Description

自锁式拉链头
技术领域 本发明涉及拉链技术领域, 尤其是涉及到拉链的自锁式拉链头。 背景技术 拉链作为本世纪对人类最为实用的十大发明之一, 已被广泛应用到各行各业。传统拉链的 拉链头大致分为非自锁式和自锁式, 自锁式拉链头一般是由拉链头本体、 拉片、 马钩、 弹片以 及帽盖组成。 帽盖固定在拉链头本体的上滑板上, 与拉片扣装在一起。 帽盖内安装有马钩和弹 片, 马钩在弹片的作用下, 其插齿可由上滑板的插孔插进链牙之间的空隙, 从而对拉链头进行 锁止。 只有拉动拉片, 让拉片把马钩拉起, 使马钩的插齿离开链牙, 解除对拉链头的锁止, 拉 链头才能在拉链带上滑动。 传统的自锁式拉链头, 其拉链头本体和帽盖的安装以及马钩、 弹片 和帽盖的安装均是采用压铆方式安装, 这使得拉链头的组装较为复杂, 生产效率低。 发明内容 本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种便于组装的自锁式拉链头。 为解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案: 是提供一种自锁式拉链头, 包括有拉链头本体、 拉片、 马钩、 弹片以及帽盖, 其中: 所述拉链头本体的上滑板上形成有一向上凸设的拉鼻, 所 述拉鼻除了上方开设有纵向的安装槽外, 其中央位置处并设有一左右贯通的孔洞, 所述孔洞呈 由底端向顶端两侧斜向扩张的结构, 使供所述拉片的固定拉环套设其间, 所述安装槽除了于所 述固定拉环的一侧设有一贯穿所述上滑板的通孔外,所述固定拉环的另一侧则另设有一嵌插槽 孔; 另外, 所述通孔及所述嵌插槽孔的外侧端中央位置处则分别设有一向上突出的卡定块, 所 述两卡定块与所述安装槽的两内侧壁间并分别形成有纵向滑动槽;所述马钩除了具有一向上突 出的弧形主构件外,所述弧形主构件的两端则分别设有可供套置在所述嵌插槽孔中的支撑部及 可供插入所述通孔中的钩端,使所述马钩所设的弧形主构件可以被设置在所述固定拉环的上方 处; 所述弹片是为一可水平设置在所述马钩上方的长条形片状弹性元件, 所述弹片除了两端中 央位置处分别设有一可供所述卡定块套设其中的长条槽外,所述长条槽的两侧并分别设有可供 跨置在所述纵向滑动槽上的滑动板片部;和所述帽盖则是为一可供扣装在所述安装槽槽口上的 盖体结构, 所述帽盖的顶端内壁与所述卡定块的顶端靠合。 本发明的进一步改良是在提供一种自锁式拉链头,其中所述弹片的底部是与所述马钩所设 弧形主构件的突出顶端相靠合。 本发明的进一步改良是在提供一种自锁式拉链头,其中所述马钩所设的钩端旁侧进一步设 有一限位凸块, 另该通孔的旁侧则设有一可供所述限位凸块跨置其上的平台。 本发明的进一步改良是在提供一种自锁式拉链头,其中所述弹片的两端是呈可水平滑动的 结构。 采用本发明所带来的有益效果: 由于本发明在拉链头本体上形成有拉鼻, 拉片则直接安装 在所述拉鼻上, 另外, 所述拉鼻上开设有纵向的安装槽, 马钩和弹片插装在所述安装槽内, 然 后将帽盖扣装在所述安装槽的槽口上, 使将马钩和弹片封装起来, 所以本发明整个拉链头的组 装过程无需用到压铆机, 组装方便快捷, 生产效率可以大为提高。 附图说明 图 1为本发明自锁式拉链头的立体结构外观示意图。 图 2为本发明自锁式拉链头所设拉链头本体的剖面结构示意图。 图 3为本发明自锁式拉链头的第一操作示意图。 图 4为本发明自锁式拉链头的第二操作示意图。 具体实施方式 请参阅图 1及图 2所示, 本发明所揭露的自锁式拉链头, 主要包括有拉链头本体 10、拉片 20、 马钩 30、 弹片 40以及帽盖 50, 其中所述拉链头本体 10的上滑板 11上形成有一向上凸设 的拉鼻 12,所述拉鼻 12除了上方开设有纵向的安装槽 13夕卜,其中央位置处并设有一左右贯通 的孔洞 14, 所述孔洞 14呈由底端向顶端两侧斜向扩张的结构, 使供所述拉片 20的固定拉环 21套设其间, 所述安装槽 13除了于所述固定拉环 21的一侧设有一贯穿所述上滑板 11的通孔 15夕卜, 所述固定拉环 21的另一侧则另设有一嵌插槽孔 16; 另外, 所述通孔 15及所述嵌插槽 孔 16的外侧端中央位置处则分别设有一向上突出的卡定块 17及 18, 所述两卡定块 17、 18与 所述安装槽 13的两内侧壁间并分别形成有纵向滑动槽 171及 181。 另该通孔 15的旁侧则设有 一平台 151。 