技术领域
本发明涉及物流运输器具,具体涉及容器。
背景技术
可折叠容器尤其是塑胶类可折叠容器,其核心特点是闲置时可折叠存放,大大减少了空箱仓储的空间,提高了回程运输的性价比,故而逐渐在代替市面上现有的一体箱、吨桶等。这些箱子一般的由底座和两对相对设置的侧板组成,侧板上可以设计有能够向外打开的小门,以方便使用者从容器中拿取货物或者向容器内放置货物。
这些小门一般的高度不超过侧板高度的一半,中型复合型散装容器(常规IBC的高度在500~1300mm之间)的小门高度通常被设计的不超过400mm,对于一些轻抛货的人工装卸是可以满足需求的。而一些体积较大、重量较重的货物,小尺寸的开门不在能提供装卸方面的便利。
现有的可折叠容器其侧板都是向内侧旋转后折叠的,其优势是在于箱体展开使用时具有更好的抵抗内部货物对侧板的冲击力,而抵抗外部冲击的能力则稍弱,并且在装卸货物的时候侧板不能够被移除或折叠。所以目前市场上需要一款能够便于大件、重型货物装卸的箱子。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种可折叠容器,其至少一个侧板能够向箱体内外侧翻转。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种可折叠容器,所述可折叠容器具有底 座和两对相对的侧板,所述侧板铰接于所述底座,其中,相邻的侧板能够通过咬合结构依次相互咬合并能够通过锁定机构依次相互锁定而形成箱体,以及至少一个侧板设置成在与相邻的侧板解锁后,能够相对于所述底座向箱体内侧翻转,同时也能够相对于所述底座向箱体外侧翻转。
一实施例中,所述咬合结构包括设置在一个侧板上的第一咬合结构和设置在相邻侧板上的第二咬合结构,其中所述第一咬合结构和所述第二咬合结构设置成能够相互咬合,并且所述第一咬合结构能够向箱体内侧运动而脱离与所述第二咬合结构的咬合,同时也能够向箱体外侧运动而脱离与所述第二咬合结构的咬合。
一实施例中,至少一个侧板的底部设置铰链销,所述底座的外缘设有相应的铰接部,其中所述铰链销置于所述铰接部中并能够相对于所述铰接部转动,以及所述铰接部设置成在设有所述铰链销的侧板与相邻的侧板脱离咬合后,设有所述铰链销的侧板能够从所述底座移除。
一实施例中,所述铰接部具有朝上开口的开放部和位于所述开放部两侧的朝上开口的铰链槽。
一实施例中,所述两对相对的侧板中的一对相对的侧板设置成在与相邻的侧板解锁后,只能够相对于所述底座向所述箱体内侧翻转。
一实施例中,所述两对相对的侧板中的一对相对的侧板设置成在与相邻的侧板解锁后,能够相对于所述底座向箱体内侧翻转,同时也能够相对于所述底座向箱体外侧翻转,另一对相对的侧板设置成在与相邻的侧板解锁后,只能够相对于所述底座向箱体内侧翻转。
一实施例中,所述两对相对的侧板中的至少一个侧板设置成在与相邻的侧板解锁后,能够脱离所述底座,所述两对相对的侧板中的其余侧板设置成在与相邻的侧板解锁后,仍然保持连接于所述底座。
一实施例中,所述锁定机构包括设置于一个侧板顶部的把手,联动杆和锁舌,以及设置于相邻侧板上的锁孔,其中所述把手连接于所述联动杆,所述联动杆与所述锁舌关联以驱动所述锁舌运动,从而所述锁舌进入或者退出所述锁孔。优选地,所述联动杆安装于所述侧板内。优选地,所述锁舌安装于所述侧板内。
一实施例中,所述锁定机构具有间隔安装在所述侧板内的多个锁舌,所述联动杆设有相互间隔开的多个驱动销,每个所述驱动销与相应的一个锁舌配合,以驱动所述锁舌运动。
一实施例中,所述锁舌上设有驱动槽,所述驱动销置于所述驱动槽中,其中所述驱动槽的形状设置成在所述联动杆上下运动时,所述驱动销与所述驱动槽配合而驱动所述锁舌作伸缩运动。
一实施例中,所述把手上设有转轴和驱动孔,所述侧板上设有把手安装孔,所述联动杆上设有挂销,其中,所述转轴可转动地安装于所述把手安装孔,所述挂销可动地连接于所述驱动孔。
一实施例中,所述把手进一步设有定位凸起,所述侧板上设有把手定位槽,所述定位凸起与所述把手定位槽配合,使得所述把手保持在指定角度。
一实施例中,所述把手还设置有挂槽,与设有把手的侧板相邻的侧板上设有挂台,所述挂槽和所述挂台相配合,使得当所述锁定机构处于锁定状态时,所述把手上的所述挂槽的内外壁贴合于所述挂台。

所述锁定机构包括设置于一个侧板顶部的把手,联动杆和锁舌,以及设置于相邻侧板上的锁孔,其中所述把手连接于所述联动杆,所述联动杆与所述锁舌关联以驱动所述锁舌运动,从而所述锁舌进入或者退出所述锁孔。

