本申请实施例提供一种事件处理方法。本申请实施例提供的事件处理方法可以执行在自动柜员机上。
图1为本申请实施例提供的事件处理方法的第一流程示例图。如图1所示,本实施例中,事件处理方法可以包括以下步骤:
S101,根据自动柜员机上的插卡操作,采集并存储自动柜员机前操作人的影像信息。
S102,根据影像信息,检测是否发生遗忘事件,遗忘事件包括忘记取款事件和/或忘记取卡事件。
S103,若发生遗忘事件,根据遗忘事件的类型,执行与类型对应的处理操作。
其中,影像信息可以包括视频信息、图像信息等。
通过步骤S101,当有人在自动柜员机上插入银行卡时,系统就会自动采集和存储当前在自动柜员机前的操作人的影像信息,以便为后续步骤S102中检测是否发生遗忘事件提供依据。
需要说明的是,尽管步骤S101中采集的是自动柜员机前操作人的影像信息,但是,该影像信息也可以包括自动柜员机前无人的影像信息。
其中,在步骤S102中,可以根据影像信息,分别检测是否发生忘记取款事件以及是否发生忘记取卡事件。
在一个示例性的实现过程中,根据影像信息,检测是否发生遗忘事件,可以包括:根据该自动柜员机输出的钱款未被取走时影像信息中的人脸变动情况,检测是否发生忘记取款事件。这里,人脸变动情况指影像信息中人脸发生变化的情况。其中,人脸变动可以是从一个人的脸部图像变成了另一个人的脸部图像(即人脸发生更换),也可以是从画面中有脸部图像变成了画面中没有脸部图像(即人脸消失)。举例说明,前者对应的情形可以是:用户甲在自动柜员机前取款,当自动柜员机把钱款输出后,用户甲由于个人原因(比如接到一个紧急电话,着急走开)忘记取款和/或取卡就走开了,此时,另一个用户乙来到用户甲之前所在的自动柜员机办理业务。后者对应的情形可以是:用户甲在自动柜员机前取款,当自动柜员机把钱款输出后,用户甲由于个人原因(比如接到一个紧急电话,着 急走开)忘记取款和/或取卡就走开了,此时,自动柜员机前也没有其他用户。
需要说明的是,在自动柜员机输出的钱款未被取走时,才需要检测是否发生忘记取款事件,如果自动柜员机输出的钱款已经被取走,不需要再进行是否发生忘记取款事件的检测。
在一个示例性的实现过程中,根据自动柜员机输出的钱款未被取走时影像信息中的人脸变动情况,检测是否发生忘记取款事件,可以包括:若自动柜员机输出的钱款未被取走时影像信息显示人脸发生更换或人脸消失,则判定发生忘记取款事件;或者,若自动柜员机输出的钱款未被取走时影像信息显示人脸存在并且人脸未发生更换,则判定未发生忘记取款事件。
通过上述实施例,系统(指安装于自动柜员机上的系统)可以基于影像信息自动智能地判断出是否发生忘记取款事件,从而为后续是否启动相应的处理操作提供依据。
在一个示例性的实现过程中,根据影像信息,检测是否发生遗忘事件,可以包括:根据自动柜员机上的插卡操作后卡未被取走时影像信息中的人脸变动情况,检测是否发生忘记取卡事件。

需要说明的是,在自动柜员机上的银行卡未被取走时,才需要检测是否发生忘记取卡事件,在银行卡已经被取走的情况下,不需要再进行是否发生忘记取卡事件的检测。
其中,步骤S103中的遗忘事件的类型可以是忘记取款事件、忘记取卡事件等。
在一个示例性的实现过程中,根据遗忘事件的类型,执行与类型对应的处理操作,可以包括:在遗忘事件的类型为忘记取款事件时,收回钱款,并取消取款记录。这样,当系统通过检测发现用户忘记取款时,就可以及时收回钱款,同时取消取款记录,从而避免钱款被他人取走而给用户造成经济损失,提升用户的满意度。
在一个示例性的实现过程中,根据遗忘事件的类型,执行与类型对应的处理操作,可以包括:在遗忘事件的类型为忘记取卡事件时,收回被忘记取走的卡,并记录忘记取卡信息;获取被忘记取走的卡的所有者的联系信息;根据联系信息,向被忘记取走的卡的所有者发送取卡提醒信息,取卡提醒信息用于提醒被忘记取走的卡的所有者到指定营业厅取卡。
其中,忘记取卡信息可以包括被忘记取走的卡的卡号、发生忘记取卡事件的自动柜员机编号、自动柜员机所属营业厅的名称及地址、忘记取卡事件的发生时间等等。
其中,被忘记取走的卡的所有者的联系信息可以包括该所有者的姓名、电话号码(比如手机号)等。
其中,可以通过如下方式获取被忘记取走的卡的所有者的联系信息:自动柜员机向银行的后台系统发送获取银行卡所有者联系信息的请求消息,请求消息中携带银行卡卡号;后台系统根据该请求消息,向自动柜员机返回被忘记取走的卡的所有者的联系信息。
