Description

风冷冰箱 技术领域
本发明涉及制冷设备技术领域,特别是涉及一种风冷冰箱。
背景技术
冰箱的功能是提供低温环境以延长物品的保存时间。然而冰箱在使用过程中,冰箱内的食物及其附带的污物会发生氧化分解等生化作用,从而在冰箱内产生难闻的异味。冰箱内部的异味与其内部存放的食物之间会发生串味,严重影响了用户的使用体验。此外,在冰箱储物空间里存放的食物,尤其在冷藏室存放的食物,时间长了会由菌类引起腐败,影响食品安全。
为了除去冰箱中的菌类和异味,人们最初在冰箱储物空间中安装吸附装置,但是吸附装置对冰箱内胆表面和储物空间中食物上的菌类不起任何作用,它只是吸附微生物产生的臭味,对食品保存不起作用。一些冰箱中还具有除菌装置,杀菌模块都是直接放置在冰箱间室的位置,杀菌物质扩散速度慢,且不均匀。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是要提供一种风冷冰箱,除味杀菌物质扩散速度快,且在储物空间内分布均匀。
本发明一个进一步的目的是要保护除味杀菌装置的控制模块。
本发明另一个进一步的目的是防止控制模块占用送风风道的空间,使送风风道送风顺畅。
特别地,本发明提供了一种风冷冰箱,包括箱体、蒸发器和风道组件;所述箱体内限定有储物空间,所述蒸发器和所述风道组件设置于所述箱体内,且所述蒸发器对供给到所述储物空间的空气进行冷却;所述风道组件具有至少一个送风风道,且配置成受控地将经由所述蒸发器冷却的空气向所述储物空间供应;其中,
所述箱体或所述风道组件内设置有容装空间,所述容装空间处于每个所述送风风道的外侧;且
所述风冷冰箱还包括除味杀菌装置,所述除味杀菌装置具有:

可选地,所述控制模块具有控制电路模块,所述控制电路模块包括:电源输入接口、升压电路、以及高压输出接口,所述电源输入接口用于连接外部提供的直流电源,所述升压电路用于受控地将所述直流电源转换为用于生成除味杀菌物质的第一电压以及用于加热的第二电压,所述高压输出接口用于输出所述第一电压或所述第二电压,其中所述第一电压高于所述第二电压;且
所述连接线缆连接所述高压输出接口以及所述离子发生模块;
所述离子发生模块配置成被所述第一电压激发电离空气以生成除味杀菌物质,以及在所述第二电压下发热以消除凝露。
可选地,所述离子发生模块的生成的除味杀菌物质包括单线态活性氧、超氧自由基、过氧自由基、氧负离子、羟基自由基、臭氧和过氧化氢中的至少一种。
可选地,至少一个所述送风风道包括用于向所述储物空间的上部送风的第一风道;
所述储物空间的下部设置有回风口;
所述离子发生模块设置于所述第一风道内。
可选地,所述第一风道具有两个第一送风口,设置于所述储物空间的上部两侧,且使冷却的空气流向所述储物空间的两侧。

本发明的风冷冰箱由于具有除味杀菌装置,除味杀菌装置的离子发生模块设置于送风风道内,因此生成的除味杀菌物质可随冷却的空气进入储物空间内,除味杀菌物质扩散速度快,且随气流在储物空间内分布均匀。
特别地,控制模块与离子发生模块分离设置,控制模块设置于风道外侧,可防止冷却的空气或冰箱中的高湿环境对控制模块造成损坏和失效,尤其是防止冷却的空气中的水分进入控制模块。控制模块也不会占用送风风道的空间,使送风风道送风顺畅。
进一步地,可通过送风风道的开和关来控制除味杀菌物质的释放和停止。

具体实施方式
图1是根据本发明一个实施例的风冷冰箱的示意性局部结构图。如图1所示,并参考图2至图12,本发明实施例提供了一种风冷冰箱。风冷冰箱包括箱体200。箱体200可包括前侧开口的钢板制外壳、设置在外壳的内部空间中且前侧开口的合成树脂制内胆、以及在外壳与内胆之间的间隙中进行充填发泡形成的发泡聚氨酯制隔热材料。箱体200内形成用于贮藏食品等的储物间室。根据保存温度及用途,储物间室的内部分隔为储物空间210和至少一个其他收纳间室,如上述储物空间210为第一储物间室,其他收纳间室可为第二储物间室211。第一储物间室可为冷藏空间、冷冻空间/或变温间室等,第二储物间室211也可为冷藏空间、冷冻空间/或变温间室等。第一储物间室优选为冷藏空间;第二储物间室211优选为冷冻空间,设置于第一储物间室的下侧。至少一个其他收纳间室还包括冷却室213,冷却室213设置于第二储物间室211的后侧。
