Abstract

Die Erfindung umfasst ein Präsentationssystem (1) in Form eines aus frei wählbaren modularen Einheiten aufgebauten Regalsystems. Das Regalsystem weist ein Grundregal (2) mit applikationsspezifisch wählbaren Aufnahmen für zu präsentierende Gegenstände auf.

Description

Präsentationssystem Die Erfindung betrifft ein Präsentationssystem.
Derartige Präsentationssysteme können insbesondere zur Präsentation von Sani tärprodukten eingesetzt werden. Bei derartigen Präsentationssystemen müssen generell auch größere und schwerere Gegenstände, wie z. B. Waschtische oder WCs, präsentiert werden. Das Präsentationssystem muss daher generell eine relativ große Bauform und zudem eine hohe Stabilität aufweisen, um die genannten Gegenstände möglichst zu allen Seiten sichtbar zu präsentieren.
Ein derartiges Präsentationssystem wird typisch angepasst an die jeweilige Ap plikation gefertigt und ist damit nur für diesen Einsatzfall geeignet. Eine Wei- terbenutzung für andere Einsatzfälle ist daher nicht oder nur mit aufwändigen Umbauarbeiten möglich.
Zur Befestigung einzelner Komponenten des Präsentationssystems untereinan der und auch zur Befestigung von Aufnahmen zur Lagerung von zu präsentie renden Gegenständen müssen bei der Montage am Einsatzort Löcher in Kompo- nenten des Präsentationssystem gebohrt werden, um in diese Löcher geeignete Befestigungsmittel einzuführen.
Eine derartige Montage ist unerwünscht zeitaufwändig.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde ein Präsentationssystem bereitzustel len, welches flexibel einsetzbar und gleichzeitig schnell montierbar ist. Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe sind die Merkmale des Anspruchs 1 vorgesehen. Vorteilhafte Ausführungsformen und zweckmäßige Weiterbildungen der Erfin dung sind in den abhängigen Ansprüchen beschrieben.
Die Erfindung umfasst ein Präsentationssystem in Form eines aus frei wählbaren modularen Einheiten aufgebauten Regalsystems. Das Regalsystem weist ein Grundregal mit applikationsspezifisch wählbaren Aufnahmen für zu präsentie- rende Gegenstände auf.
Ein erster wesentlicher Vorteil der Erfindung besteht darin, dass das Präsentati onssystem ein modulares System bildet, das durch Verwendung geeigneter mo- dularer Einheiten in unterschiedlichen Ausführungen hergestellt werden kann und damit in verschiedenen Einsatzbereichen und Applikationen verwendet wer den kann.
Vorteilhaft ist das erfindungsgemäße Präsentationssystem für die Präsentation von Sanitärprodukten ausgebildet. Ein weiterer wesentlicher Vorteil besteht in einer hohen Montagefreundlichkeit des Präsentationssystems. Durch den modularen Aufbau des Präsentationssys tems wird eine einfache Montage ermöglicht. Die modularen Einheiten können einfach montiert werden oder liegen als bereits vorgefertigte Einheiten vor und können untereinander einfach verbunden werden. Ein wesentlicher Aspekt hierbei ist, dass die Komponenten oder modularen Ein heiten des Präsentationssystems allein mit Schraubverbindungen oder Exzenter- Verbindungsbeschlägen, die unter dem Produktnamen Rastex- Verbinder be kannt sind, miteinander verbunden werden können. Aufwändige Bohrarbeiten sind damit bei der gesamten Montage nicht erforderlich, wobei sich sehr kurze Montagezeiten ergeben. Die Komponenten des Präsentationssystems selbst, die mit diesen Schraubver bindungen oder Exzenter- Verbindungsbeschlägen verbunden werden, bestehen vorteilhaft aus Holz.
Ein weiterer Vorteil der Erfindung besteht darin, dass an diesem Präsentations- System unterschiedliche Gegenstände präsentiert werden können, was auf einfa che Weise dadurch erzielt wird, dass das Präsentationssystem mit frei wählbaren Präsentationshaltem ausgestattet werden kann, wobei die an einer Ausführung des Präsentationssystems vorgesehenen Präsentationshalter auch unterschiedlich ausgebildet sein können, so dass entsprechend verschiedene Gegenstände gleichzeitig präsentiert werden können.
