具体实施方式
下面结合说明书附图和具体实施方式对本发明的实质性特点作进一步的说明。
如图1-10所示的一种集成墙面用工字形连接件的装配结构,由固接在墙面上的装饰板1以及连接相邻装饰板1的连接件组成,所述连接件呈工字形,包括与墙面贴合固接的基板2、与基板2平行设置的固接板3以及跨接在基板2和固接板3间的连接板4,所述装饰板1的外露面边缘向下凹陷形成供固接板3插置的容纳槽5,连接件安装到位后,固接板3嵌入容纳槽5,以使所述固接板3外露面边缘与所述装饰板1外露面边缘平整衔接。
在本实施例中,装饰板1和连接件自下而上依次交替安装,实现装饰板1竖向安装至墙面上,并拼合形成平整的装饰面。
完成安装后,固接板3的上缘和下缘会分别插置在相邻装饰板1的对应容纳槽5内,使得固接板3的顶面和底面分别与对应容纳槽5的水平壁紧密贴合,有效减小固接板3与装饰板1间缝隙,对装饰板1起到竖向限位作用,固接板3的内侧壁与对应容纳槽5的竖向壁紧密贴合,确保装饰板1通过连接件与墙面紧密贴合,对装饰板1起到水平向限位作用。通过上述改进,一方面,在装饰 板1和连接件的自身重力作用力下,固接板3的顶面和底面分别与对应容纳槽5的水平壁匹配贴合,由此减小固接板3与装饰板1间的间隙,提升装饰面的平整性,还有效遮挡相邻装饰板1间的缝隙,另一方面,固接板3的外露面上设有装饰图案,与装饰板1外露面上的装饰图案拼合形成完整的覆盖墙面的装饰面,提升美观性,再一方面,平整的装饰面不具有外凸部件,有效防止刮擦等情况发生,有效消除安全隐患。
在本实施例中,所述连接件为一体式加工形成,既提高生产效率,还确保连接件具有较好的结构强度。连接板跨接在固接板和基板相向面的中部间。
在本实施例中,相邻装饰板1通过所述连接件装配结构进行竖向叠置安装,还可以使用所述连接件装配结构进行装饰板1水平向铺设安装,也应视为本实施例的具体实施方式。
实施例一:
本实施例提供一种具体的连接件装配结构。
如图1所示,基板2和固接板3间形成竖向敞口的插槽6,所述连接件通过插槽6套置在对应装饰板1的侧缘上,以使固接板3外露面与所述装饰板1外露面齐平设置。
在安装时,首先,完成下置装饰板1安装,之后,连接件通过朝下敞口的插槽6套置在下置装饰板1的上缘上,基板2下缘插置在下置装饰板1的避让槽13内,再后,基板2通过紧固件固接在墙面上,对下置装饰板1进行定位锁定;最后,将上置装饰板1的下缘竖向插入连接件朝上敞口的插槽6内,上置装饰板1的避让槽13套置在基板2的上缘上。通过重复上述步骤实现装饰板1竖向叠置并固定,在重复上述步骤时,上置装饰板1和下置装饰板1均为相对特定连接件的相对部件,并不具体特质某一部件。
在本实施例中,所述装饰板1的厚度与连接件的厚度相同,连接件安装到位后,基板2内侧壁、装饰板1内侧壁均与墙面贴合。由于墙面为平面,且装饰板1和连接件具有相同的厚度,在安装时,当装饰板1与墙面间、连接件与墙面间均紧密贴合,则能有效确保装饰板1外露面与固接板3外露面齐平设置, 进而获得平整的装饰面。
在本实施例中,当连接件与装饰板1安装到位时,优选方案为,固接板3的顶面和底面分别与对应容纳槽5的水平壁匹配贴合时,装饰板1的侧壁与连接板4间互不接触,确保固接板3与装饰板1间紧密贴合,还有效减小加工精度,降低生产成本。
在本实施例中,所述基板2侧部通过向内形变并凹陷形成钉槽11,所述钉槽11沿基板2的长度方向设置,所述基板2的内侧壁设有与所述钉槽11横向投影错位的支脚12,所述支脚12的端面与所述基板2内侧壁形成钉槽11区域齐平设置。钉槽11和支脚12均起能提升基板2的抗形变性能,为连接件提供稳定支撑。连接件通过设置支脚12来增加与墙面的接触面积,提升对基板2的支撑性,确保固接板3外露面与装饰板1外露面齐平设置。
实施例二:
相较于实施例一,本实施例提供一种具体的连接件装配结构。
