3.1.3 載置用アイテムの構成 薬剤撮影装置900には、薬剤を置くための載置用アイテムとして図15に示すようなトレイ400が使用される。トレイ400は、四角形平板状の本体420に孔421が形成され、この孔421に透明の筒422が嵌め込まれた構成となっている。この筒422内には、図16に示すようなシャーレ410が設置される。

定の文字、記号または図の表記がされたテンプレートを、薬剤撮影装置の載置部にセットし、低い倍率で、このテンプレートを撮影する。そして、撮影画像においてテンプレートの表記が最も鮮明となるように、カメラの焦点を粗調整する。これが完了したら、倍率を上げて同様の操作を行い、焦点の微調整を行う。
Claims (14)
- 処方箋情報に基づいて薬剤を充填する薬剤充填装置であって、本体と、前記本体に少なくとも一つ設置された、薬剤払い出しカセットと、薬剤の種類を検出する薬剤鑑別手段と、を有し、前記薬剤払い出しカセットには、開閉可能な蓋と、前記蓋の施錠を行うロック機構と、があり、前記薬剤鑑別手段が検出した薬剤の種類と、前記薬剤払い出しカセットに収容される薬剤の種類とが、一致する場合に、前記ロック機構は解除される、ことを特徴とする薬剤充填装置。
- 前記薬剤鑑別手段は、前記薬剤払い出しカセット、あるいは、前記蓋のいずれかに設けられたカセット情報と、前記薬剤に設けられた薬剤情報を読み取る薬剤情報取得部と、前記薬剤情報取得部と接続される情報処理部をさらに有し、前記情報処理部は薬剤情報取得部が取得した薬剤の情報に基づいて、薬剤の種類を鑑別する、ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の薬剤充填装置。
- 前記薬剤情報取得部は、鑑別対象の薬剤の情報が表示された画像を取得する撮影装置と、鑑別対象の薬剤の情報が表示されたコードを読み込める第一読込装置と鑑別対象の薬剤情報を示す信号を読み込める第二読込装置との少なくとも一つを備える、ことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の薬剤充填装置。
- 前記鑑別対象の薬剤が表示された画像は該薬剤の刻印または印刷の画像であり、前記鑑別対象の薬剤が表示されたコードは該薬剤の薬剤情報を表すバーコード、2次元コードまたは3次元コードのいずれか一つである、ことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の薬剤充填装置。
- 前記ロック機構は、さらにロックを解除させるトリガーを備え、前記トリガーは、前記ロック機構を解除した後、前記ロック機構をさらにロックの状態に戻すことができる、ことを特徴とする、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の薬剤充填装置。
- 前記トリガーは、前記カセットが薬剤充填装置から取り除くことと共に、トリガーをロックの解除させる状態から元の状態に戻させることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の薬剤充填装置。
- 前記トリガーは、前記カセットが充填作業完了後、トリガーをロックの解除させる状態から元の状態に戻す指示を外部から受信する受信部と、を備えることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の薬剤充填装置。
- 前記トリガーは、さらにタイマ部を備え、前記タイマ部によって、前記ロック機構を解除してから所定時間が経過すると、トリガーをロックの解除させる状態から元の状態に戻させることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の薬剤充填装置。
- 前記薬剤充填装置は、所定の薬剤情報を予め格納し、前記薬剤鑑別手段が検出した薬剤の情報を、さらに記憶することが可能な記憶部をさらに有し、当該記憶部は、当該薬剤の画像、正しい可能性の度合いを示す数値あるいは順位、および前記薬剤の刻印あるいは印刷コードを記憶する、ことを特徴とする、請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の薬剤充填装置。
- 前記薬剤充填装置は、格納された薬剤の情報に基づいて、テンプレート画像データを作成し、薬剤の刻印および/または印刷の画像データと前記テンプレート画像データとが合致している度合いの指標となるスコアを算出するパターンマッチングを行うことにより、薬剤の鑑別を行う、制御部をさらに有する、ことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の薬剤充填装置。
- 前記薬剤充填装置は、ディスプレイをさらに有し、当該ディスプレイは、前記薬剤鑑別手段が検出した薬剤の情報と、記憶部に格納された薬剤の情報とを比較した結果を表示する、ことを特徴とする、請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載の薬剤充填装置。
- 前記薬剤充填装置は、前記薬剤鑑別手段が検出した薬剤の種類と、前記薬剤払い出しカセットに収容される薬剤の種類とが、一致しない場合に作業者に対して警告をする、警告部をさらに有する、ことを特徴とする、請求項1~11のいずれか1項に記載の薬剤充填装置。
- 処方箋情報に基づいて薬剤の回収を行う薬剤回収方法であって、鑑別対象となる薬剤の種類を示す薬剤情報を取得する工程と、前記薬剤情報と薬剤払い出しカセットに収容される薬剤の種類を示すカセット情報と、を比較する工程と、前記薬剤情報と前記カセット情報とが一致するか、を判定する工程と、前記薬剤情報と前記カセット情報とが一致する場合に、前記薬剤払い出しカセットに設けられたロック機構を解除する工程と、を有することを特徴とする薬剤回収方法。
- 誤った薬剤が薬剤保持手段に充填されることを防止する薬剤充填支援装置であって、当該薬剤充填装置は、本体と、前記本体に少なくとも一つ格納された薬剤保持手段と、前記薬剤保持手段に取り付けられた開閉部と、前記開閉部の施錠を行うロック機構と、前記薬剤の種類を鑑別する鑑別手段と、を有し、当該鑑別手段が鑑別した薬剤の種類と、前記薬剤保持手段に収容される薬剤の種類とが一致する場合に、前記ロック機構は解除される、ことを特徴とする薬剤充填装置。