如本领域技术人员可意识到的,本实用新型实施例的风冷冰箱与现有的风冷冰箱一样,还可包括压缩机、蒸发器214、冷凝器以及节流元件等。蒸发器经由制冷剂管路与压缩机、冷凝器、节流元件连接,构成制冷循环回路,在压缩机启动时降温,以对流经其的空气进行冷却。经由蒸发器冷却后的空气被供应至各间室中,以使各间室内的温度保持在相应的设定温度范围内。蒸发器214设置于冷却室213内。
风冷冰箱还可包括用于向储物空间210传送经由蒸发器冷却的空气的风道组件300,用于将从储物空间210流出的空气输送至蒸发器处进行冷却的回风风道,以及用于驱动经由蒸发器冷却后的空气流向储物空间210的送风机。风道组件300具有至少一个送风风道310。
特别地,箱体200或风道组件300内设置有容装空间320,容装空间320处于每个送风风道310的外侧。风冷冰箱还包括除味杀菌装置400,除味杀 菌装置400具有控制模块410、离子发生模块420和连接线缆430。控制模块410设置于容装空间320内。离子发生模块420设置于一个送风风道310内。连接线缆430电连接控制模块410和离子发生模块420。控制模块410通过连接线缆430控制离子发生模块420,离子发生模块420可电离空气以生成除味杀菌物质。
除味杀菌物质可随冷却的空气进入储物空间210内,除味杀菌物质扩散速度快,且随气流在储物空间210内分布均匀。控制模块410与离子发生模块420分离设置,控制模块410设置于风道外侧,可防止冷却的空气或冰箱中的高湿环境对控制模块410造成损坏和失效,尤其是防止冷却的空气中的水分进入控制模块410。控制模块410也不会占用送风风道310的空间,使送风风道310送风顺畅。进一步地,可通过送风风道310的开和关来控制除味杀菌物质的释放和停止,也就说,相应送风风道310关闭后,无流动气流,除味杀菌物质就不随着气流流动进行杀菌,可相当于除味杀菌物质停止释放。进一步地,也可根据相应送风风道310关闭时,控制模块410使离子发生模块420停止工作。
在本发明的一些实施例中,离子发生模块420的生成的除味杀菌物质包括单线态活性氧、超氧自由基、过氧自由基、氧负离子、羟基自由基、臭氧和过氧化氢中的至少一种。
在本发明的一下实施例中,至少一个送风风道310包括用于向储物空间210的上部送风的第一风道311。储物空间210的下部设置有回风口220。离子发生模块420设置于第一风道311内。如图1和图7所示,此种设置可使除味杀菌物质快速均匀地分布于储物空间210内。
优选地,第一风道311具有两个第一送风口,设置于储物空间210的上部两侧,且使冷却的空气流向储物空间210的两侧。即每个第一送风口朝向储物空间210的一个侧壁,且可正对于相应侧壁,也可向前倾斜地朝向相应侧壁,也可向下倾斜地朝向相应侧壁。
在本发明的一些实施例中,如图2和图4所示,至少一个送风风道310为多个,例如还包括第二风道312和第三风道313。第二风道312可设置于第一风道311的一侧,其上端连接两个第二送风口,每个第二送风口处于一个第一送风口的下侧。为了便于气流流动,处于第一风道311另一侧的第二送风口可经由桥接风管与第二风道连通。第三风道313可处于第一风道311 的另一侧。第三风道313用于向储物空间210的底部输送气流。风道组件300的进风口处设置有分路送风装置330,分路送风装置330具有多个出风口,且每个出风口连通一个送风风道310。
在本发明的一些实施例中,风道组件300还包括风道泡沫340和风道盖板350。风道泡沫340的后侧限定出至少一个送风风道310。风道泡沫340可与内胆的后壁面之间限定出上述送风风道310。可替代性地,风道组件300还包括风道底板,安装于相应内胆的后壁面。风道泡沫340安装于风道底板,且与风道底板限定出至少一个送风风道310。
