本发明的有益贡献在于,其有效解决了上述问题。本发明的调节扣,其通过巧妙设置止压件、基座件和作用件,使得织带可被迫在止压件与基座件之间形成S型而具有止锁作用。此外,由于作用件一端与基座件转动连接,其可以其为支点进行转动,而止压件是活动设置在作用件上的,其可随作用件联动,因而可通过推动作用件而改变止压件与基座件之间的相对关系以调节织带;而作用件与基座件之间的连接可形成杠杆作用,因而用 户可利用较小的作用力作用在作用件上,便可克服织带施加在止压件上的反向作用力,从而可通过较小的作用力便可开启止压件使得织带可被拉动进行调节。本发明的调节扣,其结构简单、设计巧妙,其不仅具有优异的止滑效果,而且可减少负载开启力,达到省力开启的效果,并且可避免锁死无法开启的状况,其使用十分方便省力,其具有很强的实用性,宜大力推广。

【具体实施方式】
下列实施例是对本发明的进一步解释和补充,对本发明不构成任何限制。
如图1~图11所示,本发明的调节扣包括壳体10、基座件20、止压件30、作用件40和弹性复位件50。所述壳体10与所述基座件20固定连接,所述作用件40与所述止压件30联动,其用于推动所述止压件30转动而可通过杠杆作用而减少负载开启力,从而方便进行织带60松紧调节;所述弹性复位件50用于使作用件40复位而联动止压件30复位。
如图1所示,所述壳体10的形状可根据需要而设置。如图10、图11所示,为方便安装按键——作用件40,在所述壳体10的顶部设有按键孔11。所述按键孔11的大小可满足所述作用件40的转动位移。为方便与所述基座件20固定连接,在所述壳体10的一端设有插孔12,其用于插装所述基座件20,在所述壳体10的另一端设有搭扣13,其用于搭接所述基座件20。为方便安装织带60,在所述壳体10上设有第三走线孔14和第四走线孔15。所述第三走线孔14和第四走线孔15的宽度应大于织带60的宽度,其可方便织带60由其中穿过。所述第三走线孔14和第四走线孔15平行间隔,其位于不同高度。本实施例中,所述壳体10呈半开放的壳状,其设有两个相对间隔设置的呈拱状的主体部16,在所述主体部16的一端设有连接该两主体部16的第一连接部17,在所述主体部16的中部设有连接该两主体部16的第二连接部18,在所述主体部16的另一端设有连接该两主体部16的第三连接部191和第四连接部192。所述第一连接部17和第二连接部18之间间隔便形成所述按键孔11,所述第二连接部18与第三连接部191之间间隔便形成了所述第三走线孔14,所述第三连接部191与所述第四连接部192之间间隔便形成了所述第四走线孔15。在所述主体部16的靠近第三连接部191的部位处分别设有所述插孔12,其大小可满足所述基座件20的设有第二勾部23的安装。在所述第一连接部17的内侧设有若干个搭扣13,所述 搭扣13与所述第一连接部17的内侧表面间隔而形成搭接空间,其可用于搭接所述基座件20的端部。为方便将基座件20装入所述壳体10内,所述搭扣13的外表面呈楔形,其具有导向作用,当基座件20的一端插装于所述插孔12内时,可通过用力挤压所述基座件20的另一端而将基座件20的端部由搭扣13的外侧挤入搭扣13与第一连接部17之间而搭接于所述搭扣13上。所述主体部16呈中空的壳状,其可方便安装所述作用件40,而使得所述作用件40被限制在所述主体部16内并可转动。
如图2、图7所示,所述基座件20用于活动连接所述作用件40,其包括底座部21。在所述底座部21的一端分别设有插装部22,在所述插装部22的表面上分别设有第二勾部23。所述插装部22和第二勾部23的形状与所述插孔12的形状大小相匹配,其可插装在所述壳体10的插孔12内。所述底座部21的另一端呈板装,其可搭接于所述搭扣13上。当所述底座部21装设于所述壳体10内时,所述底座部21与壳体10的拱顶之间便形成了安装所述止压件30、作用件40的安装空间。本实施例中,所述插装部22、第二勾部23与所述底座部21一体成型。
如图7所示,为方便转动连接所述止压件30,在所述底座部21的相对两侧分别设有支撑部24,所述支撑部24突出于所述底座部21,其平行间隔,在所述支撑部24分别设有第二转轴孔25,其用于活动连接所述作用件40而使得所述作用件40可相对其转动。本实施例中,所述支撑部24与所述底座部21一体成型,且所述支撑部24垂直于所述底座部21。所述第二转轴孔25的形状及大小可根据需要而设置,其不局限于圆形孔。
如图7所示,为方便穿设织带60,在所述底座部21上设有第二走线孔26。本实施例中,所述底座部21大面积镂空,其镂空部位便形成了所述第二走线孔26,可用于穿设织带60。而底座部21上位于插装部22与第二走线孔26之间的非镂空部位便形成了夹压部27,其用于与所述止压件30形成夹压空间而共同止压织带60。
