Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及用于建造墙壁、天花板、屋顶、遮蓬和窗户,特别是建造透光墙部分的挤压成形的组合式面板单元。更具体地,本发明涉及用多个单元建造这种墙壁、天花板、屋顶、遮蓬和窗户的组件。
技术背景
根据美国专利No.4573300、No.4998395和No.5348790,本发明的挤压成形的组合式面板单元的类型是已知的,在此其教导通过参考被并入。
在这些专利中,均公开了通过连接凸缘4和夹紧件6互相连接的面板单元2,大体如图1所示。夹紧件6从面板的表面和纵向肋8以一角度突出,肋8从建造的墙壁或天花板的表面突出。另外,如图2和3所示,当例如由风产生的力沿着如箭头A的方向施加在构件上时,相邻设置的面板组件2趋于向上摆动(图3),因而展开夹紧件6并致使面板与夹紧件6分离,导致构件倒塌,或者至少导致其部分倒塌。
发明内容
因此本发明的主要目的是提供用于建造墙壁表面部分的挤压成形的组合式面板单元,其能够更好地承受用于分离相邻地连接的面板单元的力。
本发明的另一个目的是提供由挤压成形的组合式面板和匹配的连接部件构成的组件,该组件用于建造墙壁,屋顶等等,能够承受作用在面板单元上试图展开连接件的力。
因此根据本发明的一个方面,提供用于将两个并置的面板固定于构件的组件,每个所述面板包括位于面板的相应的并置的边缘处或邻近面板的相应的并置的边缘的连接凸缘,该组件包括:
保持件,其具有基本平面的表面,在其相对的边缘处支撑各自的第一凸缘,
夹紧件,其具有从腹板垂下的两个间隔开的腿,每个腿被设置为接合邻近的连接凸缘的相应的暴露表面,以及
一对第二凸缘,每个第二凸缘支撑在所述腿的相应的一个的面向内部的表面(facing internal surface)上,以便延伸离开腹板;
第一凸缘和第二凸缘沿相反的方向定向,以便当夹紧件安装在保持件上时互锁,从而限制所述腿的横向分离。
根据本发明的另一个方面提供一种结构,包括:
两个并置的面板,每个面板具有连接于其上的相应的连接凸缘,连接凸缘位于面板的相应的并置的边缘处或邻近面板的相应的并置的边缘,
用于支撑面板的建筑构件,
保持件,其固定于所述建筑构件并具有在其相对的边缘处支撑相应的第一凸缘的基本平面的表面,
夹紧件,其具有从腹板垂下的两个间隔开的腿,每个腿被设置为接合相应的面板的连接凸缘的相应的暴露表面,以及
一对第二凸缘,每个第二凸缘支撑在所述腿的相应的一个的面向内部的表面上,以便延伸离开腹板;
第一凸缘和第二凸缘沿相反的方向定向,以便当夹紧件安装在保持件上时互锁,从而限制所述腿的横向分离。

现在具体参考详细的附图,需要强调的是,通过实例并且仅出于对本发明优选实施例进行解说性讨论的目的示出细节,并且该细节被示出是为了提供被认为是最有用的说明以及对本发明的原理以及构思方面进行最容易理解的说明。在这方面,没有试图示出比用于基本理解本发明所必须的细节更详细的本发明的结构细节,对视图作出的说明使本领域的技术人员明白本发明的几个形式如何在实践中可被实现。
具体实施方式
参考图4至图7,示出根据本发明的组件,其用于将两个并置的面板64和66固定于建筑构件74。面板通过连接凸缘68和70固定,连接凸缘68和70分别位于面板64和66的相应的并置的边缘处或邻近面板64和66的相应的并置的边缘。当装配时,连接凸缘68和70沿基本平面的竖直的互相面对的表面靠紧,而连接凸缘的相对的暴露表面是锥形的并设置有凹口,该凹口接合夹紧件16的互补的凹口,以便形成类似于图2所示的燕尾接合。但是,与图2所示的夹紧件6不同,夹紧件16与保持件14互相作用,这适于限制或防止面板的横向移动,如在下面更详细的说明。
