本发明实施例中,如图3~图5所示,连接件优选包括相连的第一连接件106和第二连接件107,第一连接件106一端与isofix连接件101连接,第一连接件106与isofix连接件101之间可采用但不限于采用卡扣的结构进行连接,现有卡扣的结构就可适用本发明,只要能实现两者的扣合连接即可。第一连接件106的另一端与第二连接件107连接,第二连接件107另一端与滑块104连接。本发明实施例中,第二连接件107优选但不限于采用钢丝绳。
第一弹性件103套接固定在第二连接件107接滑块104的那一端,且与滑块104相抵接,在第二连接件107拉动滑块时,在滑块104的推动下压缩。本实施例中第一复位件105采用压簧。
滑块104靠近第一状态显示件102设置,具体地,如图3和图4所示,第一状态显示件具有用作显示状态功能的上端和相对应的尾端,尾端则与滑块104的相对其连接第二连接件107的另一端相靠近。
第一复位件105安装在第一状态显示件102上,具体地,第一状态显示件102通过一转轴安装,即第一状态显示件102可沿转轴进行转动,切换显示不同的状态;第一复位件105与第一状态显示件102同轴设置。本实施例中第一复位件105采用扭簧。
优选地,本发明中的第一弹性件103的弹力要大于第一复位件105的扭力,这样,在isofix连接件101处于自由状态时,第一弹性件103可以克服第一复位件105的扭力,推动滑块104顶住第一状态显示件102,使其呈一定的倾斜角度,显示红色未锁定状态。
本发明的一种ISOFIX系统的状态显示装置的具体工作原理为:
当isofix连接件101未锁定时,即处于自由状态时,第一连接件106和isofix连接件101的相对位置如图3所示,此时第一弹性件103将滑块104向靠近第一状态显示件102的方向顶出,并顶住第一状态显示件102,此时由于第一复位件105的扭力小于第一弹性件103的压力,所以第一状态显示件102的角度为向滑块104的方向倾斜,如图3所示,此时在图1底座300的状态显示位置301处第一状态显示件102显示为红色。
当isofix连接件101锁定时,第一连接件106和isofix连接件101的相对位置如图4,即第一连接件106扣合到isofix连接件101上时,有向isofix连接件101的方向靠近,此时由于第一连接件106的移动,相应的拉动第二连接件107,第二连接件107的另一端拉动滑块104向远离第一状态显示件102的方向滑动,在第二连接件107的拉力作用下,滑块104克服第一弹性件103的弹力,到达图4位置,在两个isofix连接件101同时锁定的情况下,两个滑块104同时到达图4位 置时,此时第一状态显示件102在第一复位件105的扭力作用下向远离滑块104的方向(即与显示自由状态的倾斜角度相对)倾斜,到达图4的位置,此时在图1底座300的状态显示位置301处显示绿色。如果只锁定一个isofix连接件101,其中有一个滑块104在图3位置,第一复位件105的扭力小于单个第一弹性件103的压力,因此第一状态显示件102的位置还是如图3所示,此时在图1底座300的状态显示位置301处第一状态显示件102显示为红色。
更进一步地,本发明儿童座椅的底座300上还设置一种提篮与底座扣合显示装置200,用于显示儿童座椅的提篮和底座300之间的组装情况:是扣合组装好的状态还是未扣合组装好的状态,从而在儿童座椅的组装过程中给予组装人员相应的提示,确保组装安全。
具体地,结合图6~图8所示,本发明所揭示的一种提篮与底座扣合显示装置200,包括:第二状态显示件201、第二弹性件202、第一调整机构和第二调整机构,第二状态显示件201设置在儿童座椅的底座300上,如图1设置在底座300靠近其首部的上端面的中间部位处。第二弹性件202、第一调整机构和第二调整机构均设置于底座300内,三者配合对第二状态显示件201的显示进行切换控制。当底座300和提篮(图未示)为扣合或自由状态,第二状态显示件201则显示出相应的颜色,来标识底座300和提篮之间的状态,如一般用红色来显示自由状态,绿色来显示已扣合状态。
第二弹性件202与第二状态显示件201相抵接,如图6所示,第二弹性件202大致或直接设置在第二状态显示件201一侧的中部位置处,其一端可进行固定也可不固定,另一端与第二状态显示件201相抵接。
第一调整机构和第二调整机构均与第二状态显示件201相连。第一调整机构和第二调整机构在底座300上一前一后设置,即第一调整 机构靠近第二状态显示件201,第二调整机构则设置在第一调整机构的下游位置。
如图6所示,本发明实施例中,第一调整机构设置为相对称的两组,两组以底座300的横轴为对称轴;第二调整机构同样对应设置为相对称的两组,两组也以底座300的横轴为对称轴。
两组第一调整机构的结构相同,具体地,结合图6~图8所示,第一调整机构包括第三连接件203、滑动件204和第三弹性件205,第三连接件203一端固定连接第二状态显示件201,另一端与滑动件204相固定连接,第三弹性件205固定套装在第三连接件203连接滑动件204的那一端,且与滑动件204相抵接。设置两组第一调整机构即有两根第三连接件203连接第二状态显示件201,且两组第一调整机构可共用一个滑动件204。本发明实施例中,第二弹性件202和第三弹性件205均采用压簧。
两组第二调整机构的结构也相同,具体地,结合图6~图8所示,第二调整机构包括第四连接件206、转动件207和第二复位件208,第四连接件206一端连接第二状态显示件201,另一端连接转动件207。第二复位件208安装在转动件207上.具体地,转动件207通过一转轴安装,即转动件207可沿转轴进行转动;第二复位件208与转动件207同轴设置。本实施例中第二复位件208采用扭簧。设置两组第二调整机构即有两根第四连接件206连接第二状态显示件201,且两组第一调整机构可共用一个滑动件204。本实施例中,第三连接件203和第四连接件206优选采用钢丝绳,这样,便有四根钢丝绳连接第二状态显示件201。
