Abstract

支架及具有其的自拍杆,支架中,多个支撑脚(50)铰接于座体(10)的底部,座体(10)上开设有与支撑脚(50)相适配的收纳槽(14、16),支撑脚(50)向上折叠后一体收纳于对应的收纳槽(14、16)内,多个支撑脚(50)打开后经锁定结构限位以支撑座体(10)。使得支撑脚(50)与座体(10)之间具有良好的结构融合特性,简化了支撑脚(50)的收纳状态下的固定结构,且使得座体(10)外表面整齐、紧凑,操作容易,提高了用户体验。自拍杆在使用时可将多个支撑脚(50)从座体(10)上打开,然后经锁定结构限位,从而实现自拍杆的稳定支撑,且更轻量、更便携。

支架及具有其的自拍杆 技术领域
本实用新型涉及自拍杆技术领域,特别是支架及具有其的自拍杆。
背景技术
随着运用手机拍摄的需求越来越多,自拍杆作为一种用于夹持手机的拍摄工具应运而生,自拍杆能够在一定长度间任意伸缩,使用者只需将手机固定在伸缩杆上,自拍杆可以使使用者在拍摄时拥有比手臂更长的拍摄距离且可以方便的选择更多的拍摄角度。同时,随着拍摄场景的多样化,对于自拍杆的使用方法的要求也越来越多,不再局限于手持使用,有时需要将自拍杆放置使用,此时需要自拍杆具有可独立安装的需求。
发明概述
技术问题
现有的带支撑脚的支架尺寸、体积均较大,且支撑脚固定、收纳在座体的外表面,造成结构复杂、杂乱,且操作繁琐、用户体验差。
问题的解决方案
技术解决方案
为了克服现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供了支架及具有其的自拍杆,用于解决前述技术问题中的至少一个。
具体地,其技术方案如下:
一种支架,包括:
座体;
多个支撑脚,铰接于所述座体的底部,多个所述支撑脚可折叠收纳在所述座体上,所述座体上开设有与所述支撑脚相适配的收纳槽,所述支撑脚向上折叠后一体收纳于所述收纳槽内,所述收纳槽内设置有用于保持所述支撑脚的保持结构;
锁定结构,多个所述支撑脚打开后经所述锁定结构限位以支撑所述座体。
在优选的实施方式中,所述锁定结构包括锁止环,所述锁止环包括环本体、拨杆和多个与所述支撑脚相对应的挡板,所述拨杆、所述挡板均固定连接所述环本体,所述环本体可转动地设置在所述座体内,所述座体设有供所述拨杆转动的让位槽,且所述拨杆从所述让位槽伸出所述座体;
所述挡板被配置为,在多个所述支撑脚呈撑开状态下,能随所述拨杆转动到预设位置后抵接相对应的所述支撑脚,以阻止所述支撑脚转动进而支撑所述座体,以及能随所述拨杆转动后与所述支撑脚脱离抵接,使所述支撑脚能够转动以向上折叠。
在优选的实施方式中,多个所述挡板间隔设置在所述环本体的底部外周,并相对于所述环本体沿斜下方延伸预设长度,在多个所述支撑脚呈撑开状态下,所述挡板从下方抵接相对应的所述支撑脚。
在优选的实施方式中,多个所述支撑脚中任意一个在未呈撑开状态下都位于两所述挡板之间,以阻止所述挡板转动,使得多个所述支撑脚同时呈撑开状态才能转动挡板。
在优选的实施方式中,所述保持结构包括与所述支撑脚相适配的卡口,所述卡口用于在所述收纳槽内夹持所述支撑脚。
在优选的实施方式中,所述锁止环还包括副挡板,设置在所述环本体的外周,所述副挡板与所述挡板之间沿竖直方向具有预设的间隔;
所述副挡板被配置为,在多个所述支撑脚呈撑开状态下,从上方抵接所述支撑脚,以阻止所述支撑脚转动进而支撑所述座体。
一种自拍杆,包括夹持部、伸缩杆和前述任一技术方案所述的支架,所述夹持部与所述伸缩杆相连用于夹持手机;
