Abstract

一种车辆停放锁止装置,包括:底座、直线导轨、滑移支架、滑移支架驱动机构、限位装置、锁止块Ⅰ及锁止块Ⅱ。底座可以固定在小区或商业区停车位的地面上,之后将二轮车的前轮推入限位装置内,限位装置限制前轮左右摆动,防止车辆歪道,之后滑移支架驱动机构驱动滑移支架沿直线导轨的导向下水平移动,使锁止块Ⅰ向锁止块Ⅱ的方向靠拢,直至锁止块Ⅰ与锁止块Ⅱ卡固于限位装置中的车轮轮圈的上端,由于锁止块Ⅰ与锁止块Ⅱ之间的间距此时小于车轮轮圈的宽度,因此车轮实现了锁止,有效防盗。可以将多个本实用新型的车辆停放锁止装置按一定间隔间距一字排开放置,从而使停车车辆达到整齐划一的目的,便于物业对停放车辆的管理。

Description

车辆停放锁止装置 技术领域
本实用新型涉及地锁技术领域,具体涉及一种用于两轮车辆停放的锁止装置。
背景技术
在交通拥堵的城市中,两轮车(包括自行车、电动自行车及摩托车)是非常快捷、高效的交通工具。但是两轮车辆的增多也给住宅小区或商业地区的停车管理带来了烦恼。存在大量车辆无秩序乱停乱放,车辆容易被盗的现象。
发明内容
本实用新型为了克服以上技术的不足,提供了一种便于物业管理停放车辆、操作简单、安全可靠的车辆停放锁止装置。
本实用新型克服其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种车辆停放锁止装置,包括:
底座,其前后两侧分别水平设置有直线导轨;
滑移支架,呈π字形结构,其前后两侧下端分别于对应侧的直线导轨上的导轨滑块相连接;滑移支架驱动机构,安装于底座上,用于驱动滑移支架沿直线导轨的导向下左右滑动;
限位装置,安装于底座上,当车轮进入限位装置后,限位装置限制车轮的左右方向转动;以及
安装于滑移支架上的锁止块Ⅰ及安装于底座上的与锁止块Ⅰ相对设置的锁止块Ⅱ,滑移支架驱动机构驱动滑移支架向锁止块Ⅱ方向移动直至锁止块Ⅰ与锁止块Ⅱ之间的开口间隙小于车轮轮圈的宽度,锁止块Ⅰ、锁止块Ⅱ与限位装置形成锁止车轮轮圈的封闭区域。
进一步的,上述滑移支架驱动机构包括两端通过轴承水平转动安装于底座上的丝杠以及安装于底座上的电机,所述丝杠的轴线与直线导轨的轴线相平行,电机的输出轴通过联轴器与丝杠同轴传动连接,所述丝杠上旋合有螺母副,所述螺母副与滑移支架相连接。
进一步的,限位装置包括竖直设置于底座上的两个立板,设置于两个立板前端的圆弧板Ⅰ及设置于两个立板后端的圆弧板Ⅱ,两个立板之间的间距大于车轮的宽度,所述圆弧板Ⅰ与圆弧板Ⅱ构成与车轮半径相配的圆弧槽,圆弧板Ⅰ与圆弧板Ⅱ之间水平设置有两根钢管。
进一步的,上述锁止块Ⅰ及锁止块Ⅱ采用尼龙材质制成。
本实用新型的有益效果是:底座可以固定在小区或商业区停车位的地面上,之后将 二轮车的前轮推入限位装置内,限位装置限制前轮左右摆动,防止车辆歪道,之后滑移支架驱动机构驱动滑移支架沿直线导轨的导向下水平移动,使锁止块Ⅰ向锁止块Ⅱ的方向靠拢,直至锁止块Ⅰ与锁止块Ⅱ卡固于限位装置中的车轮轮圈的上端,由于锁止块Ⅰ与锁止块Ⅱ之间的间距此时小于车轮轮圈的宽度,因此车轮实现了锁止,有效防盗。需要解锁时,滑移支架驱动机构驱动滑移支架反向移动即可。可以将多个本实用新型的车辆停放锁止装置按一定间隔间距一字排开放置,从而使停车车辆达到整齐划一的目的,便于物业对停放车辆的管理。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图1、附图2、附图3、附图4对本实用新型做进一步说明。
一种车辆停放锁止装置,包括:底座1,其前后两侧分别水平设置有直线导轨2;滑移支架3,呈π字形结构,其前后两侧下端分别于对应侧的直线导轨2上的导轨滑块4相连接;滑移支架驱动机构,安装于底座1上,用于驱动滑移支架3沿直线导轨2的导向下左右滑动;限位装置5,安装于底座1上,当车轮进入限位装置5后,限位装置限制车轮的左右方向转动;以及安装于滑移支架3上的锁止块Ⅰ 11及安装于底座1上的与锁止块Ⅰ 11相对设置的锁止块Ⅱ 12,滑移支架驱动机构驱动滑移支架3向锁止块Ⅱ 12方向移动直至锁止块Ⅰ 11与锁止块Ⅱ 12之间的开口间隙小于车轮轮圈13的宽度,锁止块Ⅰ 11、锁止块Ⅱ 12与限位装置5形成锁止车轮轮圈13的封闭区域。底座1可以固定在小区或商业区停车位的地面上,之后将二轮车的前轮推入限位装置5内,限位装置限制前轮左右摆动,防止车辆歪道,之后滑移支架驱动机构驱动滑移支架3沿直线导轨2的导向下水平移动,使锁止块Ⅰ 11向锁止块Ⅱ 12的方向靠拢,直至锁止块Ⅰ 11与锁止块Ⅱ 12卡固于限位装置5中的车轮轮圈13的上端,由于锁止块Ⅰ 11与锁止块Ⅱ 12之间的间距此时小于车轮轮圈13的宽度,因此车轮实现了锁止,有效防盗。需要解锁时,滑移支架驱动机构驱动滑移支架3反向移动即可。可以将多个本实用新型的车辆停放锁止装置按一定间隔间距一字排开放置,从而 使停车车辆达到整齐划一的目的,便于物业对停放车辆的管理。
滑移支架驱动机构可以为如下结构,其包括两端通过轴承9水平转动安装于底座1上的丝杠8以及安装于底座1上的电机6,丝杠8的轴线与直线导轨2的轴线相平行,电机6的输出轴通过联轴器7与丝杠8同轴传动连接,丝杠8上旋合有螺母副10,螺母副10与滑移支架3相连接。电机6转动通过联轴器7驱动丝杠8旋转,丝杠8转动时通过螺母副10使滑移支架3沿直线导轨2的导向下横移。
限位装置5可以为如下结构,其包括竖直设置于底座1上的两个立板,设置于两个立板前端的圆弧板Ⅰ 51及设置于两个立板后端的圆弧板Ⅱ 52,两个立板之间的间距大于车轮的宽度,所述圆弧板Ⅰ 51与圆弧板Ⅱ 52构成与车轮半径相配的圆弧槽,圆弧板Ⅰ 51与圆弧板Ⅱ 52之间水平设置有两根钢管53。两个立板可以限制车辆左右摆动,可以使车辆停放后处于稳定状态,圆弧板Ⅰ 51与圆弧板Ⅱ 52构成的圆弧槽可以起到限定车辆前后位置的作用,同时圆弧形构造也方便车轮的进出。两根钢管53起到对车轮高度的定位作用,整体结构简单,方便易用。
优选的,上述锁止块Ⅰ 11及锁止块Ⅱ 12采用尼龙材质制成。尼龙材质具有坚固耐磨的特性,确保其使用寿命。

