本申请基于申请号为201810751713.X、申请日为2018.07.10的中国专利申请提出,并要求该中国专利申请的优先权,该中国专利申请的全部内容在此引入本申请作为参考。
技术领域
本申请涉及空气调节技术领域,例如涉及一种空调壳体和空调器。
背景技术
目前家用空调壁挂式室内机,需要进行风扇拆装清洗维护时,由于结构设计等因素,需要先拆除面板、罩壳等外观件,再拆除蒸发器、电机压盖等内部件,最终才能将风扇取出。
在实现本公开实施例的过程中,发现相关技术中至少存在如下问题:此类拆洗风扇的方式比较复杂、耗时较长、容易造成空调零部件的损坏。

本公开的空调壳体,包括外壳,外壳的长度方向的至少一端开设有供风扇沿轴向方向取出的通道,通道经过外壳的位置可拆卸地设置有锁止结构。在需要装拆空调壳体内的风扇时,只需要从空调出风口拆除风扇固定螺钉,然后将锁止结构从外壳上拆除,使得通道畅通,之后就可以将风扇沿着通道从轴向方向取出,整个过程无需拆除面板、罩壳、蒸发器等部件,拆装方式简单,操作方便,无需专业化拆装设备,降低了风扇拆装维护的 专业性要求,拆装效率高,可以避免对空调零部件造成损坏,实现了空调器风扇的易拆装功能。