Gemäß einer vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung der Erfindung weist das Grundregal erste vorgefertigte Bohrungen auf, an welchen Präsentationshalter in unter schiedlichen Positionen anbringbar sind oder welche selbst applikationsspezifi sche Aufnahmen bilden. Je nach applikationsspezifischer Ausbildung des Präsentationssystems können die Präsentationshalter an geeigneten Bohrungen, vorzugsweise mittels Schraub verbindungen, befestigt werden. Alternativ können die ersten Bohrungen auch selbst als applikationsspezifische Aufnahmen genutzt werden. Damit entfallen aufwändige Bohrarbeiten bei der Montage, da das Präsentationssystem bereits die für alle zu realisierenden Applikationen erforderlichen Bohrungen als vorab gefertigte Einheiten enthält.
Gemäß einer vorteilhaften Weiterbildung weist das Grundregal zweite vorgefer tigte Bohrungen auf, an welchen Beschriftungstafeln in unterschiedlichen Grö ßen in unterschiedlichen Positionen anbringbar sind. Dabei sind zweckmäßig auch die Beschriftungstafeln mittels Schraubverbindun gen am Grundregal fixierbar. Damit wird der Montageaufwand des Präsentationssystems weiter reduziert. Zu- dem wird ein besonders übersichtliches, informatives Präsentationssystem be- reitgestellt, da die Beschriftungstafeln wichtige die zu präsentierenden Gegen stände betreffende Informationen enthalten. Vorteilhaft bildet das Grundregal eine modulare Einheit mit variabler Größe aus.
Dadurch können auf einfache Weise Präsentationssysteme in unterschiedlichen Größen und Geometrien realisiert werden.
Gemäß einer konstruktiv vorteilhaften Ausführungsform weist das Grundregal eine Rückwand auf, deren Vorderseite eine Präsentationsfläche ausbildet. Der die Präsentations fläche bildende Teil der Rückwand liegt dabei frei, so dass an der Präsentationsfläche präsentierte Gegenstände gut sichtbar ausgesucht werden können.
Damit die zu präsentierenden Gegenstände an der Präsentationsfläche ange- bracht werden können, sind dementsprechend die ersten Bohrungen in die Rück- wand vorab eingearbeitet, so dass dort die Präsentationshalter angebracht wer den können. Entsprechend sind auch die zweiten Bohrungen in die Rückwand eingearbeitet, um dort auch die Beschriftungstafeln anbringen zu können, so dass darauf angebrachte Informationen über Gegenstände direkt räumlich den präsen tierten Gegenständen zugeordnet sind. Zweckmäßig ist die Rückwand in einer Rahmenkonstruktion bestehend aus ei nem Boden und zwei Seitenwänden gelagert.
Die so ausgebildete Rahmenkonstruktion verleiht dem Grundregal einen siche ren statischen Halt.
Vorteilhaft ist die Frontseite der Rahmenkonstruktion mit Blenden abgedeckt. Die vorzugsweise am oberen und unteren Rand der Rahmenkonstruktion verlau- fenden Blenden verleihen dem Präsentationssystem eine optisch ansprechende Erscheinungsform und bewirken zusätzlich eine Stabilität des Präsentationssys- tems. Gemäß einer konstruktiv vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung sind an der Rückseite der Rückwand Stabilisierungselemente vorgesehen, welche zur Lagerung des Grundregals an einer Auflagefläche ausgebildet sind.
Die Stabilisierungselemente erhöhen zum einen die Stabilität des Grundregals und ermöglichen zugleich eine einfach durchzuführende Befestigung des Prä- sentationssystems an einer Auflagefläche, die insbesondere von einer Wand ei- nes Gebäudes gebildet sein kann.
Vorteilhaft sind als Stabilisierungselemente mehrere in horizontaler Richtung verlaufende, sich über die gesamte Breite erstreckende Querträger vorgesehen.
