背景技术

一旦装运支撑件100被组装,装运支撑件100的截头棱锥基部112就可以延伸到竖直轴线洗涤机装置的机壳中。特别地,截头棱锥基部112可以插入到机壳中,直到洗涤机装置的桶上的马达被接收在截头棱锥基部112的顶部处的开口113内。在运输期间,马达可能会碰撞截头棱锥基部112的侧部,以限制桶在机壳内的运动,并且例如由此防止桶碰撞机壳和使机壳产生凹陷。因此,截头棱锥基部112可以助于在运送洗涤机装置时限制桶在机壳内的运动。另外,当竖直轴线洗涤机装置在运输期间掉落时,截头棱锥基部112还可以助于将桶的力向下传递,例如,由此减小在这种掉落期间通过机壳传递的桶的力。
细长支柱130还保护机壳在洗涤机装置的装运期间免受损伤。例如,细长支柱130的长度LP可以(例如,从前到后)大于机壳的宽度,并且约等于装运箱的内部宽度。因此,当洗涤机装置和支撑件组件100位于装运箱内并且装运箱滑动到另一个装运箱中时,细长支柱130通过横跨支撑件组件100的细长支柱130传递这种碰撞的力,并且由此避免了机壳的损伤,比如,产生凹陷。
波纹板材120内的沟槽122的取向还可以助于保护洗涤机装置的机壳在洗涤机装置的装运期间免受损伤。例如,波纹板材120内的沟槽122可以取向为 平行于用于提升装运箱的夹持方向。另外,沟槽122的长度LF可以大于机壳的宽度,例如,从侧部到侧部,并且约等于装运箱的内部宽度。因此,当洗涤机装置和支撑件组件100在装运箱内并且装运箱被夹具夹紧时,波纹板材120可以通过横跨支撑件组件100的波纹板材120传递夹持力,并且由此避免机壳的损伤,比如产生凹陷。
在框架110的拐角118处的凹口119也可以定尺寸和定位成接收洗涤机装置的调平腿。因此,例如,调平腿可以搁置在凹口119内,使得当洗涤机装置和支撑件组件100在装运箱内时,机壳的底部搁置在框架110的平面部分117上。如果装运箱掉落在箱的边缘上或撞击在箱的侧部上,则可以通过支撑件组件100来防止机壳产生凹陷。

Claims (23)