本申请的可折叠容器的至少一个侧板能够既能够向箱体内侧翻转,又能够向箱体外侧翻转,且翻转后侧板可移除,由此极大地便于获取箱体内的货物,尤其是大件,重型的货物。

本文的可折叠容器是一种相对大型的可折叠容器,例如IBC,其容量通常在300L以上。这种可折叠容器通常具有底座和两对相对的侧板。侧板铰接于底座,从而侧板能够相对于底座折叠。相邻的侧板能够通过咬合结构相互咬合。相邻的侧板同时能够通过锁定机构相互锁定而形成箱体。本申请中,至少一个侧板设置成在与相邻的侧板解锁后,能够相对于所述底座向箱体内侧翻转,同时也 能够相对于所述底座向箱体外侧翻转。较佳地,在该侧板翻转并与相邻的侧板脱离咬合之后,该侧板能够从底座移除。较佳地,两对相对的侧板中的一对侧板能够相对于所述底座向箱体内侧翻转,同时也能够相对于所述底座向箱体外侧翻转。
如图1-2所示,可折叠容器1具有底座2、一对相对的侧板3和5,以及另一对相对的侧板4和6。各侧板铰接于底座2,从而侧板能够相对于底座折叠。侧板3和5比侧板4和6短,故侧板3和5也称为短侧板,侧板4和6也称为长侧板。侧板6上设有小门7,小门7能够相对于侧板6打开或关闭,由此便于用户获取容器底部的物品。
相邻的侧板之间,例如侧板4和侧板5之间,侧板5和侧板6之间,能够通过咬合结构相互咬合。咬合结构能够限制一个侧板相对于另一个侧板向上的移位。相邻的侧板3、4、5、6同时能够通过锁定机构依次相互锁定而形成箱体。
本实施例中,侧板3和侧板5在与相邻的侧板解锁后,能够相对于底座2向箱体内侧翻转,如图2所示,同时也能够相对于底座2向箱体外侧翻转,如图3所示。应理解的是,也可以是仅侧板3或者侧板5能够同时相对于底座2向箱体内侧和箱体外侧翻转。或者,也可以是4个侧板同时能够相对于底座2向箱体内侧和箱体外侧翻转。但是较佳地的是,仅一个侧板或者一对相对的侧板同时能够相对于底座2向箱体内侧和箱体外侧翻转,其余侧板仅能够相对于底座2向箱体内侧翻转。
如图4-5所示,侧板5下方设有向下伸出的若干伸出部8。伸出部8的左右两侧设有铰链销9。底座2上对应侧板伸出部8设有开放部10,如图13所示。开放部10向上开口。开放部10两侧设有铰链槽11。铰链槽11朝上开口。由此,在侧板与相邻的侧板脱开咬合后,该侧板5可从底座移除。铰链销9和铰链槽11相配合,使得侧板5可以相对于箱体进行内外侧的翻转。本实施例中,侧板5和底座2之间的连接结构与侧板5和底座2之间的连接结构相同。侧板3和侧板5与底座之间的连接结构(即铰链结构)也可以采用其他合适的结构,只要在其脱离与相邻的侧板连接之后,能够从底座移除即可。侧板4和6与底座之间的连接结构可以采用任何合适的铰接结构。优选地,侧板4和6与底座之间的连接结构设置成该侧板与相邻的侧板解锁后,仍然保持连接于所述底座,即不能脱离底座。优选地,侧板4和6与底座之间的连接结构设置成该侧板与相 邻的侧板解锁后,侧板4和6只能相对于底座向箱体内折叠,即不能相对于箱体向外折叠。
锁定机构包括设置于一个侧板顶部的把手12,联动杆13和锁舌14,以及设置于相邻侧板上的锁孔31(如图11所示)。把手12连接于联动杆13。联动杆13安装于侧板5内并与锁舌14关联以驱动锁舌运动,从而锁舌14进入或者退出锁孔31,从而实现相邻侧板之间的锁定或者解锁。
如图5和6所示,侧板5的顶部,即安装把手的区域,设有把手安装孔15和把手定位槽16。侧板的内部还设有联杆槽17和不少于两个的锁舌槽18(本实施例中为3个)。
如图7所示,把手12是横截面为大致U形的构件。把手12的内侧设有转轴19和驱动孔20。转轴19位于把手的一端并可转动地安装于侧板上的把手安装孔15。驱动孔20与转轴19相距预定距离。驱动孔20为一长形孔。联动杆的挂销25安装于驱动孔20。把手12的另一端还设有挂槽21。挂槽21与相邻侧板的顶部上的挂台30(如图11所示)配合,使得当锁定机构处于锁定状态时,把手上的挂槽的内外壁贴合于挂台,使得把手也具有了限制侧板相对于箱体内外侧翻转的能力。
把手12的内侧设有定位凸起22。定位凸起22与把手定位槽16配合,使得把手12保持在指定角度。
联动杆13具有杆状主体23。杆状主体23上分布着从杆状主体23突出的相互间隔开的多个驱动销24。在杆状主体的头端还设有挂销25。挂销25挂在把手12的驱动孔20,从而把手12的运动可带动联动杆13运动。每个驱动销24与相应的一个锁舌14配合,以驱动锁舌运动。