如图2所示,所述固接板3两端部分别向内延伸形成折边7,连接件安装到位后,所述固接板3通过折边7搭接在所述容纳槽5的侧壁上。安装完成后,折边7顶面或底面分别与对应容纳槽5的水平壁匹配贴合,对装饰板1起到竖向定位作用,防止相邻装饰板1过度靠近,折边7的延伸端端面与对应容纳槽5的竖向壁抵近设置,对装饰板1起到水平向限位作用,防止装饰板1脱离墙面。
实施例三:
相较于实施例二,本实施例提供一种具体的连接件装配结构。
如图3所示,所述容纳槽5的竖向壁靠近容纳槽5水平壁处向内凹陷形成定位槽8,连接件安装到位后,所述折边7延伸端插置在所述定位槽8内。折边7插入定位槽8,有效防止相邻装饰板1发生背向脱离的情况,确保相邻装饰板1间距离始终维持在预设范围内。
在本实施例中,由于容纳槽5竖向壁与避让槽13竖向壁间水平距离大于折边7延伸端端面与基板2外侧壁间水平距离,使得连接条无法通过自上而下竖向插置方式与对应装饰板1边缘实现连接,在实际安装中,需要通过水平向插 置方式安装,使得带有折边7的连接件能与对应装饰板1匹配插接。
实施例四:
相较于实施例三,本实施例提供一种具体的连接件装配结构。
如图4所示,连接件安装到位后,所述容纳槽5竖向壁与固接板3内侧壁间设有空腔9。通过设置空腔9来减轻装饰板1重量,进而减小连接件的负载,延长连接件的使用寿命。
实施例五:
相较于实施例二,本实施例提供一种具体的连接件装配结构。
如图5所示,所述固接板3中部向内形变并凹陷形成装饰槽10,装饰槽10通过内凹形成,既能通过凹凸造型来提升装饰面美观性,还不会存在刮擦风险,确保使用安全。
在本实施例中,所述连接件通过缩短连接板4的长度来为装饰槽10提供形变空间,同时,容纳槽5也为装饰槽10提供形变空间,确保固接板3中部能通过凹陷形成装饰槽10。
在本实施例中,所述装饰槽10的截面轮廓可以为半圆形、方形等(如图6所示),均应视为本实施例的具体实施方式。
在本实施例中,所述装饰板1内侧壁底缘设有容纳基板2的避让槽13。
实施例六:
相较于实施例一、二、三、四、五,本实施例提供一种具体的连接件装配结构。
如图7所示,所述连接板为分体结构,包括与固接板3一体式制成的插置部14以及与基板2一体式支撑的套置部15,所述套置部15上设有口小腔大的卡槽,插置部14插入卡槽使得固接板3和基板2卡置连接。所述避让槽13的壁面上开设定位槽16,所述基板2上设有可匹配插置在定位槽16中的定位柱17。
在本实施例中,所述基板2通过紧固件固接在墙面上,之后,将对应的装 饰板安装至墙面上,使得基板2两侧分别嵌入对应的避让槽13中,位于基板两侧的定位柱分别插置在对应的定位槽16中,使得相邻装饰板间预留供固接板前置的空间,最后,将固接板3连接至基板2上,固接板3的两端分别嵌入对应的容纳槽5中,确保装饰板和连接件形成平整的外露面。
在本实施例中,所述套置部15包括两可形变的夹板,夹板围合形成卡槽,插置部14能插入卡槽并被夹板夹持固定。
实施例七:
相较于实施例一、二,本实施例提供一种具体的连接件装配结构。
如图8-10所示,所述装配结构包括呈多边形的装饰板1以及围绕装饰板1设置的连接件组成,所述连接件分为具有差异化连接板4长度的外延件18和内连件19,在安装时,外延件18和内连件19分别套置在所述装饰板1的两相邻直线边上,所述内连件19的端部搭接在所述外延件18的基板2上,以使固接板3外露面和装饰板1外露面平整衔接。
在本实施例中,所述连接件分为两种,包括内连件19和外延件18,内连件19和外延件18具有不同的连接板4长度,在使用时,当两者分别与装饰板1的相邻边缘套置连接时,内连件19的端部能与外延件18的侧部匹配拼接,既确保内连件19和外延件18的固接板3匹配拼合,还确保内连件19和外延件18的基板2错位插接,由此确保内连件19、外延件18以及装饰板1匹配拼合。
在本实施例中,所述内连件19的长度较短,且只覆盖单块装饰板1的单条直线边,所述外延件18的长度较长,能覆盖呈直线布置的多块装饰板1的多条直线边,在使用时,内连件19的端部分别与对应的外延件18侧部匹配拼接。
