偏光片保护膜及其撕揭方法 技术领域
本发明涉及偏光片领域,尤其涉及一种偏光片保护膜及其撕揭方法。
背景技术
偏光片带有保护膜,现有的设计,偏光片和保护膜外形一样大小,导致在生产过程中需要把保护膜撕掉时,必须额外贴一张带粘性的易撕贴在保护膜表面,利用易撕贴的粘性将保护膜带起,从而撕掉保护膜。但是在这个过程中,往往因为下偏光片材质跟粘度关系,或者粘合面积不够,拉起易撕贴角度不对等问题,导致组装机台在撕除下偏光片保护膜时,机台撕膜机构无法一次完成撕除,极大的影响到产能。
技术问题
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种偏光片保护膜及其撕揭方法以解决现有技术中存在的撕膜难、影响产能的问题。
技术解决方案
解决上述问题的技术方案是:提供一种偏光片保护膜,黏覆于偏光片本体的表面,所述偏光片保护膜设有延伸部,突出于所述偏光片本体。
进一步地,所述偏光片保护膜具有至少一边角,所述延伸部连接于其中一所述边角。
进一步地,所述偏光片保护膜具有长边和短边,所述长边和所述短边相交处形成所述边角,所述延伸部位于所述短边上。
进一步地,所述延伸部突出于所述偏光片本体的长度为3mm-5mm。
进一步地,所述保护膜的厚度为10um-70um。
进一步地,所述延伸部为条形或者半圆形。
本发明还提供一种偏光片保护膜的撕揭方法,包括以下步骤:提供一撕揭装置以及一载台;将黏覆有偏光片保护膜的偏光片本体置于所述载台上,其中所述偏光片保护膜位于所述偏光片本体的上方,所述偏光片保护膜设有延伸部,所述延伸部突出于所述偏光片本体;将所述偏光片保护膜以及所述延伸部粘附于所述撕揭装置上;从所述延伸部开始撕揭所述偏光片保护膜,直至所述偏光片保护膜从所述偏光片本体上完全撕揭下来。
进一步地,所述撕揭装置包括定向轮、移动轮及胶带。所述移动轮可升降移动;所述胶带穿过所述移动轮和所述定向轮,所述胶带位于所述偏光片保护膜的上方;所述胶带具有一粘附面,朝向所述偏光片保护膜;在撕揭所述偏光片保护膜之前,所述胶带的粘附面粘附于所述偏光片保护膜;在撕揭所述偏光片保护膜时,所述移动轮上升带动所述胶带从所述延伸部开始向远离所述偏光片保护膜的方向移动,以将所述偏光片保护膜从所述偏光片本体上完全撕揭下来。
进一步地,所述偏光片保护膜具有至少一边角,所述延伸部连接于其中一所述边角,在撕揭所述偏光片保护膜时,所述移动轮上升带动所述胶带从具有所述延伸部的边角向远离所述偏光片保护膜的方向移动,以将所述偏光片保护膜从所述偏光片本体上完全撕揭下来。
进一步地,所述胶带的宽度与所述延伸部的宽度相同。
有益效果
本发明的技术效果在于,本发明的偏光片保护膜及其撕揭方法,在偏光片保护膜设置延伸部,该延伸部突出于偏光片本体,使得在撕下偏光片保护膜时,有一个很好的受力点,达到一次性撕除下偏光片保护膜的效果,同时,又不损伤偏光片本体,进而提高产品的品质。

如图1所示,本实施例提供一种偏光片保护膜1,偏光片保护膜1黏覆于偏光片本体2的表面,偏光片保护膜1设有延伸部11,突出于偏光片本体2,这样在撕下偏光片保护膜时,有一个很好的受力点,达到一次性撕除下偏光片保护膜的效果。
偏光片保护膜1具有至少一边角12,延伸部11连接于其中一边角12,偏光片保护膜1具有长边13和短边14,长边13和短边14相交处形成边角12,延伸部位11于短边14上。延伸部11突出于偏光片本体2的长度为3mm-5mm,厚度为10um-70um,延伸部11为条形或者半圆形,但不局限于此。
偏光片保护膜1可以为硅胶保护膜或PU(聚氨酯)保护膜或亚克力保护膜,还可以为其他材质的保护膜,对此本实施例不作具体限制。
如图2所示,偏光片保护膜1的结构同时参见图1所示,本实施例还提供了一种偏光片保护膜的撕揭方法,包括步骤S1)- 步骤S4)。
S1)提供一撕揭装置3以及一载台4,参见图3和图4。撕揭装置3包括定向轮31、移动轮32及胶带33。移动轮32可升降移动;胶带33穿过移动轮32和定向轮31。本实施例所提供的撕揭装置3为现有的用以撕揭偏光片保护膜1的装置,因此,对于撕揭装置3的其他部件,如提供移动轮32上下移动的动力机构等不再一一赘述。
