在衣物、 帐篷、 包装等布料制品中, 均会用到绳子的绳扣, 以调节 绳子的使用长度或使用位置。 在现有技术中, 绳扣往往并不固定在布料 上, 这使得绳扣与布料的相对位置经常会发生改变, 从而不利于对绳子 的调节。 现有技术中有一类包括绳扣的扣合件, 虽然固定在布料上, 但 其与布料的结合并不牢固, 往往当扯动布料或绳子时, 就会使扣合件与 布料分离。 还有一类扣合件, 虽可解决以上问题, 但其结构相对复杂、 拆装困难、 造价较高。 发明内容
针对上述现有技术中的问题, 本发明旨在提供一种结构简单、 易于 拆装并可防止布料从中滑脱的扣合件。 本发明所提供的固定于布料上的 扣合件, 其包括绳扣, 该绳扣具有至少一个突起部; 并且扣合件还包括 垫片, 垫片包括与突起部相对应的凹部, 绳扣和垫片通过突起部与凹部 的配合固定于布料上。
在本发明的可选实施方案中所提供的突起部、 凹部、 辅助定位部和 辅助配合部均起到了加固绳扣、 垫片与布料的结合的作用。 本发明所提 供的扣合件至少可实现以下有益效果中的一个, 即, 可防止布料从扣合 件中滑脱, 结构简单, 方便拆装, 易于制造, 成本低, 增强了各部件之 间配合的牢固性, 并且便于使用在衣服等布料制品的任何位置。 附图说明

下面参照附图对本发明的实施方案进行详细说明。
本发明中所描述的方位, 如上、 下、 左、 右、 顶部、 底部等, 均是 指附图中的方位, 而并不表示实际使用中的方位。
图 1-3示出了本发明的一个实施方案。 图 1示出了根据本发明的绳 扣 120,其包括插入件 110、中空本体 121和弹性部件 130 (例如,弹簧)。 插入件 110包括按压部 111、 柱状本体 112以及凸块 113, 其中柱状本体 112具有通孔 114以及与弹性部件 130配合的凸块 113。 在装配时, 按图 1中箭头 A所示的方向, 将弹性部件 130和插入件 110先后置入中空本 体 121内。 中空本体 121具有贯穿的通孔 122, 绳子可从对准的通孔 122 和 114中穿过, 从而穿过装配好的插入件 110和中空本体 121。

图 3示出了本发明一种实施方案的底部分解透视图。 如图 3所示, 在绳扣 120的两个翼部 123上分别设有突起部 125。 突起部 125具有通 孔 124。 图 4示出了绳扣 120和垫片 140装配后的底部示意图。 如图 4 所示, 两个 HJ部 141的形状与突起部 125的形状相配合。 使用时, 将布 料置于绳扣 120和垫片 140之间, 并按压绳扣 120和垫片 140以使得凹 部 141与突起部 125相互扣合, 从而使布料能够牢固地夹在绳扣 120和 垫片 140之间, 而不易将布料拖出, 从而相对于绳扣 120和垫片 140拖 动。

图 5示出了才艮据本发明实施方案的扣合件 100的使用状态图。 为了 清楚起见, 图 5中未示出布料,在使用时,布料夹在绳扣 120和垫片 140 之间。 如图 5所示, 布料上的绳子 200穿过垫片 140的两个凹部 141、 绳扣 120的两个翼部 123上的两个通孔 124、 绳扣 120的中空本体 121 的贯穿通孔 122以及处于中空本体 121内的插入件 110的通孔 114。当需 要调节绳子 200时,按下插入件 110的按压部 11 1 ,以压缩弹性部件 130, 从而使绳子 200处于不受压的状态, 可以在对准的通孔 122和 114中移 动; 当将绳子 200调节到了所需位置时, 松开按压部 111 , 插入件 110 的通孔 114和中空本体 121的贯穿通孔 122将处于部分未对准的状态, 从而压迫绳子 200, 使其固定在该位置。 当绳子 200的两端存在一定的 张力时,将使得绳扣 120和垫片 140与夹在其间的布料更加紧密地结合, 而且张力越大, 结合得越紧密, 以使扣合件 100不易相对于布料滑动, 从而使扣合件 100在布料上的位置固定。
本领域技术人员还可以理解的是, 在一种筒易结构中, 绳扣也可不 具有翼部, 这样, 用于将扣合件固定至布料的突起部将位于绳扣的本体 上, 绳子将仅穿过绳扣的中空本体上的通孔、 插入件上的通孔和布料上 的孔。

Claims

权利要求:
1. 一种固定于布料上的扣合件, 包括绳扣, 其特征在于,
所述绳扣具有至少一个突起部; 并且
所述扣合件还包括垫片, 所述垫片包括与所述至少一个突起部相对 应的凹部 , 所述绳扣和所述垫片通过所述至少一个突起部与所述凹部的 配合固定于所述布料上。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的扣合件, 其特征在于, 所述绳扣具有翼部, 所述至少一个突起部位于所述翼部上。
3. 如权利要求 1所述的扣合件, 其特征在于, 所述绳扣具有两个翼 部以及两个所述突起部, 所述两个突起部分别位于所述两个翼部上。
4. 如权利要求 1所述的扣合件, 其特征在于, 所述突起部在其底部 外缘具有凸块, 所述凹部在其底部外缘具有与所述凸块相配合的缺口。
5. 如权利要求 1所述的扣合件, 其特征在于, 所述突起部在其底部 外缘具有两个凸块, 所述凹部在其底部外缘具有分别与所述两个凸块相 配合的两个缺口。
6. 如权利要求 1所述的扣合件,其特征在于,所述突起部具有通孔。
7. 如权利要求 6所述的扣合件, 其特征在于, 所述突起部为环状突 起部。
8. 如权利要求 1所述的扣合件, 其特征在于, 所述绳扣和所述垫片 中的一个具有辅助定位部, 并且所述绳扣和所述垫片中的另一个具有辅 助配合部, 所述辅助定位部与所述辅助配合部相互配合。
9. 如权利要求 8所述的扣合件, 其特征在于, 所述辅助定位部包括 底部凸台, 所述辅助配合部包括与所述底部凸台相对应的挡杆和扣角。