所述座体内有空腔供所述伸缩杆收合在所述座体内。
在优选的实施方式中,所述夹持部包括第一夹臂、第二夹臂以及连接臂,所述第二夹臂能相对所述第一夹臂弹性伸缩并形成用于夹持手机的夹持空间,所述第二夹臂上设有与所述第二夹臂铰接的补光灯,所述第二夹臂具有两个相对设置的支撑臂,所述补光灯设于两个所述支撑臂之间。
在优选的实施方式中,所述连接臂的一端与所述第一夹臂铰接,所述连接臂的 另一端与所述伸缩杆铰接。
在优选的实施方式中,所述座体的外表面设有可拆卸无线遥控器,所述座体设有滑槽,所述无线遥控器设有与所述滑槽相适配的滑轨,所述滑槽内设有限位凸筋,所述滑轨设有与所述限位凸筋相适配的限位槽。
发明的有益效果
有益效果
根据本实用新型提供的支架,多个支撑脚铰接于座体的底部,座体上开设有与支撑脚相适配的收纳槽,支撑脚向上折叠后一体收纳于对应的收纳槽内,多个支撑脚打开后经锁定结构限位以支撑座体。由于,支撑脚向上折叠后一体收纳于对应的收纳槽内,使得支撑脚与座体之间具有良好的结构融合特性,简化了支撑脚的收纳状态下的固定结构,使得支架更轻量、更便携,且使得座体外表面整齐、紧凑,操作容易,提高了用户体验。
根据本实用新型提供的自拍杆,包括夹持部和前述任一技术方案所述的支架,夹持部与伸缩杆相连用于夹持手机。由此,自拍杆在使用时可将多个支撑脚从座体上打开,然后经锁定结构限位,从而实现自拍杆的稳定支撑。

本发明的最佳实施方式
如图1-图6所示,本实施例提供了一种支架及一种自拍杆,该自拍杆包括夹持部30、伸缩杆20和支架,但需要说明的是,该支架除了可用于作为该自拍杆的支架外,还可以用于作为照明灯、风扇、测量仪器等其它设备的支架。
其中,支架包括座体10、多个支撑脚50和锁定结构,夹持部30与伸缩杆20相连用于夹持手机。
作为一种优选的夹持部30,夹持部30包括第一夹臂31、第二夹臂32以及连接臂33,第二夹臂32可相对第一夹臂31弹性伸缩并形成用于夹持手机的夹持空间34,第二夹臂32上设有与第二夹臂32铰接的补光灯35,第二夹臂32具有两个相对设置的支撑臂36,补光灯35设于两个支撑臂36之间。
进一步地,补光灯35呈圆柱状,可在支撑臂36之间转动以调整角度。
进一步地,连接臂33的一端与第一夹臂31铰接,连接臂33的另一端与伸缩杆20铰接,夹持部30可实现与连接臂33、座体10的相对转动,方便收纳以及调整角度。
其中,座体10为一端敞口的筒形壳体,座体10内有空腔11供伸缩杆20收合在座体10内。其中,座体10的底部与座体10的主体部位之间可以是一体式结构,也可以是由两个分离的部分固定连接在一起。座体10内设有控制电路板以及电池,控制电路板与电池为自拍杆内常设元件,已是现有技术不是本申请所要保护 的重点,在此不再赘述。
座体10的外表面设有可拆卸无线遥控器40,座体设有滑槽12,无线遥控器40设有与滑槽12相适配的滑轨41,滑槽12内设有限位凸筋121,滑轨41设有与限位凸筋121相适配的限位槽42。座体10的底部设有用于与云台或三脚架相适配的螺纹孔13。
伸缩杆20的下端固定在座体10内,伸缩杆20的上端与夹持部30连接。多个支撑脚50铰接于座体10的底部,优选地,三个支撑脚50铰接于座体10的底部,三个支撑脚50可折叠收纳在座体10上。作为一种优选的铰接方式,支撑脚50的一端与座体10底部的铰接处设于收纳槽14、16位于座体10底部的的区域内,该区域内形成垂直于伸缩杆20拉伸方向的铰接轴,支撑脚50可以延铰接轴上下翻动。