Dabei können die Querträger als stabile Kanthölzer ausgebildet sein. Die so ausgebildeten Stabilisierungselemente bilden definierte Kontaktflächen aus, mit denen das Präsentationssystem lagestabil und passgenau an der Aufla gefläche montiert werden kann.
Besonders vorteilhaft sind erste Bohrungen zur Aufnahme von Präsentationshal- tem im Bereich von Querträgern angeordnet. Hierbei wird ausgenutzt, dass die Rückwand im Bereich der Rückwand eine er höhte Stabilität aufweist. Werden dann in diesem Bereich Präsentationshalter vorgesehen, können an diesen auch schwere Gegenstände gelagert werden, ohne dass Beschädigungen oder Beeinträchtigungen des Grundregals zu befürchten sind. Gemäß einer vorteilhaften Weiterbildung sind im Grundregal Einbaueinheiten als weitere modulare Einheiten integrierbar.
Dadurch kann die Funktionalität des Präsentationssystems noch erweitert wer den. Beispielsweise sind die Einbaueinheiten von Schränken oder Regalen ge- bildet.
In derartig ausgebildeten Einbaueinheiten können Gegenstände gelagert werden, die beispielsweise von Interessenten als Muster mitgenommen werden können oder auch als Abverkaufsware verkauft werden können.
Die Erfindung wird im Folgenden anhand der Zeichnungen erläutert. Es zeigen:

Die Figuren 1 bis 3 zeigen ein Ausführungsbeispiel des erfindungsgemäßen Prä sentationssystems 1. Das Präsentationssystem 1 dient im vorliegenden Fall zur Präsentation von sanitären Produkten.
Das Präsentationssystem 1 ist generell in Form eines Regalsystems ausgebildet, das aus einzelnen modularen Einheiten besteht, die entweder bereits vorgefertigt sind oder bei der Montage des Präsentationssystems 1 fertig montiert werden. Die einzelnen modularen Einheiten bestehen aus Holzkonstruktionen.
Das Präsentationssystem 1 weist als in unterschiedlichen Größen und Geomet rien bereitstellbares Grundmodul ein Grundregal 2 auf.
Dieses Grundregal 2 weist eine rechteckförmige Rahmenkonstruktion auf. Die Rahmenkonstruktion umfasst im vorliegenden Fall einen ebenen, in einer hori zontalen Ebene orientierten Boden 3 und zwei formgleiche Seitenwände 4. Die Seitenwände 4 sind an den längsseitigen Enden des Bodens 3 mit Exzenter-Ver- bindungsbeschlägen, die unter dem Produktnamen Rastex- Verbinder bekannt sind, befestigt. Die Ebenen der Seitenwände 4 sind senkrecht zum Boden 3 ori- entiert.
Prinzipiell könnte die Rahmenkonstruktion an der Oberseite durch eine Deck platte abgeschlossen sein. Im vorliegenden Fall sind die oberen Ränder der Sei tenwände 4 durch eine erste Blende 5 verbunden, wodurch bereits eine ausrei chende Stabilität der Rahmenkonstruktion erhalten. Die erste Blende 5 schließt das Grundregal 2 an der Oberseite zur Frontseite hin ab. Weiterhin ist eine ent sprechende zweite Blende 6 im Bodenbereich der Rahmenkonstruktion vorgese hen. Auch die Blenden 6 werden mit Exzenter- Verbindungsbeschlägen an den Seitenwänden bzw. auf dem Boden befestigt.
Das Grundregal 2 weist weiterhin eine einstückig ausgebildete Rückwand 7 auf. Die Rückwand 7 ist im hinteren Bereich des Bodens 3 auf diesem aufsitzend gelagert und dort befestigt. Weiterhin ist die Rückwand 7 mit Exzenter- Verbin dungsbeschlägen an beiden Seitenwänden 4 mittels Exzenter- Verbindungsbe schlägen befestigt und so direkt anliegend an diesen gelagert. Die Höhe der Rückwand 7 entspricht der Höhe der Seitenwände 4, so dass deren Oberseiten bündig abschließen.