风道泡沫340的前侧设置有容装空间320,以及连通容装空间320和第一风道311的线槽3110;连接线缆430安装于线槽3110。风道盖板350安装于风道泡沫340的前侧。具体地,容装空间320可位于第一风道311的远离第二风道的一侧,且处于第一风道311的上侧,以充分合理地对风道组件300进行布局。线槽3110倾斜设置,且离子发生模块420设置于控制模块410的下侧,以尽量防止冷凝水等沿着线槽3110进入控制模块410。
优选地,容装空间320和线槽3110的前侧设置有阻水装置360,阻水装置360位于风道盖板350与控制模块410之间。阻水装置360为PE棉。安装时,可使在控制模块410和离子发生模块420的后表面贴上PE棉进行预固定,然后可安装风道盖板350。也可在控制模块410的全部外表面上贴上PE棉。
在本发明的一些实施例中,如图5、图6、图8至图13所示,控制模块410包括盒体和设置于盒体内的控制电路模块413;控制电路模块413经由连接线缆430电连接离子发生模块420。盒体包括第一盒体411和卡接于第一盒体411的第二盒体412。第二盒体412内侧设置有凸台414,第一盒体411内侧设置有支撑柱415。控制电路模块413包括电路板416,电路板416的一侧与凸台414接触抵靠,另一侧与支撑柱415接触抵靠。
在本发明的一些实施例中,第二盒体412包括第一基板、第一周壁417和第二周壁418。第一周壁417和第二周壁418从第一基板的同一侧延伸出,且第一周壁417处于第二周壁418的外侧。第一周壁417上设置有多个卡孔451。第一盒体411的周壁上形成有多个卡扣452,且第一盒体411的周壁插入第一周壁417和第二周壁418之间,每个卡扣452插入一个卡孔451。进一步地,第一盒体411包括第二基板,且第一盒体411的周壁包括:周壁基 部453,从第二基板的边缘处向第二基板的一侧延伸出;和多个周壁段454,从周壁基部453的末端延伸出,且沿周壁基部453的方向间隔设置。每个卡扣452连接于周壁基部453的末端,且设置于两个相邻的周壁段454之间,且与相应周壁段454间隔设置;两个相邻的周壁段454之间的缺口的个数大于卡扣452的数量,可用于连接线缆430穿过。即两个相邻的周壁段454之间的缺口包括多个卡扣缺口和至少一个穿线缺口。每个卡扣452连接于周壁基部453的末端,设置于一个卡扣缺口内,且与相应周壁段454间隔设置;连接线缆430穿过穿线缺口。
第二周壁418上相对于卡孔451的位置处均设置有让位凹槽;第一基板上临近卡孔451的位置处均设置有连通孔,可使第一周壁417和第二周壁418之间的水流出。而且,第一盒体411的周壁与第一周壁417接触抵靠。卡孔451的沿第一周壁417的周向方向的长度大于相应卡扣452的长度。第一盒体411的周壁内侧设置有支板455。支板455的下端与第二周壁418接触抵靠。这样设置便于盒体内的冷凝水等流出。控制模块410在安装时可与水平方向至少保证7度角度,可以去除水的张力,从而防止水滴进入到电路板416中间。第一周壁417、第二周壁418和第一盒体411的周壁可形成防水槽,防止水进入电路板416。

本发明实施例的风冷冰箱中,通过高压放电产生的高能电子的轰击、激发会产生原子氧(O)和氢氧根(OH--)等高能高活性自由基。高能量活性自由基直接与异味气体分子产生频繁直接碰撞,当异味气体分子获得的能量大于其分子键能的结合能时异味气体分子原有的分子结构被破坏,分子化学键被开启,促使气态反应快速进行,并产生原子团和固体颗粒。另外,高压放电同时可以电离分解部分异味气体分子。在上述的原理的作用下,把此除味杀菌装置400置于风道内,通过风路的循环,把所有自由基带到冰箱的各个间室,从而达到自由基对布满整冰箱个间室的作用,对冰箱各间室除味杀菌。且通过有效放置方式和密封措施,防止水汽凝露在除味杀菌装置400的控制模块410上,同时即使有凝露积聚,也能把这些凝聚的水排走。
