Description

泛用型和专用型的车顶架锁固结构 技术领域
本发明是关于一种锁固结构,特别是关于一种泛用型和专用型的车顶架锁固结构。
背景技术
随着现代人生活品质的提高,汽车加装车顶箱的需求也不断的在大幅增加。而车顶箱设置于汽车顶上时,必须先以ㄧ个锁固装置将的牢牢固定在车顶架上才不致产生危险。
然而,现有习知的车顶架锁固装置在使用时只能有限的调整结合宽度以与车顶架结合;或有加装百转件者,虽能稍微调整结合高度,却又由于百转件于不同高度时具有不同倾斜角的先天缺点,使得车顶架锁固装置无法与车顶架确实紧密结合而易受风力或震动而松脱,继而对汽车本身或其他用路人产生甚大的潜在危险。
更有甚者,若在高速行驶时现有习知的车顶架锁固装置无法稳固的将车顶箱结合于车顶架上,其严重后果恐怕非车顶架锁固装置的使用者所能承担。
有鉴于此,如何发明创新一种车顶架锁固结构,不但可以使用于几乎所有具有车顶侧杆的车型,更因固定件与插入片的创新,不但使车顶架锁固结构可以夹紧于车顶架防止松脱,无分离或扣合不紧的风险;又可以改变插入片的插入位置,使结合高度可以调整而适用于多种不同的车型或车款;更因第一固定件及第二固定件的设计,而使同一车顶架锁固结构,即能适用于开放式或封闭式的车顶架,对车用产业技术来说将会是一个重要的创新思考及进步的突破。
发明内容
本发明为一种车顶架锁固结构,用以将车顶架固设于汽车的车顶,车顶架锁固结构包括框体,其具有开口;第一固定件;第二固定件;以及螺杆。借由本发明的实施,车顶架锁固结构可以达到防松脱、确实固定;可以具有一个以上的固定位置,适用不同车型;第一固定件更可随车顶架固定杆的宽度不同而移动位置将车顶架锁固结构固定于车顶架固定杆,无分离或结合不紧的风险;更可以进一步设置防盗装置。
本发明是提供一种泛用型的车顶架锁固结构,用以将车顶架固设于汽车的车顶,该车顶架锁固结构包括:框体,为具有至少一个开口的坚固材质所形成,其具有连结部与车顶架相固结,框体的内部与开口相邻的二个 相对侧面是各设置有至少一个隔板,又框体的内部设置有螺杆孔;第一固定件,为L型的坚固材质所形成,可分离地固结于框体;第二固定件,为L型的坚固材质所形成,具有插入片及由插入片弯折延伸形成的固定片,插入片是可分离地插入开口并定止于二个隔板或一个隔板与框体之间,其中固定片并形成有条型孔;以及螺杆,是经由条型孔将第二固定件自固定片处固结于螺杆孔。

请参考如图1及图2所示,为实施例的一种泛用型的车顶架锁固结构100,用以将车顶架800固设于汽车的车顶,泛用型的车顶架锁固结构100包括:框体10;第一固定件30;第二固定件40;以及螺杆50。
如图1及图2所示,框体10,为具有至少一个开口20的坚固材质所形成,其具有连结部11与车顶架800相固结。框体10的内部与该开口20相邻的二个相对侧面12则是各设置有至少一个隔板13,二个相对侧面12的隔板13是成组相对应,也就是说二个相对侧面12上成组的隔版是位于同一平面上。又框体10的内部并设置或开设有螺杆孔14。
同样如图1及图2所示,泛用型的车顶架锁固结构100与车顶架800的结合方式,是自泛用型的车顶架锁固结构100的连结部11以插接部111滑扣入车顶架800的管内,并以旋钮112转紧而将泛用型的车顶架锁固结构100固结于车顶架800。
而连结部11位于框体10的位置,可以是连结部11设置于框体10表面,或是连结部11穿过框体10,然后固设于勾片60上。
如图1及图2所示,第一固定件30,是可以为L型的坚固材质所形成,且第一固定件30是可分离地固结于框体10。在一较佳实施例中,第一固定件30是可分离地固结于与连结部11相对的一面的框体10的外表面。
而如图2所示,实施例中所述的第一固定件30可分离地固结于框体10,是可以螺丝转紧入螺孔或转松出螺孔的方式来达成。
请仍参考如图1及图2所示,第二固定件40,亦为L型的坚固材质所形成,第二固定件40具有插入片41及由插入片41弯折延伸形成的固定片42。
所述的插入片41是可分离地插入开口20(或是说自开口20插入框体10之内),并且定止于二个隔板13之间,或是隔板13与框体10之间,其中固定片42并形成有条型孔43。所述条型孔43是可以形成于固定片42的中央位置附近。
如图1及图2所示,泛用型的车顶架锁固结构100的螺杆50,是经由固定片42的条型孔43将第二固定件40自固定片42处固结于框体10的螺杆孔14。
