空调器 技术领域
本发明涉及空调技术领域,具体涉及一种空调器。
背景技术
分体挂壁式空调器作为普遍使用的家用电器,能否保持空调器长久使用的一个重要因素就是其驱动部件电机能否长久使用。由此,为保证空调器使用的稳定和使用寿命的延长,在空调器使用一段时间后,就需要售后人员对电机进行售后保养维修操作。
目前,在空调器中,电机布置在空调器内部,通过螺钉固定在空调器的底壳上,电机的电机轴上的电机轴套与空调器中风叶轴上的风叶轴套相互嵌套,并由螺钉进行紧固实现电机轴与风叶轴的连接,用于驱动风叶转动。在售后人员进行售后保养维修操作时,售后人员一方面需拆除电机与底壳的固定,另一方面拆除电机轴与风叶轴的连接,而由于空调器内部空间狭小,操作空间受到限制,在对电机进行售后维修保养需要拆除空调器的面板、面板体等外观部件,然后售后人员需要进行多次旋拧螺钉操作,上述售后保养维修操作工作量大,同时操作困难,提高了售后保养维修的成本。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种空调器,以解决现有技术中在对空调 器进行电机维护操作,在进行拆卸电机工作时费时费力,售后维修成本高的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种空调器,包括:基座部件;
电机支座,设置在空调器上的基座部件上;电机,安装在电机支座上;电机压板,电机压板用于对电机进行径向限位;电机端盖,用于对电机进行轴向定位,电机端盖可拆卸地安装在基座部件。
进一步地,电机的电机轴上具有用于实现电机轴与空调器中风叶轴快速拆卸的快拆连接结构。
进一步地,快拆连接结构包括设置在电机轴上的卡爪,对应的风叶轴上设置有与卡爪配合的卡槽;或
快拆连接结构包括设置在电机轴上的卡槽,对应的风叶轴上设置有与卡槽配合的卡爪。
进一步地,卡爪为螺旋卡爪,对应卡槽为螺旋卡槽。
进一步地,螺旋卡爪设置在电机轴套上,电机轴套安装在电机轴。
进一步地,电机轴套与电机轴上均开设有电机轴套安装孔,电机轴套与电机轴通过穿过电机轴套安装孔的螺钉可拆卸安装。
进一步地,电机轴套与电机轴一体成型。
进一步地,电机支座与基座部件之间一体成型。
进一步地,电机支座和基座部件之间通过注塑方式一体成型。
本发明技术方案,具有如下优点:
1.在本发明的空调器中,在需要对空调器内部的电机组件进行售后维修时,只需要在拆开侧面板后,将对电机进行轴向限位,可拆卸的安装在基 座部件上的电机端盖拆除,即可拆除电机与底壳的固定,相对于现有技术中为避免干涉,先拆除面板、面板体,然后多次旋拧螺钉的操作,减小了售后保养维修操作工作量,降低了空调器中电机组件售后维修的难度。
2.在本发明的空调器中,电机组件中的电机具有通过快拆连接结构与风叶轴传动连接,这样在完成拆卸电机端盖的操作后,可以直接将电机从空调器中拿出,由于无需在空调器内部为了将电机轴和风叶轴进行拆卸和旋拧螺钉,这样省时省力,降低了售后成本和时间。

实施例1
如图1至图4所示,根据本发明实施例中的空调器包括:基座部件g330;电机支座g210,设置在空调器上的基座部件g330上;电机g220,安装在电机支座g210上;电机压板g250,电机压板g250用于对电机g220进行径向限位;电机端盖g240,用于对电机进行轴向定位,电机端盖g240可拆卸地安装在基座部件g330。这样在需要对空调器内部的电机组件进行售后维修时,只需要在拆开侧面板后,将对电机g220进行轴向限位,可拆卸的安装在基座部件上的电机端盖g240拆除,即可拆除电机g220与底壳的固定,相对于现有技术中为避免干涉,先拆除面板、面板体,然后多次旋拧螺钉 的操作,减小了售后保养维修操作工作量,降低了空调器中电机组件售后维修的难度。
优选地,本实施例中电机g220的电机轴上具有用于实现电机轴与空调器中风叶轴快速拆卸的快拆连接结构,这样在完成拆卸电机端盖g240的操作后,可以直接将电机g220从空调器中拿出,由于无需在空调器内部为了将电机轴和风叶轴进行拆卸和旋拧螺钉,这样省时省力,降低了售后成本和时间。
