Abstract
Description
相互に離れた位置にありそれぞれ配管開口を備える2つの配管端部にそれぞれ嵌合されて連結される連結用開口端部を両端に備える連結管部を有する連結管であって、
該連結管部の該両端間に設けられ該連結管部の長手軸線に対して当該連結管部を屈曲可能とする屈曲可能部と、
該屈曲可能部からそれぞれ該連結用開口端部まで延びる、該屈曲可能部よりも高い剛性を有する剛性部と
を有し、
該屈曲可能部において該連結管部を屈曲させることにより該両端の該連結用開口端部が対応する該配管端部に嵌合可能となり、該連結用開口端部が対応する該配管端部に嵌合された状態では、該屈曲可能部が該状態を維持する弾性復元力を有するようにされている、連結管を提供する。
該屈曲可能部が該分枝管部と該連結管部との接続部分に設けられているようにすることができる。

Claims (7)
- 相互に離れた位置にありそれぞれ配管開口を備える2つの配管端部にそれぞれ嵌合されて連結される連結用開口端部を両端に備える連結管部を有する連結管であって、
該連結管部の該両端間に設けられ該連結管部の長手軸線に対して当該連結管部を屈曲可能とする屈曲可能部と、
該屈曲可能部からそれぞれ該連結用開口端部まで延びる、該屈曲可能部よりも高い剛性を有する剛性部と
を有し、
該屈曲可能部において該連結管部を屈曲させることにより該両端の該連結用開口端部が対応する該配管端部に嵌合可能となり、該連結用開口端部が対応する該配管端部に嵌合された状態では、該屈曲可能部が該状態を維持する弾性復元力を有するようにされている、連結管。 - 該連結管部の該両端間に該連結管部から側方に延びる分枝管部を有し、
該屈曲可能部が該分枝管部と該連結管部との接続部分に設けられている請求項1に記載の連結管。 - 該屈曲可能部が、該連結管部と該分枝管部とがなす角部を薄肉として形成してなる請求項2に記載の連結管。
- 該連結管部の両端面に、該連結管部の外周面から半径方向で延び該連結管部の内部孔まで至る案内凹部を有し、該案内凹部によって該配管端部が該外周面から該内部孔の方向に案内されるようにされた、請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の連結管。
- 該内部孔に至る該案内凹部の底面が該外周面から該内部孔に近づくに従って該案内凹部が設けられている該連結管部の端面に近づくように傾斜している請求項4に記載の連結管。
- 該連結管部は該連結用開口端部に該内部孔から該外周面までが厚肉とされた厚肉部分を有し、該厚肉部分に該案内凹部が形成されている請求項4又は5に記載の連結管。
- 該厚肉部分は、その全体が該連結管部の外周を略円環状になるよう形成されているが、その一部が該連結管部の長手軸線に平行な面で切り落とされた形の平坦面を有するようにされ、該案内凹部は該平坦面の略中央から該内部孔まで延びるように形成されている請求項6に記載の連結管。