如图1及图2所示,第一固定件30及第二固定件40是将泛用型的车顶架锁固结构100牢牢固定结合于汽车的车顶架800及车顶架固定杆900,或者是说,第一固定件30及第二固定件40是将泛用型的车顶架锁固结构100固定结合于汽车车顶架的纵杆及横杆。
再者,如图3A及图3B所示,泛用型的车顶架锁固结构100可以具有勾片60,固设于框体10内部并自开口20处延伸出框体10,可使用防盗装置90可解锁地以其锁片91与泛用型的车顶架锁固结构100的勾片60相固锁并密封开口20。
如此,除了具有防盗的功效,更能确保泛用型的车顶架锁固结构100可以稳固的将车顶箱结合于车顶架800及车顶架固定杆900上,避免被有意无意的移动或破坏而产生非使用者或其他用路人所能承担的严重交通安全事件。
如图1至图4所示,实施例的泛用型的车顶架锁固结构100,由于第一固定件30固结于框体10的位置是可以加以改变,从而改变第一固定件30结合第二固定件40所能夹持的车顶架固定杆900的宽度;而改变第二固定件40的插入片41插入框体10内的位置,更可以改变第一固定件30结合第二固定件40所能夹持的车顶架800至车顶架固定杆900间的高度。
如此,便可以使泛用型的车顶架锁固结构100适用于多款的不同车型,因而泛用型的车顶架锁固结构100可以称为是一种泛用型的车顶架锁固装置或结构。
接着,请参考如图5所示,为一种专用型的车顶架锁固结构200,用以将车顶架800固设于特定车款的汽车的车顶,专用型的车顶架锁固结构200包括:框体210;第一固定件230;第二固定件240;以及螺杆250。
如图5及图6所示,专用型的车顶架锁固结构200的框体210,为具有至少一个开口220的坚固材质所形成,框体210并具有连结部211与车顶架800相固结,而固结的方式可以为连结部211以至少一个螺丝锁固结合于车顶架800。
如图5及图6所示,专用型的车顶架锁固结构200的第一固定件230,为L型的坚固材质所形成,可分离地固结于框体210,其固结于框体210的位置是可以为第一固定件230是可分离地固结于与连结部211相对的一面的框体210的外表面。
同样如图5及图6所示,第二固定件240,为L型的坚固材质所形成,并具有插入片241及由插入片241弯折延伸形成的固定片242,其中插入片241是可分离地插入开口220(或是说自开口220插入框体210之内),并定止于框体210之内。
如图6所示,第一固定件230及第二固定件240是共同将专用型的车顶架锁固结构200固定结合于汽车的车顶架800及车顶架固定杆900。
又如图7所示,专用型的车顶架锁固结构200可以进一步具有勾片260,固设于框体210内部并延伸出框体210。外部防盗装置290可解锁地以锁片291与勾片260相固锁并密封住开口220。
同样的,除了具有防盗的功效,更能确保专用型的车顶架锁固结构200可以稳固的将车顶箱结合于车顶架800及车顶架固定杆900上,避免被有意无意的移动或破坏而产生非使用者或其他用路人所能承担的严重交通安全事件。
实施例的专用型的车顶架锁固结构200,由于第一固定件30及第二固定件40固结于框体10的位置是加以固定,第一固定件30结合第二固定件40所能夹持的车顶架800至车顶架固定杆900间的高度是固定,因而仅使用于单一种车顶架800及车顶架固定杆900的规格,而可以称之为专用型的车顶架锁固结构200。
以上所述,仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明做任何形式上的限制,虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉本专业的技术人员,在不脱离本发明技术方案范围内,当可利用上述揭示的技术内容做出些许更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所做的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种泛用型的车顶架锁固结构(100),用以将车顶架(800)固设于汽车的车顶,其特征在于,该车顶架锁固结构(100)包括:
    框体(10),为具有至少一个开口(20)的坚固材质所形成,其具有连结部(11)与该车顶架(800)相固结,该框体(10)的内部与该开口(20)相邻的二个相对侧面(12)是各设置有至少一个隔板(13),又该框体(10)的内部设置有螺杆孔(14);
    第一固定件(30),为L型的坚固材质所形成,可分离地固结于该框体(10);
    第二固定件(40),为L型的坚固材质所形成,具有插入片(41)及由该插入片(41)弯折延伸形成的固定片(42),该插入片(41)是可分离地插入该开口(20)并定止于二个该隔板(13)或一个该隔板(13)与该框体(10)之间,其中该固定片(42)并形成有条型孔(43);以及
    螺杆(50),经由该条型孔(43)将该第二固定件(40)自该固定片(42)处固结于该螺杆孔(14)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的泛用型的车顶架锁固结构(100),其特征在于:其中该连结部(11)是以插接部(111)滑扣入并以旋钮(112)固结于该车顶架(800)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的泛用型的车顶架锁固结构(100),其特征在于:其中该第一固定件(30)是可分离地固结于与该连结部(11)相对的一面的该框体(10)的外表面。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的泛用型的车顶架锁固结构(100),其特征在于:其中该第一固定件(30)及该第二固定件(40)是将该车顶架锁固结构(100)固定结合于汽车的该车顶架(800)及车顶架固定杆(900)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的泛用型的车顶架锁固结构(100),其特征在于:其进一步具有勾片(60),固设于该框体(10)内部并延伸出该框体(10),防盗装置(90)可解锁地以锁片(91)与该勾片(60)相固锁并密封该开口(20)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的泛用型的车顶架锁固结构(100),其特征在于:其中该连结部(11)是穿过该框体(10)并固设于该勾片(60)。
  7. 一种专用型的车顶架锁固结构(200),用以将车顶架(800)固设于特定车款的汽车的车顶,其特征在于,该车顶架锁固结构(200)包括:
    框体(210),为具有至少一个开口(220)的坚固材质所形成,其具有连结部(211)与该车顶架(800)相固结;
    第一固定件(230),为L型的坚固材质所形成,可分离地固结于该框体 (210);
    第二固定件(240),为L型的坚固材质所形成,具有插入片(241)及由该插入片(241)弯折延伸形成的固定片(242),该插入片(241)是可分离地插入该开口(220)并定止于该框体(210)之内;以及
    螺杆(250),是将该第二固定件(240)自该固定片(242)处固结于该框体(210)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的专用型的车顶架锁固结构(200),其特征在于:其中该连结部(211)是以至少一个螺丝锁固结合于该车顶架(800)。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的专用型的车顶架锁固结构(200),其特征在于:其中该第一固定件(230)是可分离地固结于与该连结部(211)相对的一面的该框体(210)的外表面。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的专用型的车顶架锁固结构(200),其特征在于:其中该第一固定件(230)及该第二固定件(240)是共同将该车顶架锁固结构(200)固定结合于汽车的该车顶架(800)及车顶架固定杆(900)。
  11. 根据权利要求7所述的专用型的车顶架锁固结构(200),其特征在于:其进一步具有勾片(260),固设于该框体(210)内部并延伸出该框体(210),防盗装置(290)可解锁地以锁片(291)与该勾片(260)相固锁并密封该开口(220)。