Wie die Figuren 2 und 3 zeigen, sind an der Rückseite der Rückwand 7 Stabili sierungselemente bildende Querträger 8 gelagert. Die Querträger 8 bestehen im vorliegenden Fall aus Kanthölzern und verlaufen parallel im Abstand zueinander in horizontaler Richtung. Alle Querträger 8 erstrecken sich über die gesamte Breite der Rückwand 7. Die Querträger 8 sind vorteilhaft mit Schraubverbindun gen an der Rückwand 7 befestigt.
Die Querträger 8 stabilisieren einerseits die Rückwand 7. Andererseits dienen die Querträger 8 zum Befestigen des Grundregals 2 an einer Auflagefläche wie z. B. einer Wand.
Ein Querträger 8 verläuft am unteren Rand der Rückwand 7 derart, dass er auf dem Boden 3 aufsitzt. Mit diesem Querträger 8 wird die Rückwand 7 auf dem Boden 3 des Grundregals 2 befestigt. Die Montage des Grundregals 2 erfolgt in folgenden Schritten:
Zunächst wird eine Seitenwand 4 am Boden 3 befestigt. Dann erfolgt die Mon tage der Rückwand 7. Dann erfolgt die Montage der zweiten Seitenwand 4. Da nach wird die erste Blende 5 montiert. Schließlich wird die zweite Blende 6 montiert. Wie aus Figur 1 ersichtlich, sind in die Rückwand 7 erste Bohrungen 9 als vor gefertigte Elemente eingearbeitet. Die Positionen und Anzahl der ersten Bohrun gen 9 sind so gewählt, dass diese Bohrungen 9 selbst applikationsspezifische Aufnahmen ausbilden oder zur Befestigung applikationsspezifischer Aufnah men, vorzugsweise mittels Schraubverbindungen, dienen können, um dort in un- terschiedlichen Applikationen unterschiedliche zu präsentierende Gegenstände zu lagern.
Wie Figur 1 zeigt, sind durch in die Bohrungen 9 eingeführte Schraubverbindun gen an der Rückwand 7 als applikationsspezifische Aufnahmen zwei Präsentati onshalter lOa, lOb befestigt. Die Präsentationshalter lOa, lOb sind in unter schiedlichen Größen ausgeführt. Wie aus Figur 3 und der Einzeldarstellung von Figur 4 für den Präsentationshal ter lOa dargestellt, besteht jeder Präsentationshalter lOa, lOb aus drei Segmenten 1 la-c, die zu einer dreieckförmigen Anordnung zusammengefügt sind. Das erste Segment l la dient zur Befestigung an der Rückwand 7 mittels Schraub verbin- düngen. Die weiteren Segmente 1 lb, 1 lc dienen zur Aufnahme eines zu präsen tierenden Gegenstands. Wie Figur 2 zeigt, wird jeder Präsentationshalter lOa, lOb im Bereich von Querträgern 8 an der Rückwand 7 befestigt. Dadurch, dass die Präsentationshalter lOa, lOb nicht nur an der Rückwand 7 selbst, sondern auch an den Querträgern 8 befestigt sind, wird ein besonders gefahrloser Halt der Präsentationshalter lOc, lOb erhalten.
Wie Figur 1 zeigt, ist der erste Präsentationshalter lOa größer als der zweite Prä sentationshalter lOb. Der erste Präsentationshalter lOa dient im vorliegenden Fall zur Aufnahme eines Waschtischs. Der zweite Präsentationshalter lOb dient zur Aufnahme eines WC. Weiterhin sind in die Rückwand 7 zweite Bohrungen 12 eingearbeitet. Die zwei ten Bohrungen 12 dienen zur Befestigung von Beschriftungstafeln, die Informa tionen über die präsentierten Gegenstände enthalten.
Das Präsentationssystem 1 weist als weitere modulare Einheit einen Schrank 13 auf. Der Schrank 13 weist ein Bodenelement 14, zwei Seitenwandelemente 15 und ein Regalfachelement 16 auf.
