Abstract

一种调节扣装置,包括扣具座(10)和调节组件(20),调节组件(20)活动设于扣具座(10)上,当调节组件(20)由第一位置运动至第二位置时,调节组件(20)可联动连接带(40)而使得连接带(40)在扣具座(10)内的行程长度发生变化。当连接带(40)在调节扣装置内的行程长度增加时,位于儿童安全座椅与汽车座椅之间的连接带(40)被快速绷紧,使得儿童安全座椅被稳定束缚。

调节扣装置 【技术领域】
本发明涉及机械领域,特别涉及一种调节扣装置。
【背景技术】
儿童安全座椅是一种连接于汽车座椅上供儿童乘坐,并通过安全带把乘坐在儿童安全座椅上的儿童束缚在儿童安全座椅上以保障儿童安全的座椅。由于儿童安全座椅能最大程度上降低儿童在汽车发生紧急制动或意外碰撞时所受到的伤害,因此,儿童安全座椅很快被消费者所接收,并且慢慢普及。
为保证儿童安全座椅的安全性,通常需要将儿童安全座椅稳定的安装在汽车座椅上,并避免儿童安全座椅摇晃。儿童安全座椅的安装,通常是通过汽车座椅上的ISO FIX接口与儿童安全座椅上相应的接口来实现的。
儿童安全座椅上,通常设置有用户难以拆卸的连接带,连接带的端口设有与ISO FIX接口相匹配的插头,安装时,先大致调整好连接带的长度,然后将插头插入至ISO FIX接口中,使得儿童安全座椅与汽车座椅连接在一起。
而在实际操作过程中,若是直接将安全带端部的插头插入至ISO FIX接口中,通常是无法保证儿童安全座椅不摇晃的,因此常规安装时,无法确保连接带处于完全绷紧的状态,其肯定会导致安装好的儿童安全座椅摇晃。而为了避免安装时连接带出现松弛余量,安装时,便需用户以特殊的方式和角度进行安装,需掌握一定的安装技巧才能保证儿童安全座椅不摇晃。而这种方式,安装难度较大,且需用户花费很大的力气,并不是普通 用户所能学会和掌握的,因此,为解决这一问题,现市面上出现了一些解决该问题的方案。
其中,较为常见的方案中,是在连接带上设置一卷收机构,其能对连接带进行收卷(类似与卷尺的收卷),将原本处于松弛状态的连接带卷入卷收机构中,以使得连接带处于绷紧状态。这种卷收机构通常设有手摇手柄,当摇动手摇手柄时,连接带便能进行收卷而使得连接在汽车座椅与儿童安全座椅之间的连接带处于绷紧状态,从而避免儿童安全座椅摇晃。这种方案,在一定程度上方便了用户操作,用户可以轻松的通过手摇的方式绷紧连接带以保证儿童安全座椅的稳固,但是,其依然存在一定的问题点:卷收机构结构复杂,其需要绷紧安全带,其强度要求也较高,因此,整个卷收机构的成本便会大大增加;此外,通过手摇的方式绷紧连接带,需要用户手摇多圈后才能绷紧连接带,其绷紧效率略低,无法方便用户快速的绷紧连接带实现快速安装。另一方面,当需要松弛连接带而将儿童安全座椅撤离汽车座椅时,需要用户反向的手摇,以完成连接带的松弛,其通常操作较慢,效率较低。
【发明内容】
本发明旨在解决上述问题,而提供一种使用方便,能快速绷紧连接带的调节扣装置。
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种调节扣装置,其特征在于,其包括扣具座和调节组件,所述扣具座设有可穿设连接带的第一带孔;所述调节组件活动设于所述扣具座上,当所述调节组件由第一位置运动至第二位置时,所述调节组件联动设于所述扣具座内的连接带而可使得所述连接带在所述扣具座内的行程长度发生变化。
进一步地,当所述调节组件处于第一位置时,所述连接带在所述扣具座内的行程长度为第一长度;当所述调节组件处于第二位置时, 所述连接带在所述扣具座内的行程长度为第二长度,所述第二长度大于所述第一长度。
进一步地,所述调节组件转动设于所述扣具座上,当所述调节组件由第一位置转动至第二位置时,所述调节组件可卡停于第二位置处。
进一步地,在所述扣具座和/或所述调节组件上设有活动设置的卡锁组件,当所述调节组件运动至第二位置时,所述卡锁组件可使所述调节组件保持住当前状态。