如图9所示,锁舌14具有板状本体29。板状本体29上设有驱动槽26。驱动销24置于驱动槽26中。驱动槽26的形状设置成在联动杆13上下运动时,驱动销24与驱动槽26配合而驱动锁舌14作伸缩运动,使得锁舌伸出部能够进入或脱离相邻侧板上的锁孔,从而限制或脱离限制侧板相对于相邻侧板的内外侧移动。
咬合结构包括设置在一个侧板上的第一咬合结构27和设置在相邻侧板上的第二咬合结构28。第一咬合结构27和第二咬合结构设置成能够相互咬合,使得相邻的两个侧板连接在一起。在解锁后,第一咬合结构27能够向箱体内侧运动而脱离与第二咬合结构28的咬合,同时也能够向箱体外侧运动而脱离与第二咬合结构28的咬合。由此,侧板可相对于底座向箱体内侧翻转,同时也可相对于底座向箱体外 侧翻转。
上述第一咬合结构和第二咬合结构均为内外侧贯通的形式。这和传统的一侧(内侧或外侧)具有加强挡板的形式不同,这样的咬合形式允许短侧板相对于长侧板向内或向外翻转。咬合结构的形状为T形或燕尾形,其扣合面与竖直方向的夹角A优选的不超过15度。咬合结构相互配合限制了侧板之间的相对左右移动。
当需要解锁锁定机构时,向上转动把手一个角度B,使得联动杆向上提起并驱动锁舌向左移动,进而锁舌伸出部从长侧板锁槽脱离,使得短侧板能够相对于长侧板进行向内或向外翻转。优选的,这个角度B不大于30度。
本申请的可折叠容器的至少一个侧板,优选地是一对相对的侧板能同时向箱体内外侧翻转各大致90度,由此即便于折叠,又便于获取箱体内部的货物,尤其是重型货物。尤其是,在翻转后能够被拆卸,从而提供了一个大的通道,极大的方便了大件、重型货物的装卸。
以上已详细描述了本发明的较佳实施例,但应理解到,若需要,能修改实施例的方面来采用各种专利、申请和出版物的方面、特征和构思来提供另外的实施例。
考虑到上文的详细描述,能对实施例做出这些和其它变化。一般而言,在权利要求中,所用的术语不应被认为限制在说明书和权利要求中公开的具体实施例,而是应被理解为包括所有可能的实施例连同这些权利要求所享有的全部等同范围。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种可折叠容器,所述可折叠容器具有底座和两对相对的侧板,所述侧板铰接于所述底座,其中,相邻的侧板能够通过咬合结构依次相互咬合并能够通过锁定机构依次相互锁定而形成箱体,其特征在于,至少一个侧板设置成在与相邻的侧板解锁后,能够相对于所述底座向箱体内侧翻转,同时也能够相对于所述底座向箱体外侧翻转。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠容器,其特征在于,所述咬合结构包括设置在一个侧板上的第一咬合结构和设置在相邻侧板上的第二咬合结构,其中所述第一咬合结构和所述第二咬合结构设置成能够相互咬合,并且所述第一咬合结构能够向箱体内侧运动而脱离与所述第二咬合结构的咬合,同时也能够向箱体外侧运动而脱离与所述第二咬合结构的咬合。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠容器,其特征在于,至少一个侧板的底部设置铰链销,所述底座的外缘设有相应的铰接部,其中所述铰链销置于所述铰接部中并能够相对于所述铰接部转动,以及所述铰接部设置成在设有所述铰链销的侧板与相邻的侧板脱离咬合后,设有所述铰链销的侧板能够从所述底座移除。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的可折叠容器,其特征在于,所述铰接部具有朝上开口的开放部和位于所述开放部两侧的朝上开口的铰链槽。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠容器,其特征在于,所述两对相对的侧板中的一对相对的侧板设置成在与相邻的侧板解锁后,只能够相对于所述底座向所述箱体内侧翻转。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠容器,其特征在于,所述两对相对的侧板中的一对相对的侧板设置成在与相邻的侧板解锁后,能够相对于所述底座向箱体内侧翻转,同时也能够相对于所述底座向箱体外侧翻转,另一对相对的侧板设置成在与相邻的侧板解锁后,只能够相对于所述底座向箱体内侧翻转。