优选地,本发明中第二弹性件202的弹力大于第三弹性件205的弹力和第二复位件208的扭力之和。
本发明的一种提篮与底座扣合显示装置200的具体工作原理为:
当底座300处于自由状态(即未组装上提篮)时如图3所示,滑动件204在第三弹性件205的作用下处于第一位置A,拉紧第三连接件203;转动件207在第二复位件208的作用下处于第三位置C,拉紧第四连接件206,此时第二状态显示件201被四跟钢丝绳(如图2)拉紧克服第二弹性件202的力,位于图3所示位置,这时图1中底座的状态显示位置302显示为红色。即当滑动件204和转动件207同时分别位于第一位置A和第三位置C,第二状态显示件201显示为红色,即底座300上未扣合组装提篮的状态。
当提篮扣合到底座300上时,提篮上的前锁勾401把滑动件204顶到图4位置,定义为第二位置B,即前锁勾401把滑动件204向靠近第二状态显示件201的方向顶出,顶到第二位置B处;提篮上的后锁勾402把转动件207顶到图4位置,定义为第四位置D,当图2中滑动件204的两侧同时被顶到第二位置B处时,且同时转动件207的两侧同时被顶到第四位置D处时,此时四根钢丝绳松弛,此时第二弹性件202将第二状态显示件201顶到图4所示位置,此时图1的状态显示位置302显示为绿色。即当滑动件204和转动件207同时分别位于第二位置B和第四位置D时,第二状态显示件201显示为绿色,即底座300上扣合组装上了提篮的状态。
如果滑动件204到达不到第二位置B,或者转动件207到达不到第四位置D时,即当滑动件204和转动件207中至少有一个未与提篮上的锁勾相扣合上时,第二状态显示件201均显示为红色。因为第三弹性件205和第二复位件208的力比第二弹性件202的大,第二弹性件202无法将第二状态显示件201顶到图4所示位置。
更进一步地,本发明儿童座椅的底座上还设置有一种ISOFIX系统的状态显示装置100,用于显示儿童座椅底座上的ISOFIX连接件与汽车座椅isofix连接杆之间的连接状态:是锁定状态还是未锁定状态,从而在儿童座椅底座上的ISOFIX连接件与汽车座椅isofix连接杆的组装过程中给予组装人员相应的提示,确保组装安全。
具体地,结合图5~图8所示,本发明所揭示的一种ISOFIX系统的状态显示装置100,包括:isofix连接件101、第一状态显示件102和显示件操控机构,isofix连接件101设置在儿童座椅的底座300上,第一状态显示件102也设置在儿童座椅的底座300上,如图1设置在底座300靠近其尾部的上端面的中间部位处,显示件操控机构设置在底座300内部。isofix连接件101与汽车座椅isofix连接杆之间处于自由状态或锁定状态时,第一状态显示件102则显示出相应的颜色,来标识isofix连接件101与汽车座椅isofix连接杆之间的状态,如一般用红色来显示自由状态,绿色来显示已锁定状态。
本发明实施例中,结合图8所示,第一状态显示件102优选连接两组显示件操控机构,一般两组为对称的结构,设置在底座300底部的两侧端,相应的,isofix连接件101也设置有两个,设置两组有利于底座300安装的平稳性。通过两组显示件操控机构来配合对第一状态显示件102的显示进行操控:当两个isofix连接件101与汽车座椅isofix连接杆之间均为自由状态时,则第一状态显示件102显示为红色;两个isofix连接件101与汽车座椅isofix连接杆之间均为锁定状态时,则第一状态显示件102显示为绿色;一个isofix连接件101与汽车座椅isofix连接杆之间为自由状态,另一个isofix连接件101与汽车座椅isofix连接杆之间为锁定状态时,则第一状态显示件102显示为红色。即只有当两个isofix连接件101均锁定时,第一状态显示 件102才显示组装好,只要有一组未锁定时,第一状态显示件102均显示未组装好。
两组显示件操控机构的结构相同,具体地,如图6~图8所示,显示件操控机构包括连接件、第一弹性件103、滑块104和第一复位件105,连接件一端与isofix连接件101连接,另一端与滑块104连接。
本发明实施例中,如图6~图8所示,连接件优选包括相连的第一连接件106和第二连接件107,第一连接件106一端与isofix连接件101连接,第一连接件106与isofix连接件101之间可采用但不限于采用卡扣的结构进行连接,现有卡扣的结构就可适用本发明,只要能实现两者的扣合连接即可。第一连接件106的另一端与第二连接件107连接,第二连接件107另一端与滑块104连接。本发明实施例中,第二连接件107优选但不限于采用钢丝绳。
第一弹性件103套接固定在第二连接件107接滑块104的那一端,且与滑块104相抵接,在第二连接件107拉动滑块时,在滑块104的推动下压缩。本实施例中第一复位件105采用压簧。
滑块104靠近第一状态显示件102设置,具体地,如图6和图7所示,第一状态显示件具有用作显示状态功能的上端和相对应的尾端,尾端则与滑块104的相对其连接第二连接件107的另一端相靠近。
第一复位件105安装在第一状态显示件102上,具体地,第一状态显示件102通过一转轴安装,即第一状态显示件102可沿转轴进行转动,切换显示不同的状态;第一复位件105与第一状态显示件102同轴设置。本实施例中第一复位件105采用扭簧。
优选地,本发明中的第一弹性件103的弹力要大于第一复位件105的扭力,这样,在isofix连接件101处于自由状态时,第一弹性 件103可以克服第一复位件105的扭力,推动滑块104顶住第一状态显示件102,使其呈一定的倾斜角度,显示红色未锁定状态。
