进一步而言,在上述技术方案中,一种废气治理环保堆料装置,所述臂架回转、俯仰机构包括液压油缸、卷扬装置和固定支架两部分,臂架相对于水平线10°—25°俯仰,所述塔架回转机构臂架安装在回转轴承上,采用液压油缸推动,可以在±30°旋转。
进一步而言,在上述技术方案中,一种废气治理环保堆料装置,所述皮带机系统由传动滚筒和改向滚筒、托辊、输送胶带、清扫装置、安全保护装置、张紧装置及金属结构架等部分构成。所述传动滚筒和改向滚筒内均设有固定轴,所述固定轴相连接,所述托辊固定安装在机架上,与输送胶带的纵向中心线垂直。
进一步而言,在上述技术方案中,一种废气治理环保堆料装置,所述控制设备包括移动式电站、电机驱动部分、控制部分、照明部分,所述移动式电站柴油发电机组,所述控制部分控制臂架回转俯仰机构、塔架回转机构,所述照明部分安装在塔架上,前后各一组。
进一步而言,在上述技术方案中,一种废气治理环保堆料装置,所述取料系统包括溜料板,所述溜料板与皮带机系统13相连,所述溜料板为耐磨合金衬板,溜料板上部设置除大块格栅。
进一步而言,在上述技术方案中,一种废气治理环保堆料装置, 所述液压系统7满足整机行走、取料、输送动力,臂架作俯仰、回转运动。
进一步而言,在上述技术方案中,一种废气治理环保堆料装置,所述润滑系统在机上各转动部位均有相应的润滑设施,所述取料系统、回转机构、臂架回转俯仰机构、履带行走机构均采用电动集中润滑和备用手动分散润滑两套润滑方式。
进一步而言,在上述技术方案中,一种废气治理环保堆料装置,所述清扫装置包括:支撑架和位于所述皮带的非承载面上方的刮料框,所述刮料框由所述支撑架支撑,且所述刮料框为正方形结构,由与所述皮带的非承载面垂直设置的带除尘毛刷的高分子聚氨酯材质的刮料板围成;所述高分子聚氨酯材质的刮料框的中心与所述皮带的非承载面宽度中心线对正,所述刮料板的底面与所述皮带的非承载面接触。
进一步而言,在上述技术方案中,一种废气治理环保堆料装置,所述与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:(1)应用的广泛性:装置适应生活垃圾、脱水污泥多种类型材料,堆料能力可达到600m 3/小时。(2)使用的灵活性:可以在场地任意位置堆料,扩大堆场的利用空间。该设备可以轻松迁移到其它地方,提升设备的利用率。(3)设计的科学性:进料装置具备稳流功能,保证连续、均匀、平稳地供料;整套系统实现了环保堆料,进料装置设计为厢式,进料口处增加橡胶帘罩;(4)系统的完整性:配套移动进料装置,让自卸卡车或装载 机以最快的速度进行卸料,极大提高了运营能力,电力或移动式电站可适应不同的工作环境。(5)投资的效益性:一次性堆料高度可达15米,堆料宽度可达72米,比原有工艺提高效率200%以上,节约运行成本300%以上。移动式堆料装置具有独立性,如果交易结束,期权可以自由的迁移,甚至转卖。强劲的二手市场有效保障这些机器的剩余价值从而减少投资风险。(6)技术的先进性:微纳离子超导次声净化设备,运用超导次声原理,降解有机废气。不加任何添加剂,以全物理的形式,使有机气体发生化学反应,可一次性完成降解硫化物、甲烷以及降尘、除臭、灭菌。综合净化率99.7%,无二次污染。本装置具有以下特点:(1)可一次性完成除臭、脱硫、除尘、灭菌。
(2)无需人工操作,全自动化管理。
(3)运行费用低,能耗小,阻力小,经久耐用。
(4)节电,可利用太阳能供电。
(5)节水,可循环使用。
(6)副产物可做肥料,不产生二次污染。
(7)可建成公园式、花园式结构。
(8)可改善空气质量。
(9)净化率高、零排放、杀菌和产生负氧离子。
