 2, the transmission assembly comprises a driving belt (52) and a rotating shaft (53), one end of the driving belt (52) is connected with the output shaft (511) of the motor (51), the other end of the driving belt (52) is connected with the rotating shaft (53), and the rotating shaft (53) is connected with the second separator (12). The driving belt (52) which is used as the main transmission component may effectively reduce the shaking amplitude of the second separator (12) when rotating, increase the stability of the separator driving device (5), improve the separation efficiency, and extend the service life of the second separator (12) and the separator driving device.
  • The sidewall of the first dust-collecting cup (31) is provided with an air inlet (33) to allow external fluid to enter in, and the housing (6) is provided with an air outlet for discharging clean air, and the air outlet is in communication with the second dust-collecting cup (32). With this structure, the large-particle garbage remains in the first dust-collecting cup (31) after being separated by the first separator (11). Therefore, the separation effect of large-particle garbage is improved, and the entanglement of large-particle garbage in the dust-collecting cup due to high-speed rotation is avoided.
  • The shape of the second separator (12) is any one or combination of a positive cone, an inverted cone, a straight cylinder, and/or a flat shape, the second separator (12) is provided with a passage for airflow.
  • In one embodiment, the shape of the second separator (12) is a positive cone, as shown in FIG. 1.The positive cone separator comprises a top plate, a bottom plate, and a plurality of partition plates, the top plate and the bottom plate are circular, the diameter of the top plate is smaller than the diameter of the bottom plate, the plurality of partition plates are circumferentially spaced between the top plate and the bottom plate, and the partition plate and the central axis of the positive cone separator are disposed at a preset angle. The end of the positive cone separator with a larger diameter is closer to the air duct (23).
  • In one embodiment, the shape of the second separator (12) is an inverted cone, wherein the structure of the second separator is similar to the positive cone separator. The difference is that the diameter of the top plate is larger than the diameter of the bottom plate, that is, the end of the inverted cone separator with a smaller diameter is closer to the air duct (23).
  • In one embodiment, the shape of the second separator (12) is a straight cylinder, wherein the structure of the second separator is similar to the inverted cone separator. The difference is that the main body of the straight cylinder separator is cylindrical, that is, the diameters of the two ends of the second separator (12) are equal.
  • The air duct (23) comprises an air duct air inlet and an air duct air outlet, and the height of the air duct air outlet is lower than the height of the air duct air inlet to prevent sewage from flowing backward after entering the air duct (23). The air duct air outlet is close to the second separator (12).
  • The air duct (23) is formed as a straight line inclined from the first cavity (21) to the second cavity (22). It reduces the resistance that the sewage and air to be separated and purified are subjected when travelling in the air duct (23) after the large-particle garbage is separated, and improves the separation efficiency.
  • FIG. 4 is a structural diagram of a dust collecting cup connecting member according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 4, a baffle (231) is provided above the air duct air outlet. When sewage to be separated and purified enters the second cavity (22) from the air duct air outlet, it has high speed. In such a case, due to the arrangement of the baffle (231), it can be prevented from sliding out along the top surface of the air duct.
  • FIG. 3 is a structural diagram of an inverted cone filter according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 3, the filtering surface (1111) is provided with filtering holes for blocking large-particle garbage in the first dust-collecting cup (31) while allowing other garbage to pass through and enter the air duct (23).
  • The present invention further provides a cleaner, comprising a host and the inverted cone separation device with double dust-collecting cups mentioned above. The host has a mounting seat, and the inverted cone separation device with double dust-collecting cups is detachably installed on the mounting seat. The host is provided with a motor assembly, the motor assembly comprises a main motor for suction, the motor assembly also comprises a main motor air outlet and a main motor air inlet communicating with the air outlet of the inverted cone separation device with double dust-collecting cups.
  • The inverted cone separation device with double dust-collecting cups, comprising a separator (1), a dust-collecting cup connecting member (2), and dust-collecting cups (3); the dust-collecting cup connecting member (2) comprises a first cavity (21), a second cavity (22), and an air duct (23) connecting the first cavity (21) and the second cavity (22). The dust-collecting cups (3) comprise a first dust-collecting cup (31) and a second dust-collecting cup (32), the first dust-collecting cup (31) is connected to the first cavity (21), and the second dust-collecting cup (32) is connected to the second cavity (22); the separator comprises a first separator (11) and a second separator (12), the first separator (11) is arranged in the first cavity (21), and the second separator (12) is arranged in the second cavity (22); the first separator (11) comprises an inverted cone filter (111), the shape of the inverted cone filter is an inverted cone, the surface of the inverted cone filter comprises a filtering surface and a non-filtering surface; the filtering surface (1111) of the inverted cone filter (111) is in communication with the air duct (23).