如图5和图6所示,具体地,本发明实施例中的快拆连接结构包括设置在电机轴上的卡爪,对应的在空调器中的风叶轴上设置有与卡爪配合的卡槽,在电机g220的工作位置,电机组件中电机g220上的卡爪伸入卡槽中,电机轴转动时带动风叶轴转动,在电机g220的快拆位置,在解除电机g220的锁定后,在对电机g220进行拆卸时,卡爪从卡槽中抽出,可快速实现电机g220的拆卸,便于后续进行维修。可以理解的是,快拆连接结构也可以是包括设置在电机轴上的卡槽,对应的风叶轴上设置有与卡槽配合的卡爪,同样能够实现电机轴与风叶轴快速拆卸连接的目的。
优选地,发明实施例中,设置在电机组件中电机轴上的卡爪为螺旋卡爪g361,对应卡槽为螺旋卡槽,这样在电机g220的工作位置,电机轴的转动会使螺旋卡爪g361和螺旋卡槽在螺旋面的作用下相互靠近,电机轴和风叶轴在转动过程中不易发生分开的问题,保证处于工作位置的电机g220能够平稳的运行。
具体地,本发明实施例中的螺旋卡爪g361设置在电机轴套g311上,电机轴套g311安装在电机轴,电机轴套g311与电机轴上均开设有电机轴 套安装孔,电机轴套g311与电机轴通过穿过电机轴套安装孔的螺钉可拆卸安装,在一未图示变形实施例中,电机轴套g311与电机轴一体成型。
优选地,本发明实施例中的电机支座g210与基座部件g330之间一体成型,更具体电机支座g210和基座部件g330通过注塑方式一体成型,这样能够在空调器的生产制造过程中,无需单独的进行电机支座g210的制造和安装,提高了空调器产品的制造效率,同时不会因为电机支座g210和基座部件g330的安装不当问题导致空调器在使用过程中出现异响。
从而在本实施例中的电机g220进行维修和保养工作时,首先把空调器中的侧面板和用于对电机g220进行侧向限位的电机端盖g240进行拆卸,然后拆卸固定电机压板g250的螺钉后把电机压板g250进行拆卸。因电机轴套g311螺旋结构形式的存在,使得电机g220在快拆位置可实现与风叶轴达到快速的分离,此时手动拉动电机g220向有方向即可移出。

  1. 一种空调器,其特征在于,包括:
    基座部件(g330);
    电机支座(g210),设置在空调器上的所述基座部件(g330)上;
    电机(g220),安装在所述电机支座(g210)上;
    电机压板(g250),所述电机压板(g250)用于对所述电机(g220)进行径向限位;
    电机端盖(g240),用于对电机进行轴向定位,所述电机端盖(g240)可拆卸地安装在基座部件(g330)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述电机(g220)的电机轴上具有用于实现所述电机轴与空调器中风叶轴快速拆卸的快拆连接结构。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的空调器,其特征在于,
    所述快拆连接结构包括设置在所述电机轴上的卡爪,对应的所述风叶轴上设置有与所述卡爪配合的卡槽;或
    所述快拆连接结构包括设置在所述电机轴上的卡槽,对应的所述风叶轴上设置有与所述卡槽配合的卡爪。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述卡爪为螺旋卡爪(g361),对应所述卡槽为螺旋卡槽。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述螺旋卡爪(g361)设置在电机轴套(g311)上,所述电机轴套(g311)安装在所述电机轴。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述电机轴套(g311) 与所述电机轴上均开设有电机轴套安装孔,所述电机轴套(g311)与所述电机轴通过穿过所述电机轴套安装孔的螺钉可拆卸安装。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述电机轴套(g311)与所述电机轴一体成型。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述电机支座(g210)与所述基座部件(g330)之间一体成型。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的空调器,其特征在于,所述电机支座(g210)和所述基座部件(g330)之间通过注塑方式一体成型。