如图8所示,所述作用件40包括一体成型的作用部41、支臂部42、第一转轴部43。所述作用部41用于用户直接作用于其上,其外露而可用于推动整个作用件40。所述作用部41的形状可根据需要而设置,其整体长度以可安装在所述壳体10的主体部16之间并可转动为宜。所述支臂部42设于所述作用部41的沿长度方向的两端,其垂直于所述作用部41。所述支臂部42呈长臂状,其长度可根据需要而设置。所述两个支臂部42相对间隔,其可用于装设止压件30。在所述支臂部42的与作用部41相对的另一端设有第一转轴部43。所述第一转轴部43呈圆柱状,其可插装于所述第二转轴孔25内而与所述基座件20活动连接。本实施例中,所述第一转轴部43设于所述支臂部42相对的内侧表面上,并垂直于所述支臂部42的表面。其他实施例中,所述第一转轴部43也可设于所述支臂部42相对的外侧表面上。为方便活动连接所述止压件30,在所述支臂部42上还分别设有第一转轴孔44。本实施例中,所述第一转轴孔44设于所述支臂部42的中部,其位于作用部41与第一转轴部43之间。所述第一转轴孔44的形状可根据需要而设置,本实施例中,其呈条状,其尺寸大于所述止压件30的第二转轴部32。为方便设置弹性复位件50,在所述支臂部42的与第一转轴部43相对的另一端分别设有第一勾部45,其用于勾连所述弹性复位件50。所述第一勾部45的形状大小可根据需要而设置。
如图9所示,所述止压件30设有呈平板状的止压部31。所述止压部31用于与所述基座件20的夹压部27相对而形成夹压空间以止压织带60。所述止压部31的长度应不大于所述支臂部42内侧表面之间的距离,从而使得所述止压件30可装设于所述作用件40的支臂部42之间。为方便与作用件40形成活动连接,在所述止压部31的沿长度方向的两端分别设有第二转轴部32。所述第二转轴部32突出于所述止压部31的端部而呈柱状,其可插装于所述作用件40的第一转轴孔44内。所述第二转轴部32的尺寸小于所述第一转轴孔44的尺寸,其在第一转轴孔44内具有一定的活动余量, 从而方便止压件30与作用件40联动。当所述第二转轴部32插装于所述作用件40的第一转轴孔44内时,所述止压部31与所述支臂部42之间形成折角状,所述止压部31与所述作用部41之间相对间隔而形成第一走线孔70,以用于穿设织带60。
如图2、图6所示,为方便所述止压件30复位,在所述止压件30上设有弹性复位件50,所述弹性复位件50的一端与所述第一勾部45连接,其另一端与第二勾部23连接。本实施例中,所述弹性复位件50为弹簧,其两端分别设有套环,其可分别勾在第一勾部45和第二勾部23上。其他实施例中,所述弹性复位件50也可选用其他类型的弹性件。
籍此,便形成了本发明的调节扣:如图2、图6所示,基座件20与壳体10固定连接,其之间形成安装止压件30、作用件40的安装空间。所述作用件40的一端转动连接于所述基座件20的支撑部24之间,该作用件40的另一端由壳体10的按键孔11伸出至壳体10外。所述止压件30活动连接于所述作用件40上而与作用件40形成联动关系。所述弹性复位件50作用于所述作用件40上而可使得所述作用件40复位以联动所述止压件30复位至默认状态。
安装织带60时,如图4所示,将织带60的一端依次穿过第三走线孔14、第二走线孔26而将织带60由夹压部27与止压部31之间穿过,其后将织带60依次穿过第一走线孔70、第二走线孔26而将织带60由第四走线孔15引出。
使用时,在默认状态时(如图4所示),所述止压件30的止压部31正对所述基座件20的夹压部27,织带60被迫在基座件20与止压件30之间形成S型而具有止锁作用,从而使得用户无法抽动所述织带60。
当需要调节所述织带60时,推动所述作用件40(如图5所示),所述作用件40以其第一转轴部43为支点进行转动;作用件40的转动便带动止压件30移动,以使得止压件30远离所述夹压部27而活动至与所述第二走线 孔26相对的位置处;此时,织带60失去夹压部27与止压部31的限制作用而可灵活抽动进行调节。该过程中,虽然在推动所述作用件40时,止压件30被所述织带60牵住,但是由于作用件40是转动连接在基座件20上的,且用户作用的部位远离作用件40转动的支点,因而可通过杠杆原理,使用较小的作用力作用在作用部41上便可克服织带60作用在止压件30上的反作用力,从而可通过较小的推力便可使得作用件40转动以联动止压件30移动而进行织带60调节。
当调节完成时,松开所述作用件40,在弹性复位件50的作用下,所述作用件40复位,作用件40复位带动止压件30复位,从而使得止压件30复位至与所述夹压部27相对的位置处,使得织带60被迫在夹压部27和止压部31之间形成S型而具有止锁作用。
本发明的调节扣,其止压件30和作用件40设置巧妙,其止住织带60移动的原理和转动开启的原理新颖,其依靠杠杆原理进行开启,可大大减少负载开启力,方便用户进行调节,其使用十分方便,具有很强的实用性。