进一步地,当释放所述卡锁组件时,所述调节组件可在处于绷紧状态的连接带作用下而朝第一位置方向运动。
进一步地,当所述调节组件位于第一位置时,所述连接带自由穿过所述扣具座和所述调节组件而可自由抽拉。
进一步地,当所述调节组件位于第二位置时,所述调节组件可卡紧所述连接带而使得所述连接带无法自由抽拉。
进一步地,所述调节组件包括手柄、绕带轴和随动件,所述手柄一端与所述扣具座转动连接,另一端伸出至所述扣具座外而用于操作;所述绕带轴呈横向设置于所述手柄之间,并可随手柄运动;所述随动件与所述扣具座转动连接,在所述随动件上设有穿设连接带的第二带孔和第三带孔。
进一步地,使用时,所述连接带绕于所述绕带轴上并穿过所述随动件;当所述手柄转动时,所述绕带轴跟随所述手柄运动而牵引所述连接带使所述随动件转动,所述随动件的状态变化而使得所述连接带的行程长度增加。
进一步地,所述手柄、随动件分别通过第一转轴而与所述扣具座形成转动连接;所述第一转轴位于所述第一带孔与处于第一位置处的绕带轴之间。
进一步地,所述随动件的转动支点位于所述第一带孔与处于第一 位置处的绕带轴之间。
进一步地,在所述扣具座上设有弧状的行程孔,在所述手柄上设有活动孔,所述绕带轴的两端分别穿过所述活动孔而位于所述行程孔内。
进一步地,在所述手柄上设有按钮件、卡锁件,所述按钮件活动设于所述手柄上,并与所述卡锁件联动;所述卡锁件的两端分别伸出至所述手柄外,在所述扣具座的与第二位置相对应的部位处设有可卡持所述卡锁件的定位台阶,当所述调节组件转动至第二位置处时,所述卡锁件的端部可卡入所述定位台阶处而使所述调节组件保持在当前状态。
进一步地,在所述手柄与所述按钮件或卡锁件之间设有复位弹性件,所述复位弹性件的一端与所述手柄的内壁抵接,所述复位弹性件33的另一端与所述按钮件或卡锁件抵接;当朝远离绕带轴的方向推动所述按钮件时,所述卡锁件的端部可从所述定位台阶处退让出。
进一步地,在第一位置时,所述第二带孔位于第一带孔与第三带孔之间;在第二位置时,所述第三带孔位于所述第一带孔与所述第二带孔之间。
进一步地,在所述随动件上设有形状与所述绕带轴相匹配的弧面凹部;当所述调节组件位于第一位置时,所述绕带轴的位置与所述第三带孔相对应;当所述调节组件位于第二位置时,所述绕带轴的位置与所述弧面凹部相对应。
本发明的有益贡献在于,其有效解决了上述问题。本发明的调节扣装置通过转动调节组件的方式来改变连接带在调节扣装置内的行程长度,当连接带在调节扣装置内的行程长度增加时,位于儿童安全座椅与汽车座椅之间的连接带长度便会减少,这样,原本处于松弛状态的连接带便可以被快速绷紧,以保证儿童安全座椅的稳固,避免儿童 安全座椅摇晃。本发明的调节扣装置,其以转动的方式进行连接带的绷紧,其不仅操作简单快速,而且利用了杠杆原理,可以节约用户的操作力量,使得用户可以很方便并且很省力的完成操作,其操作十分人性化。此外,当调节扣装置的调节组件转动到位后以绷紧连接带时,调节组件还可以夹紧连接带,避免连接带被抽动,其为连接带的绷紧进一步提供了报障作用,可避免连接带因为外力作用被抽动而导致儿童安全座椅摇晃。此外,当需要松弛连接带时,只需要释放卡锁组件,原本处于绷紧状态的连接带便会快速的处于松弛状态并带动调节组件快速的进行复位。本发明的调节扣装置,其结构简单,强度高,成本低,并且使用十分方便,操作十分人性化,其具有很强的实用性,宜大力推广。

【具体实施方式】
下列实施例是对本发明的进一步解释和补充,对本发明不构成任何限制。
如图1~图8所示,本发明的调节扣装置,主要要点在于,其既可以方便的对连接带40进行抽拉调节,而且可以通过改变连接带40在调节扣装置内的行程长度而绷紧连接带40,使得儿童安全座椅被束缚的更稳定而不摇晃。