其中,取卡提醒信息可以是短信息。取卡提醒信息的内容可以包括用户可以取卡的指定营业厅的名称、地址等。
基于上述实施例,当用户在自动柜员机处忘记取卡时,自动柜员机可以自动获取卡的所有者的联系信息,并根据该联系信息自动通知卡的所有者。这样,就避免了卡的所有者到营业厅挂失补卡时,营业厅需要调取监控核实的复杂处理过程,为用户节省了时间,从而可以进一步提升用户满意度。同时,对于营业厅来说,也节约了处理时间,有助于提高营业厅的处理效率。
利用自动柜员机采集的影像信息,自动柜员机还可以判断取款 人是否是卡的所有者本人。基于此,银行可以放宽卡的所有者本人在自动柜员机的取款金额上限,而对非卡的所有者本人在自动柜员机的取款金额仍然限制在规定的金额以下。
因此,在一个示例性的实现过程中,事件处理方法还可以包括:根据接收到的超过指定金额的取款请求,从影像信息中识别取款人脸部的图像信息,作为第一图像信息;从系统中获取当前卡的所有者的脸部图像信息,作为第二图像信息;判断第一图像信息与第二图像信息是否匹配;若第一图像信息与第二图像信息匹配,按照取款请求输出款项。若第一图像信息与第二图像信息不匹配,拒绝输出款项。
其中,第一图像信息与第二图像信息匹配是指,第一图像信息中显示的脸部图像与第二图像信息中显示的脸部图像是同一脸部的图像,也即第一图像信息与第二图像信息中显示的脸部图像是同一个人的脸部图像。
第一图像信息与第二图像信息不匹配是指,第一图像信息中显示的脸部图像与第二图像信息中显示的脸部图像不是同一脸部的图像,也即第一图像信息与第二图像信息中显示的脸部图像不是同一个人的脸部图像。
基于此,本申请实施例提出了图2所示的事件处理方法流程。

S201,根据自动柜员机上的插卡操作,采集并存储自动柜员机前操作人的影像信息。
S202,根据接收到的超过指定金额的取款请求,从影像信息中识别取款人脸部的图像信息,作为第一图像信息。
S203,从系统中获取当前卡的所有者的脸部图像信息,作为第二图像信息。
S204,判断第一图像信息与第二图像信息是否匹配。

本申请实施例提供的事件处理方法,通过根据自动柜员机上的插卡操作,采集并存储自动柜员机前操作人的影像信息,根据影像信息,检测是否发生遗忘事件,若发生遗忘事件,根据遗忘事件的类型,执行与类型对应的处理操作,能够在用户使用自动柜员机时,自动根据采集的影像信息判断是否发生遗忘事件,并在发生遗忘事件时自动根据事件类型进行相应的处理操作,防止因遗忘事件给用户造成经济损失,从而提高了用户的满意度。

  6. 一种事件处理装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    采集模块,用于根据自动柜员机上的插卡操作,采集并存储所述自动柜员机前操作人的影像信息;
    检测模块,用于根据所述影像信息,检测是否发生遗忘事件,所述遗忘事件包括忘记取款事件和/或忘记取卡事件;
    处理模块,用于若发生所述遗忘事件,根据所述遗忘事件的类型,执行与所述类型对应的处理操作。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述检测模块具体用于:
    根据所述自动柜员机输出的钱款未被取走时所述影像信息中的人脸变动情况,检测是否发生所述忘记取款事件。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述检测模块具体用于:
    根据所述自动柜员机上的插卡操作后卡未被取走时所述影像信息中的人脸变动情况,检测是否发生所述忘记取卡事件。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述处理模块具体用于:
    在所述遗忘事件的类型为所述忘记取款事件时,收回钱款,并取消取款记录。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述处理模块具体用于:
    在所述遗忘事件的类型为所述忘记取卡事件时,收回被忘记取走的卡,并记录忘记取卡信息;
    获取所述被忘记取走的卡的所有者的联系信息;
    根据所述联系信息,向所述被忘记取走的卡的所有者发送取卡提醒信息,所述取卡提醒信息用于提醒所述被忘记取走的卡的所有者到指定营业厅取卡。