在本实施例中,所述装饰板1的边缘底部向上凹陷形成供基板2插置的避让槽13,所述装饰板1的边缘顶部向下凹陷形成供固接板3插置的容纳槽5,所述避让槽13水平槽面与容纳槽5的水平槽面间形成与对应插槽6匹配的插置条20,所述装饰板1的相邻插置条20间具有差异化的厚度,以使外延件18和内连件19能分别套置连接在装饰板1的对应直线边上。以方形的装饰板1为例, 所述装饰板1具有四条围合成方形的插置条20,所述插置条20两两平行且具有差异化厚度,互为平行的两根插置条20具有相同的厚度,在安装时,较厚的一组插置条20用于插置连接外延件18,较薄的一组插置条20用于插置连接内连件19,确保装饰板1各边缘能与对应的连接件匹配插置连接。
在安装时,以方形的装饰板1为例,装饰板1的两平行边上套置有互为平行设置的外延件18。在安装内连件19时,对内连件19的长度进行截取控制,使得内连件19的长度与装饰板1的对应边缘长度匹配,确保内连件19能被卡置在两平行设置的外延件18间,且内连件19的固接板3端部能与对应的外延件18固接板3匹配衔接。安装完成后,装饰板1和外延件18抵触设置在墙面上,外延件18和内连件19分别通过侧部的插槽6牢固套置在对应的插置条20上,使得固接板3边缘与装饰板1边缘平整衔接,内连件19固接板3的顶面端缘与外延件18固接板3侧缘平整衔接,内连件19基板2两端搭接在外延件18基板2上,确保固接板3间以及固接板3与装饰板1间等高设置。
在本实施例中,所述固接板3端部与对应的基板2间围合形成插槽6,所述外延件18和内连件19均通过插槽6套置在装饰板1的对应直线边上。所述装饰板1的外缘轮廓由多条直线边围合形成,方便装配连接件。
在本实施例中,具有差异化厚度的插置条20间具有等高的顶面,与内连件19配合的插置条20向外延伸并贯通设置在所述装饰板1的对应直线边上。由于相邻插置条20具有差异化的厚度,将装饰板1拐角处的插置条20端部设置为与内连件19配合的插置条20,确保内连件19能覆盖该拐角并与外延件18匹配衔接。当拐角处的插置条20端部设置为与外延件18配合的插置条20时,内连件19会因插置条20端部过厚而无法安装到位,出现内连件19无法使用的情况。具体操作时,外延件18基板2顶面至固接板3底面距离与对应的插置条20厚度匹配,内连件19基板2顶面至固接板3底面距离与对应插置条20厚度匹配。
在本实施例中,所述内连件19的端部具有角度为A的斜切角,所述装饰板1与所述内连件19端部毗邻的拐角角度为B,A=B,安装到位后,所述内连件19的固接板3端面与所述外延件18的固接板3侧壁匹配贴合,既确保内连件 19能与装饰板1的对应边缘匹配拼合,还能与对应的外延件18匹配拼合。以四边形为例,当所述装饰板1呈方形时,A=90°,所述内连件19的端面与侧壁互为垂直设置,当A≠90°时,装饰板1呈平行四边形。装饰板1呈矩阵状排布,相邻装饰板1间具有位于同一直线上的边缘,并以此形成供外延件18安装的工位。内连件19卡置在相邻装饰板1以及相邻外延件18围合形成的长条状空间内;
在本实施例中,所述基板2的宽度大于固接板3的宽度,基板2的中线与固接板3的中线竖向重合设置,使得连接件以连接板4的中线为中心呈中线对称设置,方便连接件与两侧装饰板1匹配对接,进而确保装饰板1能以矩阵状拼合安装。
在本实施例中,所述固接板3两端部分别向内延伸形成折边,连接件安装到位后,所述固接板3通过折边搭接在所述容纳槽5的侧壁上。所述固接板3两端部分别向内延伸形成折边,连接件安装到位后,所述固接板3通过折边搭接在所述容纳槽5的侧壁上。安装完成后,折边顶面或底面分别与对应容纳槽5的水平壁匹配贴合,对装饰板1起到竖向定位作用,防止相邻装饰板1过度靠近,折边的延伸端端面与对应容纳槽5的竖向壁抵近设置,对装饰板1起到水平向限位作用,防止装饰板1脱离墙面。

