背景技术
干衣机在烘干衣物的过程中会产生很多毛屑,为防止干衣机在衣物烘干过程中产生的毛屑进入干衣机的其他结构内而影响到干衣机的使用性能,现有的干衣机一般会设置过滤装置,以对毛屑进行过滤。
现有的过滤装置一般需要人工定期对过滤网上的毛屑进行清理,或者设置在干衣机上设置对滤网进行清理的清理部件,但是人工清理毛屑费时费力,而采用干衣机上的清理部件以机械接触的方式清理毛屑存在以下缺陷:
1、滤网上的毛屑会从滤网上转移至清理部件上,而且会越积越多,时间长了会滋生细菌;
2、由于滤网上布有非常多的小孔,清理部件只能清理掉滤网表面的毛屑,而不能很好地清理滤网小孔内的毛屑,清理不彻底;
3、毛屑只是通过清理部件清理到另一个腔室内,最终还是需要人为地清理。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中过滤毛屑等杂质的过滤装置清理费时费力以及清理不彻底的问题。

本发明提供的滤网组件,可以安装在干衣机、洗烘一体机、空调、净化器等需要过滤毛屑或其它杂质的设备中,如图1-3(尤其如图2所示),该滤网组件安装在干衣机的底座4的风道43中,气流从底座4上的进风口 进入到风道43中,风道43中的风可以吹到环状的滤网主体的外表面上,从而拦截吹干衣服的气流中的毛屑,然后气流经过环状的滤网主体的内部并从开口216流出。在需要清理滤网部件2上的毛屑时,可以启动电机1,电机1带动滤网部件2旋转,滤网部件2上的毛屑等杂质可以在离心力的作用下从滤网上脱落。优选地,可以向滤网部件2上喷水,以润湿毛屑等,从而可以更有利于毛屑在离心力的作用下脱落,且避免扬起灰尘。
采用本发明提供的滤网组件,不仅可以有效过滤气流中的毛屑等杂质,而且在清理毛屑时具有以下优势:采用离心力的方式来清理毛屑,无需额外的与滤网接触的清理部件,从而可以避免将毛屑转移至额外的清理部件;启动电机即可实现自动清理,无需人工参与清理;该清理方式不仅可以清理滤网表面的毛屑,而且可以清理滤网的网孔内的毛屑,清理较为彻底。
在本发明的一个具体实施方式中,滤网部件2还包括在环状的滤网主体的一端设置的端盖214,电机1的转轴与所述端盖214连接,其中端盖214的中心部位沿轴向向内凹陷形成凹陷部215,所述电机1至少部分位于所述凹陷部215内。这样可使得结构紧凑。
具体的,环状滤网2包括框架21以及在框架21上设置的滤网22,框架21的具体结构如图4所示,框架21包括一端设置的第一环状体211、另一端设置的第二环状体212以及连接在第一环状体211和第二环状体212之间的连接筋213,在第一环状体211和第二环状体212之间沿周向布置有具有多个孔的用于过滤毛屑的滤网22,由此形成环状的滤网主体,该框架21还包括与第一环状主体211一体成型的端盖214。端盖214向内凹陷形成大致锥台形的凹陷部215,在凹陷部215的底部设置围绕电机1的转轴设置的轴套217(如图2),该轴套217与电机1的转轴固定,从而电机1可以驱动滤网部件2旋转。
为润湿滤网上的毛屑,优选地,所述滤网组件还包括用于向所述滤网主体的外周表面喷水的喷水部件3。喷水部件3可包括多个喷嘴31,如图3 所示,在干衣机中,喷水部件31可以直接形成在干衣机的底座4上。当然,也可设置单独的喷水部件31。
根据本发明的另一方面,还提供一种底座总成,如图1-3所示,该底座总成包括底座4及如上所述的滤网组件,其中,所述底座4形成有风流过的风道43,所述电机1固定在所述底座4上,所述滤网部件2的滤网主体位于所述风道43内并使得所述风道43内的风能够吹向所述滤网主体的外周表面,从而过滤气流中的毛屑。
优选地,底座4包括用于防止从滤网主体脱落的毛屑再回流到底座4的进风口处的挡板45,如图7所示,该挡板45从底座4的位于滤网主体外周表面上方一侧的侧壁延伸,并朝向滤网主体的外周表面弯折形成。在离心力的作用下脱落的毛屑可以在该挡板45的作用下向下流动,而不会向进风口的方向流动。
优选地,所述风道43的底部形成有排水腔,所述排水腔连通有用于排水的排水孔。优选地,该排水腔为底座4上设置的用于收集冷凝水的冷凝水腔。在毛屑通过离心力的作用脱离后落到该排水腔中,可以随冷凝水从排水孔中排走,不需要人工进一步清理。
另外,底座4上还可设置用于向滤网部件2喷射水的喷水部件3,并设置向喷水部件3供水的水泵。其中,在本实施方式中,如图3所示,该喷水部件3直接形成在底座4上(即在底座4的结构上开设作为喷嘴31的孔从而形成喷水部件3),并在底座4上设置水泵安装部44,在该水泵安装部44可以安装水泵以向喷水部件3供水。当然也可以单独设置喷水的喷水部件3,并将其固定在底座2上。喷水部件3喷射的水带着毛屑落于排水腔中,从排水腔中排走。
另外,为了使得排水腔的水尽快排出,可以设置水泵,通过水泵将水从排水腔的排水孔抽出。
进一步的,所述滤网组件在底座4上的安装如图2、图5和图6所示, 底座4包括相对设置的第一板体41和具有排气孔421的第二板体42,所述第一板体41和所述第二板体42之间的空间形成所述风道43,所述滤网组件的电机1固定在第一板体41上,滤网部件2的滤网主体具有开口216的一端与第二板体42贴合且开口216对准所述排气孔421。
更具体的,如图5所示,第一板体41可以从底座4上拆卸,第一板体41上设置有安装孔411,电机411安装在该安装孔411中,且电机1部分地位于滤网部件2的端盖214的凹陷部215内。在第一板体41上固定有覆盖该安装孔411的电机端盖11,该电机端盖11与电机1固定连接,从而实现电机在第一板体41上的固定,另外设置电机端盖11有助于保护电机1及优化外观。