(10)四位一体:脱硫、脱硝、除尘、除水雾。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
参照图1-图2,本发明提供一种废气治理环保堆料装置,包括:堆料系统、除臭系统4、香水喷洒系统6、控制系统和电气系统9;所述堆料系统、除臭系统4、香水喷洒系统6和控制系统都安装在移动式平台上;所述堆料系统包括:行走机构11、进料装置3、皮带机系统13、臂架俯仰、回转机构10、出料筒系统、液压控制系统7;所述堆料系统回转机构10采用回转大轴承。能承受足够大的轴向力、径向力、倾覆力矩和圆周力,安全系数较高;所述行走机构11采用自行式驱动,整机的重量通过履带架、支重轮传到履带上;所述进料装置3采用斗轮取料装置,所述斗轮取料装置包括勺斗、驱动轮、驱动电机,所述勺斗对称设置在驱动轮四周,在驱动轮环形空腔内设置有一机架,驱动电机安装在机架上;所述皮带机系统13由传动滚筒和改向滚筒、托辊、输送胶带、清扫装置、安全保护装置、张紧装置及金属结构架等部分构成;还包括臂架俯仰、回转机构10,所述臂架俯仰机构12包括液压系统和固定支架两部分,所述液压系统安装在 臂架和台车走行架之间,采用双油缸拉杆作俯仰运动,臂架相对于水平线0°至25°俯仰;所述臂架回转机构10包括液压油缸和回转轴承,臂架相对于中心线-45°至+45°俯仰;所述出料筒系统为可前后偏摆和/或回转物料;所述除臭系统4包括:微纳离子超导次声净化设备;所述除臭系统4安装在进料装置3上部,有负压装置;所述香水喷洒系统6包括:香水泵、管道、喷头、储液器;所述香水喷洒系统6设置在溜槽上部;所述电气设备包括供配电部分、电机驱动部分、控制部分、照明部分、信号显示及安全信号保护部分,与装船机和配套进料装置3相连。所述配电系统采用移动式电站和电缆卷筒接收岸电双模;所述控制系统包括:驾驶室14、配电系统,所述配电系统包括:移动式电站和/或电缆卷筒。
本申请的工作原理如下;堆料装置行走机构11采用自行式驱动系统,车轮组采用重载汽车轮胎,根据用户投资规模和堆场工况,行走机构11有纵向行式、横向行式、全方位几种,采用纵向行式行走机构11设备迁移比较方便;横向行式适用于长形堆场,但设备迁移不方便;全方位可解决上述问题,但造价较高。行走机构11在驾驶室14通过操纵杆控制,操作自如。
堆料装置前后各设计了一个支撑点,堆料装置移动到位后开始装载物料时,须通过液压油缸抬高前后支撑点,以保护轮胎。
皮带机系统13安装在堆料装置臂架上,后方喂料机与皮带机进料口相连,向堆料装置皮带机喂料,物料经由皮带机至摆动溜筒落料,从而实现堆料装置连续作业。
为降低落料点的高度,减少物料和物料之间的碰撞,采用双油缸支撑臂架或拉杆作俯仰运动;油缸行程由堆料高度确定。
通过移动堆料装置和溜筒前后摆动或回转物料,保证物料均匀分布到各个位置,因为堆料装置移动的方便性,可实现任意位置的堆料。
超导次声技术是利用超低频频率产生的震荡波,将沼气经微钠离子源谐振,以10MHZ以上的超高频将硫分离出来,将其中的氧原子释放掉,硫结晶成单质硫。同时使有机微生物综合菌群发生共振,使有机微生物综合菌群裂解灭亡,气味消失,有机微生物综合菌群,经裂解群灭后产生的有机固体可作为肥料,无二次污染。
在进料装置3的受料密闭导料槽内设喷嘴组,香水喷洒系统6,形成的香水水幕与垃圾混合,填埋厂香气四溢。
堆料装置自身配置移动式电站,使得堆料装置应用更加自如,无论是否有岸电,或岸电的频率电压等级如何,堆料装置都能独立工作。
进一步而言,在上述技术方案中,所述回转机构102采用回转大轴承。能承受足够大的轴向力、径向力、倾覆力矩和圆周力,安全系数高。