优选地,本发明中第二弹性件202的弹力大于第三弹性件205的弹力和第二复位件208的扭力之和。
本发明的一种提篮与底座扣合显示装置200的具体工作原理为:
当底座300处于自由状态(即未组装上提篮)时如图7所示,滑动件204在第三弹性件205的作用下处于第一位置A,拉紧第三连接件203;转动件207在第二复位件208的作用下处于第三位置C,拉紧第四连接件206,此时第二状态显示件201被四跟钢丝绳(如图6)拉紧克服第二弹性件202的力,位于图7所示位置,这时图1中底座的状态显示位置302显示为红色。即当滑动件204和转动件207同时分别位于第一位置A和第三位置C,第二状态显示件201显示为红色,即底座300上未扣合组装提篮的状态。
当提篮扣合到底座300上时,提篮上的前锁勾401把滑动件204顶到图8位置,定义为第二位置B,即前锁勾401把滑动件204向靠近第二状态显示件201的方向顶出,顶到第二位置B处;提篮上的后锁勾402把转动件207顶到图8位置,定义为第四位置D,当图6中滑动件204的两侧同时被顶到第二位置B处时,且同时转动件207的两侧同时被顶到第四位置D处时,此时四根钢丝绳松弛,此时第二弹性件202将第二状态显示件201顶到图8所示位置,此时图1的状态显示位置302显示为绿色。即当滑动件204和转动件207同时分别位于第二位置B和第四位置D时,第二状态显示件201显示为绿色,即底座300上扣合组装上了提篮的状态。
如果滑动件204到达不到第二位置B,或者转动件207到达不到第四位置D时,即当滑动件204和转动件207中至少有一个未与提篮上的锁勾相扣合上时,第二状态显示件201均显示为红色。因为第三弹性件205和第二复位件208的力比第二弹性件202的大,第二弹性件202无法将第二状态显示件201顶到图8所示位置。
本发明的技术内容及技术特征已揭示如上,然而熟悉本领域的技术人员仍可能基于本发明的教示及揭示而作种种不背离本发明精神的替换及修饰,因此,本发明保护范围应不限于实施例所揭示的内容,而 应包括各种不背离本发明的替换及修饰,并为本专利申请权利要求所涵盖。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种ISOFIX系统的状态显示装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括isofix连接件、第一状态显示件和显示件操控机构,所述第一状态显示件在所述isofix连接件为自由状态时,在显示件操控机构的操控下调整显示为对应的第一状态;所述第一状态显示件在所述isofix连接件为锁定状态时,在显示件操控机构的操控下调整显示为对应的第二状态。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的ISOFIX系统的状态显示装置,其特征在于,所述第一状态显示件连接两组显示件操控机构,一组显示件操控机构连接一个isofix连接件。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的ISOFIX系统的状态显示装置,其特征在于,所述isofix连接件均为自由状态时,所述第一状态显示件显示为第一状态;所述isofix连接件均为锁定状态时,所述第一状态显示件显示为第二状态;一个所述isofix连接件之间为自由状态,另一个所述isofix连接件之间为锁定状态时,所述第一状态显示件显示为第一状态。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的ISOFIX系统的状态显示装置,其特征在于,所述显示件操控机构包括连接件、第一弹性件、滑块和第一复位件,所述连接件一端与isofix连接件连接,另一端与滑块连接;所述第一弹性件套接固定在连接件接滑块的一端,且与滑块相抵接,所述滑块靠近第一状态显示件设置,所述第一复位件安装在第一状态显示件上,所述isofix连接件为自由状态时,所述第一弹性件将滑块往靠近第一状态显示件方向推动,所述第一状态显示件在滑块的推动下显示为第一状态;所述isofix连接件为锁定状态时,所述滑块在连接件的拉动下往远离第一状态显示件方向移动,所述第一状态显示件在第一复位件的作用下显示为第二状态。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的ISOFIX系统的状态显示装置,其特征 在于,所述连接件包括第一连接件和第二连接件,所述第一连接件一端与isofix连接件连接,另一端与第二连接件连接,第二连接件另一端与滑块连接。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的ISOFIX系统的状态显示装置,其特征在于,所述第一弹性件的弹力大于所述第一复位件的扭力。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的ISOFIX系统的状态显示装置,其特征在于,所述连接件与isofix连接件相扣合。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的ISOFIX系统的状态显示装置,其特征在于,所述第一状态显示件在isofix连接件为锁定状态时,显示为绿色;所述第一状态显示件在isofix连接件为自由状态时,显示为红色。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的ISOFIX系统的状态显示装置,其特征在于,所述第二连接件为钢丝绳。
  10. 根据权利要求5所述的ISOFIX系统的状态显示装置,其特征在于,所述第一弹性件为压簧,所述第一复位件为扭簧。