因此,基本上,组件由两个主要的部件构成,保持件14和构造成叠置于保持件14上的夹紧件16,如图6所示。在所有的实施例中,每个部件都可以有任何需要的长度甚至被延长以便沿着并置的面板的整个长度延伸。保持件14包括底座部分18、两个间隔开的壁20、22,壁20、22从底座部分向上延伸并支撑顶部24,顶部24具有基本平面的上表面。顶部24基本上平行于底座部分18延伸,并在其每个边缘具有向上延伸的凸缘26、28。在下文中需要理解的是,底座18和顶部24之间的距离d基本上与面板与连接凸缘的相结合的高度相同,面板与连接凸缘容纳在底座18和顶部24之间。有利地是,沿顶部24的中部形成了槽30,理由将在下面描述。如图4进一步示出,曲肋32、34分别从壁20和22之间的底座18和顶部24突出。曲肋32、34限定圆孔,用于保持由于美观的原因而连接于被装配的面板的侧挡板(没有示出)的凸形突出物。
图5示出夹紧件16,由支撑两个向下垂的腿38、40的腹板36构成。夹紧件16可能具有基本倒置的C形或U形的形状。腿38、40能够是有弹性的。在腿的下部的内部面形成了凹口42、44,例如锯齿形或倒钩形凹口,凹口42、44设置成与面板64和66的连接凸缘68和70的凹口相互接合,如图7所示。在凹口42、44的上方,在沿着腿38、40的内表面的中间位置,形成向下延伸的短凸缘46、48,短凸缘46、48设置成邻近保持件14的向上延伸的凸缘26、28的内侧的相面对的表面延伸,例如基本上平行于保持件14的向上延伸的凸缘26、28延伸,当装配时(图6),有或者没有间隙。
由于美观的原因,在腹板36上可选择地形成凹部50。还可以在凹部50的底部形成槽52,与保持件14的槽30(图4)类似。凹部50由具有突出物56、58的盖54封闭(图6),突出物56、58用于压配合入凹部50。进一步参见图5,向外延伸的横挡60、62用于更加确实地夹住安装在第一部件和夹紧件间内的面板。
图6示出部件16叠置于部件14上,但是,为清楚起见,没有示出并置的面板,而是在图7中示出了并置的面板。图6还示出了跨坐在凸缘26、28顶部上的凸缘46、48,而凸缘46、48的向下延伸部分被设置成间隔开的关系,基本上平行于凸缘部分26、28的向上延伸的部分并与之处于互锁关系。通过这种方式,凸缘26、28保持凸缘46和48,并限制或防止腿38和40的向外横向移动。
图7和图8示出件14和16装配有两个并置的面板64、66,面板64、66具有位于(或邻近于)其边缘的连接凸缘68、70。如所见,面板64、66的每一个在由保持件14的底座18和顶部24限定的空间内摆动。然后彼此间隔开的第一自攻螺钉72可钻入固定的建筑构件74内。螺钉能够容易地沿槽30钻孔,不存在螺钉的边缘从中心线滑开或移开的风险。一旦保持件14与面板固定,夹紧件16就滑过保持件14,然后向下推,致使面板凸缘的凹口与部件14的凹口42、44接合。有利地是,第二自攻螺钉76(图7所示,第一螺钉72的前面)钻通夹紧件16的凹部58进入建筑构件74,因此,将两个部件14和16连接在一起并增加了夹紧力以便该组件承受在风或其他压力下从固定的建筑构件74上被移开。
如图8所见,如果面板在风或其他力的作用下被抬起,那么向上延伸的保持件14的短凸缘26、28和夹紧件16的向下延伸的凸缘46、48互锁,因此防止了部件16的腿38、40的横向移动以及随之发生的各个凹口的分离和整个面板结构的分解。
图9示出组件的面板凸缘和夹紧件没有凹口的实施例。取而代之的是,并置的面板64、66设置有凸缘80、82,凸缘80、82具有相应的相互面对的基本竖直的第一表面90和92,并且凸缘80、82中的每个都具有相对的锥形的第二表面,以至于两个并置的凸缘形成燕尾接合,燕尾接合变得从面板逐渐增宽。类似地,第二空心件88的弹性腿84、86向彼此聚合,并与凸缘组装,夹住凸缘80、82的相应的锥形第二表面。