Claims (4)

  1. 一种车辆停放锁止装置,其特征在于,包括:
    底座(1),其前后两侧分别水平设置有直线导轨(2);
    滑移支架(3),呈π字形结构,其前后两侧下端分别于对应侧的直线导轨(2)上的导轨滑块(4)相连接;
    滑移支架驱动机构,安装于底座(1)上,用于驱动滑移支架(3)沿直线导轨(2)的导向下左右滑动;
    限位装置(5),安装于底座(1)上,当车轮进入限位装置(5)后,限位装置限制车轮的左右方向转动;以及
    安装于滑移支架(3)上的锁止块Ⅰ(11)及安装于底座(1)上的与锁止块Ⅰ(11)相对设置的锁止块Ⅱ(12),滑移支架驱动机构驱动滑移支架(3)向锁止块Ⅱ(12)方向移动直至锁止块Ⅰ(11)与锁止块Ⅱ(12)之间的开口间隙小于车轮轮圈(13)的宽度,锁止块Ⅰ(11)、锁止块Ⅱ(12)与限位装置(5)形成锁止车轮轮圈(13)的封闭区域。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的车辆停放锁止装置,其特征在于:所述滑移支架驱动机构包括两端通过轴承(9)水平转动安装于底座(1)上的丝杠(8)以及安装于底座(1)上的电机(6),所述丝杠(8)的轴线与直线导轨(2)的轴线相平行,电机(6)的输出轴通过联轴器(7)与丝杠(8)同轴传动连接,所述丝杠(8)上旋合有螺母副(10),所述螺母副(10)与滑移支架(3)相连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的车辆停放锁止装置,其特征在于:所述限位装置(5)包括竖直设置于底座(1)上的两个立板,设置于两个立板前端的圆弧板Ⅰ(51)及设置于两个立板后端的圆弧板Ⅱ(52),两个立板之间的间距大于车轮的宽度,所述圆弧板Ⅰ(51)与圆弧板Ⅱ(52)构成与车轮半径相配的圆弧槽,圆弧板Ⅰ(51)与圆弧板Ⅱ(52)之间水平设置有两根钢管(53)。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的车辆停放锁止装置,其特征在于:所述锁止块Ⅰ(11)及锁止块Ⅱ(12)采用尼龙材质制成。