在本实施例中,所述装饰板1内侧壁底缘设有容纳基板2的避让槽13,确保装饰板1能与墙面贴合。
在本实施例中,所述基板2侧部通过向内形变并凹陷形成钉槽,所述钉槽沿基板2的长度方向设置,所述基板2的内侧壁设有与所述钉槽横向投影错位 的支脚。所述支脚的端面与所述基板2内侧壁形成钉槽区域齐平设置。钉槽和支脚均起能提升基板2的抗形变性能,为连接件提供稳定支撑。连接件通过设置支脚来增加与墙面的接触面积,提升对基板2的支撑性,确保固接板3外露面与装饰板1外露面齐平设置。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种集成墙面用工字形连接件的装配结构,包括固接在墙面上的装饰板(1)以及连接相邻装饰板(1)的连接件,其特征在于,所述连接件呈工字形,包括与墙面贴合固接的基板(2)、与基板(2)平行设置的固接板(3)以及跨接在基板(2)和固接板(3)间的连接板(4),所述装饰板(1)的外露面边缘凹陷形成供固接板(3)插置的容纳槽(5),连接件安装到位后,固接板(3)嵌入容纳槽(5),以使所述固接板(3)外露面边缘与所述装饰板(1)外露面边缘平整衔接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种集成墙面用工字形连接件的装配结构,其特征在于,基板(2)和固接板(3)间形成竖向敞口的插槽(6),所述连接件通过插槽(6)套置在对应装饰板(1)的侧缘上,以使固接板(3)外露面与所述装饰板(1)外露面齐平设置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种集成墙面用工字形连接件的装配结构,其特征在于,所述装饰板(1)的厚度与连接件的厚度相同,连接件安装到位后,基板(2)内侧壁、装饰板(1)内侧壁均与墙面贴合。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种集成墙面用工字形连接件的装配结构,其特征在于,所述固接板(3)两端部分别向内延伸形成折边(7),连接件安装到位后,所述固接板(3)通过折边(7)搭接在所述容纳槽(5)的侧壁上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种集成墙面用工字形连接件的装配结构,其特征在于,所述容纳槽(5)的竖向壁靠近容纳槽(5)水平壁处向内凹陷形成定位槽(8),连接件安装到位后,所述折边(7)延伸端插置在所述定位槽(8)内。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的一种集成墙面用工字形连接件的装配结构,其特征在于,连接件安装到位后,所述容纳槽(5)竖向壁与固接板(3)内侧壁间设有空腔(9),所述固接板(3)中部向内形变并凹陷形成装饰槽(10),所述装饰槽(10)的截面轮廓呈半圆形或方形。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种集成墙面用工字形连接件的装配结构,其特征在于,所述连接板为分体结构,包括与固接板(3)一体式制成的插置部(14) 以及与基板(2)一体式支撑的套置部(15),所述套置部上设有口小腔大的卡槽,插置部插入卡槽使得固接板(3)和基板(2)卡置连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的一种集成墙面用工字形连接件的装配结构,其特征在于,所述基板(2)侧部通过向内形变并凹陷形成钉槽(11),所述钉槽(11)沿基板(2)的长度方向设置,所述基板(2)的内侧壁设有与所述钉槽(11)横向投影错位的支脚(12)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种集成墙面用工字形连接件的装配结构,其特征在于,所述支脚(12)的端面与所述基板(2)内侧壁形成钉槽(11)区域齐平设置,所述装饰板(1)内侧壁底缘设有容纳基板(2)的避让槽(13)。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种集成墙面用工字形连接件的装配结构,其特征在于,所述避让槽(13)的壁面上开设定位槽(16),所述基板(2)上设有可匹配插置在定位槽(16)中的定位柱(17)。