座体10上开设有与支撑脚50相适配的收纳槽14、16,支撑脚50向上折叠后一体收纳于收纳槽14、16内,收纳槽14、16内设置有用于保持支撑脚50的保持结构。
作为一种优选的保持结构,保持结构包括与支撑脚50相适配的卡口17,卡口17用于在收纳槽14、16内夹持支撑脚50。也就是说,支撑脚50卡入卡口17后以使三个支撑脚50稳定固定在收纳槽16内。
本实施例中,锁定结构设置在座体10的底部,三个支撑脚50打开后经锁定结构限位以支撑座体10。
作为一种优选的锁定结构,锁定结构包括锁止环60,锁止环60包括环本体61、拨杆62和多个与支撑脚50相对应的挡板63。其中,当支撑脚50的数量为三个时,挡板63的数量优选也为三个,每个挡板63对应一个支撑脚50。其中,拨杆62、挡板63均固定连接环本体61,环本体61可转动地设置在座体10内,座体10设有供拨杆62转动的让位槽15,且拨杆62从让位槽15伸出座体10。由此,用户可以从座体10的外部拨动拨杆62转动,拨杆62转动又带动挡板63转动。
本实施例中,挡板63被配置为,在多个支撑脚50呈撑开状态下,能随拨杆62转动到预设位置后从下方抵接相对应的支撑脚50,以阻止支撑脚50转动进而支撑座体10,以及能随拨杆62转动后与支撑脚50脱离抵接,使支撑脚50能够转动以向上折叠。
作为挡板63的一种优选的上述配置实现方式,多个挡板63间隔设置在环本体61的底部外周,并相对于环本体61沿斜下方延伸预设长度,在多个支撑脚50呈撑开状态下,挡板63从下方抵接相对应的支撑脚50。由于挡板63从下方抵接相对应的支撑脚50,在多个支撑脚50呈撑开状态下,支撑脚50无法转动。而当挡板63随拨杆62转动到与支撑脚50的一端脱离抵接(即挡板63不再从下方抵接相对应的支撑脚50,此时支撑脚50位于相邻的挡板63之间的间隙内)的位置,使支撑脚50能够转动以向上折叠。
优选地,多个支撑脚50中任意一个未呈撑开状态下都位于两挡板63之间,以阻止挡板50转动,实现锁止时多个支撑脚50同时呈撑开状态。具体地,此时,当三个支撑脚50没有完全都放下来之前,未放下来的支撑脚50位于两挡板63之间,使得挡板63被支撑脚50挡住,无法转动。

本实施例提供了一种支架及自拍杆,与最优实施例相比,本实施例的区别在于:
如图9、图10所示,本实施例中,锁止环60还包括副挡板64,设置在环本体61的外周,,副挡板64与挡板63之间沿竖直方向具有预设的间隔。在一种优选的实施方式中,副挡板64的数量为多个,且与挡板63一一对应。例如,当挡板63的数量为3个时,副挡板64的数量也为3个,每个副挡板64对应一个挡板63,每个副挡板64与对应的挡板63之间沿竖直方向具有预设的间隔。在另一种优选的实施方式中,副挡板64也可以是环绕环本体61的一整圈结构。
进一步地,如图11、图12所示,在支架和具有该支架的自拍杆中,副挡板被配置为,在多个支撑脚50呈撑开状态下,从上方抵接相对应的支撑脚50,以阻止支撑脚50转动进而支撑座体10。即多个支撑脚50呈撑开状态下,副挡板64位于对应的支撑脚50的上方,挡板63位于对应的支撑脚50的下方,副挡板64从上方抵接支撑脚50,挡板63从下方抵接支撑脚50。由于设置有副挡板64,可通过副挡板64抵接支撑脚50,避免拨杆62或座体10内的抵接部位破损。
优选地,副挡板64、挡板63中的一个或多个被配置硬质特性。其硬质特性优选 来源于其材料特性,例如由金属材料制成。
