传统的干果类果实收获时一般依靠人工采摘,效率较低,劳动强度很大,为了解决这个问题,人们设计了一些收割机械来收获干果,比如中国授权公告号CN 204335361 U,授权公告日为2015.05.20,名称为“一种果实收获机的连接结构”,公开了一种打干果的连接结构,由传动轴的伸缩带动连杆的动作,实现左、右收集器的开合来打果实,但这种结构实际应用时由于左、右收集器之间的连接部位经常容易卷入树枝、树叶等杂物,导致整个果实收获机滞涩或卡住,且左收集器和右收集器的打击力度不够,导致收获效率偏低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中左、右收集器之间的连接部位经常容易卷入树枝等杂物导致整个果实收获机滞涩或卡住,左收集器和右收集器的打击力度不够导致收获效率偏低的不足,提供一种使用流畅,不易卡住且打击力度足够的的果实收获机。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种果实收获机,包括
机壳,所述机壳的后端设有手杆,机壳的前端设有两个并排布置的摆动爪,摆动爪包括摆动头及设在摆动头上的若干摆动杆;
所述机壳内设有电机、减速组件及两个与摆动头一一对应的驱动杆,减速组件包括锥齿轮、下齿轮、传动齿轮及上齿轮,锥齿轮设在电机轴上,锥齿轮与下齿轮啮合,传动齿轮固定在下齿轮上,上齿轮与传动齿轮啮合;
所述上齿轮上设有向下延伸的偏心轴,偏心轴与上齿轮的轴线之间具有摆动间距,驱动杆的一端转动设置在偏心轴上,驱动杆伸出机壳,驱动杆远离偏心轴的一端铰接在摆动头的端部,摆动头的中部通过转轴转动设置在机壳的前端。采用二级减速机构将电机轴的转动传递至偏心轴的传动,驱动杆的一端随着偏心轴转动,驱动杆的另一端驱动摆动头的端部运动,由于摆动头的中部铰接在机壳上,所以整个摆动爪呈来回扇形摆动状态,从而打落果实。由于两个摆动爪分别由对应的驱动杆驱动,在机壳外部两个摆动爪相对独立,不会出现卷入树枝等杂物导致整个果实收获机卡住的情况,且二级减速组件配合偏心轴,使得摆动爪获得较大的打击力度。

    机壳,所述机壳的后端设有手杆,机壳的前端设有两个并排布置的摆动爪,摆动爪包括摆动头及设在摆动头上的若干摆动杆;
    所述机壳内设有电机、减速组件及两个与摆动头一一对应的驱动杆,减速组件包括锥齿轮、下齿轮、传动齿轮及上齿轮,锥齿轮设在电机轴上,锥齿轮与下齿轮啮合,传动齿轮固定在下齿轮上,上齿轮与传动齿轮啮合;
    所述上齿轮上设有向下延伸的偏心轴,偏心轴与上齿轮的轴线之间具有摆动间距,驱动杆的一端转动设置在偏心轴上,驱动杆伸出机壳,驱动杆远离偏心轴的一端铰接在摆动头的端部,摆动头的中部通过转轴转动设置在机壳的前端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种果实收获机,其特征是,所述摆动头靠近摆动杆的一侧设有若干杆套,杆套和摆动杆一一对应,摆动杆固定在对应的杆套上,在相邻的两个杆套中:其中一个杆套朝向斜上方,另一个杆套朝下斜下方。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种果实收获机,其特征是,所述摆动杆的一端设有外螺纹,杆套内设有内螺纹,摆动杆与杆套螺纹连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种果实收获机,其特征是,所述手杆为伸缩杆。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种果实收获机,其特征是,所述伸缩杆包括第一伸缩杆及滑动设置在第一伸缩杆内的第二伸缩杆,第二伸缩杆与机壳连接,第二伸缩杆上设有凹槽,第一伸缩杆上设有和凹槽匹配的凸起,凸起位于凹槽中。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种果实收获机,其特征是,所述机壳内设有U型安装体,U型安装体内部形成安装腔,减速组件位于安装腔内,U型安装体包括上安装板、下安装板及侧安装板,侧安装板上设有供电机轴穿过的让 位孔,电机轴穿过让位孔,上齿轮转动设置在上安装板上,传动齿轮的上下两端分别转动设置在上安装板及下安装板上,下齿轮靠近下安装板。
  7. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种果实收获机,其特征是,所述驱动杆由后连接杆、过渡杆及前连接杆依次连接构成,两个后连接杆在偏心轴上呈上下布置,两个前连接杆位于同一高度。
  8. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种果实收获机,其特征是,所述机壳由上机壳及下机壳连接构成,机壳的端部设有两个与摆动头一一对应的腰形孔组,腰形孔组包括设在上机壳上的上腰形孔及设在下机壳上的下腰形孔,摆动头的中部设有转轴固定孔,在一个腰形孔组中,转轴依次穿过上腰形孔、转轴固定孔及下腰形孔,转轴的上下两端分别转动设置在上腰形孔及下腰形孔中。