具体的,如图1~图8所示,本发明的调节扣装置包括扣具座10、调节组件20和卡锁组件30。其中,扣具座10为基本的结构载体,用于设置调节组件20。所述调节组件20与所述扣具座10活动连接,其可由第一位置运动至第二位置,当调节组件20的位置发生变化时,位于扣具座10内的连接带40便会随着调节组件20的运动状态变化而产生行程变化,从而使得连接带40绷紧或松弛。所述卡锁组件30用于使调节组件20保持在第二位置处而使连接带40保持绷紧状态,避免连接带40的拉力促使调节组件20复位;当释锁卡锁组件30时,所述调节组件20失去限制作用便可在连接带40的拉力作用下而朝第一位置状态进行恢复,从而使得连接带40处于不完全绷紧的状态。
为方便操作,所述调节组件20以转动的方式进行操作,其转动连接于所述扣具座10上。
在默认状态时,如图3、图4所示,所述调节组件20位于第一位置处,此时,连接带40可进行自由抽拉,且连接带40在扣具座10内的有效长度为第一长度;当抽拉连接带40时,连接带40的位置发生 变化,但是,连接带40位于扣具座10内的有效长度不变。
当转动所述调节组件20,使调节组件20转动至第二位置时,如图5、图6所示,连接带40在扣具座10内的有效长度为第二长度,此时调节组件20卡紧所述连接带40,所述连接带40无法进行自由抽拉。
所述第二长度大于第一长度。当连接带40在扣具座10内的行程长度被增加时,连接带40在扣具座10外的有效长度便会被减少,这样,当连接带40用于束缚儿童安全座椅时,通过转动所述调节组件20,便可使原本具有一定松弛余量的连接带40处于绷紧状态,使得儿童安全座椅无法进行晃动,进而保障儿童安全座椅的安全性,并提高操作方便性。
为更详细的介绍本发明的结构,以下以具体的结构进行介绍:
如图1所示,所述扣具座10包括外壳11、底壳12和底座13。
如图1所示,所述外壳11和底壳12对合连接,其之间形成容置腔,用于设置所述底座13。由于所述调节组件20是转动设置在所述扣具座10上,为不干涉所述调节组件20的转动,在所述外壳11上设有相应的通孔111。所述通孔111的大小与所述调节组件20的行程相关。
如图2、图3、图5所示,所述底座13设于所述外壳11与底壳12之间的空间内,其用于活动设置所述调节组件20。如图7所示,所述底座13包括平行间隔设置的支撑部131和设于支撑部131之间的带孔部132。所述支撑部131、带孔部132既可以是一体成型,也可以是分体部件,其具体可根据需要而设置。本实施例中,所述支撑部131、带孔部132一体成型,其由金属材料制成。
如图2、图7所示,所述支撑部131上对称设有第一轴孔1311,其用于活动设置所述第一转轴50。
如图2、图7所示,所述支撑部131上对称设有行程孔1312。所述行程孔1312为弧形孔,其用于约束所述绕带轴22的位移。
如图2、图7所示,所述第一轴孔1311位于所述行程孔1312的弧心一侧。所述行程孔1312的轨迹,与所述调节组件20的转动轨迹相关。
如图2、图7所示,所述带孔部132上设有第一带孔1321。所述第一带孔1321用于使连接带40进入扣具座10以及用于使连接带40从扣具座10内伸出去。所述第一带孔1321可以是一个孔,也可以是两个孔,其具体可根据需要而设置。当所述第一带孔1321设置为一个孔时,所述连接带40由此进入,并由此出去。本实施例中,所述第一带孔1321设置为两个,其相互平行,并且一高一低,其中一个为入口孔,另一个则为出口孔,连接带40从入口孔处进入,并从出口孔处延伸出去。
如图2、图7所示,为方便卡持调节组件20,使得调节组件20可保持在第二位置处,在所述支撑部131上设有定位台阶1313,其能提供一定的阻挡作用,阻挡调节组件20复位。所述定位台阶1313设于所述支撑部131的靠近第一带孔1321的一侧。所述定位台阶1313的形状、大小可根据需要而设置。
如图2所示,所述调节组件20包括手柄21、绕带轴22和随动件23。