尽管通过以上实施例对本发明进行了揭示,但是本发明的范围并不局限于此,在不偏离本发明构思的条件下,以上各构件可用所属技术领域人员了解的相似或等同元件来替换。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种调节扣,其包括壳体(10),其特征在于,其还包括基座件(20)、止压件(30)、作用件(40)和弹性复位件(50),所述基座件(20)装设于所述壳体(10)内,所述作用件(40)的一端与所述基座件(20)转动连接,所述作用件(40)的另一端伸出至壳体(10)外而可用于推动,所述止压件(30)活动连接于所述作用件(40)上,并可随所述作用件(40)联动,所述止压件(30)与所述作用件(40)之间形成有可穿设织带(60)的第一走线孔(70),在所述基座件(20)上设有可穿设织带(60)的第二走线孔(26)和用于与所述止压件(30)形成夹压空间而共同止压织带(60)的夹压部(27),所述弹性复位件(50)作用于所述作用件(40)上,在默认状态时,所述止压件(30)对应于所述夹压部(27)而可止压穿过所述止压件(30)与夹压部(27)之间的织带(60),当推动所述作用件(40)时,所述作用件(40)相对所述基座件(20)转动而联动所述止压件(30),使得所述止压件(30)活动至与所述第二走线孔(26)相对的位置而可抽动穿过所述止压件(30)与夹压部(27)之间的织带(60)。
  2. 如权力要求所述的调节扣,其特征在于,所述作用件(40)设有作用部(41),在所述作用部(41)的两端分别设有支臂部(42),所述支撑臂相对间隔,在所述支撑臂的与作用部(41)相对的另一端分别设有第一转轴部(43),所述第一转轴部(43)与所述基座件(20)转动连接;在所述支臂部(42)上还分别设有连接所述止压件(30)的第一转轴孔(44),所述第一转轴孔(44)位于所述作用部(41)与第一转轴部(43)之间的支臂部(42)上。
  3. 如权力要求2所述的调节扣,其特征在于,所述第一转轴部(43)分别设于所述支臂部(42)的相对的内侧表面上,其呈柱状并垂直于所述支臂部(42)的表面。
  4. 如权力要求2所述的调节扣,其特征在于,所述第一转轴孔(44)为条形孔。
  5. 如权力要求2所述的调节扣,其特征在于,所述止压件(30)设有呈平板状的止压部(31),在所述止压部(31)的相对两端的端部上分别设有与所述第一转轴孔(44)活动连接的第二转轴部(32),所述第二转轴部(32)活动插装于所述第一转轴孔(44)内,所述止压部(31)与所述支臂部(42)之间呈折角状,所述止压部(31)与所述作用部(41)之间间隔而形成所述第一走线孔(70)。
  6. 如权力要求2所述的调节扣,其特征在于,在所述基座件(20)的相对两端分别设有第二转轴孔(25),所述作用件(40)的第一转轴部(43)活动连接于所述第二转轴孔(25)内。
  7. 如权力要求2所述的调节扣,其特征在于,在所述支臂部(42)的与第一转轴部(43)相对的另一端分别设有第一勾部(45),在所述基座件(20)上设有第二勾部(23),所述弹性复位件(50)的一端分别与所述第一勾部(45)连接,其另一端分别与所述第二勾部(23)连接。
  8. 如权力要求1所述的调节扣,其特征在于,在所述壳体(10)上设有第三走线孔(14)和第四走线孔(15),所述第三走线孔(14)和第四走线孔(15)平行间隔,,且其位于不同高度。
  9. 如权力要求8所述的调节扣,其特征在于,在所述壳体(10)内的一端设有插孔(12),在所述壳体(10)内的另一端设有搭扣(13),所述基座件(20)的一端插装于所述插孔(12)内,其另一端搭接于所述搭扣(13)上。
  10. 如权力要求9所述的调节扣,其特征在于,所述壳体(10)呈半开放的壳状,其设有两个相对间隔设置的呈拱状的主体部(16),在所述主体部(16)的一端设有连接该两主体部(16)的第一连接部(17),在所述主体部(16)的中部设有连接该两主体部(16)的第二连接部(18),在所述 主体部(16)的另一端设有连接该两主体部(16)的第三连接部(191)和第四连接部(192);所述第一连接部(17)和第二连接部(18)之间间隔而形成按键孔(11),所述第二连接部(18)与第三连接部(191)之间间隔而形成所述第三走线孔(14),所述第三连接部(191)与所述第四连接部(192)之间间隔而形成所述第四走线孔(15);在所述主体部(16)的靠近第三连接部(191)的部位处分别设有所述插孔(12),在所述第一连接部(17)的内侧设有若干个搭扣(13),所述搭扣(13)与所述第一连接部(17)的内侧表面间隔而形成搭接空间,其可用于搭接所述基座件(20)的端部。
