在折叠扣 13将前折叠盒 11与后折叠盒 12锁紧后， 凹槽 132内纳入 了第一凸出齿牙 111和第二凸出齿牙 121， 限制二者的运动， 在所述折叠 扣 13的前段缺口 133与后折叠盒 12的缺口 122之间形成一个间隙，保险 扣 4的保险塞 142刚好能置入该空隙中，使得折叠扣 13不能挤压弹簧 15， 此时，自行车折叠器即被锁住；当要打开自行车折叠器时，按压小手柄 143， 将保险塞 142从所述空隙中翘出， 再提起折叠扣 13， 放出第一凸出齿牙 111和第二凸出齿牙 121， 此时自行车折叠器即打开。
图 8是本发明的自行车折叠器的另一个实施例， 在该实施例中， 所述 自行车折叠器与前一个实施例基本相同， 不同之处在于， 所述保险扣 6包 括转轴位置 61与第二手柄 62，保险扣 6的转轴位置 61与自行车的车架 2 铰接在一起， 在折叠扣 13锁紧前折叠盒 11与后折叠盒 12的状态下， 旋 转第二手柄 62， 将其压住折叠扣 13的第一手柄 135， 使得折叠扣 13不能 挤压弹簧 15， 此时， 自行车折叠器即被锁住； 当要打开自行车折叠器时， 旋转第二手柄 62， 使其不再压住折叠扣 13的第一手柄 135， 再提起第一 手柄 135， 放出第一凸出齿牙 111和第二凸出齿牙 121， 此时自行车折叠 器即可被打开。
在该自行车折叠器的上述实施例中， 所述折叠扣 13是与后折叠盒 12 连接在一起的， 但是所述折叠扣 13也可以与前折叠盒 11铰接在一起， 而 将保险扣 4与后折叠盒 12铰接在一起。
请参阅图 6和图 7， 在本发明的自行车的一个实施例中， 所述自行车 包括车架 2和设置在车架上的自行车折叠器，所述自行车折叠器结构如上 述自行车折叠器实施例中所述， 其具有保险扣 4， 此处不再赘述， 其前、 后折叠盒外面分别与车架相连接。
当要使用该自行车时， 只须闭合自行车折叠器并将保险扣扣上， 即可 放心骑行； 当要收纳该自行车时， 只要打开保险扣， 然后打开自行车折叠 器即可。
请参阅图 8和图 9， 在本发明的自行车的另一个实施例中， 折叠器具 有保险扣 6。 以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例， 并非用来限定本发明的实施范 围； 如果不脱离本发明的精神和范围， 对本发明进行修改或者等同替换， 均应涵盖在本发明权利要求的保护范围当中。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种自行车折叠器， 其特征在于， 包括前折叠盒、 后折叠盒， 所述 前折叠盒的一边的两端分别设置有转轴座，所述后折叠盒的一边中部设置 有转轴套， 所述转轴座和转轴套铰接在一起， 所述前折叠盒上与转轴座相 对的另一边设置有第一凸出齿牙，所述后折叠盒上与转轴套相对的另一边 与所述第一凸出齿牙相对的位置设置有第二凸出齿牙，还包括折叠扣和弹 簧， 所述折叠扣端部设置有顶弹簧的前段， 所述折叠扣上与所述前段相对 的一端设置有第一手柄，所述折叠扣的一面设置有限制第一凸出齿牙和第 二凸出齿牙运动的凹槽，所述折叠扣与后折叠盒上设置有第二凸出齿牙的 一边的上端铰接在一起，所述弹簧设置在后折叠盒上与所述前段相对应的 位置。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的自行车折叠器，其特征在于，还包括能够防 止自行车折叠器意外打开的保险扣。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的自行车折叠器，其特征在于，所述保险扣包 括转轴位置，形成于保险扣一个端部的保险塞和形成于保险扣另一个端部 的小手柄， 所述转轴位置与前折叠盒铰接在一起， 所述折叠扣还包括前段 缺口， 所述后折叠盒与所述前段缺口相对位置上还设置有缺口， 所述保险 塞能够置入所述前段缺口与所述缺口之间形成的空隙中。
4. 根据权利要求 2所述的自行车折叠器，其特征在于，所述保险扣包 括能够压住所述第一手柄的第二手柄。
5. 一种自行车， 包括车架， 其特征在于， 还包括如权利要求 1所述的 自行车折叠器， 所述自行车折叠器设置在车架上。
6. 根据权利要求 5所述的自行车，其特征在于，所述自行车折叠器还 包括能够防止自行车折叠器意外打开的保险扣。
7. 根据权利要求 6所述的自行车，其特征在于，所述保险扣包括转轴 位置，形成于保险扣一个端部的保险塞和形成于保险扣另一个端部的小手 柄， 所述转轴位置与前折叠盒铰接在一起， 所述折叠扣还包括前段缺口， 所述后折叠盒与所述前段缺口相对应位置上还设置有缺口，所述保险塞能 够置入所述前段缺口与所述缺口之间形成的空隙中。
8. 根据权利要求 6所述的自行车，其特征在于，所述保险扣包括与自 行车的车架铰接的转轴位置以及能够压住所述第一手柄的第二手柄。