所述马钩 30除了具有一向上突出的弧形主构件 31夕卜, 所述弧形主构件 31的两端则分别 设有可供套置在所述嵌插槽孔 16中的支撑部 32及可供插入所述通孔 15中的钩端 33, 使所述 马钩 30所设的弧形主构件 31可以被设置在所述固定拉环 21的上方处。 所述马钩所设的钩端 33旁侧则进一步设有一可供跨置在所述平台 151上的限位凸块 331。 所述弹片 40是为一可水平设置在所述马钩 30上方的长条形片状弹性元件, 所述弹片 40 除了两端中央位置处分别设有一可供所述卡定块 17及 18套设其中的长条槽 41及 42夕卜,所述 长条槽 41及 42的两侧并分别设有可供跨置在所述纵向滑动槽 171及 181上的滑动板片部 411 及 421, 使呈可水平滑动于所述纵向滑动槽 171及 181上的结构。另外, 所述弹片 40的底部是 弹性顶压于所述马钩 30的顶端位置处。 而所述帽盖 50则是为一可供扣装在所述安装槽 13槽口 131上的盖体结构, 所述帽盖 50 的顶端内壁并与所述卡定块 17及 18的顶端靠合。 图 3是本发明的第一操作示意图。 当所述的自锁式拉链头处于静止状态下时, 也就是所述 的拉片 20未被拖拉时, 由于所述的马钩 30并没有承受经由所述固定拉环 21所施加的向上拉 力, 所以所述马钩 30乃会因所述弹片 40的向下压顶功能, 而以所述支撑部 32为支点使所述 钩端 33向下插入所述通孔 15中,进而使所述的钩端 33卡定在拉链头本体 10中的拉链链牙中 (未图示), 从而达到所述拉链头自动锁定的功效。 图 4是本发明的第二操作示意图。 当拖拉所述的拉片 20时, 由于所述的马钩 30会承受经 由所述固定拉环 21所施加的向上拉力, 所以所述马钩 30乃会以所述支撑部 32为支点令所述 马钩的顶端向上推顶所述弹片 40, 更因为所述弹片 40的两端具有可水平滑动的功能, 所以所 述马钩 30乃可随着所述弹片 40的向上拱起而使所述马钩 30的钩端 33向上移动,进而使所述 的钩端 33与所述拉链头本体 10中的拉链链牙 (未图示)解除卡定状态, 从而达到可以拖动所 述拉链头轻易于拉链上上下移动的功效。 以上内容是结合具体的优选实施方式对本发明所作的进一步详细说明,不能认定本发明的 具体实施只局限于这些说明。对于发明所属技术领域的普通技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明构 思的前提下, 还可以做出若干简单推演或替换, 都应当视为属于本发明的保护范围。

1、 一种自锁式拉链头, 包括有拉链头本体、 拉片、 马钩、 弹片以及帽盖, 其中: 所述拉链头本体的上滑板上形成有一向上凸设的拉鼻,所述拉鼻除了上方开设有纵向 的安装槽外, 其中央位置处并设有一左右贯通的孔洞, 所述孔洞呈由底端向顶端两侧斜向 扩张的结构, 使供所述拉片的固定拉环套设其间, 所述安装槽除了于所述固定拉环的一侧 设有一贯穿所述上滑板的通孔外, 所述固定拉环的另一侧则另设有一嵌插槽孔; 另外, 所 述通孔及所述嵌插槽孔的外侧端中央位置处则分别设有一向上突出的卡定块, 所述两卡定 块与所述安装槽的两内侧壁间并分别形成有纵向滑动槽; 所述马钩除了具有一向上突出的弧形主构件外,所述弧形主构件的两端则分别设有可 供套置在所述嵌插槽孔中的支撑部及可供插入所述通孔中的钩端, 使所述马钩所设的弧形 主构件可以被设置在所述固定拉环的上方处; 所述弹片是为一可水平设置在所述马钩上方的长条形片状弹性元件,所述弹片除了两 端中央位置处分别设有一可供所述卡定块套设其中的长条槽外, 所述长条槽的两侧并分别 设有可供跨置在所述纵向滑动槽上的滑动板片部; 和 所述帽盖则是为一可供扣装在所述安装槽槽口上的盖体结构,所述帽盖的顶端内壁与 所述卡定块的顶端靠合。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的自锁式拉链头, 其特征在于: 所述弹片的底部是弹性压顶于所述马 钩的顶端位置处。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的自锁式拉链头, 其特征在于: 所述马钩所设的钩端旁侧进一步设有 一限位凸块, 另该通孔的旁侧则设有一可供所述限位凸块跨置其上的平台。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的自锁式拉链头, 其特征在于: 所述弹片的两端是呈可水平滑动于所 述纵向滑动槽上的结构。