进一步而言,在上述技术方案中,所述行走机构11的行走轮采用的是履带自行式驱动,所述取料系统采用斗轮取料装置,斗轮机构的驱动装置采用低速大扭矩液压马达直接驱动,设置超力保护装置;斗轮体结构形式为直插无格式勺斗,斗刃带齿耐磨,勺斗、齿和斗轮体有足够的刚度和耐磨性;斗刃采用耐磨合金材料,斗齿采用铸钢材料。
进一步而言,在上述技术方案中,所述取料系统采用刮板取料装置,所述刮板取料装置包括勺斗、驱动轮、驱动电机,所述勺斗对称设置在驱动轮四周,在驱动轮环形空腔内设置有一机架,驱动电机安装在机架上。
进一步而言,在上述技术方案中,所述臂架回转、俯仰机构12包括液压油缸、卷扬装置和固定支架两部分,臂架相对于水平线10°—25°俯仰,所述塔架回转机构10臂架安装在回转轴承上,采用液压油缸推动,可以在±30°旋转。
进一步而言,在上述技术方案中,所述皮带机系统13由传动滚筒和改向滚筒、托辊、输送胶带、清扫装置、安全保护装置、张紧装置及金属结构架等部分构成。所述传动滚筒和改向滚筒内均设有固定轴,所述固定轴相连接,所述托辊固定安装在机架上,与输送胶带的纵向中心线垂直。
进一步而言,在上述技术方案中,所述控制设备包括移动式电站、电机驱动部分、控制部分、照明部分,所述移动式电站为太阳电池电站,所述控制部分控制臂架回转俯仰机构12、塔架回转机构10,所述照明部分安装在塔架上,前后各一组。
进一步而言,在上述技术方案中,所述取料系统包括溜料板,所述溜料板皮带机系统13相连,所述溜料板为耐磨合金衬板,溜料板上部设置除大块格栅。
进一步而言,在上述技术方案中,所述取料系统中间设计大容量缓冲仓。
进一步而言,在上述技术方案中,所述皮带机系统13采用直线式皮带机,具有俯仰、回转功能;所述输送臂架可以在25°-35°旋转,覆盖半径30米,可输送高度12米以上。
进一步而言,在上述技术方案中,所述液压系统7满足整机行走、取料、输送动力,臂架作俯仰、回转运动。
进一步而言,在上述技术方案中,所述润滑系统在机上各转动部位均有相应的润滑设施,所述取料系统、回转机构10、臂架回转俯仰机构12、履带行走机构11均采用电动集中润滑和备用手动分散润滑两套润滑方式。
进一步而言,在上述技术方案中,所述斗轮取料装置具有移动式电站,与岸电相连接。
进一步而言,在上述一种废气治理环保堆料装置,还可优选的提供清扫装置,所述清扫装置包括:支撑架和位于所述皮带的非承载面上方的刮料框,所述刮料框由所述支撑架支撑,且所述刮料框为正方形结构,由与所述皮带的非承载面垂直设置的带除尘毛刷的高分子聚氨酯材质的刮料板围成;所述高分子聚氨酯材质的刮料框的中心与所述皮带的非承载面宽度中心线对正,所述刮料板的底面与所述皮带的非承载面接触。
本发明一种废气治理环保堆料装置,行走机构11采用履带自行式驱动系统,可实现在堆场的任意位置行走。所述取料结构采用斗轮或刮板,可实现连续取料,所取物料过渡到中间大容量缓冲仓,用于储存、缓冲、输送。所述皮带机系统13采用直线式皮带机,具有俯 仰、回转功能,一次性堆料高度可达15米,堆料宽度可达72米,比原有工艺提高效率200%以上,节约运行成本300%以上。移动式堆料装置具有独立性,如果交易结束,期权可以自由的迁移,甚至转卖。强劲的二手市场有效保障这些机器的剩余价值从而减少投资风险。微纳离子超导次声净化设备,运用超导次声原理,降解有机废气。不加任何添加剂,以全物理的形式,使有机气体发生化学反应,可一次性完成降解硫化物、甲烷以及降尘、除臭、灭菌。综合净化率99.7%,无二次污染。