所述手柄21用于操作,其一端与所述底座13转动连接,其另一端伸出至所述扣具座10外,其可相对所述底座13进行转动。
本实施例中,如图2所示,所述手柄21包括平行间隔设置的支臂部211和连接于支撑部131一端的连接部212。所述支臂部211与所述连接部212,既可以是一体成型,也可以是非一体成型,其具体可根据需要而设置。所述支臂部211的与连接部212相对的一端上则设 有第二轴孔2111。所述支臂部211通过第一转轴50而与所述底座13形成转动连接。
如图2~图6所示,所述第一转轴50呈横向设于所述底座13上,所述第一转轴50的两端分别穿过所述第二轴孔2111而位于第一轴孔1311内,从而使得所述支臂部211可绕第一转轴50进行转动。
如图2所示,在所述支臂部211上还分别设有活动孔2112。所述活动孔2112用于设置所述绕带轴22,以联动所述绕带轴22。
如图2~图6所示,所述绕带轴22呈横向设于所述支臂部211上,所述绕带轴22的两端分别穿过所述活动孔2112而伸入至所述底座13的行程孔1312内。当所述手柄21绕第一转轴50转动时,所述绕带轴22在所述行程孔1312的限制范围内进行活动。
如图2所示,在所述支臂部211的靠近连接部212的一端上还设有卡锁孔2113。所述卡锁孔2113用于设置所述卡锁组件30的卡锁件31。
在默认状态下,如图3、图4所示,所述随动件23位于所述绕带轴22与所述第一带孔1321之间。所述随动件23与所述底座13转动连接。本实施例中,所述随动件23的转动支点与所述手柄21的转动支点重合,其均是绕第一转轴50进行转动。在所述随动件23上设有第三轴孔231,其套设于所述第一转轴50上而可绕第一转轴50进行转动。其他实施例中,所述随动件23的转动支点也可与所述手柄21的转动支点不重合。
如图2、图8所示,在所述随动件23上设有第二带孔232和第三带孔233。所述第二带孔232和第三带孔233的位置不同,其中,所述第二带孔232用于使连接带40单向通过,所述第三带孔233用于使连接带40双向通过。
此外,如图2、图8所示,在所述随动件23上还设有弧面凹部234, 所述弧面凹部234与所述绕带轴22的形状相匹配,其可以与所述绕带轴22相贴合。所述弧面凹部234与所述第三带孔233相邻。
如图3、图4所示,当所述调节组件20位于所述第一位置处时,所述第二带孔232位于所述第一带孔1321与第三带孔233之间,所述第三带孔233与所述绕带轴22相对应。如图5、图6所示,当所述调节组件20转动至第二位置时,所述第三带孔233位于所述第一带孔1321与所述第二带孔232之间,且所述绕带轴22与所述弧面凹部234相对应。
所述随动件23的形状可根据需要而设置,本实施例中,如图8所示,所述随动件23包括呈平板状的平板部235和竖直设于平板部235两侧的竖直部236。本实施例中,所述平板部235与所述竖直部236一体成型。在所述平板部235上设有所述第二带孔232。所述竖直部236通过第一转轴50与所述底座13转动连接。所述第二带孔232与所述第一转轴50近乎平行或平行。在所述平板部235和所述竖直部236的端部设有所述弧面凹部234,在与弧面凹部234相邻的位置处设有所述第三带孔233。所述第三带孔233与所述第一转轴50平行。
为方便将调节组件20保持在第二位置处,在所述调节组件20上设有卡锁组件30。具体的,所述卡锁组件30设于所述手柄21的连接部212上。
如图2所示,所述卡锁组件30包括按钮件32、卡锁件31和复位弹性件33。
如图2所示,为方便设置所述卡锁组件30,在所述手柄21的连接部212上设有手柄壳213。所述手柄壳213包括对合连接的第一手柄壳2131和第二手柄壳2132,两者固定设于所述手柄21的连接部212上,其可增大操作面积,以利于操作,并且可方便设置卡锁组件30。
在一些实施例中,所述手柄壳213也可设置成与所述连接部212 一体成型。