至此,本领域技术人员应认识到,虽然本文已详尽示出和描述了本发明的多个示例性实施例,但是,在不脱离本发明精神和范围的情况下,仍可根据本发明公开的内容直接确定或推导出符合本发明原理的许多其他变型或修改。因此,本发明的范围应被理解和认定为覆盖了所有这些其他变型或修改。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种风冷冰箱,包括箱体、蒸发器和风道组件;所述箱体内限定有储物空间,所述蒸发器和所述风道组件设置于所述箱体内,且所述蒸发器对供给到所述储物空间的空气进行冷却;所述风道组件具有至少一个送风风道,且配置成受控地将经由所述蒸发器冷却的空气向所述储物空间供应;其中,
    所述箱体或所述风道组件内设置有容装空间,所述容装空间处于每个所述送风风道的外侧;且
    所述风冷冰箱还包括除味杀菌装置,所述除味杀菌装置具有:
    控制模块,设置于所述容装空间内;
    离子发生模块,设置于一个所述送风风道内;和
    连接线缆,电连接所述控制模块和所述离子发生模块。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的风冷冰箱,其中,
    所述控制模块具有控制电路模块,所述控制电路模块包括:电源输入接口、升压电路、以及高压输出接口,所述电源输入接口用于连接外部提供的直流电源,所述升压电路用于受控地将所述直流电源转换为用于生成除味杀菌物质的第一电压以及用于加热的第二电压,所述高压输出接口用于输出所述第一电压或所述第二电压,其中所述第一电压高于所述第二电压;且
    所述连接线缆连接所述高压输出接口以及所述离子发生模块;
    所述离子发生模块配置成被所述第一电压激发电离空气以生成除味杀菌物质,以及在所述第二电压下发热以消除凝露。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的风冷冰箱,其中,
    所述离子发生模块的生成的除味杀菌物质包括单线态活性氧、超氧自由基、过氧自由基、氧负离子、羟基自由基、臭氧和过氧化氢中的至少一种。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的风冷冰箱,其中,
    至少一个所述送风风道包括用于向所述储物空间的上部送风的第一风道;
    所述储物空间的下部设置有回风口;
    所述离子发生模块设置于所述第一风道内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的风冷冰箱,其中,
    所述第一风道具有两个第一送风口,设置于所述储物空间的上部两侧,且使冷却的空气流向所述储物空间的两侧。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的风冷冰箱,其中,
    所述风道组件还包括风道泡沫和风道盖板;
    所述风道泡沫的后侧限定出至少一个所述送风风道;
    所述风道泡沫的前侧设置有所述容装空间,以及连通所述容装空间和所述第一风道的线槽;所述连接线缆安装于所述线槽;
    所述风道盖板安装于所述风道泡沫的前侧。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的风冷冰箱,其中,
    所述容装空间和所述线槽的前侧设置有阻水装置,所述阻水装置位于所述风道盖板与所述控制模块之间。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的风冷冰箱,其中,
    所述阻水装置为PE棉。
  9. 根据权利要求4所述的风冷冰箱,其中,
    至少一个所述送风风道为多个,且
    所述风道组件的进风口处设置有分路送风装置,所述分路送风装置具有多个出风口,且每个所述出风口连通一个所述送风风道。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的风冷冰箱,其中,
    所述储物空间为第一储物间室;
    所述箱体内还设置有第二储物间室和冷却室;
    所述第二储物间室设置于所述第一储物间室的下侧;
    所述冷却室设置于所述第二储物间室的后侧;
    所述蒸发器设置于所述冷却室内。