本发明的一种ISOFIX系统的状态显示装置的具体工作原理为:
当isofix连接件101未锁定时,即处于自由状态时,第一连接件106和isofix连接件101的相对位置如图6所示,此时第一弹性件103将滑块104向靠近第一状态显示件102的方向顶出,并顶住第一状态显示件102,此时由于第一复位件105的扭力小于第一弹性件103的压力,所以第一状态显示件102的角度为向滑块104的方向倾斜,如图6所示,此时在图1底座300的状态显示位置301处第一状态显示件102显示为红色。
当isofix连接件101锁定时,第一连接件106和isofix连接件101的相对位置如图7,即第一连接件106扣合到isofix连接件101上时,有向isofix连接件101的方向靠近,此时由于第一连接件106的移动,相应的拉动第二连接件107,第二连接件107的另一端拉动滑块104向远离第一状态显示件102的方向滑动,在第二连接件107的拉力作用下,滑块104克服第一弹性件103的弹力,到达图7位置,在两个isofix连接件101同时锁定的情况下,两个滑块104同时到达图7位置时,此时第一状态显示件102在第一复位件105的扭力作用下向远离滑块104的方向(即与显示自由状态的倾斜角度相对)倾斜,到达图7的位置,此时在图1底座300的状态显示位置301处显示绿色。如果只锁定一个isofix连接件101,其中有一个滑块104在图6位置,第一复位件105的扭力小于单个第一弹性件103的压力,因此第一状态显示件102的位置还是如图6所示,此时在图1底座300的状态显示位置301处第一状态显示件102显示为红色。
本发明的技术内容及技术特征已揭示如上,然而熟悉本领域的技术人员仍可能基于本发明的教示及揭示而作种种不背离本发明精神的替 换及修饰,因此,本发明保护范围应不限于实施例所揭示的内容,而应包括各种不背离本发明的替换及修饰,并为本专利申请权利要求所涵盖。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种提篮与底座扣合显示装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括第二状态显示件、第二弹性件、第一调整机构和第二调整机构,所述第一和第二调整机构均与第二状态显示件相连,所述第二弹性件与第二状态显示件相抵接,所述第一调整机构和第二调整机构在提篮与底座为自由状态时,与第二弹性件配合调整第二状态显示件显示为第一状态;所述第一调整机构和第二调整机构在提篮与底座为扣合状态时,与第二弹性件配合调整第二状态显示件显示为第二状态。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的提篮与底座扣合显示装置,其特征在于,所述第一调整机构包括滑动件、第三弹性件和第三连接件,所述第三连接件一端连接第二状态显示件,另一端与滑动件相连接;所述第三弹性件固定套装在第三连接件连接滑动件的一端,且与滑动件相抵接;所述滑动件在提篮与底座为自由状态时在第三弹性件的作用下位于第一位置,所述第三连接件拉紧第二状态显示件;所述滑动件在提篮与底座为扣合状态时克服第三弹性件的弹力到达第二位置,所述第三连接件在滑动件带动下松开第二状态显示件。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的提篮与底座扣合显示装置,其特征在于,所述第二状态显示件连接两组第一调整机构。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的提篮与底座扣合显示装置,其特征在于,所述两组第一调整机构各连接一个滑动件。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的提篮与底座扣合显示装置,其特征在于,所述第二调整机构包括转动件、第二复位件和第四连接件,所述第二复位件安装在转动件上,所述第四连接件一端连接转动件,另一端连接第二状态显示件,所述转动件在提篮与底座为自由状态时在第二复位件的作用下位于第三位置,所述第四连接件拉紧第二状态显示件;所述转动件在提篮与底座为扣合状态时克服第二复位件的扭力转动到达第四位置,所述第四连接件在转动件带动下松开第二状态显示件。
  6. 根据权利要求2或5所述的提篮与底座扣合显示装置,其特征在于,所述第二状态显示件连接两组第二调整机构。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的提篮与底座扣合显示装置,其特征在于,所述两组第二调整机构共用一个转动件。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的提篮与底座扣合显示装置,其特征在于,所述滑动件和转动件同时分别位于第二位置和第四位置时,所述第二状态显示件显示为第一状态;所述滑动件和转动件同时分别位于第一位置和第三位置,或者滑动件到达不到第二位置,或者转动件到达不到第四位置时,所述第二状态显示件均显示为第二状态。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的提篮与底座扣合显示装置,其特征在于,所述第二弹性件的弹力大于所述第三弹性件的弹力和第二复位件的扭力之和。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的提篮与底座扣合显示装置,其特征在于,所述第二状态显示件在提篮与底座为自由状态时被调整显示为红色,在提篮与底座为扣合状态时被调整显示为绿色。