如图2所示,在所述手柄壳213上设有按键孔2133,其可用于活动设置所述按钮件32。当所述按钮件32设于所述按键孔2133内时,所述按钮件32可相对所述手柄壳213进行活动。本实施例中,所述按钮件32为推钮,其可沿平行于卡锁孔2113的方向进行推动。所述按钮件32的形状可根据需要而设置,其以方便推动或按压为宜。
如图2所示,所述卡锁件31设于所述手柄壳213内,并与所述按钮件32联动。当所述按钮件32移动时,所述卡锁件31同步移动。所述卡锁件31的两端分别穿过所述卡锁孔2113而伸出至所述支臂部211的两侧外。所述卡锁件31与所述按钮件32之间,既可以是固定连接,也可以是活动套接,其具体可根据需要而设置,只要使得所述卡锁件31与所述按钮件32联动即可。
如图2所示,为方便所述卡锁件31复位,在所述手柄21与所述按钮件32或所述卡锁件31之间设有复位弹性件33。所述复位弹性件33的一端与所述手柄21的内壁抵接,所述复位弹性件33的另一端与所述按钮件32或卡锁件31抵接。
藉此,便形成了本发明的调节扣装置:如图1~图8所示,外壳11和底壳12对合连接,底座13设于外壳11与底壳12之间;在底座13上设有第一带孔1321,其用于供连接带40进出。所述调节组件20包括手柄21、绕带轴22和随动件23。所述手柄21的一端通过第一转轴50与所述底座13转动连接,手柄21绕第一转轴50转动;所述绕带轴22呈横向设于手柄21之间,且绕带轴22的两端分别位于底座13的行程孔1312内,所述绕带轴22随手柄21的转动而可在行程孔1312内移动;所述随动件23与所述底座13转动连接,其上设有第二带孔232和第三带孔233。所述随动件23可在连接带40的作用下绕第一转轴50进行转动,从而使得连接带40的行程路径发生变化。
如图3、图4所示,当所述绕带轴22位于所述行程孔1312的远离第一带孔1321的一端时,所述调节组件20处于第一位置处;此时,第一转轴50位于第一带孔1321和绕带轴22之间;第二带孔232位于第一带孔1321和第三带孔233之间。
当沿行程孔1312方向转动所述手柄21时,所述绕带轴22移动至行程孔1312的靠近第一带孔1321的一端,此时,如图5、图6所示,所述调节组件20处于第二位置处,所述绕带轴22位于第一带孔1321和第一转轴50之间,第三带孔233位于第一带孔1321和第二带孔232之间。
使用时,连接带40的绕设方式可参考如下方式进行设置:
如图4、图6所示,连接带40的一端穿过所述第一带孔1321后进入至底座13内,由随动件23的外部穿过第二带孔232而进入随动件23内,然后穿过第三带孔233,并绕过所述绕带轴22而重新进入第三带孔233,随后,由第一带孔1321引出。
本发明的调节扣装置的工作原理如下:
在默认状态时,如图4所示,调节组件20位于第一位置处,即绕带轴22远离第一带孔1321;此时,连接带40处于相对自由的状态,且位于扣具座10内的连接带40的总长度为第一长度。此时可以抽动连接带40而调节安全座椅的束紧程度,且抽动连接带40的过程中,位于扣具座10内的连接带40的总长度保持不变,只是相对部位发生变化。
随后,朝第一带孔1321方向掰动调节组件20,绕带轴22沿行程孔1312移动至靠近第一带孔1321的一端;绕带轴22的移动,会牵引连接带40,而连接带40会作用到随动件23上,以使得随动件23也发生转动;当调节组件20转动至第二位置时,如图6所示,绕带轴22便位于行程孔1312的靠近第一带孔1321的端部处,且随动件23 转动至其弧面凹部234与所述绕带轴22相对应。随动件23转动过程中,会使得连接带40在扣具座10内的行程距离增加,使其由第一长度变化至第二长度。而且,由于连接带40是绕过绕带轴22从第三带孔233穿过,因此,当调节组件20运动至第二位置处时,连接带40会被夹紧在绕带轴22与弧面凹部234之间,使得连接带40无法抽动;而连接带40在扣具座10的行程距离增加,便必然会使得连接带40在扣具座10外的长度变短,这样,便可使得原本具有一定松弛余量的连接带40被绷紧在安全座椅与调节扣装置之间,从而使得安全座椅被束紧而不会晃动。