  11. 一种自动柜员机,其特征在于,所述自动柜员机包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储所述处理器可执行指令的存储器;
    所述处理器被配置为:
    根据所述自动柜员机上的插卡操作,采集并存储所述自动柜员机前操作人的影像信息;
    根据所述影像信息,检测是否发生遗忘事件,所述遗忘事件包括忘记取款事件和/或忘记取卡事件;
    若发生所述遗忘事件,根据所述遗忘事件的类型,执行与所述类型对应的处理操作。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的自动柜员机,其特征在于,所述处理器在根据所述影像信息,检测是否发生遗忘事件时,被配置为:
    根据所述自动柜员机输出的钱款未被取走时所述影像信息中的人脸变动情况,检测是否发生所述忘记取款事件。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的自动柜员机,其特征在于,所述处理器在根据所述影像信息,检测是否发生遗忘事件时,被配置为:
    根据所述自动柜员机上的插卡操作后卡未被取走时所述影像信息中的人脸变动情况,检测是否发生所述忘记取卡事件。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的自动柜员机,其特征在于,所述处理器在根据所述遗忘事件的类型,执行与所述类型对应的处理操作时,被配置为:
    在所述遗忘事件的类型为所述忘记取款事件时,收回钱款,并取消取款记录。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的自动柜员机,其特征在于,所述处理器在根据所述遗忘事件的类型,执行与所述类型对应的处理操作时,被配置为:
    在所述遗忘事件的类型为所述忘记取卡事件时,收回被忘记取走的卡,并记录忘记取卡信息;
    获取所述被忘记取走的卡的所有者的联系信息;
    根据所述联系信息,向所述被忘记取走的卡的所有者发送取卡提醒信息,所述取卡提醒信息用于提醒所述被忘记取走的卡的所有 者到指定营业厅取卡。
  16. 一种计算机非易失性可读存储介质,所述计算机非易失性可读存储介质存储有计算机程序,其特征在于,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现如下步骤:
    根据自动柜员机上的插卡操作,采集并存储所述自动柜员机前操作人的影像信息;
    根据所述影像信息,检测是否发生遗忘事件,所述遗忘事件包括忘记取款事件和/或忘记取卡事件;
    若发生所述遗忘事件,根据所述遗忘事件的类型,执行与所述类型对应的处理操作。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的计算机非易失性可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时还实现如下步骤:
    根据所述自动柜员机输出的钱款未被取走时所述影像信息中的人脸变动情况,检测是否发生所述忘记取款事件。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的计算机非易失性可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时还实现如下步骤:
    根据所述自动柜员机上的插卡操作后卡未被取走时所述影像信息中的人脸变动情况,检测是否发生所述忘记取卡事件。
  19. 根据权利要求16所述的计算机非易失性可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时还实现如下步骤:
    在所述遗忘事件的类型为所述忘记取款事件时,收回钱款,并取消取款记录。
  20. 根据权利要求16所述的计算机非易失性可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时还实现如下步骤:
    在所述遗忘事件的类型为所述忘记取卡事件时,收回被忘记取走的卡,并记录忘记取卡信息;
    获取所述被忘记取走的卡的所有者的联系信息;
    根据所述联系信息,向所述被忘记取走的卡的所有者发送取卡提醒信息,所述取卡提醒信息用于提醒所述被忘记取走的卡的所有 者到指定营业厅取卡。