S2)将黏覆有偏光片保护膜1的偏光片本体2置于载台4上,其中偏光片保护膜1位于偏光片本体2的上方,偏光片保护膜1设有延伸部11,延伸部11突出于偏光片本体2;胶带33位于偏光片保护膜1的上方,胶带33具有一粘附面,朝向偏光片保护膜1。
S3)将偏光片保护膜1以及延伸部11粘附于撕揭装置3上;即在撕揭所述偏光片保护膜1之前,如图3所示,移动轮31带动胶带33移动到指定位置,所述指定位置即能够使偏光片保护膜1以及延伸部11能够粘附于胶带33的粘附面的位置。
偏光片保护膜1具有至少一边角12,延伸部11连接于其中一边角12,在撕揭所述偏光片保护膜1时,移动轮32上升带动胶带33从具有延伸部11的边角向远离偏光片保护膜1的方向移动,以将偏光片保护膜1从偏光片本体2上完全撕揭下来。胶带33的宽度与延伸部11上,其中胶带33的宽度与延伸部11的宽度相同,在延伸部11贴附于上述胶带33上时,尽可能的将胶带33与延伸部11对准。
S4)从延伸部11开始撕揭偏光片保护膜1,直至偏光片保护膜1从偏光片本体2上完全撕揭下来。参见图1所示,本实施例中,由于偏光片保护膜1具有长边13和短边14,长边13和短边14相交处形成边角12,延伸部位11于短边14上。因此,如图4所示,在撕揭所述偏光片保护膜1时,移动轮32上升带动胶带33从具有延伸部11的边角处向远离偏光片保护膜1的方向移动,以将偏光片保护膜1从偏光片本体2上完全撕揭下来。
当前的偏光片保护膜1被撕揭下后,所述移动轮32下降至原先的所述指定位置,进入下一片偏光片保护膜1的撕揭。
在偏光片保护膜1设置延伸部11,使得机台撕除下偏光片保护膜1时,有一个很好的受力点,达到一次性撕除下偏光片保护膜1的效果,同时,又不损伤偏光片本体,进而提高产品的品质。

  4. 根据权利要求1所述的偏光片保护膜,其中,所述延伸部突出于所述偏光片本体的长度为3mm-5mm。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的偏光片保护膜,其中,所述保护膜的厚度为10um-70um。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的偏光片保护膜,其中,所述延伸部为条形或者半圆形。
  7. 一种偏光片保护膜的撕揭方法,其中,包括以下步骤:
    提供一撕揭装置以及一载台;
    将黏覆有偏光片保护膜的偏光片本体置于所述载台上,其中所述偏光片保护膜位于所述偏光片本体的上方,所述偏光片保护膜设有延伸部,所述延伸部突出于所述偏光片本体;
    将所述偏光片保护膜以及所述延伸部粘附于所述撕揭装置上;
    从所述延伸部开始撕揭所述偏光片保护膜,直至所述偏光片保护膜从所述偏光片本体上完全撕揭下来。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的偏光片保护膜的撕揭方法,其中,所述撕揭装置包括
    定向轮;
    移动轮,可升降移动;
    胶带,穿过所述移动轮和所述定向轮,所述胶带位于所述偏光片保护膜的上方;所述胶带具有一粘附面,朝向所述偏光片保护膜;
    在撕揭所述偏光片保护膜之前,所述胶带的粘附面粘附于所述偏光片保护膜;
    在撕揭所述偏光片保护膜时,所述移动轮上升,带动所述胶带从所述延伸部向远离所述偏光片保护膜的方向移动,以将所述偏光片保护膜从所述偏光片本体上完全撕揭下来。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的偏光片保护膜的撕揭方法,其中,所述偏光片保护膜具有至少一边角,所述延伸部连接于其中一所述边角,在撕揭所述偏光片保护膜时,所述移动轮上升带动所述胶带从具有所述延伸部的边角向远离所述偏光片保护膜的方向移动,以将所述偏光片保护膜从所述偏光片本体上完全撕揭下来。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的偏光片保护膜的撕揭方法,其中,所述胶带的宽度与所述延伸部的宽度相同。