结合参见图1至图5所示,根据本公开的实施例,空调壳体包括外壳1,外壳1的长度方向的至少一端开设有供风扇沿轴向方向取出的通道,通道经过外壳1的位置可拆卸地设置有锁止结构。
在需要装拆空调壳体内的风扇时,只需要从空调出风口拆除风扇固定螺钉,然后将锁止结构从外壳上拆除,使得通道畅通,之后就可以将风扇沿着通道从轴向方向取出,整个过程无需拆除面板、罩壳、蒸发器等部件,拆装方式简单,操作方便,无需专业化拆装设备,降低了风扇拆装维护的专业性要求,拆装效率高,可以避免对空调零部件造成损坏,实现了空调器风扇的易拆装功能。
外壳1的第一端设置有端盖2,通道包括位于端盖2上的第一过孔3,锁止结构包括可拆卸地设置在第一过孔3处的挡盖4。在需要将风扇5从通道拆出时,只需要将挡盖4从端盖2上拆下,就可以让开第一过孔3,使得风扇5可以经第一过孔3方便地拆卸,结构简单,操作方便。
挡盖4与端盖2之间通过螺钉可拆卸连接。
在本实施例中,挡盖4与端盖2之间卡接固定。通过卡接方式来实现挡盖4与端盖2之间的可拆卸连接,在装拆时均不需要借助于工具,手动即可操作,简化了操作结构,降低了操作难度和专业化拆装难度,使得风扇5的装拆更加方便。
优选地,挡盖4与端盖2旋转卡接,并通过螺钉限定挡盖4与端盖2的旋转卡接位置。当挡盖4与端盖2之间旋转卡接到位之后,可以通过螺钉对两者的相对位置进行定位,防止在空调器工作过程中挡盖4与端盖2之间发生相对转动导致挡盖4从端盖2上脱落,提高挡盖4与端盖2旋转卡接结构的稳定性和可靠性。
挡盖4与端盖2之间也可以仅采用旋转卡接结构,而不采用螺钉进行 连接。当采用此种结构时,挡盖4包括底板15和设置在底板15上的凸起13,该凸起13朝向端盖2凸起,具体为圆柱形结构,在凸起13远离底板15的一端设置有卡块14,多个卡块14沿周向均匀分布在凸起13的边缘,并突出于凸起13的边缘,以与底板15之间形成卡接空间。端盖2上在第一过孔3的周侧设置有环形的凸条17,凸条17上设置有沿轴向贯穿端盖2的过槽16,其中第一过孔3的内孔孔径应该等于或者是略大于凸起13的直径,以便凸起13能够穿入第一过孔3内。过槽16的形状与卡块14的形状相匹配,可以供卡块14穿过第一过孔3并到达端盖2的内侧。多个凸条17沿周向间隔设置,相邻的凸条17之间形成限位槽18。
在将挡盖4卡入端盖2上时,首先将挡盖4上的卡块14对准过槽16,然后将挡盖4放入到第一过孔3内,此时卡块14穿过过槽16到达端盖2的另一端,底板15止挡在端盖2外,凸起13穿入第一过孔3内。然后转动挡盖4,使得卡块14转动到凸条17所在位置,并卡紧在凸条17之间的限位槽18内,从而使得挡盖4紧固在端盖2上,完成挡盖4在端盖2上的旋转卡紧定位。
在另外一个实施例当中,通道包括设置在外壳1的第一端的第一过孔3,锁止结构包括可拆卸地设置在第一过孔3处的端盖2。在本实施例中,端盖2整体可拆卸地连接在外壳1上,此时无需在端盖2上开设第一过孔3,并设置挡盖4,直接将端盖2作为锁止结构即可。
外壳1内设置有骨架,通道包括设置在骨架靠近端盖2的一端端部的第二过孔,锁止结构包括可拆卸地设置在第二过孔处的轴承压盖6,轴承压盖6内设置有含油轴承7。由于轴承压盖6可拆卸地固定在骨架上,因此在需要拆卸风扇5时,只需要将轴承压盖6拆下,就能够移除对风扇5轴向运动的限制,使得风扇5可以沿轴向运动,经过第二过孔和第一过孔3从空调壳体内抽出。轴承压盖6优选地通过卡接的方式与骨架实现固定连接。
轴承压盖6包括可拆卸地连接的端板8和定位盖9,含油轴承7设置在端板8和定位盖9所形成的限位空间内。
端板8和定位盖9之间卡接固定。通过将轴承压盖6做成分体式结构,然后将含油轴承7固定在轴承压盖6内,可以方便地完成含油轴承7的装拆,进而方便地实现风扇5的装拆。
在本实施例中,端板8包括安装孔10,含油轴承7设置在该安装孔10内。安装孔10的内壁上沿周向设置有多个卡槽11,定位盖9上对应卡槽11设置有卡钩12,卡钩12钩挂在卡槽11上。通过采用卡接式结构,可以方便地将含油轴承7装入轴承压盖6内,或者从轴承压盖6中拆除,操作简单方便。
在风扇5安装在骨架上之后,可以将含油轴承7固定在轴承压盖6内,然后将轴承压盖6和含油轴承7整体按压卡扣在室内机的骨架上,之后将挡盖4固定在端盖2上,完成空调器的风扇组装。当风扇5需要拆装维护时,从空调出风口拆除风扇固定螺钉,然后旋转挡盖4至未锁紧状态,并将挡盖4从端盖2上拆下,之后取出轴承压盖6,然后利用取出轴承压盖6后留下的空间,将风扇5从空调壳体内抽出,并进行相关的维护保养,从而实现了不拆除面板、罩壳、蒸发器等部件的风扇易拆装功能。
根据本公开的实施例,空调器包括空调壳体和风扇5,该空调壳体为上述的空调壳体,风扇设置在空调壳体的外壳1内。上述的空调器优选地为壁挂机,上述的风扇例如为贯流风扇。

  1. 一种空调壳体,其特征在于,包括外壳(1),所述外壳(1)的长度方向的至少一端开设有供风扇沿轴向方向取出的通道,所述通道经过所述外壳(1)的位置可拆卸地设置有锁止结构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的空调壳体,其特征在于,所述外壳(1)的第一端设置有端盖(2),所述通道包括位于所述端盖(2)上的第一过孔(3),所述锁止结构包括可拆卸地设置在所述第一过孔(3)处的挡盖(4)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的空调壳体,其特征在于,所述挡盖(4)与所述端盖(2)之间通过螺钉可拆卸连接。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的空调壳体,其特征在于,所述挡盖(4)与所述端盖(2)之间卡接固定。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的空调壳体,其特征在于,所述挡盖(4)与所述端盖(2)旋转卡接,并通过螺钉限定所述挡盖(4)与所述端盖(2)的旋转卡接位置。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的空调壳体,其特征在于,所述通道包括设置在所述外壳(1)的第一端的第一过孔(3),所述锁止结构包括可拆卸地设置在所述第一过孔(3)处的端盖(2)。