当调节组件20由第一位置朝第二位置方向转动时,按压住按钮件32,使得卡锁件31的端部位于靠内的位置而不干涉调节组件20的转动;当调节组件20运动到达第二位置时,释放所述按钮件32,在复位弹性件33的作用下,卡锁件31往外弹,从而使得卡锁件31的端部进入所述定位台阶1313处而被定位台阶1313限制住,进而使得调节组件20保持在第二位置处。
由于调节组件20位于第二位置处时,连接带40处于绷紧状态,因此,当按压所述按钮件32,使得所述卡锁件31的端部从所述定位台阶1313处退出时,在所述连接带40的作用下,所述调节组件20便能朝第一位置方向进行转动,使得连接带40处于松弛状态。
实际应用时,本发明的调节扣装置可设置在儿童安全座椅的连接带上,当大致调整好连接带长度将儿童安全座椅固定在汽车座椅上后,转动所述调节扣装置的调节组件至第二位置,便可快速的将原本具有一定松弛余量的连接带绷紧,使得儿童安全座椅摇晃幅度大幅减小或不摇晃。经过多次试验,在连接带上加装本发明的调节扣装置后,基本可以保证儿童安全座椅安装后不摇晃。
尽管通过以上实施例对本发明进行了揭示,但是本发明的范围并不 局限于此,在不偏离本发明构思的条件下,以上各构件可用所属技术领域人员了解的相似或等同元件来替换。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种调节扣装置,其特征在于,其包括:
    扣具座(10),设有可穿设连接带(40)的第一带孔(1321);
    调节组件(20),活动设于所述扣具座(10)上,当所述调节组件(20)由第一位置运动至第二位置时,所述调节组件(20)联动设于所述扣具座(10)内的连接带(40)而可使得所述连接带(40)在所述扣具座(10)内的行程长度发生变化。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的调节扣装置,其特征在于,当所述调节组件(20)处于第一位置时,所述连接带(40)在所述扣具座(10)内的行程长度为第一长度;当所述调节组件(20)处于第二位置时,所述连接带(40)在所述扣具座(10)内的行程长度为第二长度,所述第二长度大于所述第一长度。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的调节扣装置,其特征在于,所述调节组件(20)转动设于所述扣具座(10)上,当所述调节组件(20)由第一位置转动至第二位置时,所述调节组件(20)可卡停于第二位置处。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的调节扣装置,其特征在于,在所述扣具座(10)和/或所述调节组件(20)上设有活动设置的卡锁组件(30),当所述调节组件(20)运动至第二位置时,所述卡锁组件(30)可使所述调节组件(20)保持住当前状态。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的调节扣装置,其特征在于,当释放所述卡锁组件(30)时,所述调节组件(20)可在处于绷紧状态的连接带(40)作用下而朝第一位置方向运动。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的调节扣装置,其特征在于,当所述调节组件(20)位于第一位置时,所述连接带(40)自由穿过所述扣具座(10)和所述调节组件(20)而可自由抽拉。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的调节扣装置,其特征在于,当所述调节组件(20)位于第二位置时,所述调节组件(20)可卡紧所述连接带(40)而使得所述连接带(40)无法自由抽拉。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的调节扣装置,其特征在于,所述调节组件(20)包括:
    手柄(21),一端与所述扣具座(10)转动连接,另一端伸出至所述扣具座(10)外而用于操作;
    绕带轴(22),呈横向设置于所述手柄(21)之间,并可随手柄(21)运动;
    随动件(23),与所述扣具座(10)转动连接,在所述随动件(23)上设有穿设连接带(40)的第二带孔(232)和第三带孔(233)。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的调节扣装置,其特征在于,使用时,所述连接带(40)绕于所述绕带轴(22)上并穿过所述随动件(23);当所述手柄(21)转动时,所述绕带轴(22)跟随所述手柄(21)运动而牵引所述连接带(40)使所述随动件(23)转动,所述随动件(23)的状态变化而使得所述连接带(40)的行程长度增加。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的调节扣装置,其特征在于,所述手柄(21)、随动件(23)分别通过第一转轴(50)而与所述扣具座(10)形成转动连接;所述第一转轴(50)位于所述第一带孔(1321)与处于第一位置处的绕带轴(22)之间。
  11. 如权利要求8所述的调节扣装置,其特征在于,所述随动件(23)的转动支点位于所述第一带孔(1321)与处于第一位置处的绕带轴(22)之间。
  12. 如权利要求8所述的调节扣装置,其特征在于,在所述扣具座(10)上设有弧状的行程孔(1312),在所述手柄(21)上设有活动孔(2112),所述绕带轴(22)的两端分别穿过所述活动孔(2112) 而位于所述行程孔(1312)内。
  13. 如权利要求8所述的调节扣装置,其特征在于,在所述手柄(21)上设有按钮件(32)、卡锁件(31),所述按钮件(32)活动设于所述手柄(21)上,并与所述卡锁件(31)联动;所述卡锁件(31)的两端分别伸出至所述手柄(21)外,在所述扣具座(10)的与第二位置相对应的部位处设有可卡持所述卡锁件(31)的定位台阶(1313),当所述调节组件(20)转动至第二位置处时,所述卡锁件(31)的端部可卡入所述定位台阶(1313)处而使所述调节组件(20)保持在当前状态。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的调节扣装置,其特征在于,在所述手柄(21)与所述按钮件(32)或卡锁件(31)之间设有复位弹性件(33),所述复位弹性件(33)的一端与所述手柄(21)的内壁抵接,所述复位弹性件33的另一端与所述按钮件(32)或卡锁件(31)抵接;当朝远离绕带轴(22)的方向推动所述按钮件(32)时,所述卡锁件(31)的端部可从所述定位台阶(1313)处退让出。
  15. 如权利要求8所述的调节扣装置,其特征在于,在第一位置时,所述第二带孔(232)位于第一带孔(1321)与第三带孔(233)之间;在第二位置时,所述第三带孔(233)位于所述第一带孔(1321)与所述第二带孔(232)之间。
  16. 如权利要求8所述的调节扣装置,其特征在于,在所述随动件(23)上设有形状与所述绕带轴(22)相匹配的弧面凹部(234);当所述调节组件(20)位于第一位置时,所述绕带轴(22)的位置与所述第三带孔(233)相对应;当所述调节组件(20)位于第二位置时,所述绕带轴(22)的位置与所述弧面凹部(234)相对应。