图10示出类似的设置,其中锥形凸缘96、98在面板的高度内形成并且没有从面板的主表面突出。互补的腿84、86夹住凸缘以便形成如上所述的燕尾接合。但是每个凸缘也能形成有至少一个凹口,例如适于接合夹紧件16的凹口42、44,如图5所示。
在图9和图10的两个实施例中,相同的构造被设置为如参照图4至图8所述,用于防止并置的面板的彼此脱位,因此凸缘26、28分别与凸缘46、48互锁,与部件94和88有或者没有间隙。
图11示出稍做改变的变型,其类似于图9的实施例,只是并置的面板凸缘100,102的相面对的表面是间隔开的,以便使螺钉104通过其间,用于将保持件106连接于建筑构件74。
虽然附图示出建筑面板具有界定面板高度的两个主表面,并覆盖形成在其中的子空间,如本来已知的,但是,需要强调的是本发明也适用于类似面板的其他类型,例如没有内部子空间的面板,或者其中连接凸缘在面板高度内的面板,等等。
显然对于本领域技术人员而言,本发明不限于先前所示实施例的细节,并且本发明在不背离权利要求的范围和其等同物的情况下,可以以其他具体形式实现。
Claims (14)
1.一种组件(14,16),所述组件用于将两个并置的面板(64,66)固定于构件(74),每个所述面板包括位于所述面板的相应的并置的边缘处或邻近所述面板的相应的并置的边缘的连接凸缘(68,70),所述组件包括:
保持件(14),所述保持件具有基本平面的表面(24),表面(24)在其相对的边缘处支撑相应的第一凸缘(26,28),
夹紧件(16),所述夹紧件具有两个从腹板(36)垂下的间隔开的腿(38,40),每个腿被设置为接合邻近的连接凸缘的相应的暴露表面,以及
一对第二凸缘(46,48),每个第二凸缘支撑在所述腿中相应的一个的面对的内表面上,以便从腹板延伸开;
第一凸缘和第二凸缘沿着相反的方向被定向,以便当夹紧件安装在保持件上时互锁,从而限制所述腿的横向分离。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组件,其中,当装配时,第一凸缘和第二凸缘带有间隙地基本互相平行地设置。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的组件,其中,保持件包括底座部分(18)和在底座部分和基本平面的表面(24)之间延伸的至少一个壁(20,22)。
4.根据权利要求1至3中的任一项所述的组件,其中,每个连接凸缘(68,70)包括用于接合在夹紧件(16)上的互补的凹口的至少一个凹口。
5.根据权利要求4所述的组件,其中,夹紧件的每个腿在下部内表面具有至少一个凹口,所述凹口设置为用于接合面板的接合凸缘的凹口。
6.根据权利要求1至5中的任一项所述的组件,其中,底座部分(20)和表面(24)之间的距离(d)基本上等于面板(64,66)和相应的接合凸缘(68,70)的结合的高度。
7.根据权利要去1至6中的任一项所述的组件,其中,夹紧件(16)的腹板(36)包括凹部(50)。

14.一种结构,包括:
两个并置的面板(64,66),每个面板具有连接于其上的相应的连接凸缘(68,70),连接凸缘位于面板的相应的并置的边缘处或邻近面板的相应的并置的边缘,
建筑构件(74),所述建筑构件用于支撑面板,
保持件(14),所述保持件固定于所述建筑构件(74)并具有基本平面的表面(24),表面(24)在其相对的边缘处支撑相应的第一凸缘(26,28),
夹紧件(16),所述夹紧件具有从腹板(36)垂下的两个间隔开的腿(38,40),每个腿设置为接合相应的面板的连接凸缘的相应的暴露表面,以及
一对第二凸缘(46,48),每个第二凸缘支撑在所述腿中相应的一个的面向内部的表面上,以便从腹板延伸开;