Der Schrank 13 wird bei der Montage in das zuvor montierte Grundregal 2 ein gesetzt und montiert. Im Schrank 13 werden im vorliegenden Fall WC-Deckel gelagert.
Die Komponenten des Gesamtsystems werden vorzugsweise auf einer Palette verpackt, wobei die Komponenten bereits für die Montage optimiert gelagert sind. Weiterhin sind die Komponenten so verpackt, dass möglichst wenig Müll entsteht und weiterhin eine optimale Transportfähigkeit ohne die Gefahr even tueller Transportschäden erzielt wird. Claims

Patentansprüche
1. Präsentationssystem (1) in Form eines aus frei wählbaren modularen Ein heiten aufgebauten Regalsystems, wobei das Regalsystem ein Grundregal (2) mit applikationsspezifisch wählbaren Aufnahmen für zu präsentierende Gegenstände aufweist.
2. Präsentationssystem (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dessen Komponenten nur mit Schraubverbindungen oder Exzenter-Ver- bindungsbeschlägen miteinander verbindbar sind.
3. Präsentationssystem (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch ge kennzeichnet, dass dieses unterschiedliche Präsentationshalter (lOa, lOb) als applikationsspezifische Aufnahmen aufweist, wobei an den Präsentati- onshaltem (lOa, lOb) unterschiedliche zu präsentierende Gegenstände ge lagert werden können.
4. Präsentationssystem (1) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Grundregal (2) erste vorgefertigte Bohrungen (9) aufweist, an welchen Präsentationshalter (lOa, lOb) in unterschiedlichen Positionen anbringbar sind oder welche selbst applikationsspezifische Aufnahmen bilden, wobei insbesondere die Präsentationshalter (lOa, lOb) mittels Schraubverbindun gen am Grundregal (2) fixierbar sind.
5. Präsentationssystem (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch ge- kennzeichnet, dass das Grundregal (2) zweite vorgefertigte Bohrungen
(12) aufweist, an welchen Beschriftungstafeln in unterschiedlichen Grö- ßen in unterschiedlichen Positionen anbringbar sind, wobei insbesondere die Beschriftungstafeln mittels Schraubverbindungen am Grundregal (2) fixierbar sind.
6. Präsentationssystem (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch ge kennzeichnet, dass das Grundregal (2) eine modulare Einheit mit variabler Größe ausbildet.
7. Präsentationssystem (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch ge kennzeichnet, dass das Grundregal (2) eine Rückwand (7) aufweist, deren Vorderseite eine Präsentationsfläche ausbildet.
8. Präsentationssystem (1) nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rückwand (7) in einer Rahmenkonstruktion bestehend aus einem Bo- den (3) und zwei Seitenwänden (4) gelagert ist.
9. Präsentationssystem (1) nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Frontseite der Rahmenkonstruktion mit Blenden (5, 6) abgedeckt ist.
10. Präsentationssystem (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch ge kennzeichnet, dass die Rückwand (7) des Grundregals (2) die ersten und zweiten vorgefertigten Bohrungen (9, 12) aufweist.
11. Präsentationssystem (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10, dadurch ge kennzeichnet, dass an der Rückseite der Rückwand (7) Stabilisierungsele- mente vorgesehen sind, welche zur Lagerung des Grundregals (2) an einer Auflagefläche ausgebildet sind.
12. Präsentationssystem (1) nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Stabilisierungselemente mehrere in horizontaler Richtung verlaufende, sich über die gesamte Breite erstreckende Querträger (8) vorgesehen sind.
13. Präsentationssystem (1) nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass erste Bohrungen (9) zur Aufnahme von Präsentationshaltem im Bereich von Querträgern (8) angeordnet sind.
14. Präsentationssystem (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch ge kennzeichnet, dass im Grundregal (2) Einbaueinheiten als weitere modu- lare Einheiten integrierbar sind, welche insbesondere von Schränken (13) oder Regalen gebildet sind.
15. Präsentationssystem (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch ge kennzeichnet, dass dieses für die Präsentation von Sanitärprodukten aus- gebildet ist.