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠容器,其特征在于,所述两对相对的侧板中的至少一个侧板设置成在与相邻的侧板解锁后,能够脱离所述底座,所述两对相对的侧板中的其余侧板设置成在与相邻的侧板解锁后,仍然保持连接于所述底座。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠容器,其特征在于,所述锁定机构包括设 置于一个侧板顶部的把手,联动杆和锁舌,以及设置于相邻侧板上的锁孔,其中所述把手连接于所述联动杆,所述联动杆与所述锁舌关联以驱动所述锁舌运动,从而所述锁舌进入或者退出所述锁孔。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的可折叠容器,其特征在于,所述锁定机构具有间隔安装在所述侧板内的多个所述锁舌,所述联动杆设有相互间隔开的多个驱动销,每个所述驱动销与相应的一个锁舌配合,以驱动所述锁舌运动。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的可折叠容器,其特征在于,所述锁舌上设有驱动槽,所述驱动销置于所述驱动槽中,其中所述驱动槽的形状设置成在所述联动杆上下运动时,所述驱动销与所述驱动槽配合而驱动所述锁舌作伸缩运动。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的可折叠容器,其特征在于,所述把手上设有转轴和驱动孔,所述侧板上设有把手安装孔,所述联动杆上设有挂销,其中,所述转轴可转动地安装于所述把手安装孔,所述挂销可动地连接于所述驱动孔。
  12. 根据权利要求8所述的可折叠容器,其特征在于,所述把手进一步设有定位凸起,所述侧板上设有把手定位槽,所述定位凸起与所述把手定位槽配合,使得所述把手保持在指定角度。
  13. 根据权利要求8所述的可折叠容器,其特征在于,所述把手还设置有挂槽,与设有把手的侧板相邻的侧板上设有挂台,所述挂槽和所述挂台相配合,使得当所述锁定机构处于锁定状态时,所述把手上的所述挂槽的内外壁贴合于所述挂台。
  14. 一种可折叠容器,所述可折叠容器具有底座和两对相对的侧板,所述侧板铰接于所述底座,其中,相邻的侧板能够通过咬合结构相互咬合并能够通过锁定机构相互锁定而形成箱体,其特征在于,
    所述咬合结构包括设置在一个侧板上的第一咬合结构和设置在相邻侧板上的第二咬合结构,其中所述第一咬合结构和所述第二咬合结构设置成能够相互咬合,并且所述第一咬合结构能够向箱体内侧运动而脱离与所述第二咬合结构的咬合,同时也能够向箱体外侧运动而脱离与所述第二咬合结构的咬合;
    至少一个侧板的底部设置铰链销,所述底座的外缘设有相应的铰接部,其中所述铰链销置于所述铰接部中并能够相对于所述铰接部转动,以及所述铰接部设置成在设有所述铰链销的侧板与相邻的侧板脱离咬合后,设有所述铰链销的侧板能够从所述底座移除;以及
    所述锁定机构包括设置于一个侧板顶部的把手,联动杆和锁舌,以及设置于相邻侧板上的锁孔,其中所述把手连接于所述联动杆,所述联动杆与所述锁舌关联以驱动所述锁舌运动,从而所述锁舌进入或者退出所述锁孔。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的可折叠容器,其特征在于,所述锁定机构具有间隔安装在所述侧板内的多个锁舌,所述联动杆设有相互间隔开的多个驱动销,每个所述驱动销与相应的一个锁舌配合,以驱动所述锁舌运动。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的可折叠容器,其特征在于,所述锁舌上设有驱动槽,所述驱动销置于所述驱动槽中,其中所述驱动槽的形状设置成在所述联动杆上下运动时,所述驱动销与所述驱动槽配合而驱动所述锁舌作伸缩运动。
  17. 根据权利要求14所述的可折叠容器,其特征在于,所述把手上设有转轴和驱动孔,所述侧板上设有把手安装孔,所述联动杆上设有挂销,其中,所述转轴可转动地安装于所述把手安装孔,所述挂销可动地连接于所述驱动孔。
  18. 根据权利要求14所述的可折叠容器,其特征在于,所述把手还设置有挂槽,与设有把手的侧板相邻的侧板上设有挂台,所述挂槽和所述挂台相配合,使得当所述锁定机构处于锁定状态时,所述把手上的所述挂槽的内外壁贴合于所述挂台。