  • With the above structure in which the first dust-collecting cup (31) and the second dust-collecting cup (32) are communicated through the air duct (23), the overall height of the cleaner is reduced. The first separator (11) comprises an inverted cone filter (111), the shape of the inverted cone filter is an inverted cone, and the surface of the inverted cone filter includes a filtering surface and a non-filtering surface. The filtering surface (1111) of the inverted cone filter (111) is in communication with the air duct (23) to ensure the separation effect of large-particle garbage, effectively prevent large-particle garbage from entangling and blocking in the dust-collecting cup, and improve the efficiency of dust collection.

Claims (10)

  1. An inverted cone separation device with double dust-collecting cups, comprising a separator (1), a dust-collecting cup connecting member (2), and dust-collecting cups (3);
    the dust-collecting cup connecting member (2) comprises a first cavity (21), a second cavity (22), and an air duct (23) connecting the first cavity (21) and the second cavity (22);
    the dust-collecting cups (3) comprise a first dust-collecting cup (31) and a second dust-collecting cup (32), the first dust-collecting cup (31) is connected to the first cavity (21), and the second dust-collecting cup (32) is connected to the second cavity (22);
    the separator comprises a first separator (11) and a second separator (12), the first separator (11) is arranged in the first cavity (21), and the second separator (12) is arranged in the second cavity (22);
    the first separator (11) comprises an inverted cone filter (111), a shape of the inverted cone filter is an inverted cone, a surface of the inverted cone filter comprises a filtering surface and a non-filtering surface; and
    the filtering surface (1111) of the inverted cone filter (111) is in communication with the air duct (23).
  2. The inverted cone separation device with double dust-collecting cups of claim 1, further comprising a housing (6), a partition supporting member (4), and a separator driving device (5); the housing (6), the partition supporting member (4), and the separator driving device (5) are sequentially arranged above the dust-collecting cup connecting member (2);
    a supporting part is provided on the outer wall of the partition supporting member (4), and the supporting part is located outside the dust-collecting cups (3);
    the separator driving device (5) comprises a motor (51) and a transmission assembly, the motor (51) is arranged on the supporting part, one end of the transmission assembly is connected with the output shaft (511) of the motor (51), the other end of the transmission assembly is connected with the second separator (12).
  3. The inverted cone separation device with double dust-collecting cups of claim 2, wherein the transmission assembly comprises a driving belt (52) and a rotating shaft (53), one end of the driving belt (52) is connected with the output shaft (511) of the motor (51), the other end of the driving belt (52) is connected with the rotating shaft (53), and the rotating shaft (53) is connected with the second separator (12).
  4. The inverted cone separation device with double dust-collecting cups of claim 1, wherein the sidewall of the first dust-collecting cup (31) is provided with an air inlet (33) for allowing external fluid to enter in, and the housing (6) is provided with an air outlet for discharging clean air, and the air outlet is in communication with the second dust-collecting cup (32).
  5. The inverted cone separation device with double dust-collecting cups of claim 1, wherein the shape of the second separator (12) is any one or a combination of a positive cone, an inverted cone, a straight cylinder, and a flat shape, the second separator (12) is provided with a passage for airflow.
  6. The inverted cone separation device with double dust-collecting cups of claim 1, wherein the air duct (23) comprises an air duct air inlet and an air duct air outlet, and the height of the air duct air outlet is lower than the height of the air duct air inlet.
  7. The inverted cone separation device with double dust-collecting cups of claim 1, wherein the air duct (23) is formed as a straight line inclined from the first cavity (21) to the second cavity (22).
  8. The inverted cone separation device with double dust-collecting cups of claim 6, wherein a baffle (231) is provided above the air duct air outlet.
  9. The inverted cone separation device with double dust-collecting cups of claim 1, wherein the filtering surface (1111) is provided with filtering holes.
  10. A cleaner, comprising a host and the inverted cone separation device with double dust-collecting cups of any one of claims 1-9, the host has a mounting seat, and the inverted cone separation device with double dust-collecting cups is detachably installed on the mounting seat;
    the host is provided with a motor assembly, the motor assembly comprises a main motor for suction, the motor assembly also comprises a main motor air outlet and a main motor air inlet communicating with the air outlet of the inverted cone separation device with double dust-collecting cups.