  11. 根据权利要求2所述的一种集成墙面用工字形连接件的装配结构,其特征在于,装配结构包括呈多边形的装饰板(1)以及围绕装饰板(1)设置的连接件,所述连接件分为具有差异化连接板(4)长度的外延件18和内连件(19),在安装时,外延件18和内连件(19)分别套置在所述装饰板(1)的两相邻直线边上,所述内连件(19)的端部搭接在所述外延件18的基板(2)上,以使固接板(3)外露面和装饰板(1)外露面平整衔接。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的一种集成墙面用工字形连接件的装配结构,其特征在于,所述外延件18和内连件(19)均通过插槽(6)套置在装饰板(1)的对应直线边上。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的一种集成墙面用工字形连接件的装配结构,其特征在于,所述装饰板(1)的边缘底部向上凹陷形成供基板(2)插置的避让槽(13),所述装饰板(1)的边缘顶部向下凹陷形成供固接板(3)插置的容纳槽(5),所述避让槽(13)水平槽面与容纳槽(5)的水平槽面间形成与对应插槽(6)匹配的插置条(20),所述装饰板(1)的相邻插置条(20)间具有差异化的厚度,以使外延件18和内连件(19)能分别套置连接在装 饰板(1)的对应直线边上。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的一种集成墙面用工字形连接件的装配结构,其特征在于,具有差异化厚度的插置条(20)间具有等高的顶面,与内连件(19)配合的插置条(20)向外延伸并贯通设置在所述装饰板(1)的对应直线边上。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的一种集成墙面用工字形连接件的装配结构,其特征在于,所述固接板(3)两端部分别向内延伸形成折边,连接件安装到位后,所述固接板(3)通过折边搭接在所述容纳槽(5)的侧壁上。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的一种工字形连接件的装配结构,其特征在于,所述容纳槽(5)竖向壁与固接板(3)内侧壁间设有空腔,所述固接板(3)中部向内形变并凹陷形成装饰槽,所述装饰槽的截面轮廓呈半圆形或方形。
  17. 根据权利要求11所述的一种工字形连接件的装配结构,其特征在于,所述基板(2)侧部通过向内形变并凹陷形成钉槽,所述钉槽沿基板(2)的长度方向设置,所述基板(2)的内侧壁设有与所述钉槽横向投影错位的支脚。
  18. 根据权利要求11所述的一种工字形连接件的装配结构,其特征在于,所述基板(2)的宽度大于固接板(3)的宽度,基板(2)的中线与固接板(3)的中线竖向重合设置。
  19. 根据权利要求11-18任一项所述的一种工字形连接件的装配结构,其特征在于,所述内连件(19)的端部具有角度为A的斜切角,所述装饰板(1)与所述内连件(19)端部毗邻的拐角角度为B,A=B,安装到位后,所述内连件(19)的固接板(3)端面与所述外延件18的固接板(3)侧壁匹配贴合。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的一种工字形连接件的装配结构,其特征在于,所述装饰板(1)呈方形时,A=90°,所述内连件(19)的端面与侧壁互为垂直设置。
