[0039] 参见图 1、 8、 9和 10所示, 本实施例所述的压紧机构 5000包括设置在底板二 61 顶面上的侧支撑板 98 , 侧支撑板 98上设有气缸三 99 , 气缸三 99的伸缩端设有压 块 100, 压块 100下方设有铜线输送板 101, 铜线输送板 101上设有导向轮组, 导 向轮组包括左右两个导向轮二 102, 导向轮二 102转动连接在所述铜线输送板 101 上, 所述铜线输送板 101—端设有上压轮 104, 上压轮 104设于所述铜线输送板 10 1上方。 其中一铜线输送板 101的另一端设有二次刮漆块 105 , 二次刮漆块 105上 开设有位于所述每组导向轮二 102之间的方孔 106 , 方孔 106用于穿过输送来的铜 线, 且方孔 106的形状、 大小与铜线匹配。 通过将输送来的铜线先穿过方孔 106 , 再穿过各组导向轮二 102之间, 并从铜线输送板 101另一端的上压轮 104下方穿 , 由于铜线经刮刀剥漆后, 还会残余部分漆皮在铜线上, 当在穿过与铜线形 状、 大小匹配的方孔 106时, 方孔 106将多余的残余漆皮刮下, 起到了二次清理 的作用; 气缸三 99用于控制压块 100上下移动, 用于将铜线压紧在铜线输送板 10 1上。

[0042] 参见图 3至 7所示, 本实施例所述的上刀座 70、 下刀座 71、 左刀座 77和右刀座 78 上均开设有气路 85 , 气路 85具有进气口 86和出气口 87 , 所述刀片一 72和刀片二 7 9上均开设有通孔二 88 , 通孔二 88与所述出气口 87连通, 所述上刀座 70和下刀座 71、 左刀座 77和右刀座 78上分别盖合有一连接罩 89, 连接罩 89上设有与所述连 接罩 89内部连通的连接管 90, 连接管 90的管壁上开设有铜线贯穿孔 91, 铜线贯 穿孔 91用于穿过输送中的铜线。 铜线在被刀片一 72和刀片二 79进形刮漆处理时 , 会在刀片一 72和刀片二 79前端堆积刮屑 (即漆皮) , 刮屑会掉落到连接罩 89 并落入连接管 90内; 气路 85的设置, 还可通过进气口 86进气, 施加正压, 使得 刀片 84前端堆积的刮屑吹落到连接罩 89及连接管 90内, 完成漆皮的收集。
