可插管的包装袋 技术领域
本发明涉及一种包装袋,更具体地说涉及一种可插管的包装袋。
背景技术
随着社会的发展和进步,方便适用的食用外包装越来越先进和多样化,其中涉及液态食品(如牛奶、饮料等)的包装袋等,因为购买时所占体积小,分量轻,携带方便并相对价格较低等优点,备受大家喜欢。
但是人们在使用中发现,这些包装袋尚存在以下几个不甚方便的地方:由于包装袋不带管嘴,因此需要撕开一个开口,但是撕口不易,通常需要用刀子或者剪子开口,但是外出时难以获取小刀或剪刀,尤其是对于牛奶或者其他的饮品在室外条件下食用时,因没有刀剪就更加感觉开启困难,采用吸管也难以穿过包装袋侧壁。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种可插管的包装袋,这种可插管的包装袋能够让吸管方便快捷地插入包装袋,以便人们吸出包装袋内的液态食品。采用的技术方案如下:
一种可插管的包装袋,包括袋体,所述袋体包括可插管侧壁,其特征在于:所述包装袋还包括密封薄膜片,可插管侧壁开有插管孔,密封薄膜片外表面通过环形热合边连接可插管侧壁内表面,并且环形热合边围绕在插管孔外侧,使得密封薄膜片将插管孔密封。环形热合边是热封头对密封薄膜片局部加热使其(密封薄膜片局部)融化并与可插管侧壁内表面压合而成。在存储和运输过程中,密封薄膜片能够有效地将空气、灰尘、细菌等阻隔在外,有效地保护袋体内液态食品,当人们需要饮用保护袋体内液态食品时,将密封薄膜片破开一个孔(通常用底端为尖角的吸管即可破开密封薄膜片),就可以将吸管插入袋体,让人们吸出液态食品。
较优的方案,所述插管孔位于袋体上部。这样设计,便于人们使用。
更优的方案,处于环形热合边内侧并且位于所述插管孔下方的可插管侧壁形成导管定位片。这样,人们将导管插到位于插管孔内的密封薄膜片上的时候,导管定位片能够对导管提供支撑,让导管更好地对准插管孔,避免导管向下滑动、偏离插管孔,导致插管失败。
更优的方案,所述插管孔呈上半圆状,所述环形热合边呈下半圆状,所述插管孔、环形热合边合成一个圆。
较优的方案,所述密封薄膜片外表面设有一个镀金属层,所述镀金属层位于环形热合边内侧并且完全覆盖插管孔。这样能够更好地将光线阻隔,保护袋体内的液态食品中的成分。
更优的方案,所述镀金属层为镀铝层。
较优的方案,所述袋体还包括背侧壁和底壁,背侧壁、底壁、可插管侧壁三者组成袋体,袋体具有可存放液体的内腔。袋体也可以采用其它能存放液体的结构。
较优的方案,所述可插管侧壁与密封薄膜片采用同一材料。这样能够让可插管侧壁与密封薄膜片更好地热封合、形成环形热合边。
本发明对照现有技术的有益效果是,由于对袋体的结构进行了改进,设置了插管孔和密封薄膜片,因此在存储和运输过程中,密封薄膜片能够有效地将空气、灰尘、细菌等阻隔在外,有效地保护袋体内液态食品,当人们需要饮用保护袋体内液态食品时,将密封薄膜片破开一个孔,就可以将吸管插入袋体,让人们吸出液态食品,而且吸管能够方便快捷地插入包装袋,使用非常方便。

具体实施方式
实施例1
如图1-3所示,本实施例中的可插管的包装袋,包括袋体1,所述袋体1包括可插管侧壁101,所述包装袋还包括密封薄膜片5,可插管侧壁101开有插管孔2,密封薄膜片5外表面通过环形热合边6连接可插管侧壁101内表面,并且环形热合边6围绕在插管孔2外侧,使得密封薄膜片5将插管孔2密封。环形热合边6是热封头对密封薄膜片5局部加热使其(密封薄膜片5局部)融化并与可插管侧壁101内表面压合而成。在存储和运输过程中,密封薄膜片5能够有效地将空气、灰尘、细菌等阻隔在外,有效地保护袋体1内液态食品,当人们需要饮用保护袋体1内液态食品时,将密封薄膜片5破开一个孔(通常用底端为尖角的吸管即可破开密封薄膜片5),就可以将吸管插入袋体1,让人们吸出液态食品。
所述插管孔2位于袋体1上部。这样设计,便于人们使用。
处于环形热合边6内侧并且位于所述插管孔2下方的可插管侧壁101形成导管定位片3。这样,人们将导管插到位于插管孔2内的密封薄膜片5上的时候,导管定位片3能够对导管提供支撑,让导管更好地对准插管孔2,避免导管向下滑动、偏离插管孔2,导致插管失败。
所述插管孔2呈上半圆状,所述环形热合边6呈下半圆状,所述插管孔2、环形热合边6合成一个圆。
所述可插管侧壁101与密封薄膜片5采用同一材料。这样能够让可插管侧壁101与密封薄膜片5更好地热封合、形成环形热合边6。
所述袋体1还包括背侧壁102和底壁103,背侧壁102、底壁103、可插管侧壁101三者组成袋体1,袋体1具有可存放液体的内腔。
如图4所示,使用时将用底端为尖角的吸管4向插管孔2插去,当吸管底端被导管定位片3挡住后,再调整吸管4,将其底端尖角对准插管孔2,刺破密封薄膜片5,插入袋体1内,并使得吸管4插入袋体1内的液态食品中,就可以用嘴吸食液态食品了。
实施例2
本实施例与实施例1的区别在于:
所述密封薄膜片5外表面设有一个镀金属层,所述镀金属层位于环形热合 边6内侧并且完全覆盖插管孔2。这样能够更好地将光线阻隔,保护袋体1内的液态食品中的成分。由于某些成分,如维生素,见光易分解,因此设置镀金属层能够更好地阻止光线通过较薄的密封薄膜片5,照射到液态食品上。
所述镀金属层为镀铝层。

  1. 一种可插管的包装袋,包括袋体,所述袋体包括可插管侧壁,其特征在于:所述包装袋还包括密封薄膜片,可插管侧壁开有插管孔,密封薄膜片外表面通过环形热合边连接可插管侧壁内表面,并且环形热合边围绕在插管孔外侧,使得密封薄膜片将插管孔密封。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的可插管的包装袋,其特征在于:所述插管孔位于袋体上部。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的可插管的包装袋,其特征在于:处于环形热合边内侧并且位于所述插管孔下方的可插管侧壁形成导管定位片。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的可插管的包装袋,其特征在于:所述插管孔呈上半圆状,所述环形热合边呈下半圆状,所述插管孔、环形热合边合成一个圆。
  5. 如权利要求1-4中任意一项所述的可插管的包装袋,其特征在于:所述密封薄膜片外表面设有一个镀金属层,所述镀金属层位于环形热合边内侧并且完全覆盖插管孔。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的可插管的包装袋,其特征在于:所述镀金属层为镀铝层。
  7. 如权利要求1-4中任意一项所述的可插管的包装袋,其特征在于:所述袋体还包括背侧壁和底壁,背侧壁、底壁、可插管侧壁三者组成袋体,袋体具有可存放液体的内腔。
  8. 如权利要求1-4中任意一项所述的可插管的包装袋,其特征在于:所述可插管侧壁与密封薄膜片采用同一材料。