  1. 一种废气治理环保堆料装置,其特征在于,包括:堆料系统、除臭系统(4)、香水喷洒系统(6)、控制系统和电气系统9;所述堆料系统、除臭系统(4)、香水喷洒系统(6)和控制系统都安装在移动式平台上;所述移动式平台可以在场地内自由移动;所述堆料系统包括:行走机构(11)、进料装置(3)、皮带机系统(13)、臂架俯仰、回转机构(10)、出料筒系统、液压控制系统(7);所述行走机构(11)采用自行式驱动,整机的重量通过履带架、支重轮传到履带上;所述堆料系统回转机构(10)采用回转大轴承;所述进料装置(3)采用斗轮取料装置,所述斗轮取料装置包括勺斗、驱动轮、驱动电机,所述勺斗对称设置在驱动轮四周,在驱动轮环形空腔内设置有一机架,驱动电机安装在机架上;所述皮带机系统(13)由传动滚筒和改向滚筒、托辊、输送胶带、清扫装置、安全保护装置、张紧装置及金属结构架等部分构成;还包括臂架俯仰、回转机构(10),所述臂架俯仰机构(12)包括液压系统和固定支架两部分,所述液压系统安装在臂架和台车走行架之间,采用双油缸拉杆作俯仰运动,臂架相对于水平线0°至25°俯仰;所述臂架回转机构(10)包括液压油缸和回转轴承,臂架相对于中心线-45°至+45°俯仰;所述出料筒系统为可前后偏摆和/或回转物料;所述除臭系统(4)包括:微纳离子超导次声净化设备;所述除臭系统(4)安装在进料装置(3)上部,有负压装置;所述香水喷洒系统(6)包括:香水泵、管道、喷头、储液器;所述香水喷洒系统(6)设置在溜槽上部;所述电气设备包括供配电部分、电机驱动部分、控制部分、照明部分、信号显示及安全信号保 护部分,与装船机和配套进料装置(3)相连。所述配电系统采用移动式电站和电缆卷筒接收岸电双模;所述控制系统包括:驾驶室(14)、配电系统,所述配电系统包括:移动式电站和/或电缆卷筒。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的废气治理环保堆料装置,其特征在于,所述进料装置3为厢式,进料口处为橡胶帘罩,且悬臂皮带机设置有防护罩。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的废气治理环保堆料装置,其特征在于,所述行走机构(11)的行走轮采用的重载汽车轮胎。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的废气治理环保堆料装置,其特征在于,皮带机系统(13)采用直线式。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的废气治理环保堆料装置,其特征在于,所述臂架俯仰机构(12)采用液压油缸悬臂拉杆或采用液压油缸推动升降。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的废气治理环保堆料装置,其特征在于,所述进料装置(3)与输送悬臂集为一体,二者均安装于一个公共底盘(8)之上,构成一体式移动堆料机。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的废气治理环保堆料装置,其特征在于,所述微纳离子超导次声净化设备采用高能离子技术和超导质子技术相组合的技术,具体为高能超导质子净化设备。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的废气治理环保堆料装置,其特征在于,所述行走机构(11)为轮胎式和/或履带式。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的废气治理环保堆料装置,其特征在于,所述轮 胎式包括轮胎、轴和轴承以及液压马达等组成驱动装置,车轮采用重载汽车轮胎。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的废气治理环保堆料装置,其特征在于,所述履带式包括驱动轮、托链轮、支重轮、履带架、履带、张紧装置、导向轮及液压马达。
