图5示出了根据本申请一个实施方式的货物管理装置的货物输送构件的透视图。如图1、图2、图5所示,货物管理装置100还可包括货物输送构件150。货物输送构件150位于第一存储部110的第一货架111的侧面(如图1和图2所示)。货物管理装置100还可包括控制器(图中未示出),该控制器可控制货物输送构件150向第一货架111放置货物和/或从第一货架111取出货物。如图5所示,货物输送构件150可包括框架151和输送托盘152。框架151可在控制器的控制下进行旋转或平移运动(例如,在框架151的下方可安装有齿轮转盘或其他传动机构),以使货物输送构件150可与期望投放或取出货物的第一货架111的侧面对准。输送托盘152可在控制器的控制下沿着框架151上升或下降(例如,可通过链条或皮带等传动机构沿着框架151在竖直方向上运动),从而能够将货物(或者将货物连同承载货物的可活动托板一起)投放至第一货架111的预定位置或从第一货架111的预定位置取出货物(或者将货物连同承载货物的可活动托板一起取出)。本领域技术人员可以理解,可采用适当的机构来实现输送托盘152对货物和/或可活动托板的输送,例如,可通过磁吸、传动滚轮、传动臂、真空吸盘、传送带、推动器等形式来实现。
再参照图3,在柜体130上还可开设有第二投取口132。第二投取口132邻近于货物输送构件150的侧面设置。由于控制器能够控制框架151进行旋转或平移运动,还能够控制输送托盘152沿着框架151上升或下降,所以控制器能够控制货物输送构件150将第二投取口132处的货物输送至第一货架111和/或将第一货架111上的货物输送至第二投取口132。由此,除了批量投放/取出货物,通过第二投取口132,货物管理装置100还可支持普通的单件投放或取出货物。虽然图1中示出的第二投取口132开设在柜体130上与第二存储部120相对应的位置,但也可根据实际需要将第二投取口132开设在柜体130上与第一存储部110相对应的位置。
根据一个实施方式,货物输送构件150可延伸至第二货架121的侧面,并且控制器可控制货物输送构件150将第二货架121上的货物输送至第一货架111。例如,控制器可通过控制框架151的旋转和/或平移并控制输送托盘152的上升或下降,使输送托盘对 准第二货架121中的目标固定储物格121a,然后输送托盘152可在控制器的控制下将该目标固定储物格121a中的货物取出,并输送至第一货架111。由此,当没有针对第二货架121的批量投放或取出货物时(即第二货架121空闲时),可利用货物输送构件150,将第二货架121中的货物输送至第一货架111,以便于清空或部分清空第二货架121,以用于后续可能的批量投放货物。
根据一个实施方式,货物管理装置100还可包括高度识别器(图中未示出)。该高度识别器可用于测量货物的高度,控制器可根据高度识别器的测量结果控制货物输送构件150将货物放置于第一货架111上。由此,控制器可根据高度识别器所识别的货物高度,确定该货物存放在第一货架111上的适合位置,并控制货物输送构件150将货物以及承载该货物的可活动托板输送至所确定的位置。本领域技术人员可以理解,可根据实际需要将高度识别器设置于货物管理装置100内的适当位置,以便测量货物的高度,例如,可将高度识别器设置在货物输送构件150上。
虽然在图1所示的实施方式中,第一存储部110位于第二存储部120之上,但本领域技术人员可以理解,由于第一存储部110包含具有可活动托板的第一货架111,其目的是为了提高货物存放的空间利用率,而第二存储部120包含具有固定储物格的第二货架121,其目的是为了提高批量存取货物的效率,因此可根据实际需要设置第一存储部110和第二存储部120的位置关系。例如,可将第一存储部110设置于第二存储部120之下。
如图3所示,在货物管理装置100的柜体130上可设置有交互操作单元160。交互操作单元160可以是用于用户操作的面板或触摸屏,本领域技术人员可以理解,可根据实际需要对交互操作单元160进行适当的设置,为了简要起见,在此不再赘述。
虽然以上的叙述包括很多特定布置和参数,但需要注意的是,这些特定布置和参数仅仅用于说明本申请的一个实施方式。这不应该作为对本申请范围的限制。本领域技术人员可以理解,在不脱离本申请范围和精神的情况下,可对其进行各种修改、增加和替换。因此,本申请的范围应该基于所述权利要求来解释。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种货物管理装置,包括:
    第一存储部,包括至少一个第一货架,每个所述第一货架均具有可活动托板,以将货物可活动地承载于所述第一货架中的不同位置;以及
    第二存储部,包括至少一个第二货架,每个所述第二货架均具有多个固定储物格,以在所述第二货架中的固定位置存取货物。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的货物管理装置,还包括:
    柜体,包围所述第一货架和所述第二货架,在所述柜体上开设有多个第一投取口,所述多个第一投取口的位置与所述第二货架的多个固定储物格相对应。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的货物管理装置,其中所述多个第一投取口具有不同高度,并且所述多个固定储物格分别具有与相应的第一投取口相对应的高度。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的货物管理装置,还包括:
    水平旋转机构,所述第二存储部安装于所述水平旋转机构之上,以在所述水平旋转机构的驱动下旋转所述第二货架的角度,从而使所述第二货架的固定储物格与所述第一投取口对准。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的货物管理装置,其中所述水平旋转机构包括齿轮转盘。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的货物管理装置,其中所述第二存储部包括多个第二货架,每个所述第二货架均安装于所述水平旋转机构上,并能够在所述水平旋转机构的驱动下使所述多个固定储物格分别与所述多个第一投取口对准。
  7. 如权利要求4所述的货物管理装置,还包括:
    货物输送构件,位于所述第一货架的侧面;
    控制器,控制所述货物输送构件向所述第一货架放置货物和/或从所述第一货架取出货物。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的货物管理装置,其中在所述柜体上还开设有第二投取口,所述第二投取口邻近于所述货物输送构件的侧面设置,所述控制器能够控制所述货物输送构件将所述第二投取口处的货物输送至所述第一货架和/或将所述第一货架上的货物输送至所述第二投取口。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的货物管理装置,其中所述货物输送构件能够在所述控制器的控制下旋转或平移。
  10. 如权利要求7所述的货物管理装置,其中所述货物输送构件延伸至所述第二货架 的侧面,并且能够在所述控制器的控制下将所述第二货架上的货物输送至所述第一货架。
  11. 如权利要求7所述的货物管理装置,还包括:
    高度识别器,用于测量货物的高度,所述控制器根据所述高度识别器的测量结果控制所述货物输送构件将所述货物放置于所述第一货架上。
  12. 如权利要求1所述的货物管理装置,其中所述第一存储部位于所述第二存储部之上或之下。