由于滤网部件2的滤网主体的一端设置端盖214,另一端贴合于第二板体42上,因此,风道43中气流不会从两端进入到滤网主体中,而只能从滤网主体上的网孔进入,这样可以避免毛屑进入到滤网主体内部。
所述滤网主体贴合于第二板体42的一端在旋转过程中会与第二板体42之间产生摩擦,为避免磨损,优选地,所述滤网主体的具有所述开口216的一端设置有围绕所述开口216的第一耐磨片5,所述第二板体42上设置有与所述第一耐磨片5配合摩擦的第二耐磨片6。在滤网部件2旋转过程中,第一耐磨片5与第二耐磨片6相互摩擦。
更优选地,所述第二板体42与所述第二耐磨片6之间设置有弹性垫片7。在滤网主体的端部抵顶在第二板体42上时,弹性垫片7可以使得第二耐磨片面6始终保持与第一耐磨片5的接触,从而更好地实现该第一耐磨片5和第二耐磨片6之间的密封,避免两者之间出现毛屑能够进入的间隙。
该底座总成在应用于干衣机中时(也可用于其它电器设备中,在此以干衣机为例),干衣机在干衣工作过程中产生的气流经过滤网部件2,滤网部件2可以过滤气流中的毛屑等杂质。在干衣结束后,如果需要清理滤网部件2,可启动电机1,电机1带动滤网部件2旋转,同时可通过喷水部件 3向滤网部件2的滤网喷水,毛屑在离心力的作用下脱落,落于排水腔中,并随排水腔中的水直接排走,无需人工清理。
根据本发明的再一方面,还提供一种干衣机,所述干衣机包括如上所述的底座总成。
根据本发明的又一方面,还提供一种洗烘一体机,所述洗烘一体机包括如上所述的底座总成。其中,所述洗烘一体机是具备洗的功能和烘干的功能的电器设备。
以上结合附图详细描述了本发明的优选实施方式,但是,本发明并不限于此。在本发明的技术构思范围内,可以对本发明的技术方案进行多种简单变型,包括各个具体技术特征以任何合适的方式进行组合。为了避免不必要的重复,本发明对各种可能的组合方式不再另行说明。但这些简单变型和组合同样应当视为本发明所公开的内容,均属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种滤网组件,其特征在于,所述滤网组件包括电机(1)及滤网部件(2),所述滤网部件(2)包括环状的具有多个网孔的滤网主体,所述滤网主体的一端与所述电机(1)的转轴连接,另一端设置有开口(216)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的滤网组件,其特征在于,所述滤网部件(2)还包括在所述滤网主体的一端设置的端盖(214),所述电机(1)与所述端盖(214)连接;其中所述端盖(214)的中心部位沿轴向向内凹陷形成凹陷部(215),所述电机(1)至少部分位于所述凹陷部(215)内。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的滤网组件,其特征在于,所述滤网组件还包括用于向所述滤网主体喷水的喷水部件(3)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的滤网组件,其特征在于,所述喷水部件(3)位于所述滤网主体的内部以从内部向所述滤网主体的内周表面喷水或者位于所述滤网主体的外部以向所述滤网主体的外周表面喷水。
  5. 一种底座总成,其特征在于,所述底座总成包括底座(4)及根据权利要求1-4中任意一项所述的滤网组件,其中,所述底座(4)形成有用于风流过的风道(43),所述电机(1)固定在所述底座(4)上,且所述滤网部件(2)的所述滤网主体位于所述风道(43)内,并使得所述风道(43)内的风能够吹向所述滤网主体的外周表面。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的底座总成,其特征在于,所述风道(43)的底部形成有排水腔,所述排水腔连通有用于排水的排水孔。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的底座总成,其特征在于,所述底座总成还包括用于将所述排水腔内的水从所述排水孔内抽出的水泵。
  8. 根据权利要求5-7中任意一项所述的底座总成,其特征在于,所述底座(4)包括相对设置的第一板体(41)和具有排气孔(421)的第二板体(42),所述第一板体(41)和所述第二板体(42)之间的空间形成所述风道(43),所述滤网组件的所述电机(1)固定在所述第一板体(41)上,所述滤网部件(2)的具有所述开口(216)的一端与所述第二板体(42)贴合且所述开口(216)对准所述排气孔(421)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的底座总成,其特征在于,所述滤网部件(2)的具有所述开口(216)的一端设置有围绕所述开口(216)的第一耐磨片(5),所述第二板体(42)上设置有与所述第一耐磨片(5)配合摩擦的第二耐磨片(6)。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的底座总成,其特征在于,所述第二板体(42)与所述第二耐磨片(6)之间设置有弹性垫片(7)。
  11. 根据权利要求5-7中任意一项所述的底座总成,其特征在于,所述底座(4)包括用于阻挡从所述滤网主体脱落的毛屑向所述底座的进风口的方向流动的挡板。
  12. 一种干衣机,其特征在于,所述干衣机包括根据权利要求5-11中任意一项所述的底座总成。
  13. 一种洗烘一体机,其特征在于,所述洗烘一体机包括根据权利要 求5-11中任意一项所述的底座总成。
