本实施例中,限位条6安装在线性驱动器主体1内靠近端盖2一端,线性驱动器主体1内靠近电机一端的限位条安装槽5内固定安装有辅助限位条11,辅助限位条11上也安装有第二行程开关14,从而可实现,对活动块运行两端的限位,限位条6和辅助限位条11分体设置,调节时,仅需调节限位条6即可。具体实施时,也可以采用其他结构将电机端的第二行程开关14进行固定。
实施例二:请结合参看附图3和附图4,本实施例中,主要包括线性驱动器主体1、端盖2、限位条6和调节螺母9,线性驱动器主体1采用型材制成,线性驱动器主体1呈中空结构,调节驱动机构插装在线性驱动器主体1内,本实施例中,调节驱动机构采用驱动装置13(本实施例中,驱动装置13包括驱动支撑杆和活动块,活动块上设置有与螺杆对应的内螺纹,驱动支撑杆与活动块对应安装),可通过驱动装置13的驱动部分(即驱动支撑杆)带动电动床或电动沙发进行调节,驱动装置13上对应于第一行程开关7设置有凸块(图中未画出),端盖2固定安装在线性驱动器主体1一端的端头位置处,线性驱动器主体1另一端的端头位置处固定安装有电机(电机采用常规结构,图中未画出),可通过电机驱动螺杆转动,驱动装置13内设置有内螺纹,螺杆插装在驱动装置13内,通过电机驱动螺杆转动,通过螺杆推动驱动装置13做伸缩运动,从而带动电动床或电动沙发进行调节。本实施例中端盖2上开设有供驱动装置13伸出的圆孔,驱动装置13从圆孔处伸出,与电动床或电动沙发连接,对电动床或电动沙发进行调节。
本实施例中的调节机构和限位机构与实施例一中相同,此处不再赘述。
本发明在使用时,将其安装在电动家具中,如果使用过程中,由于安装结构误差造成电动家具收缩或展开不到位的情况,可以通过调节工具(如:螺丝刀等)转动调节螺母9,通过调节螺杆10推动限位条6,使限位条6带动第一行程开关7前后运动,从而可调节电动家具最终收缩或展开的位置,以克服结构误差和安装误差等。如果是电机端的行程收缩或展开不到位,可调节整条线性驱动器的安装位置,进而调节电动家具最终收缩或展开的位置。
本发明采用特殊的结构设计,可简单、方便的调节行程开关的位置,从而,方便、快捷的弥补安装误差,操作简单,使用方便。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种电动家具用可调节式线性驱动器,其特征是:所述的线性驱动器包括线性驱动器主体、端盖、限位条和调节螺母,线性驱动器主体内部设置有调节驱动机构,端盖固定安装在线性驱动器主体一端的端头位置处,线性驱动器主体上安装有电机,电机驱动调节驱动机构做线性运动,线性驱动器主体内安装有限位条,限位条上安装有第一行程开关,端盖内设置有调节螺母,调节螺母能在端盖内自由转动,限位条内设置有调节螺杆,调节螺杆与限位条相对固定,调节螺杆不能相对限位条沿调节螺杆轴向运动,也不能相对限位条沿调节螺杆径向运动,调节螺母与调节螺杆安装在一起。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电动家具用可调节式线性驱动器,其特征是:所述的调节驱动机构包括活动块和螺杆,线性驱动器主体侧面开设有条形通槽,活动块设置在螺杆上,活动块上设置有内螺纹,活动块上设有用于与电动家具相连接的伸出部分或用于与电动家具相连接的螺丝孔,电机驱动螺杆转动。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的电动家具用可调节式线性驱动器,其特征是:所述的调节驱动机构包括驱动装置和螺杆,驱动装置设置在线性驱动器主体内部,端盖上开设有供驱动装置伸出的圆孔,驱动装置的驱动部分从圆孔处伸出,驱动装置内设置有用于与螺杆配合的内螺纹,螺杆插装在驱动装置内,电机驱动螺杆转动。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的电动家具用可调节式线性驱动器,其特征是:所述的线性驱动器主体内设置有限位条安装槽,限位条插装在限位条安装槽内。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的电动家具用可调节式线性驱动器,其特征是:所述的调节驱动机构上对应于行程开关位置处安装有凸块,当凸块运行到行程开关位置处,凸块能够压住行程开关,进行限位。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的电动家具用可调节式线性驱动器,其特征是:所述的调节螺杆固定嵌装在限位条内,或者在限位条内设置有嵌装位,调节螺杆放置在嵌装位内,通过嵌装位对调节螺杆进行限位,一方面,防止调节螺杆相对于限位条转动,另一方面,防止调节螺杆相对于限位条沿调节螺杆轴向运动。
  7. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的电动家具用可调节式线性驱动器,其特征是:所述的调节螺母的端头处设置有调节位,调节位采用“一”字形螺丝孔、“十”字形螺丝孔、内六方螺丝孔或外六方螺丝孔,或者调节螺母的端头位置处对应直径的两端分别设置有一个调节缺口。
  8. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的电动家具用可调节式线性驱动器,其特征是:所述的限位条安装在线性驱动器主体内靠近端盖一端,线性驱动器主体内靠近电机一端的限位条安装槽内固定安装有辅助限位条,辅助限位条上安装有第二行程开关,限位条和辅助限位条分体设置。
  9. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的电动家具用可调节式线性驱动器,其特征是:所述的端盖上安装有固定盖,固定盖对应于端盖上的调节螺母位置处设置,固定盖压紧调节螺母,固定盖上开设有用于方便调节螺杆伸出的孔,孔的直径大于调节螺杆的直径,孔的直径小于调节螺母的直径。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电动家具用可调节式线性驱动器,其特征是:所述的固定盖与端盖上安装调节螺母的通孔之间为过盈配合。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的电动家具用可调节式线性驱动器,其特征是:所述的固定盖上设有便于取出固定盖的手柄。
