ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の住宅。 - 前記住宅の敷地には、前記別の出入口を介して前記車庫と前記住宅の敷地に面する道路とを行き来可能とする通路が設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の住宅。 - 前記中空部は、屋内方向へ屋内側開口部が開口しており、
前記屋内側開口部には、扉が開閉可能に設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の住宅。 - 前記制御手段は、前記屋外側開口部を開閉する扉の前記電子錠と前記車庫の車の出入口を開閉する扉を施錠または解錠する電子錠との内、一方を解錠した際に他方を連動して解錠するように制御する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の住宅。
